Negative experience: If I can give this place minus stars then I’ll give them minus 2 stars. Maybe more… Dr. Judy doesn’t want to meet me unless I agreed to do the tests which she recommended in June. And the cost was $6000 to $7000. It was a lot of money and I hadn’t been able to do at that time with various reasons. I made an appointment in the July to meet her on 11/19 at 10am which is today and they called me 9:20am to cancel my appointment. Simply I have to do that expensive test first otherwise Dr. Judy won’t be able to talk to me. At least the receptionist says sorry to cancel my appointment. But my point is my body condition has changed since last a 15min via voice call meeting. I want to have a meeting with her in person before starting any tests and treatments with Dr. Judy. $7000 might be nothing for someone and for this clinic but it’s a big portion of my budget to spend on someone who I haven’t met in person.

Fantastic experience: After years of suffering with heart burn and GERD following my gallbladder removal surgery, I finally decided to try a naturalpath because I was getting no where with my traditional primary care physician(s). Dr. Monson at Vitality Wellness Clinic has worked with me for a year now and I’m no longer suffering and all my negative symptoms are gone! No more bandaid treatment - I’m truly cured! My only regret is that I spent so many years suffering. My advice to anyone not feeling heard or getting the help they seek is to go to Vitality Wellness!

Positive experience: I found Dr. Judy through my own online search after over 30 years of struggling with chronic health issues, most recently 5 years of dead-end care from another naturopathic doctor. I have just started seeing Dr. Judy, but with just the first consultation I felt like "finally" my suspicions of what could be causing so many of my issues were in line with Dr. Judy's. Equally important is her staff is so friendly and answers all my questions. Dr. Judy and her staff are also extremely prompt and responsive often getting back to me the next day if not the same day. I am optimistically hopeful that Dr. Judy will resolve my chronic health issues so I can start living instead of just getting by!

Fantastic experience: I discovered Vitality in October of last year because I was dealing with severe cystic acne. Prior to coming to Vitality I sought out the care of a dermatologist who had me on spironolactone for a few years and it was causing extreme heartburn and eventually stopped working to control the acne. As a solution he insisted I go on an antibiotic and I knew that was not the route I wanted to take. I thankfully found Vitality and called to schedule a new patient visit. The women at the front desk were so sweet and have impeccable customer service. When I called to schedule, they recommended I see Dr. Monson since she specializes in gut and hormonal health. During my visit, Dr. Monson listened to all my concerns and asked a bunch of questions about my lifestyle and what care I had previously received. Something I had never experienced in healthcare! You can tell Vitality really cares about the patient experience and strives to make sure their space is warm and welcoming. Dr. Monson could tell that the acne had an internal cause and requested that I undergo a series of tests to get to the bottom of it. The results of the test were very insightful and super detailed. As a treatment plan, Dr. Monson put me on a strict diet and supplement regimen for 6 weeks, after which I could start incorporating more foods. The aesthetician also recommended new skincare since I wanted a complete restart from what I had been doing before. It has been 5 months since I initially started my regimen and my acne is completely gone!! Not only that, I have shed a few pounds, have more mental clarity, and I feel and look the best I ever have! I have struggled with acne since I was 11 years old, always seeking out temporary fixes just to relapse into severe breakouts every 2 years, but I truly feel confident that my acne is finally under control. And I feel confident with my ongoing treatment protocol. Knowing that I am permanently in goods hands with someone who understands the root cause of my symptoms is an amazing feeling, I cannot recommend Vitality enough!

She ran tests other doctors never even suggested and along the way, she made me feel heard. I always feel comfortable with her and all of her amazing staff. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Dr. Monson! Not only is she the sweetest person on the planet, she truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients. My case has been complicated and Dr. Judy has been an absolute blessing. I have never experienced such thorough and thoughtful care from a doctor. She asks all the right questions, is extremely supportive and makes me feel very seen. She knows what lab work is important and useful and has helped me get answers. Dr. Judy has helped me get to the root cause of my chronic symptoms, supported me to heal and has taught me how to best care for myself based on my individual needs moving forward. Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a doctor to actually listen to you and your concerns then look no further. After years of going to general practitioners and gynecologists and expressing concerns to no avail, Dr. Connell is a game changer. Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. From the first session I have experienced great changes to my pre-menopausal symptoms (hot flashes gone). From the next session my acne, weight gain, nail strength, and sleep have all improved (all the things I wanted to address). No joke I am almost cured - hahaha not possible but she is getting me close to how I felt before all my issues really kicked in. I am beyond excited and am so grateful and thankful. Let’s talk about customer service. The entire staff and I mean the entire staff and Dr. Connell are seriously the nicest people I have ever encountered. You can email, call, stop in constantly and it is no problem. I cannot believe how Dr. Connell will respond to calls/emails via staff about any question or concerns - I mean most doctors make you make an appointment for most of my questions/concerns. They never make me feel like I am bothering them and I have never felt such pure kindness, compassion and treatment from so many people at one place. I mean it is really hard to put into words how genuinely kind everyone is. If you are looking for a doctor that understands medical and way more about how your body works then Dr. Connell is for you. It can be costly but for the first time in my life, I have zero buyers remorse. Dr. Connell is worth every penny. As my bestie puts it, I am worth the maintenance - just as our cars need oil changes and tune ups.

