I avoided spinal fusion surgery about ten years ago with her NUCCA knowledge and expertise. When my back "goes out" I can hardly stand up or walk. After her adjustments I'm able to get back to normal in a few weeks, not bad for a 50 year old. I highly recommend anyone with neck or back issues to give her a try.

Negative experience: Unfortunately for me, my experience was not a good one. I did not achieve any of the results Mrs Pergrande talked about. It was expensive and I stopped the treatments after about 4 times. Insurance does not cover her office. She does some elaborate xrays and puts the results in a computer and I found it did not help my situation. I see that many people like her and have had good results. not me

Fantastic experience: Has worked wonders for me in a way traditional chiropractors never could. I never held alignment before even after long term care but have had so much less pain now! My daughter goes as well and she is great with her. I feel better knowing I am doing my best to help her hopefully grow up with alot less of the issues I have physically. Usually great about getting us on the schedule when something has happened like a fall. The payment plan option is a life saver for my family. We drive an hour each way because it is worth it. I have tried other nucca chiropractors as well but not with the same success. I love that is my shoulders or sacrum are out she will still adjust those even though my spine is in alignment. Helps me feel so much less pain! I highly recommend trying it for a while if you live with any issues.

Positive experience: I Just moved into the area And was not sure I would find a NUCCA practitioner anywhere outside the Twin Cities area. I was overjoyed to find Thrive Chiropractic when I had an injury and was experiencing extreme Vertigo a longvwith nausea. I felt that it was my upper cervical that was out of alignment and pressing on my Vagus nerve. Doctor Pergande performed a thorough assessment including multiple x-rays. She is very precise and there is never a bone to crack, but the most subtle precise touch, which realigned the skull in its cradle. Weeks of misery, after foolishly lifting a boulder , ended with the 1st adjustment. Cost of service is reasonable, less than other places I had researched. Well worth it, in my opinion.

By the time I came to Advanced Spinal Care, I could barely get through my work day, the pain was so bad. Traditional chiropractic visits never helped over the years. I can tell you that within a couple of months of visiting Advanced Spinal Care, my lower back pain was diminished by 80% and I have continued to improve. Fantastic experience: A year ago, only 39 years old, I was completely unable to walk due to severe sciatica pain due to two bulging discs and a herniated disc in my spine. I had also lost feeling in my entire right leg. I had been seen by doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, neurologist, etc. with no relief. My mother in law insisted I see Dr. Pergande. I had never heard of NUCCA so I spent the days leading up to my first appointment researching NUCCA. I was amazed at the success stories and for the first time I knew she was going to be the answer to my prayer! One very precise adjustment was all it took and I walked out of her office completely pain free! I still don’t have any pain and can run around with my kids and walk miles with my dog. Fantastic experience: Over a year ago I started to go to Advanced Spinal Care. I had headaches all day everyday. Sometimes mild and some so severe it was hard to function. After a evaluation by them and several treatments, for the most part they are in the past. Also my left arm and hand was numb, tingled and hurt, also loss of muscle.
