Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this office for ten years. In a world awash in insurance procedures and overworked staff, Dr. Joudeh and his team of very fine doctors and medical students still manage to show care and compassion to their patients. Today I came in and my blood pressure was high. The doctors took the time to address my stress. When I told them that I was concerned with my son’s well being, they told me to bring him in. He was seen and very well cared for. Special shout out to Dr. Abraham for taking such good care of us. No stress, no rushing us out. This office is a model of what a family doctor’s office should be. I highly recommend it.

My friend had an appointment but was kept waiting for a long time, only to be told that he wouldn’t be seeing the doctor he was scheduled with. Despite this, he and the other patients were still left waiting with no clear communication. It’s clear that this clinic only cares about taking advantage of Medicaid rather than actually prioritizing patients' health. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed."

Negative experience: They are unprofessional .stay away from this clinic . This is my experience for today : I called them this morning telling them that I tested positive to COVID can I just talk to my doctor to describe my symptoms to get the medication that I need. the lady told me that I can’t get medication without seeing the doctor you have to come over . Ok I went there and another girl was like since you are positive you are not able to see the doctor!!! You will receive your medication without seeing the doctor .I was like how comes !!! I have to be seen so I will get treatment according to my symptoms .she was like no no one will see you cuz you Covid positive just go to your pharmacy to pick up your medication. finally I came to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and the big surprise nothing under my name . I called them back and another person picks up the phone saying : you have to wait you will receive a call from the doctor you need to talk to him . I was like ok she put me in hold for 9 minutes and she came back telling me ooh never mind you will get you medication in 3 minutes !

Negative experience: Totally unempathetic...! I've been a patient of Dr. Joudeh for years. He has always been such a charismatic and soothing medical professional. This is why it came as a shock that one of his support staff was so uncaring to my medical needs. On 9/14, Me and my wife went to his urgent care clinic with possible COVID symptoms. When the nursing assistant calls me in, she immediately swabs my nose and sends me on my way, without checking my vitals. When I asked her for documentation for work, she gets upset, but tells me to wait in the waiting room for it. I thought she would at least offer me to see the doctor on duty. I had no idea how long to quarantine, even if I should. To be fair, the young lady who attended to my wife was the complete opposite. She even convinced my attendant to call me back in to offer me a rapid COVID test.. when I requested to be seen by a doctor , she goes to the room next door and yells at the doctor and medical student that we both COVID positive. She should at least closed the door behind her and lowered her voice. There were patients in the inner waiting area who overheard our personal health issues.By the way, after all that, my vitals were never taken. Now that's unheard of!

From the scheduling phone call to the discharge instructions given is an experience anyone would want or need to feel comfortable about their health. It’s like being part of the family and I’m not an easy to deal with patient Labs, exams, ekg, and even cosmetics done on site. Can’t beat this. Brooklyns finest

Fantastic experience: This is a great medical office they took care of all my needs. The MAs that work here are very friendly and are good at drawing blood. I usually have trouble getting my blood drawn due to my veins not being visible but the MA with the lashes and beautiful nails got it done pretty fast without hurting me. The doctors that work here are also amazing. The only complaint I have is the front desk they had me on hold for a while before answering the phone. However I do recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Artisans of Medicine is a great medical care facility. The location is always pristine. Dr. Joudeh is my PCP. His knowledge of medicine is unmatched. He provides great medical care and has a wonderful personality. He’s straightforward and caring. The Medical Assistants provide great service. The head MA Natasha (Tiny), is a master at providing the best patient experience; she makes people feel comfortable during triage, answers all concerning questions, and goes above and beyond to keep the facility running smoothly. She is truly altruistic.

Fantastic experience: My experience at artisans was excellent. The staff was very helpful from the front desk to the doctor. My needs were taking care of immediately due to a situation I had thanks to Fiona. The doctor knew what was causing my pain and prescribed my medication instantly to the pharmacy. When leaving, the receptionist Tina was happy to squeeze me in to see the primary care doctor for my urgent situation. The office is very clean!best experience!

Its busy, they try their hardest, but in the end they always come through whether you need medical forms, lab work, or your prescription sent out of state. Highly recommend him!

Negative experience: I was seen yesterday, but they have sent my antibiotic to the wrong pharmacy and ive called many times, on hold for 40 minutes each time. No one ever answered last night or any emails. Third try today to get my Rx sent to walgreens! Im sick, this doesnt work.

