Fantastic experience: Dr. Warren Marranca is an excellent chiropractor and is very knowledgeable on how to stay healthy. Office staff have been pleasant. No problem with them scheduling my appointments (you have to call the office or book in person; his are not booked online). Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Krissy is absolutely AMAZING and keeps this place running!! Best massage therapist around!! Honestly, I used to come here for chiropractic, but they try to double charge you!! Make sure you check your bills!! Worst of all, they now feel the need to keep your credit card on file. Ummm, if you can’t bill correctly, there’s no way I’m leaving my card on file! They also want to book appointments for you, but charge for noshow/cancellations. Total money grab, beware!!

Fantastic experience: I have had an absolute wonderful experience with Krissy at Notaro, If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t even be able to function after my accident, not only that but she is very knowledgeable when it comes to who to call for treatment and lawyers to contact because of my accident. Things are running smooth for me and I can’t wait til my next massage , she makes all the time in the world for me and getting on the road to recovery! Her communication is excellent and she is always prompt and on time! I will go to this business as long as she is here!!! 10/10!!!

Negative experience: After reading other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only person. The front desk double booked the therapist. Not only did I have to reschedule my day, I wasn’t given the opportunity to get a massage all weekend. I walk in at 11:50 for my noon appointment and don’t get a “sorry” or “my mistake”. I’ve heard the office was run poorly. Now I learned first hand. Massage therapist is great. The office is terrible.

Fantastic experience: Clean modern facility, great doctors and massage therapists. Always feel great after an appointment. Reliable scheduling, and have never had a billing issue (in years of service).

Negative experience: I booked a massage appointment online and even got a confirmation text. Drove 30 miles to have a massage only to be told that their online system doesn’t work correctly and there was no appointment. Absolutely horrible service. If they know it doesn’t work, they should disable it rather than causing such an inconvenience for people.

Negative experience: Appointments twice in one day canceled by them. no notice for the first which they tried to reschedule at another location and that therapist said no when we arrived. So unprofessional.

Negative experience: Their appointments aren't reliable. The people that I have actually gotten to see and either get adjusted or a massage have been great. I feel like it's also been helping with my chronic neck issues. That's however the challenging part, actually getting to see someone. I've lost count how many appointments they canceled on me either after I got there, or while driving en route. I'd ball park 6x in the past 3 months. They've comped me for causing the headaches which I'm thankful for, but this place can't seem to figure out how to set appointments up.

Fantastic experience: I feel safe & comfortable in this office. For the first time in a long time I left a doctors office feeling relief from my thoughts & worries based from my health conditions. Dr. Marranca was thorough, compassionate, understanding, trusting, he made sense & took the time to ‘hear you out’. I highly highly recommend this chiropractor office- as even their receptionist were sweet. I didn’t feel like a burden at this health care facility..which is something I’ve felt for a long time with something I have no control over. Thank you for treating your patients kindly, we keep these things in mind & it makes our visit less painful.

Negative experience: Took weeks to make an appointment and then they call an cancelled my appointment....3rd time now! But I still got a text telling I'll be charged for a no show. What a joke!!! Just horrible customer service!!! Get back to work people!!

Negative experience: I've been to other notaro chiropractic offices and usually have great experiences. Unfortunately last night I was disappointed. I waited about 25 minutes to get into a room after my scheduled appointment. When I got in there the chiropractor put a machine on me for about 20 minutes to loosen the muscles. The muscles didn't get loose. He came in and said it had been a long day and his arms were getting tired so he chose to use the machine instead. As he starts cracking, it's as if he's in this huge rush to get me out of the door. He tells me that my muscles need more loosening, but does nothing about that. There was no warning or "relax" that he's about to Crack my neck. I did not feel comfortable at all. I do not anticipate I'll ever be back there. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. It was not worth the value in which you pay for. My back still hurts and I'm not impressed with the feeling of being rushed after waiting 30+ minutes to see him after my scheduled appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr. Rockas. Both the staff and Dr. Rockas were very professional. The doctor took his time and explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday for deep tissue massage for me and my wife. Was good start to finish. Had Allison as massage therapist. She was great the room was nice and relaxing. Felt 100 times better after i left and made my wife feel comfortable with the whole experience, something she was worried about. Was well worth it and will b doing it again.