Fantastic experience: I have discovered Dr. Judy via a friend of a friend of a friend, just one of the many synchronicities of life ....after months of "unknown" severe symptoms that left me unable to function, finding Dr. Judy meant I had finally an answer and a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr. Kaitlyn for about 1 year now. I have had 3 panels (blood draws) and, while my markers were not bad, she has helped me raise some levels that otherwise would have gone undetected by your average blood draw at your PCP. I feel great, have had tons of energy, and their knowledge and ability to really dig in and explain what your numbers mean is there! Vitality Wellness will really maximize your help and you get a great staff to work with!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at wellness. They definitely met all of needs. I would recommend any IV treatment that this clinic provides. Their staff provide comfort and care beyond expectations.

Positive experience: This clinic was the only medical facility that took me seriously and cured my issues. I came here after seeing several other doctors including my gynecologist, a gastroenterologist, and my general family practice doctor. Everyone offered Band-Aids to my problem or chocked it up to me "getting older" but deep down I knew something was wrong. My cycle was coming too frequently, I was getting sick 1-2 times/month, I never felt rested no matter how much sleep I got, had no energy, and had multiple gastro problems including internal bleeding. When I went to Vitality, I had already had a colonoscopy, but did not see a reduction in my symptoms. I saw Dr. Carly Monson in July and she listened to ALL my symptoms. We ran a lot of tests and reviewed them together in August when we started our treatment plan. I was diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance, poor immune system, SIBO, and a parasite infection- the latter two which my gastroenterologist overlooked. The first thing that improved by the end of August was my energy, mood, and workouts. I actually didn't get sick that month for the first time in 9 months! In September, my menstrual cycle was back on track! The SIBO and parasite took longer to heal, requiring time, patience, a commitment to a cleaner diet, ozone therapy, and a lot of supplements. (The only thing I wish they did differently with the supplements would be to give out a handout that explains the purpose/benefits of each supplement. They happily answered all my questions in person, but it can be overwhelming, so a chart/handout on what each supplement is doing would be nice.) In October, my symptoms with my gut had begun to improve. In November, my food sensitivities started going away and I was able to incorporate more foods back into my diet. By December, my symptoms related to the SIBO and parasite were gone! People often roll their eyes at more natural methods or protocols that don't immediately incorporate antibiotics, but this clinic was the ONLY ONE who actually cured my issues. If I was rating them on care and customer service alone, I would give them 5 stars! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the testing and treatments are a financial investment since a majority of it is out of pocket. That being said, while treatment was costly, Vitality Wellness was the only place that made me feel better so the financial investment was worth the dramatic improvements in my health. If you are desperate for help, and want a doctor who will listen to you and take your symptoms seriously, I highly recommend Vitality Wellness. I finally feel like myself again!

The doctors truly listen to you and then do legitimate testing to prove their theories on your condition. And their treatment plans are full of high quality supplements and vitamins. I highly recommend. I'll never use another doctor.

Negative experience: Last year I worked with Dr.Judy after a chronically ill and close friend encourages me while I was dealing with an undiagnosable issue. I went in full steam and optimistic investing over 12K on initial testing, visits and supplements. I followed the protocol, but the herxheimer response seemed like it was just too much for my body. I abruptly had a stye that would not go away and landed in the ER with an incredibly painful kidney infection when I have never had one before. I raised my hands multiple times that not only could I not sustain 2K in supplements a month, I didn't feel that was good for the liver, and while I understand that there are set-backs in healing, this felt like too much. The response "other patients can handle those doses." Had I wanted to be gaslit I would just stayed in the western medical system. I was then advised that I needed to buy more supplements and shots. The Naturopath I work with now does not sell supplements to me directly so I know she takes no profit. When I abruptly told the clinic I would not and could not proceed, there was no follow up as to why. The staff was professional, kind and thorough, but my experience overall was not good and cost me a lot of my savings.

