Fantastic experience: Innovative Health is fantastic! The clinic is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Kevin Ritzenthaler, the functional medicine doctor, is exceptional. They focus on holistic patient centered care addressing root causes rather than just symptoms. I have seen a great improvement in my neuropathy and restless leg syndrome thanks to their personalized treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Dr. Colleen. I am a brain cancer survivor of 22 years and have battled migraines from the pressure shifts in my head from weather for years. She listened to me explain this (countless others doctors ignored me thinking I was just whining.) and actually was able to do gentle cranial adjustments to allow fluids to move correctly and now my migraines are so minor and infrequent. I can't thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: Prior to 2010, I was suffering bad hip and leg pain for years. I went thru all the medical means to alleviate it like PT, spine injections and traction. None of it gave long lasting relief so I decided to give Chiropractic therapy a shot. For 14 years, I had Dr Kevin as my Chiropractor. Initially, I went for treatments twice a week and every week for about 3 months. After the 3 months, I started going every 2 weeks with 1 appointment for that week. I have been doing that for almost 14 years. The pain relief from Dr Kevin’s treatment changed my life for those 14 years. Once in a great while, I would get a tinge of pain come on. I immediately would try to get in ASAP for a treatment. After that treatment, the pain relief came on. Dr Kevin performs adjustments of my spine and neck. He has NEVER pushed me to come in more often than 2 weeks like other Chiropractors do. One very obvious thing is Innovative Health’s parking lot is usually crowded and there are several patients in the waiting area. This to me, is very telling about the care that patients receive at Innovative Health. The entire staff at Innovative Health are awesome. They truly express their concern for your well being. As I mentioned before, Dr Kevin has changed my life. I don’t know what path I would be on had I never gave Chiropractic a try. I have been an advocate for Innovative Health to several people over the years. To my knowledge they are having great results like me.

Fantastic experience: Had a Massive > 5 cm (involves 2 or more tendons) rotator cuff injury that required surgery and extensive rehab. Dr. Colleen recommended laser treatment along with physical therapy. I noticed significant improvement as soon as I started laser treatments and have been able to get full range of motion back. I highly recommend considering laser treatments as part of your rehabilitation process.

Fantastic experience: I was in alot if pain after my knee replacement surgery. I had nerve pain traveling down the back of my leg, imparing my ability to rehabilitate. Dr. Cody and laser therapy made all the difference in my rehab. I am back to work now and doing great. Who knew chiropractic could help with pain after surgery. Thank you!

Positive experience: Very quick to get into. Appointments are quick. Dr Colleen is very polite, even when you cant position yourself correctly, she'll just do it for you. Only prob was the receptionist at todays appt. She had a real bad attitude. Even said rude comments about customers to her coworker, right in front of everybody.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in with zero expectations to feel better because I've been in pain for months. I was instantly greeted by the fun and spirited staff that made me feel very welcome. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry, but they didn't judge me for needing a speedy appointment. I didn't realize it was Colleen chatting with the ladies up front while I finished my paperwork, but she was ready and prompt for me. She didn't waste any time getting right to it. The real unbelievable and remarkable story is that I got bell's palsy about a week and a half ago and after her adjustment, I could feel part of my face again. I spent the rest of the afternoon trying not to cry happy tears in front of everyone at work because for the first time in months, I didn't have to fake my smile. Not just because the feeling is starting to come back to my face, but the pressure and tension in my back, neck, shoulders, and head was better. I loved how people at work noticed the difference in my face too! I was smiling like a kid who just got cake! I wish I would've went sooner!!! Thank you wonderful staff, I'll see you again soon!

Fantastic experience: Equal rights has been a thing for a while now in America. No complaints about the healthcare, which is by a female physician, they allow women to get an eduducation now. But to whom it may concern, babies are made by a mommy and daddy, yet at your facility i noticed only the female restroom was equipped with a diaper changing station. Im not sure if its a collective misunderstanding of sexual reproduction or the fact that the cost of an additional diaper changing station would put you out of business but discriminization makes my heart very sad. So for the dads of young humans in diapers, please offer the same accomidations to them as you do the female gender. Additionally if im mistaken, a thousand apologies, but only the female restroom was labeled with a changing station.
