Fantastic experience: I have been with Awaken 180 since October. My weight has gone down every single time I have weighed in. This is not my first attempt at losing weight, but it is the most successful. The program works I have hopes of being thin again..

Positive experience: I think the program can be and is successful but they are constantly out of many products on their menu. This is unacceptable for the amount of money paid and the constant advertising for people to join but yet they cannot keep inventory for its current base of customers.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to my weekly sessions. The coaches in Newton are supportive, attentive, and knowledgeable. If you stick to the program and listen to the coaches you'll almost certainly be successful. I would recommend Awaken180 to anyone who struggles with weight loss. P.S. I lost 100 lbs the first time I was on the program. However, I didn't follow the advice of my coaches and veered way off the maintenance path. So now I'm back on the program (100% my fault), but I'm already down 29.6 lbs in 6 weeks. So, while I can understand why some find the program financially burdensome and difficult, IT WORKS! I've struggled with my weight for 25 years, and it even hindered my Army Reserve career. However, Awaken180 helped me solve a two and a half decade problem in only six months!

Fantastic experience: You have to be prepared to change your food choices and eating habits. Recognize that food is fuel for the body and be disciplined to not overindulge. The program was great for me! The support is top shelf! My coach Patrick, was always upbeat and encouraging, even when a week or two where I didn't have a big loss in weight. There's a Facebook page with other members that are positive and supportive of each other. You'll also find some recipes and suggestions on there. You will definitely lose weight if you stick to the plan. There are several recipes in the portal and you will find some that will be your new favorites. The program is a bit pricey but worth every penny to me. It's changed my habits and I'm eating much healthier now. I lost 37 lbs in 10 weeks and currently in maintenance. I can now indulge in a treat or two each week and don't fear gaining weight. If you're thinking of trying it: GO FOR IT! You'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I called to see about the program and it’s very good but I the thing that caught my eye is the weekly price they want some people want to do the program but can’t afford 300 a week I just think they should have different payment methods so other people can join so it makes it easier but I must say that when I checked back with the owner they do have different payment options you can do so check them out it definitely works.

Fantastic experience: The plan is working and easy to follow. The counselors are excellent. They are able to approach each concern and answer any and all questions. Couldn't he happier. I've tried a myriad of other programs. This one actually works and I hope it will continue for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I decided to join Awaken 180 after seeing a friend’s great results. I wanted to lose a stubborn 10 pounds, which I was unsuccessful losing on my own. The staff was great at providing guidance and suggestions and I lost a big chunk on the first week then slowly chipped away at the last few pounds. More than just losing pounds I lost body fat! I look and feel better than I have in a long time. I would highly recommend if you’ve been struggling losing weight on your own.

Fantastic experience: I have been working on losing weight since early 2022 and was able to lose 30 lbs over time, but was having trouble losing the last 25 lbs to get to my target weight of under 200lbs. I signed up for Awaken 180 after hearing about it on the radio for the past year and have been very happy with the results! I have lost over 30lbs in 7 weeks and still have one week left on my program. My coach Janice has been awesome throughout the program, helping me remained focused on my goal and she has been my biggest fan throughout. I highly recommend this program to those looking to get to their target weight...

Negative experience: I booked + paid for my consultation on 6/24/23. My appt. was for 7/8/23 in Newton. I was 20 min. early for my appt., had to pay tolls and parking plus juggled a lot of logistical changes to free myself for 7/8. They had no record of my appt. The receptionist apologized but did not offer to re-book me, treated me as if she was doing me a favor. Not a good first impression or experience for a new client.

Fantastic experience: I just visited the Newton a Awaken180 abd the program has been so successful… I am down in the order of 30 pounds within the first six weeks… It has been so successful. I signed up to continue. I recommend this office very highly.

Fantastic experience: I have done many weight loss programs, fads and diets. Some work for a little while and some not at all. This is the only plan that I’ve been able to stick to. Down 68 pounds so far and still going. I’ve got so much more energy these days thanks to the lost weight. I look forward to my Wednesday weigh ins. Not only to see how I did for the week but to also talk with the great coaches in the Newton office. Never judgmental and always supportive. I’m going to miss my weekly meetings once I go into the maintenance portion of the plan.