Fantastic experience: Incredible massage from Alana! I was in a bad car accident a year and a half ago and she helped relieve so much tension and pain. She was respectful, funny, and an all around pleasure to be around, definitely recommend!

I work in healthcare and I am a massage therapist. If you want a great massage from someone who is very talented, see Christina. Also, Dr Rokas is one of the best Chiropractors I have ever seen.

Negative experience: Purchased a Groupon for three massages. I have only visited twice. Receptionist insisted I had no credit available. On top of that both times the massages were horrible. I asked for swedish massage, massage therapist continued to dig after telling her it was too rough. I shouldn't leave a massage sore and worst than when I camebin. Stick to chiropractic because the massages are horrible.

Positive experience: Massage was good, music was awful, sheets were washed in strong scented detergent- gross!

Fantastic experience: Having suffered a number of sports related injuries and a car accident in my early twenties, I found chiropractic care to be helpful and necessary. As my career moved me around the country over the years, I found a new chiropractor in each city and experienced a wide range of care and chiropractic styles: from a doctor who told me his goal was to work himself out of a job (and delivered on helping me to feel much better with much less frequent visits), to one particular chiropractor who would spend less than two minutes in the room with me to execute four adjustments and tell me to make another appointment soon, with no discussion of reducing or eliminating the need for frequent visits. Dr. Saia is the most knowledgeable, caring, and professional chiropractor I have ever met. His thoroughly wholistic approach, including teaching me how to take care of myself outside of his office, has brought me the most thorough and lasting relief I have ever experienced, drastically reducing my need for chiropractic visits. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Saia to learn how to manage and reduce joint pain throughout your body, beyond just your spine.

Fantastic experience: I loved it! I was able to get an appointment incredibly quick, they even had appointments open the day that I called. The doctor was great! I have had two appointments so far, and can definitely see an improvement.

Positive experience: I go here for medical massage. The person I see is only available two days a week, so that can be frustrating. My therapist is fine, but I have been other places with better massages. I'm in pain after too often.

Fantastic experience: This review is about the massage therapy offered at Notaro’s East Amherst location. I’ve been seeing Tanner once per week for about two months. His approach to massage therapy is unique and beneficial. I always leave there feeling so much better and the massage has lasting benefits. Tanner has a gift and he’s a very nice guy too. FYI: I’ve seen many different LMTs since my car accident in 2017, so I’m speaking from experience.

Fantastic experience: I just found this place a few weeks ago. I went to the East Amherst location with tanner for a massage! Very nice guy and did some great work! Second appointment was with Travis! Super awesome guy with great massage hands! Worked all my knots and aches and was very genuine from beginning to end!! Definitely one of my new therapist for sure! Staff at both offices were super inviting as well! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Tanner did an excellent job! Even though I got a headache after because I didnt drink enough water, my back felt great and so did my legs! Highly recommend the swedish massage.

Fantastic experience: My massage with Travis was superb! He is basically a wizard. He took the time to listen to my needs (and he really listened!) and provided perfect pressure for focused bodywork. If you're not already seeing Travis for massage, you should be.

Negative experience: I was treated rudely & poorly, was told I was on the Black list after I clearly communicated a previous cancellation and offered to pay for late cancellation.. I made another appointment and it was received and confirmed, I rushed to get there on time and when I arrived I was told by a VERY RUDE therapist that I was put on her BLACK LIST for missing a previous appointment ... I WOULD NEVER BOOK A MASSAGE APPOINTMENT AT NORTH FRENCH LOCATION ..RUDE SMUG THERAPIST

Negative experience: Went for a massage with my sister. Had my necklace stolen. Staff very evasive, no accountability. No return phone calls, or followup. Professionalism, I think not! After I filed police report and emailed owner, did I get a response. Head someplace else!!!

Negative experience: Not sure what happened yesterday but the worst massage I have ever gotten!! I asked my Therapist like 4 times to please work on my shoulder and she would not do it. I literally came in to get my shoulder worked on and left so disappointed. Not happy about her using latex gloves on me either!! You should really ask about people and their allergies!! I did not even get a full massage . She kept talking and stopping was absoultly the worst massage I have ever gotten
