Negative experience: Took my mom in a week before Christmas and the doctor did not even touch her. Just asked a bunch of questions. Did not listen to her breathing did not do anything. A week later had to take her to an urgent care… They sent her to the emergency room and then was admitted into the hospital for five days with pneumonia and anemia. I don’t know what they think they’re doing in this office, but they are not providing medical care. Very shameful! And this is not the first time we’ve had a terrible experience at this specific office. Will never go back.

Positive experience: Walk ins are welcome on the sign. When I ask I am told you may not be seen. So I'm sitting here only to be told I will not be seen. It's yes or no Be Clear. Quick to state there's a walk in on stateroad 64. That's not what you're sign say! I am really disappointed that you only have 64 available. When im told you take walk ins but you may not be seen. Please clarify!

Negative experience: Fui a consulta t me dicen la doctora no está,que ellos .e estuvieron Llamando y yo no respondí, pero que casualidad que otra persona tampoco respondió, la vi esperando le dieran cita virtual, yo también espera por la llamada, no se que sucedio que cuando me llamaron no escuchaban, yo escuchaba todo, llame y todavía estoy esperando la llamada,espero no me cobren por el servicio que nunca pude usar. Y la verdad no recomiendo el sitio.

Negative experience: It's beyond words and disbelief. I'm not sure what the problem is exactly, but there seems to be an epidemic of poor care, untimely referrals, and poor referral ability. They don't seem to know what doctors do what. ‍♀️

Negative experience: DO NOT USE MCR SERVICES. Worst experience ever! They say they are doing something like sending a referral and then you get a call 5 days later giving YOU the number to call and saying they haven't even put in the referral! They don't answer the phone 90% of the time so get used to answering machines and hoping someone calls you back, you see a doctor for all but 30 seconds, and 2 of 3 of their referrals have been TERRIBLE. So it just shows you who they do business with. Take your time and FIND ANY OTHER OFFICE!!! EDIT: This is how tone deaf they are! He tells me to call the number that you can't get through to tell him about my experience. I decided to do it and just like I thought I'm STILL on hold! I got through and they transferred me to a different clinic that had about 4 medical options to choose from and thats it. I chose #1 Pulmonary and got DUH DUH DUH DAAAH an answering machine.

Negative experience: 12/12/2022 Front desk lady who greeted me is nice that’s about it. my scheduled appointment is at 10:30. It’s been an hour and I have yet to seen a dr for a wellness check that they hounded me for to come in and do. I believe overbooking is the issue with MCR in general. I’ve got other things that needed to be done and had I realized this would be an all day thing just waiting around for a dr that will never come, I would’ve just rescheduled. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby and another 30 in the exam. If you have time to spend doing nothing then this is the place to be.

Negative experience: Incompetent and sexist medical practice. This is by far the worst practice I’ve ever gone to. When I had severe Covid they refused to prescribe me a medication that could save my life because I’m a woman, I even though there was no way I could be pregnant. Additionally, they made numerous errors in prescriptions for medical supplies, resulting in me not having access to medication and medical supplies that I need to stay alive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz-Gonzalez is a fantastic provider and I'm so happy she is my primary care doctor. It took a while to get an appointment to establish as a new patient, but that is to be expected with nearly every medical practice. She is well worth the wait. She spends plenty of time with her patients and explains things clearly so you aren't left with a ton of questions after your visit. She truly believes in her patients and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself, listens to you, and comes up with practical solutions. Dr. Ortiz-Gonzalez and her team are rock stars and deserve all the praise for the hard work they do every day.

