Negative experience: I hate to leave a bad review but the operations of this business has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Dr. John Huang is very skilled and his method of utilizing applied kinesiology is very effective; his adjustments made me feel temporary relief and I actually credit him for my improved range of motion and strength. However, I was very put off by his pricing for my initial visit. When I called to inquire about being seen as a new patient, I was told over the phone that they are running a promotion for consultation, X-ray, and adjustment for $149. When it came time to pay, I was told I owed them $345! I had agreed to purchase a $48 belt to stabilize my hip but the rest of the charges were not explained to me beforehand. The adjustment was $78, then there was an additional $30 for extra adjustments, then another $40 for electrical stimulation with pads, all to which I was never told would be additional costs! Imagine my surprise when I was expecting to pay $149 and am now being told to pay $150 more than intended. For deceitful and non-transparent pricing, I don’t want to return again.

Fantastic experience: Coming here was the best decision that I made for myself. My quality of life has improved completely and the daily chronic pain that I was having that began in my late 20s has disappeared altogether. I just thought pain was part of growing up. I came here when I couldn't tolerate the pain any more and Dr. John has taken years of neck, back and hip pain away. Remember, it's up to you to keep your appointments and come regularly if you want to get better. I already recommended him to my family and I 110% recommend if you want life without pain.

Positive experience: Dr. John is a wonderful chiropractor. He was able to heal my shoulder and hip pains in just few sessions of treatments. I didn’t give him a five star review because his clinic doesn’t open on the weekends and I work Monday-Friday. Thus, I had to pause the treatments due to work schedules.

Fantastic experience: Update: This is my Wellness Go-To. Dr. Huang has many natural healing / adjustment options, and I use many of them. I am now calling my visits - "where's Waldo?". Thank you Dr. Huang, you continue to be my "Go-To" keeping me mobile for everything I want to do. I have been a patient at Westchase Wellness for many years. Using many of the facets of healing options; I am always comfortable and appreciative of the methods of healing in addition to chiropractic adjustments. I particularly enjoy the education behind the science and have come to appreciate my body's language and what it is telling me through my visits to the practice. I find this option complimentary to any medical conditions and procedures I may require. I believe in keeping my body in tune and therefore benefit from continued visits.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of chiropractors and Dr Huang is the best! I'm impressed at how versed he is in many techniques and can adjust areas I didn't know you could like the ears and toes. My husband has a two infused neck bones which makes it hard to crack and gives him pain yet Dr Huang was the only chiropractor able to adjust it and give my husband relief. Dr Huang helped a lot during my pregnancy and postpartum. He's great with babies and kids. Dr Huang is thorough, personable, and family friendly. We highly recommend Dr Huang!

Fantastic experience: I was at the end of my rope when my wife suggested that I see Dr. Huang. I had been suffering for years and was getting progressively worse. For the last 10 yrs traditional medicine let me down, Numerous specialists would throw drugs at me and nothing helped. I tried other chiropractors, massage therapy, acupuncture, & everything under the sun. I researched like a madman and kept going down the rabbit hole, trying to find out what was wrong w me. My neck and back pain progressively spread throughout the rest of my body, muscle weakness, and terrible muscle spasms that devastated my ability to sleep, leading to brain fog, dementia, mood swings, depression and anxiety. I would suffer from dizziness,fainting spells, seizures, & even began having tremors. I have been seeing Dr. Huang now for 6 weeks and within a few weeks I already began improving! My pain levels have been cut in half and my muscle spasms, have subsided enough that I am sleeping through the night which as you could imagine have done wonders for my moods, depression, and anxiety. I feel amazing and the most relief I have felt in over 10 years! I am a believer in Dr. Huang.

My body was under a lot of stress and tension, and after the adjustment it feels released and amazing. He is also really informative, you can ask him any questions; he will answer all your questions and give you clear education about your body as well. Fantastic experience: I was having severe neck pain. Dr. Huang informed me that I have a broken bone in my neck after he suggested that he take some x-rays. I have had diagnostic testing through the Veteran’s Administration and was never told the cause of my pain is a broken bone! I highly recommend Dr. Huang if you would like natural pain relief. Fantastic experience: Dr Huang is wonderful. I started seeing him at 36 weeks pregnant. This helped me prepare my body for labor and stay comfortable and mobile in my last month of pregnancy. I have continued to see him on a regular basis postpartum which has help me feel my best physically as I continue to care for my baby. Preventive maintenance is a wonderful medicine.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. John Huang since 2020 when I was taking my daughter to him for cranio sacral therapy. He was very gentle and careful with my infant daughter and all the therapy improved her latch while breastfeeding. I was able to exclusively breastfeed my daughter for 18 months. I know the chiropractic therapy helped with our breastfeeding success. I also continue to see Dr. Huang for myself and I appreciate his effective techniques. Fantastic experience: Three reasons to LOVE your experience at Westchase Wellness Chiropractor 1) The staff and Dr.Huang is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in everything they do. The passion and dedication definitely show when they help you manage your pain. 2) This is your not your typical chiropractor office. I have tried many different offices, I have never had a chiropractor listen to me and my pain as well as Dr. Huang. Dr. Huang is always trying new things, trying new pain management techniques, and new regimens to get your pain under control 3) They have a cute squirrel pet/mascot. Fantastic experience: I started coming here because the reviews were good and found it to be true first hand. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and this one is the best! Dr. Huang and the front desk staff are friendly and personable (specifically Tracy.) They took the time to remember my name from the very beginning and always greet me by it every time I come. The Dr did a thorough evaluation on day one, in which he determined a personalized procedure suited for me. He has been very understanding of my pain and recent surgeries and is very mindful and careful. He makes sure I get adjusted properly and does deep tissue massage/pressure points, which relieves my pain immediately. I have back therapy afterwards and it relaxes me and frees me of my pain (the staff is very kind when setting up the equipment on me). I always leave the office feeling good and my body feels lighter. Have been coming here twice a week for months and will continue to do so. Very pleased with the results!