Fantastic experience: Frustrated 55 yr old woman who regularly exercises and eats healthy but in the midst of menopause- ugh. I wasn’t even able to loose 2 lbs. I finally decided to try Awaken 180. I had friends/family who went through the program and looked great but I thought it was going to be really expensive. After my consult, I realized my program wasn’t going to be that long and the price was much more reasonable than I had anticipated; especially since most of the food I was going to eat was included. Happy to say, I am down almost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. Not starving, still working out, and feeling much better in my clothing. The staff at Newton were so supportive/professional. They always seemed genuinely excited to see me for my appointments. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend. Thanks, Newton 180

Fantastic experience: The staff of the Newton site for 180 Wt Loss have been extremely helpful thru out my program. I began to try to lose wt on my own, then with a computer app. Neither worked especially well for me. Then I went to 180 and I have lost 25lbs already. The method of purchasing most of the wt loss products there saves time but it is the little tips along the way that have been especially effective. 10 more lbs to go. The $$ and time are well worth it. I would recommend the Newton gang very highly.

Negative experience: If you're interested in their program you're required to pay for a "discovery consultation" That's like paying a salesman to have him present his sales pitch to you. Very disappointing...

Fantastic experience: I started my weight loss at 204 and goal was 175. I am still working towards that but down to 183 and dropping. What was surprising to me is I was really not hungry while on program.

Negative experience: This program is advertised as a great Program. But realistically it's very hard to maintain the weight without eating carbs long term while the staff is very nice i didn't feel like they gave me the tools to keep the weight off long term

Fantastic experience: Started this program 10 weeks ago. Staff in Newton have been fantastic. They are always upbeat and offering suggestions for how to work the program and improve your success. My wife and I have both seen great results on the scale but more importantly we have begun to better see the connections/results with our eating habits and overall health. We now better realize that we do not need as much food as we previously thought to be satisfied and not be hungry. Great program if you follow the plan. They realize you may make mistakes but that does not mean you failed just that you need to refocus. Once you are on maintenance, a few more weeks for me before that happens, they are there for you to provide the support needed for the lifetime journey not just the short term success. I strongly recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined right before Halloween and will never turn back. The staff helped us navigate the tough holidays with positivity and support!!! We not only made it through, but we are down 80 plus pounds together (him 50, me 30). We always arrive with a ton of questions that they are happy to answer. They have educated us in a way that we now understand how our bodies work when it comes to weight toss, and that the number on the scale is just a part of our health journey. Fantastic experience: When I started the program in February, I had many reservations that it would work for me. I was at the point of scheduling my Bariatric surgery when I had a "Come to Jesus" moment. I thought what would it hurt to try one more time. I have tried many (9) times to lose the weight (diets,etc) As it turns out, my patience paid off, I'm down 40+ pounds and enjoying life again. The moment I walked into the Newton office, I was greeted with smiles and such positivity, I thought to myself that there is no way this could fail. From the very beginning I was treated with respect and the genuine concern for my health. Something that I never received from any other weight program. I can say that if you stick to the program it will work for you. The staff at Newton are some of the finest ladies I have ever met. They honestly care about your weight loss and do everything they can to make sure you succeed in you program. And in the event you "stray", they will give advice how to get you back on track. I was very fortunate to meet the owner, Paige on one of my visits and that really made it real to me. I am so glad I walked through the door in Newton and then Catherine saved my life. Surgery is no longer in my wheelhouse.

When I couldn't make it into the store for a meeting one week, they offered to make our meeting virtual if I needed. They go the extra step to ensure your success! But ultimately the proof is in the pudding. IN my first 5 weeks I'm down more than 35 pounds, and I'm EXCITED to keep going with this location of Awaken 180!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time on Awaken 180. I previously lost 40 pounds about 6 years ago, and was successful on the maintenance program until Covid hit - and I gained a lot of the weight back. I started up again in mid-December. I am down 35 pounds and have now graduated to the maintenance program again. The support you receive in your weekly weigh-ins is great. I have tried a bunch of the recipes on the client portal which both my family and I have enjoyed.