Negative experience: I was 12 to 13 minutes late they give you a grace period 15 minutes late latest I was 16 minutes late that I can't be sent I got to resign up but this place here over here Southeast family healthcare center is Creek they play games with people lives over him if I'm late too enough situation you supposed to see me at least try to figure out what's going on but you have me sit for 2 hours and then tell me some more stuff that I can't be seen observed

Positive experience: Liz is the SHINING STAR of this place. Every star in this review is solely for her. I tried calling so many times and getting someone to help me with a doctor in their network who never prescribed us what she said she would (but still charged us anyway- Dr Jessica Betancourt- and all I got was false promises and transfers. Liz took it upon herself to help me and got me the answers the same day I spoke to her. Suddenly the medication my husband has desperately needed for months was available to us because she didn’t just shrug me off like the other people had. It felt like walking in fog until she took over and made it happen for us. Thank you so much to Liz and anyone else in the office that helped make it possible for my husband to have his medication today. If it weren’t for her, this review would have been one star.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to be back at Southeast Family Health Center the staff there is very friendly and the place is very clean and nice the new doctor I have took the time to actually listen to my concerns about my medications I was on and helped me go from 38 medications down to only 12 medications I have been trying for over a year to get a doctor to listen to me about how many medications I was on and why I needed to be on so many nobody would ever listen to me I decided to come back to Southeast Family Center because I always had good health care there and it was a very good day for me. Not only was the doctor professional and nice she took the time to actually stay with me go over every one of my medication and decide which one I really needed and which ones I did not she was able to bring me down to 12 medication that was so awesome to me. I can finally have a life back without being so drugged up on prescribed medication I am very happy to be back there and I will never leave there again. it is a very good clinic and I recommend it to anybody who needs Good Health Care here in Bradenton Florida

Negative experience: The staff in this place are rude and don't care about your situations they just want your money. Constantly miss diagnosing things. One day you have type 1 then type 2 then its something else just to find out it was type 2. And all the bs testing you have to pay for even if they were wrong and you didn't need the test. Not to mention you still can not bring someone else in for moral support due to "covid"

Fantastic experience: The appointment times are averagely an hour from arrival to the time I’m done but staff is friendly and I enjoy the care I receive. Mrs.Edwards is amazing. I have never had the quality care she provides before. From the minute I became her patient she properly diagnosed my condition which was being overlooked and got me the pain relief I needed. She knows the names of my kids who accompany me most of the time. I cannot say enough good about her. Unfortunately I moved over an hour away and need to find a physician closer to me. I really considered taking the drive just to continue being treated by her. I don’t think I will find another physician like her. She set the bar really high.

Negative experience: Front desk is horrible. No return calls dont even answer the phone most the time. I worked 20 years in Med offices and never did this happen. Put on hold and hung up on after 3 days still trying to get appointment and get refill on HEART MEDICATION yet 0 response.

Negative experience: Service seems good at first but once your in then they don't care and they act like they are above others and you should be thankful for their service, no empathy, and God forbid they should injure you cause they'll drop ya like a hot potato if you don't like it.

Negative experience: They told me I was on a sliding fee scale then sent me a bill I can't pay. maybe they just don't want homeless people using them. they also have no idea what keeping an appointment means you may wait hours even with an appointment, and don't you dare complain. NP Edwards is mean and nasty with a bad attitude and should not be allowed around people. The pharmacy discriminates and illegally fills prescriptions for their doctors only.

Negative experience: Not the best place to go, they are not serious, they cancel my appointment due to lack of them not asking for my information they didn’t write down my phone number to confirm to call me to confirm my appointment date, when I showed up they had already canceled my appointment for not confirming my appointment, how? If I never received a call from them, then they will set and Lie to me that they called me two times, Then they asked me for my phone number?

Positive experience: I give 4 star because the provider Edward's she is very patient and listen to what your concerns. She have a nice personality and give great advice. I would have given a 5 but the front desk staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing sometimes.

Fantastic experience: Bridgett Edwards is the most caring PCP I have ever had. She truly cares about her patients and has always taken the time to answer all of my concerns. I had a serious health scare recently and she has helped me get back to a positive place. I wouldn't see anyone else.

Negative experience: Since August keeps making me go thru hoops to get my Blood pressure medicine after twice being hospitalized and their doctors seeing me, I am now out, and have made numerous attempts dr Kisun Jit Nirmala in the last two weeks. She does not seem to understand we can not all spend even 25 + seeing a dr . Plus they are charging me 400+ from Last month when I was in the hospital AGAIN for HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. All I Want is to keep out of the hospital. Unfortunately they keep billing me huge amounts, yet I am way under the poverty level. So how can I keep Going to the dr. I thought this was for people like me!