Negative experience: They are terrible I did my Covid test I didn’t get the results after four days I called them more than one hour I was on the line nobody answer so they don’t care about people even I told them I have a one positive person in my family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ramsey Joudeh, Clerks & technical staff are unconditionally part of the solution(s) and never of the problem. They call & and advise as if my problem is their problem. Even the English-only speaking employees of this office try hard to help me despite my broken English. Thanks to all.

Negative experience: I had a pleasant experience here, but learned after leaving I was given an incorrect prescription. Despite calling and messaging the clinic I was unable to get the problem fixed. When I went to a new dr in a traditional medical setting the dr laughed at what I was prescribed. I was disappointed by the poor medical advice as well as poor patient service following the visit.

Negative experience: I choiced Dr Joudah as a primary doctor expecting to be better served but all i got in their staff is disappointment. I tried to book an appointment which took me forever to get them , The staff on the phone finally book an appointment for me (while putting me on hold many time) and didn't send me no e-mail , no phone call , no message text to confirm my appointment !! So i asked them how do i know my appointment ! The guy said we will call 1 day before ( they never did). I booked my appointment at 3pm when i called them to find out about my appointment, a girl told me that you appointment was on October 13th at 10am while i was told my appointment was on the 15th at 10am . My experience was a disaster with them ! I won't recommend their poor service at all.

Negative experience: Doesn't help much; also say they are going to do something and never do it and then lie to you and act like they did it. Don't waste your time or money go to someone else. Tried to get medication that was prescribed to me, called the office MORE THEN TWICE, did they get back to me regarding that? NOPE. Also called just for a simple REFERRAL to see a dermatologist, did they do it? NOPE. But they did lie to me and acted like they did it. So I showed up to the dermatologist appointment and they could not find my referral at all because it was never made. So I wasted my own time and my own money. Thanks Artisans of Medicine you guys are the best.

Fantastic experience: I found this place on google, because I needed to get COVID tested for work. I showed up last minute and needed this test done ASAP to be able to return back to work after going out of the country. I had this lovely lady named tina that’s help me out. She ensured that I was taken care of and got all the documents I needed to return back to work. Thank you so much tina because of you I have a new place I can trust for all my medical needs.

Negative experience: I agree with some of the reviewers. This place is horrible and not very professional especially their gastroenterologist. Go here to see Dr Joudah other than that, nothing is exceptional here. Their specialists are very unprofessional not to mention practice medicine unethically. Case in point, I have been trying to schedule my colonoscopy for over six months and still waiting. First I have to have a check up. Done. Appointment with GI specialist. Done. There was a concern. Have a stress test. Done. Have an echo test. Done. Have a sleep test…oh wait I don’t need it…..was then referred to another GI specialist. Why didn’t they just refer me to another person six months ago? What with all the insurance claims and co pay?

Negative experience: Horrible! I had minor airway restrictions that I already know needs a course of steroids that needed to be prescribed! And his advice was to go to the ER. Never the less i went to citimd was seen by a proper doctor and i was prescribed the right meds. And Dr.Ramsey Joudeh doesn’t even know what patient care is. Called answering service twice for an urgent matter (covid) they said they paged him urgent message he never got back to me! And you can hardly get an apt with him i am always seen by their urgent care the last time i had blood wrok was 2019. When am there its “the urgent care” and the doctor has to say what type of blood work i need and to make an appointment its weeks away!!!

Positive experience: Waited 3 hours in the waiting lobby after checking in plus another 30 minutes in the patient room by myself for grand Prize total visit time of 3hrs and 38 minutes in and out. I’ve had long wait times at the doctor but NEVER anything like this. The DMV is better than this. At least—THIS OFFICE—is clean. **UPDATE** Seems my previous review was not clear and I am being told to take up a broom and sweep their office in their reply to my review because they misread what I wrote. I came here a few weeks ago for a 3:30PM appointment. I left the office at around 6:37PM. Maybe I needed to rephrase the verbiage I used in my review>>. Wait time is LONG but their office is clean and doctor is nice. Wait times here are comparable to the DMV office. Another guy was waiting with me and made a joke that we are all waiting for the president of the United States because of the absurd wait times. Once again, doctor is nice. Wait times are not. As anyone reading their reply to my review here can see, you can obviously see the impertinent and the possible condescending behavior others have commented on in their reviews(NOT ME)due to silly misunderstandings. Besides their silly response to my review ( which is a possible attempt to diminish and null my honest review by the way) everyone was nice to me. Ill change it to two stars instead of 1. Wait time is still horrible. P.S : since they accused me of being a lyer and not being able to get my lie straight. Here’s some screen shots of me texting a friend during my entire visit. As you can see in the times I highlighted, I finished around 6:38 for a 3:30 appnt.

