Fantastic experience: I want to gate keep this place, but I shant. Inspire med spa is amazing. The girls were so real (weird to say but it’s true) and they all made me feel sooo comfortable! they really know their stuff. I won’t be going anywhere else for my anti-aging needs as long as this place exists. 10/10 love love

Positive experience: I went to get Botox here a couple months ago and everyone was nice and welcoming… but the injector injected me wrong and because of that had a lazy droopy eyelid that gave me vertigo and dizziness, it affected my driving and work. I went back to try to get it fixed but the only thing that worked were some eyedrops they prescribed me that on top of it cost me $60.. (so frustrating) the eye drops gave me headaches and eventually my eye started getting red and irritated because I had to use them 3-4 times a day to feel normal. This has been a long horrific experience that has left me scared to have any other Botox treatment done on me ever again. I wanted to write this review to make others beware.. I got a call from someone at inspire medical they were super nice on the phone and definitely seemed like they were very sorry for the experience I had. She informed me the injector that had injected me when I went no longer works there and offered me a gift card for other services. For one I am very grateful for the call and the concern and now I feel more at ease that this won’t happen to someone else. I went ahead and changed my review! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had the best hydrafacial from Larissa Pemberton! I am new to the area and was looking for a Medical Spa to go to for services. I have had hydrafacials before but this one was by far the best. She really took her time and was very methodical going over some of my problem areas. She visited but didn’t talk my ears off so I was able to relax and enjoy the service. The cute blonde (didn’t get her name) receptionist was a 10 on making you feel welcomed and asked me if I’d like a tour of their new place. Which is truly beautiful. Inspire medical is lucky to have these two working for them. They are top notch professionals!

Fantastic experience: Everything about this med spa is 5 stars! Celeste is very knowledgeable and has gotten me on the right path with my hormones. Menopause is no joke. If you want relief from all the annoying symptoms definitely make an appointment. They have memberships that offset the costs of the medications too. As far as botox, fillers and facials, her highly trained staff will have you feeling and looking your very best. I always enjoy coming here. It's like hanging out with friends.

They were welcoming, kind and made me the focus of their attention when talking/working with me. Arie was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and Celeste engaged in conversation, educating me on my procedure and she listened, which I have found rare in these types of situations. She focused on me and what I wanted my results to be rather than trying to sell me more than I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough. I will never go anywhere else in the future and they exceeded all expectations.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I chose to go to Celeste and Ari for lip fillers and a hydrofacial. It was my first time doing these services and I was especially nervous for the lip fillers, but Celeste walked me through it and was as gentle as she could be. Ari did my hydrofacial and it was so relaxing and my skin is still so incredibly soft. Both Ari and Celeste and so kind and knowleable. They will walk you through the entire process. I'm so excited to get my micro needling done next!
