Positive experience: My wife and I are regulars at the grand island location, Dr. Baase is our chiropractor and Susan D. our masseuse and both of them are excellent at their craft. This time around however I was referred to their Niagara Falls location due to both of their unavailability. I ended up receiving a massage from Jillian Z., and it was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in to the warm tiny room, Jillian made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her technique was both soothing and effective, targeting all of the areas with just the right amount of pressure. Jillian was incredibly attentive, checking periodically that I was comfortable without being intrusive. The ambiance of the room, the meditational music, combined with Jillian's skilled hands create a deeply relaxing experience that left me rejuvenated and tension-free. I highly recommend Jillian for anyone seeking a professional, highly skilled message therapist.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several other massage therapists over the years, and none of them compare to Jillian. She listens to my concerns up front and crafts her session to address them. Her deep tissue massage is amazing; I have chronic pain, and when I leave my session I feel like a new person! As a bonus, I appreciate the fact that she's not chatty - massage is a meditation, and she respects that. Thank you, Jillian!

Negative experience: Worst massage ever!!! done by Jillian. My mother went in for a massage and feels the lady began getting lazy, using one hand, digging her nails into her skin, barely did the arms when it was an upper body massage etc. but what really made her experience terrible was when the lady began on her head and upper back on the neck she didn’t wash the lotion from her hands and got it into my mothers hair. disgusting no tip, she should be ashamed with the terrible service she gave. Also never offered my mother who is also named Jillian a refund.

Positive experience: Update 9-3-2024: Since posting my review on 8/30/2024, I did receive a phone call back from the business. Sam called me back; she was very apologetic and reports that she did not receive the survey I filled out for the massage. She refunded my money and was very nice. She offered me an ice pack in addition to the refund. I changed my one star to 3 star due to her call back. The massage review remains the same, but you can rely on a call back if they are aware of any problems. Thank you Sam! Tried this place as I intended to start chiropractic care after my pain eased up. Started with a massage first and it was great. I was extremely satisfied and booked a 2nd appt with same therapist. I had realized after I went to tip for first massage that I did not have cash for a tip. I even asked receptionist about Venmo for tip and was told no. I booked a 2nd appt so I told receptionist, I'll get her next time and just assumed they would let her know. I walk into place for 2nd massage and first thing I did was give the receptionist the tip envelope and told her the tip from last time and today's tip was in there for Jillian. Big mistake tipping prior to massage this day. 2nd appt came and it was a totally different experience. The same therapist had a cold greeting , was 20 minutes late getting me-but assured me I would get full hour. She said she did not remember me which I find it hard to believe from 3 weeks prior and pretty coincidental that tip envelope was pointed out to me and left on massage table. She came in for massage and I don't know what it was-but a massage like I've never had and not in a good way. Like pinching and patting???. Well she stops massaging and leaves room without telling me and comes back in mumbling about some clock that someone took out and she doesn't know the time. She does not know how to tell time because the massage ended 25 minutes early. She puts hot towels on my face and tells me to wait for towels to cool off. I knew it was not time. I immediately got up and got dressed and was at reception before 6pm. Massage appt was 5 pm-was taken back late, she left room during massage, and I'm dressed and out quickly. I asked the receptionist to please have someone call me. She quickly sent me a link to review massage. She knew something was wrong. I reviewed the massage pretty much writing what's in this review. I requested a refund percentage as I paid for an hour and basically received 35 minutes if that. It has been 2 weeks now and no one has reached out to me so here's the review. I am sure it will not matter though to them. Hopefully another consumer will find this helpful. I guess I will not be pursuing chiropractic care at Notaro either.

Fantastic experience: Kristina was the best masseuse I've had in a long time! Had deep tissue and left feeling amazing! She finished with a phenomenal head massage too and left me still presentable when I left. I often have plenty of body aches and pains, instead I left pain free and relaxed. She got all the right spots and with the right amount of pressure I like and usually can never find. Very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: My masseuse Jillian at Notaro Chiropractic & Massage, has over and over given me the best massages I have had. My full body massages has given me pain relief in all areas of my body that are plagued with injuries. I don't know about anybody else but she seems to know where I am hurting at and attacks that spot. When she is done i am pain free. I have been going to her now for almost a year now and will continue to see her at least once a month for relief. Everybody needs to get a massage from Jillian, you will not feel the same when she is done and the girls up front at the service desk, Anne and Victoria has always greeted me with a smile and helped me with whatever paperwork I need. I always look forward to my massage. Jillian, job well done.

Fantastic experience: Sent to this office from the Veterans hospital in Buffalo for massage rehab. My 11th visit and I have had 2 amazing therapists. My current therapist is Jillian. I highly recommended the service I receive. Jillian finds and works the areas that need the most work. She explains the process and always asks if the pressure is to much or little. Very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly. I really can feel the difference after each session. I highly recommend Jillian and Nataro chiropractic.

She used a moderate to firm pressure (which I’m fine with). She worked muscles that have been holding years worth of tension today. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Dr. Marranca has been doing everything in his power to help me alleviate my sciatica and lumbar pain, he’s absolutely phenomenal!! He takes his time and explains everything in detail to make sure I know what’s going on with my back. The massage therapist also does an amazing job with the deep tissue massages she gives me. Fantastic experience: Update 11/1/21: wait times have been severely reduced, Notaro is back to being the best chiro around UPDATE: Dropping my review from 5 to 2 stars. Over the past year the wait times have become ridiculous. What used to be a 5 or 10 minute wait has become 30 or 45 minutes, I've even waited over an hour once. What's the point of making an 'appointment' if they cannot keep it ? Service is still good but they're completely dropping the ball on managing their patient load. Very friendly greeting as soon as you come in, the doctor sees you in usually less than 5 minutes so it's always a quick in and out. Lastly, the chiropractic care is awesome! - my back and neck have improved so much in the past couple months.

I find the knowledgable, friendly, and professional staff givong me regular adjustments makes me feel better and they give you advice on how to better position yourself and approach jobs to prevent recurring strains that can lead to permanent damage.

He takes time every visit to demonstrate techniques, answer general questions, or just chat. Office staff are always friendly, the facility is clean, and more than once they've accommodated me in a pinch when I have pain between visits. Highly recommend, won't go anywhere else.

Positive experience: Follow up..I just recieved a call from the office offering a complimentary massage with another masseuse. I appreciate this greatly as it was quite a luxury to splurge ony self in this way. This review is only for massage therapist Karen M. I specifically went in for a deep tissue massage. The room was nice, relaxing. I Explained to Karen what I wanted before getting on the table...deep tissue for back and shoulders a little lighter on thighs. As the massage began Karen talked about herself quite a bit. I prefer quiet so tried to answer non verbally as to not encourage more talk. Hearing about her lack of preparedness and lack of lotions was not soothing to me at all. As she worked on my back with feather lightness I again asked for deep tissue. I was answered with "I'm getting there". Well feather lightness is all I got through the whole 50 mins. even after asking again for a deeper massage after flipping over and shoulder work was done. I feel like me feeble mother could have done as much to relieve my tension.