Negative experience: Do not go their the worst experience I had with this unprofessional place. They don’t care my grandma had an appointment at 4:15 it was a bad storm today I call them up spoke to (Sarah)i let her know she will be 10 min late they said no problem when I got there the dr was still in the office. After 15 min of waiting this unprofessional, disrespectful front desk worker (Fiona) told me she is late and her appointment at 3:30 when I finally prove that her visit at 4:15 she was speechless couldn’t say anything. She told me that still she is not going to be seen. If I ask for any simple forms I have to wait a months to get it done, the doctors doesn’t even check u up. Fiona and this rude student guy attacked me in the office. Very ruuuuddddeeee stuff not recommended at all. They know how to play the Arab community, besides the waiting time over 2 hours the worst place I’ve ever experience in my life ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I have been here quite a few times with each of my young adult children. Each time they see us quickly , listen and are very thorough. They have helped with steep throat, itchy eyes and more. We also got vaccinations here . Lovely atmosphere and friendly , kind staff.

Positive experience: The office is a bit crowded and busy, but it’s BOTH a medical office and urgent care center. The place is clean and spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is very helpful, caring, and the most “down to earth” doctor I’ve ever saw. I believe I made the right choice coming here and will get the best of care!

Positive experience: Came in as soon as they opened on a Sunday simple blood work as I was instructed by the front desk staff several times over the phone. I have sat in the lobby for over an hour when I was the second person in there. When the nasty tech came out asking who was next and the girl motions towards me she made a comment that she just waiting for blood work and proceeded to say who’s next. Dr. Joudeh is wonderful but his staff today is absolutely horrible 3-18-21 - I received a call from Nadia Dr. Joudeh's PA on Monday afternoon asking for details regarding the incident that occurred the day before. She informed me that Dr. Joudeh had seen the review and asked her to reach out to me as he was busy with patients all day. I explained the situation that had occurred and about how disrespectful his Sunday team was. Nadia apologized for Dr. Joudeh and assured me that this situation would be addressed. I saw Dr. Joudeh this past Saturday to follow up on some lab work that he had ordered and he was extremely apologetic and thanked me for my feed back regarding this matter. This is why I have changed my overall stars. He really is a wonderful doctor and a very kind person.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO THERE. They’re the opposite of professional, not sure how they’re still up and running. Had few incidents with them beside the rude stuff who hates doing their job & complain to clients about getting a low pay which is embarrassing. This place have no idea what they’re doing, they book you an appointment & “forgets” to call the patient to let them know when is their next appointment, lady doing my blood work was multitasking ordering food while the needle tangling in my arm gave me a bruise. Everyone there on their phones texting like it’s not a job site, Went to an appointment waited for 2 hours then tell me it was supposed to be over the phone. Hands down worst medical experience I had

Dr. Joudeh is the first Primary Care Doctor in 10 years that I have chosen to see based on his knowledge, experience, willingness to listen and help you as well as understand WHY you may be experiencing an illness and treat the cause and the symptoms. Their office also has knowledge and use in a variety of effective treatments. All interns and staff under him have been exceptional and I just feel very confident in my healthcare under him. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the Podiatrist the other day and i was seen very quickly. Unlike other doctor offices where the front desks are of no help, the front desk workers at artisans care and are quick to assist you. one of the front desk workers Dahlia, dropped everything she was doing to help book me my appointment and make sure I see the doctor. Dr. Kesselmen was very sweet and caring and listened to everything i had to say and solved the issues involving my foot. The whole office radiates great vibes and I'm happy that I come here.

Negative experience: If you want to protect your health do not go to that doctor’s office. The staff people at the front desk are very unpleasant, disgusting and unprofessional. When I enter the exam room I noticed the nurse she was not wearing gloves while working and when I asked her to wear a pair before taking my blood test she said I can't work with gloves. She claims she’s had many years working without any gloves because she can’t work when she wears it (she has very long nails). This is a VERY BAD PLACE, I never ever go to that doctor’s office again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adeeb is the finest dr I have ever met. He never rushed you during you appointments, he explained everything to my uncle .It would be difficult to find a more caring, competent doctor.He truly cares about his patients.

