I got an Appointment the SAMEday! I was greeted by the same person that scheduled my appointment. Her name is Jennifer. I have been a Patient of This Office since 2022. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lonstein is very knowledgeable and AMAZING! I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and I was pleasantly surprised! I was in so much pain when I got to his office. He assessed my condition and went right to work. He put on a Tens unit along with acupuncture and I was given a massage in the problem areas. I felt so much better when I left his office. He emailed me an exercise program and text me to see how I was doing! When I made the appointment online they called me right back and got me right in the next day! I called another chiropractors office and they where not willing to take a patient from out of state. Fantastic experience: I got lower back stiffness and pain suddenly, did not know what could have caused it, and so I didn't have much info for Dr. Lonstein to use other than explaining the pain symptoms and location. He instantly knew what the issue was and after just 5 short 20-minute visits, I was back to normal. They don't waste any time getting you back on your feet.

Fantastic experience: I have not been adjusted in years, my old chiropractor retired. I found Lonstein and started getting adjusted and all I can say he is a life saver I have little to no back pain and hip pain now.. I do a lot of heavy lifting and bending over at work. If you’re thinking of getting adjusted he is great! The staff are very friendly! And they expect most health Insurance. If you’re in pain he’s the place to go!

I've been struggling with chronic low back pain for years and experienced different chiropractic offices within Sullivan, Orange, and Dutchess County. Dr. Lonstein's office staff is friendly and helpful as soon as you book your first appointment. During my first visit I felt welcomed and was offered free a 3D body scan. No surprise, my results were severe. The office and doctor explained the scan. I wore orthotics for flat years ago as a child and never thought about the imbalances of my feet that could be contributing to my overall health. They offer custom orthotics and supplements, and they're not pushy like some practices to buy their products. Dr. Lonstein is professional, active listener, and is knowledgeable. He treats you with care and explains his way of practice. I felt instant relief after my first appointment. Dr. Lonstein's acupuncture techniques are phenomenal. I look forward to my next visit! Fantastic experience: I have had two sessions with Dr. Lonstein so far, I'm seeing him regularly now. I have been to many Chiropractors over the decades throughout the Catskill area, and it is safe for me to say that Dr. Lonstein is by far the best Chiropractor I have had. I have also had my first Acupuncture sessions with him over the last two times, and that is going great. Dr. Lonstein thoroughly researches all of the procedures he practices and is extremely knowledgeable in his various fields of expertise, he very thoroughly considers the specific case situations of each of his patients and works out plans to accomplish the goals his patients want to achieve from the therapies he has to offer, and Dr. Lonstein is very open minded in making those plans and in considering new (along side successful old) approaches, he brings together the best of the old and the best of the new..

Fantastic experience: Went in with back pain from knee replacement surgery. Never tried acupuncture & it helped tremendously along with the massage therapy. Everyone in the office was great, very caring & helpful. This was my first time there but I am very impressed with the whole care given. Lol

Fantastic experience: I woke up one morning and I was in so much pain. I was experiencing a horrific back spasm. I couldn't twist or take a deep breath. Dr. Lonstein got me in immediately. He got me right in 3 days in a row. After the third treatment I was feeling no more pain. The office is so empathetic of a patient in pain and they are so accommodating. I hope I do not experience this problem again but if I do, I will go to Dr. Lonstein.

Fantastic experience: Great chiroprator! When my doctor suggested to have acupuncture done; I did not know where to go since I never had acupuncture done before. When I found Dr. Lonstein and I explained to him that I never had acupuncture before; he took his time to explain every question I had and made me feel very comfortable. I always have questions for him and he takes his time to explain and put me at ease. Then I have massages done and oh boy!! I am in heaven afterwards!! The office staff is phenomenal and soo sweet!! Lonstein snapped back in place in 3-4 seccions,totally relaxed,you can rest/get your head off the pain while in therapy. I Was super nervous the first time about the needles, but it didnt even hurt at all. I 200% recomemend these place. Also price are not crazy. Gentle place.

I have a had excruciating pain in my back for about 5 years , about 6 chiropractors tried to figure out how to make the pain go away or even subside , nothing truly helped , came to Lonstein Chiropractic and they took me in and helped me the same day!! By the third day I was walking strait again with little to no pain , dont wait go now !! Also prices are super affordable !!