Fantastic experience: Susan is extremely competent and dependable. She gets tedious tasks (finding specialists for obscure insurances) done efficiently. Can't say the same for other specialty offices (ie Sarasota retina) Also u can witness her juggling multiple tasks on any given day including running complicated testing equipment.

Negative experience: My relative went there to get her blood drawn today and the lady in the lab named Brandy was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet her and said to sit down in a angry tone of voice while pointing to the chair. Brandy stuck her twice but on the first try she let the blood flow down my relatives arm without cleaning it up nor putting a bandaid on. My relative told her 2 times that she was bleeding and Brandy did not listen simply ignored her. Mind you, there was no other patient in the lab. On the third attempt of telling Brandy again that blood was running down, Brandy said in a irritated tone of voice that there was no blood without looking at my relatives arm. After the incident, my relative spoke to a supervisor to report Brandy’s behavior and bad customer service. They did not do much. I am writing this review to beware anyone who goes to this place and needs bloodwork done. This incident can not happen again. Once again, Brandy was very rude and unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority in this profession. Especially if the company wants to grow and attract new patients.

Negative experience: So I called before I showed up Sick as a walk- in visit....to be told there's only 1 Doctor an that I might not be able to be seen because of to many people....so they took my vitals to be told to go to another walk-in clinic.

Negative experience: Today's appt, with nurse practicener Bridget Edwards was a terrible experience, waited 1 hour in waiting room, my appt. Was 930 I arrived at 920 I had to ask why I w as still waiting In lobby at 1030, when I got in the medical assistant was not friendly and down right mean......i then had to see nurse because my INR tested at 3.9 it is suppose to be 3.2. She came across rude blaming me for the test result, I have lived with my INR check every week or 2 for almost 2 years. I know what and what I not to eat, so I didn't need a rude lecture by nurse pract Bridget Edwards. Very bad experience, would advise people not to let miss Edwards treat them, she is a nasty lady who should not be practicing meds, when people are sick, we do not deserve to be treated like this, I did turn her into het supervisor, and will not stop until she gets warned and must take basic patient rights class. Something 1st term nursing students are taught.

Negative experience: My mother has attempted to use this facility and had extremely neglectful service. Walked in with food poisoning only to be told they can't see hear, had a UTI and was told to walk in and after waiting for over 4 hours in pain told they couldn't see her, then during a routine physical took tissue samples to test for cancer and instead tested for something else and never tested for cancer. Also coded the physical incorrectly for insurance and was billed $600 for a routine physical included with her insurance for free. They denied to help. This facility offers less that adequate service and care and would recommend you to find someplace else. Don't ever go here if you need to walk in due to being sick, if they will see you at all, you will get the worst care possible. This facility should be shut down.

Negative experience: i went to south east and i didnt like it , some of staff was rude ,there was a few staff members that were nice n helpful.im going to the clinic on 26th street west now and im very pleased with my dr and the entire staff . staff is very polite and helpful . the dr takes time to sit down and explain things to me and makes sure i understand everything ,and gives praises when test come back good ,and when test are bad we sit down and try to come up with a solution to get better test next time .

Negative experience: I didn't like a thing about it. I waited 6 weeeks to get an appt for today April 13 at 2:00. I got there at 1:45, I was called to the back about 2:00- at 3:05 I still hadn't seen the Dr. I left at 3:15. When you are treated like a herd of cattle or made to feel As if the Dr' s time is all that's important and you must take their crap- you don't.

Negative experience: Its my first day here an i didn't exactly knew what to expect but i has hoping to get greeted nicely with a smile or something in the family practice and the lady at the front counter was a B**CH the nurses are not nice they make you feel like they don't want you in there. Worst place to come to a clinic some of the staff should be fired if i was the manager.