Negative experience: I went couple times to see my doctor Ramsey Joudeh and I ended up seeing another doctor. And all they care about is to make as much money Out of You regardless anything else. So when I went to pick up my results after I missed my appointment they told me that I couldn’t take it. I had only to pick my documents up and they refused saying you have to see the doctor. I said okay nice can I see him today? The receptionist said no you don’t have appointment. I had to travel there take the train and waist my time and finally get the worst service ever. NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT.

Fantastic experience: Found this place for an emergency! Stayed for the service and doctors. Dr Judah is amazing! He cares about his patients and it shows. The whole staff is wonderful. They also have a cosmetics dept and ladies let me tell you it is worth doing a consultation - they have amazing prices and honest recommendations. Wish I could give it 10 stars!! Positive experience: Everyone was nice and all. Unfortunately, it was a waste of my time. I suffer from chronic back pain, that had been in remission for about a year. It showed up too fast to make an appt. with my Pain Mgmt. doc, so I went there hoping for relief. They don't prescribe pain meds. Like, at all. How can you be a doctor and write off a useful tool like that? Don't get me wrong I understand why they probably did so, and it makes a lot of sense, both financially, and to ward off nuisance drug seekers. But doesn't the policy go against their mission as doctors? Anyway. Now you know.

Fantastic experience: dr.joudeh is an absolute sweetheart.he listens intently and is genuinely concerned about my health and what he can do to improve it.my company recently changed insurance providers and i would have been very upset if artisans of medicine didn't accept my new one.i found out they do!!! Dr.Joudeh literally saved my life.if anybody is looking for a great doctor you will not be disappointed.j,sometimes they are bit busy but truthfully i don't mind waiting :) worth the wait for sure ,he doesn't rush you out of the exam room.and seems to really love his profession.just a lovely human being.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved the staff . I’m def going back for more treatments ! They explsined everything they were doing to my face step by step . The facility is very clean and Yara showed me how everything was being taken directly from the packaging so I knew I was getting my money’s worth .Dr. Ramsey was very professional and all about making sure I was satisfied ! The prices on everything were very reasonable ! His assistant Yara held my hand lol and she made me feel very comfortable while I was recieving treatment . The staff is so friendly and I felt like it was one big happy family ! I can’t wait to go back ! Thank you Yara and dr. Ramsey . Dr. Ramsey is amazing and has a wonderful personality . Fantastic experience: My previous PCP stop taking my insurance, so I went to Artisans of Medicine. I always say things happen for a reason. It was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Joudeh is the best doctor I have ever interacted with and believe me I have seen many. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and really down to earth. The staff always provides Stella service and make you feel as you are very important. Natasha is my favorite, she made me feel like if I was part of the family. I actually recommended all my family members to see Dr Joudeh and they have and all have nothing but good things to say. I'm sorry for those that have had a bad experience there but I can honestly say that is far from the normal experience you can expect to have. Give it another chance and you'll see.

Negative experience: Great urgent care experience so I assumed the primary care experience would also be great, but it was absolutely terrible.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Joudeh is awesome ,and staff is very helpful my fave is definitely Natasha she’s always on point .Overall this place is great .

Fantastic experience: As I went there only one time to have a check up when my primary doctor health center closed for a holiday. But they are super nice and very helpful. Highly Recommend them If you need someone to see that close by.

Negative experience: Made an annual physical exam appointment through ZocDoc on a Saturday, wasted 2 hours to get there just to find out that doctor took a day off. They didn't even apologize, blamed it on ZocDoc. Rescheduled for following week, asked receptionist twice to check coverage just in case, they never did. Called on the day of the appointment to remind them, Amanda wouldn't even call my insurance to check for coverage, says $20 copay. (btw my annual physical is covered 100%, no deductible) I've informed her, she advised me to call the insurance myself even though they were supposed to do it. She was rude on the phone and hung up on me. Not a good experience. Thank you, but no thank you!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Ramsey and his staff really provide an exceptional service. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and doctor Ramsey is very knowledgeable and super down-to-earth. Wait times are likely what you would expect, I waited approximately 20 minutes. Really an A+ on the staff!!
