I was with Steve and his team for 7 years and went on my own for a while, but struggled to keep the weight off. Steve approached me with an offer I couldn't refuse....to rejoin a program similar to what I did in the past but with a different business model. The new way that HealthLNK charges for their food and services is so much easier for me as a consumer and the new points system helps me try new products without forking over any extra money. Fantastic experience: I started the Profile Plan nearly a month ago. I am not only losing weight the healthy way, I'm not starving myself. I did sneak a couple of the mint brownie protein bars for a post work out recovery snack, and they are delicious! Worth your time to check them out!

Fantastic experience: Struggled with weight management before Profile but managed to lose approximately 50 pounds and managed to keep it off for about 1 year and started to slip back to old habits. Having a coach is great for this though because they will hold you accountable from week to week. Motivated to press on and hit my goals and maintain with the feedback and guidance of a great coach. Tyler is our current coach and does a fantastic job.

Fantastic experience: I've tried to lose weight using several different eating plans and this is the only one that has worked for me! I don't like to work out and still lost weight. Love the support from my coach and the meal plan lets you stay with "plain and simple" or be creative with the shakes and other recipes. The facebook page is also a must so you know you aren't alone!! Try it! It works :)

Positive experience: Very pricey but it does work.. We spent over $13 per day on their product (~5 drinks, a protein bar, and a fiber drink per day) and basically consumed mostly no/low carb veggies and 5 ounces of lean meat a day. It worked to lose weight but, I mean anyone on that extremely strict diet would lose weight. Also when we started there was a great deal of turn-around for coaches and we got some coaches neither of us really cared for. Our last coach was great and really inspiring but we fell off the wagon when I got to 200 and when I called a few months later (before my year was up) he was no longer there either. My wife signed up because she was really inspired what a mom coach emailed her and thought she was in good hands and then that coach quit and the person who replaced her was less than satisfactory. If you are at a point where your weight is accruing medical bills and you are in need to lose weight this place or Metabolic Research Center works great. I prefer MRC better because I lost weight just as fast but got to have a lean meat for every meal if i wanted and I did enjoy the drinks more and needed less of them.