Negative experience: First I paid 25$ just to get myself weighed and a “consult” it was basically to tell me that I needed to lose weight at there Auburn location. Then after the 20 minute consult, they tell me for 12 weeks I pay 295$ a week for there breakfast, lunch and snacks. OVER 3,000 dollars just for myself. That’s not even counting my dinners. I’m on my own for those. My family already spends close to that a week on ourselves. I’m not knocking the company, I believe it would work. Unfortunately still in a pandemic, food costs through the roof, as well as everything else in the world rising. I feel this is a serious let down. They get you all ready to lose weight and get you psyched about the program and throw that enormous price tag at you. The price should be upfront, that way people who can’t afford it in the first place don’t waste there time. I was offered a smaller plan but it was almost 1700 for 6 weeks. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Entire Newton staff was excellent and easy to work with. The program does work so long as you truly want it.

Negative experience: I did the Awaken 180 weight loss for several months with a goal of losing 50 Lbs. First, it is extremely expensive buying all of their pre-package powders and foods. I did lose weight rapidly after some adjustments with my coach. The problem is, I never could get past the 35 Lb mark of weight loss. They blame stress, lack of sleep and a few other factors which actually were only caused by not being able to lose the weight and spending $500 every two weeks. They just could not get me to my goal without breaking the bank. It was not about the money, however, if you are not getting to your goal, you can end up spending thousands trying to get there. In my opinion WW is a more realistic and sustainable program that allows you to eat regular food from the start and does not cost any significant amount of money. In addition, the weight may come off a bit slower, but does not come flying back on if you have a set back. With Awaken if you lose track at all you can literally feel the fat coming right back on in no time at all. The coaches were good and tried to be helpful

Fantastic experience: I went through 20 weeks of their program and I’ve been on maintenance now for 2 months. This was an easy program to follow but the best part was all of the consultants at the Newton location. They were all very welcoming and very good listeners even though many were young enough to be my adult children. Everyone answered my questions if I was having a hard time understanding some of the concepts, like adding “good fat”. I was given a schedule type of timetable when to eat a meal and when to have a snack. Some of my special issues were I’m over 65 years old and I work nights, 7 on 7 off. My eating schedule covered both my working night schedule and my day schedule when I was off. I was worried once I transitioned to maintenance that I’d gain the weight back but so far I’ve kept it off and now it’s just second nature. One thing I always remember is that if I fall off I just get right back on the next day. I recommend Awaken 180 whole heartedly and whether you have a few pounds to lose or more than 40 like me, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: A bagel with salmon and a scotch on the rocks wow now thats a healthy meal indeed. Personally I would opt for not a scotch or a mojito but a triple IPA with my bagel.

Negative experience: I'm sure this is a ver good program. But it is not for the everyday person. The program is very expensive. Not everyone can afford to pay $295.00 a week. Or the $650.00 deposit. They need to work on their prices and I bet 5hey Wii get alot more people signing up.

Knowing you have a weekly private weigh in and meeting was huge for me. And, after you reach your goal you get monthly in person check ins for life. Fantastic experience: First - Awaken180 Weightloss has basically given me back my life as I am at having lost just under 200lbs at the time that I write this. I may or may not be biased. :) Second - I love the crew at the Newton location where I have been going for my meetings. They are knowledgeable and supportive. I know that when they say something, they will follow up - example: at one of my recent meetings, we discussed the seasonal recipes they have come up with to help clients with navigating the holidays (this time it was for Passover and Easter). By the time I got home I had an e-mail sitting in my inbox with the recipes. They are always available if I have questions and are quick with their responses. Third - I started before the COVID-19 pandemic and have continued throughout. I have always felt safe and comfortable in the office - they take social distancing, client safety very seriously and it shows all over the office.
