Positive experience: The staff are great. The plan is easy to follow.The only thing I have a problem with being a very pickie eater is the selections they offer is limited. What helps me is I usually eat the same food regularly. I am losing weight faster than I thought I would. So far I will continue for the 6 months recommended.

Fantastic experience: At 77, I thought I was going to be overweight until the end. I was winded putting on socks/shoes and when I climbed the stairs in my home. Didn't have much stamina to work in the yard. Recently my son told me of his great experience with A-180. He lost a lot of weight and looks much younger and is more vigorous. I finally bit the bullet and enrolled in the Quincy office. Educated, warm, and friendly professionals explained how the program works and what I could expect for results with time. I haven't always had great willpower, but I decided to jump in. After three weeks I have already LOST twenty pounds but I have GAINED a more youthful feeling, have more energy to do things around the house, I climb the stairs a lot more easily, and don't struggle with socks & shoes. The staff in Seekonk are knowledgeable and very supportive when issues arise. It's a great team. And the new manager has really done a great job transitioning to the Seekonk location.

The coaches in Quincy are all fantastic. They truly care about your success and are invested in making sure any issues that come up are taken care of. This program is a great, albeit expensive, way to lose weight but it definitely does work. I would recommend it and I would especially recommend this location. The ladies will take great care of you. Positive experience: The diet works if followed. The food provided is fairy good tasting and adequate. The coaching has been hit or miss, though I suspect now that things have been ironed out, it’ll get noticeably better. That being said, if you follow the diet and constantly lose weight, there’s not a whole lot a coach can add to the experience is there? If you need an occasional pat on the back, then so be it. Other than that, not much going on for someone successfully losing weight.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to lose 45 pounds and on the plan I did. I kept my old clothes (the useful ones) and fit into them again. I was at the Seekonk location. They were great!

Negative experience: This diet is a scam. They sell shakes and meal replacements at a huge mark up. You can buy the same stuff on Amazon under the NutriWise brand. Plus this diet is not sustainable. You will lose weight, but as soon as you stop doing this, you will gain even more weight and you will never wanna die it again. You’ll spend over $2000 and it will be completely wasted.

Fantastic experience: Joining Awaken 180 was the best decision possible in moving toward a more healthy lifestyle. I was ten to twenty pounds over my comfortable weight. Then, after having lumbar surgery and a summer of very poor eating habits gained an additional 20 pounds. I was now up to 242 pounds, my highest weight ever. My body and face felt bloated and knew that if I didn’t make a change my weight could easily go in the wrong direction even further. I realized losing 25-40 pounds would not be easy. Being a senior (71), I knew I needed help. I made the decision to call Awaken 180 one afternoon and set up my consultation at the Quincy office. I met with Catherine who made me feel very comfortable in sharing my goals. Getting close to my goal weight and might just keep going past it! It is work….but it is not torture, nor are you hungry all day long. Modify how you think about food and what food to eat and it becomes a simple math exercise. I have been traveling a great deal on business in the last month and it is still easy to manage with a little planning and making sure that you ask how to manage the day when out of town. Highly recommend the plan.

Fantastic experience: I lost 40 lobs in 14 weeks, reduced my body and visceral fat to acceptable levels, and my A1C (measure of ling term blood sugar) was reduced from 7.9 to 5.2. I was able to discontinue my Metformin (diabetic), blood pressure and cholesterol meds completely With the great support of the staff, I did not deviate from the program for the full 14 weeks, which allow me to achieve my goals in the time frame they suggested.

A program designed for everyone, shows everyone. It would be great to see this displayed on the website as people love to see themselves represented within a brand. Negative experience: I did loose some weight with Awaken180. I also developed an allergy to sucralose, the artificial sweetener they use in 25 of their products. I disliked that the diet requires deleting fruit and dairy from your diet. Because most of the products are powder that is reconstituted with water, most dieters become constipated. I asked for copies of any studies they performed to show me how they developed the diet. I was told that wasn’t available. But I was told that the developer’s father is a doctor. How does that make this a safe diet? Save your money (it’s very, very expensive) and find a diet that uses real food and is nutritionally sound.

I started Awaken back in March 2017, looking to drop 50 LBS, I was pre-diabetic, I had high blood pressure, and had sleep apnea. I signed up for the 10 week program, and lost 48 LBS in that time frame. I am no longer pre-diabetic, no longer taking blood pressure meds, and no longer sleeping with a c-pap machine. The staff is extremely helpful, and are there for you every step of the way...... If you are looking for a change, or stuck in a rut, I highly recommend setting up a consult with the team in Quincy, I promise, you will not be disappointed......