It's only been 6 months of following her instructions and I feel like a completely different person! While my weight isn't going down as fast as I would like to see, I was able to start exercising again. 6 months ago, I could barely walk downstairs in the morning and laid on the couch all day in pain - exhausted. Now I walk 2 miles almost every day. This office is also the office that caught my stroke level bp. I had no idea I had high bp. After all previous doc visits, no one ever told me my bp was high - let alone dangerously high. Fantastic experience: I am so incredibly blessed and grateful to have found this amazing clinic & especially Dr. Carly Monson. I had been dealing with the most excruciating stomach issues for almost 2 years that landed me in the ER twice. My GI Specialist jumped straight to a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. He only found severe inflammation, and then he denied my request to have a stool sample test done as well as whatever test could show signs of SIBO. Then, my primary care doctor refused me the stool sample test, any sort of SIBO test, and a blood food allergy test (which he proceeded to tell me wasn't a real thing). After 2 ER visits, countless tests, and being denied left and right due to "women hysteria" - I reached my last resort of googling a trusted naturopathic clinic. Dr. Monson had nothing but amazing reviews, so I scheduled the next appointment available with her, which sadly wasn't until months later following that phone call. This is where I show immense gratitude to the staff...shout out Maddy!! She reached out to me the very next day after our phone call to let me know she could get me in that upcoming week!! Fantastic experience: This place and Dr. Monson changed my life. I almost never write reviews and I could not pass up praising their work. I came in for some digestion issues that I struggled with for years that most doctors just said was typical IBS. Dr. Monson spent time to get to know my body and was able to fix my issues within weeks. I also went to her when I was diagnosed with cervical precancer. I was so nervous and scared - I went to two Obgyns who said surgery was my only option which would potentially cause fertility issues. Dr. Monson gave me another option - start a regimen with her of supplements, ozone therapy, and other at home diet changes to pump my body up with antioxidants. I gave it a try and really dove into the treatment plan but Dr. Monson never made me feel like I had to do this, she was always encouraging and helpful and just let me choose what I felt was right for my body. Whether it was surgery or this alternative treatment plan, she was supportive the whole time. Wanting to avoid surgery, I figured I would try it and if in 3-4 months (that was the time we decided) I had another biopsy and the precancer was there I would undergo the surgery. We have built such a special relationship over the years that I invited her to my wedding last year...a day I absolutely wouldn't have been able to make it to without her help to heal me back to health. Her staff is WONDERFUL, they make absolutely ever interaction a happy and joyful one. I have sent so many people to Vitality Wellness Clinic who have been healed! Can't say enough good things about this place, Dr. Judy, and the amazing staff!! They are like family now.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Judy spends loads of time with you, and her front-office staff are simply the best. The whole office is run very efficiently and on-time, which I really appreciate. Feels more like a spa than a doctor's office, and the results are amazing. I feel better now at 52 than I did at 22!

Fantastic experience: First, I never write reviews so that should speak for itself lol I started working with Dr. Judy about 2 years ago after working with a functional medicine dr and not seeing enough results to stay on that plan. Without getting into too much detail, I’ve had PCOS and gut/ food sensitivity issues for awhile. It’s effected every part of my life. I felt both physically and mentally defeated and like I would be on this rollercoaster forever. All I wanted was to feel normal and understand why I was feeling the way I was. After a PCOS specialist told me I don’t have it and put me on birth control, causing a bunch of other symptoms, I finally found Dr. Judy. Although I’m sure we can all agree we’d rather take a magic pill and feel better right away, naturopathic medicine takes a lot of patience and persistence. I didn’t feel better the first month or two months, but looking back to where I was when we started to where I am now, it’s night and day and worth every penny. My period comes on time, my period symptoms are way better (I’m able to function where before I had to cancel everything for days), I have more energy, hormones are regulated so I’m not so up and down, and I’m not bloated 99% of the time like I used to be. All of my tests show my PCOS is significantly better along with a bunch of other things. Dr. Judy is not only extremely skilled and knows a bunch of ways to help, but she genuinely cares and is always available if you need her. I love that she spends time explaining things to me so I fully understand test results and why I’m on the treatment plan that she picks. She’s given me hope that I will feel normal and she inspires me to keep pushing forward even on my toughest days. Lastly, everyone that works in her office is AMAZING. They are SO nice and help with every single thing from questions for Dr. Judy to billing questions, ordering supplements, everything. I always feel fully supported and not just anything number. I couldn’t recommend Vitality more. If you’re wondering if this is the right decision for you or not, I would encourage you to at least schedule the complimentary call. You have nothing to lose, but a whole lot to gain!

Fantastic experience: I've been regularly coming to Vitality Wellness Clinic for over 6 months now, and although I've had high expectations, I have to say that I'm very impressed by the results! The staff is kind and welcoming every single time I'm at the office, and Dr. Judy takes her time to explain everything and go over the next steps she'd like to take.
