Negative experience: One of the things that sold me was how they focused on supporting n guidance I have yet to get a return call I have yet to get text messages responded to. I have questions I have concerns I need guidance. I'm on week 2 and it's not going badd but part of the package is supposed to provide support and that's not happening. I am definitely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Burn Fat Orlando (Apopka) was great! I am very happy with my results. I lost 53 lbs in ~4 months. At first I was skeptical about losing so much weight and being able to maintain it after the program. However, I am 1.5 months out of the program and not only have I been able to eat what I want (while watching calories) but I tend to lose weight on somedays too. I had a vegetarian diet and thought it was going to be difficult at first but I got creative and did not mind it afterwards! Fantastic experience: I kept hearing the radio ads and Laura Diaz just stuck in my head, talking about keeping the weight off for years. I walked in with a goal of loosing 20lbs before my big 50th birthday. I know it's not a lot but for me it is significant. I'm limited on ways to loose weight due to my 12 hour work days and Asthma. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Mindy at the Apopka location. It wasn’t until I saw a beautiful bowl of macaroni and cheese with lobster that I realized that I was eating everything in sight. I couldn’t move and at that moment, I knew I needed to lose weight. I scheduled an appointment with BFO and started my journey of losing weight. It came off easily and minimal effort. No exercise, just watching carbs and sugars. At this moment, I have lost 31 lbs. and it really shows. Just be ready to buy new clothes. I look like I borrowed my dad’s pants because it bunches up so much. Great support, great program! BTW, I didn’t eat the Mac’n Cheese.

Negative experience: UPDATE 11/30/2020: If anyone would like to see all of my paperwork which states which pills I was to take and when, I will be happy to scan those pages and send them to you. My weight loss documentation is also noted in my booklet. The advertisement says there are no pills to take. It is false advertising. I lost a total of 10 lbs and that was it and probably most of it with water weight..... I wrote that review about my experience 3 years ago. I had gained back that 10 lb and another 10 lb. Most recently, Burn Fat did contact me regarding this review and offered to see me, but I decided on May 15th 2019 to just start my own diet with no medications, eliminating carbs, and drinking more water, and by July 19, 2019 I have lost 20 pounds.... down to 145 lbs and counting.

Fantastic experience: This program has helped me lose weight when my metabolism was basically broken and all other methods had failed. After losing 125 pounds I had 2 years of deep depression and gained about 40 of it back. Tried everything to lose it and none of the ways that were previously successful worked. Thanks to Mindy and her patience and hard work I have lost 27 pounds in a little over 2 months, my BMI is down significantly, I am burning fat instead of muscle, all my clothes are falling off and my energy level is much better. Fantastic experience: Mindy and the Burn Fat Orlando Team have worked with me weekly in creating a healthier lifestyle. They work with me to understand what food works for me and what foods I need to stay away from. They understand it is a daily battle but one they come along side you to fight. Together we created a program which has help me reduce my fat, eliminate the need for blood pressure medicine and reduce the size of my fibroid tumor. I tried different programs this one works for me because it is about me and what my body needs to survive.

Positive experience: It's about progress NOT perfection. Mindy is the best to work with, she's done the program and knows the ins and outs. I did this program in 2016 started at 170lbs and got down to 130lbs (lost 40lbs) So when I went back 1/2019, I had put on 20lbs and started at 150lbs and was hoping to lose 35 lbs. I did lose 20 lbs and am back down to 130lbs, so very happy about that...wanted to get to 115 (I'm 5'1" short), but the last 10-15 are a BEAR, so it will take another 45+ days to get to that weight off, if it's possible and stay healthy too. Fantastic experience: December 18, 2017 Hello friends, First, a big thank you to Burn Fat Orlando! A little over a year and a half ago I was rushed to the hospital due to heart failure. Doctors installed a mechanical heart called an LVAD. Recovery was a slow process, but it seemed a heart transplant was in my future. Well, at least I thought so. State of Florida dictates I have to have a 35 BMI to transplant. I was well over that weight. The hospital sent me to to dietitians and I was on a walking and exercise program and yet I could not lose the weight. I was taken off the heart transplant list because I was not losing any weight. My surgeon said to me he would advocate for me, but I wasn’t doing anything to make that happen. Basically he said I was going to die. So life or death decision, I called burn fat Orlando in Apopka. We met with Mindy where I was evaluated. I was determined to lose. I read the book and followed the water and supplement regimen and only ate what was on the approved list. I lost 20 pounds in the first 18 days. All my numbers were improving and I only recall being hungry once in the 18 days. Not only were my wife and I ecstatic about the results, but Mindy also celebrated with us. She is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but brought a warm friendly demeanor to the table. Positive experience: The Burn Fat Orlando really works and there really are a lot of good side effects!! I worked with the team out of the Apopka office and they were all great!! Giving me lots of good recipes! In a very short time within the first few weeks my joint pain was gone! I don't mean almost gone, I mean Gone! Plus the swelling in my ankles is almost gone completely. Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for a way to lose weight and start a healthier chapter of their life. The first 3 days of the losing phase are difficult as your body adjusts, but then you start feeling full after every meal. After a week, I found it hard to finish the meals, even with the reduced calorie intake. I went to the Apopka office and they helped me lose 20 lbs. This is the easiest and most rewarding diet I have done and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to look and feel healthier.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up for the Burn Fat Orlando weight loss system in Apopka and I cannot even begin to show my appreciation to their team. I have struggled with weight loss for years and was morbidly obese. I started the program and Mindy and Anais were very knowledgeable through the whole process, any advice they told me I followed it to a T, and as I started seeing the weight literally falling off I was convinced this is the right place for me. I lost 33 pounds in the 40 days and I have followed the transition phase and have been continuing to lose. I am now down 41 pounds and have never felt better or healthier.

Fantastic experience: The Waterford Lakes office was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and very attentive if you have any questions or concerns. I'm 21 and successfully completed the program. They explain everything in detail and the plan is very simple to follow. However, in the consultation, the consultant should inform that you will have to change some everyday things such as personal care items. Other than that, it's a great program with incredible results.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed working with Jessica and crew at the Sanford location. She have been very understanding of my needs and barriers that impacted my wt.loss. I lost over 20lbs after attending a family reunion and vacation. Planning was key. Starting the transitional phase. I hope to reup in September and lose another 30lbs.

Fantastic experience: I started this program in Dr. Phillips hoping to improve my health as I have several severe medical issues. I am beyond pleased with my consultant Brooke!! She is amazing! Brooke is thorough, supportive and very knowledgeable. I restarted my program because I need to keep losing more weight and Brooke played a big part in helping me with my weight loss journey. Fantastic experience: I started with this program less than 10 weeks ago mainly for medical reasons, and have since lost nearly 40 lbs, and reduced my diabetes and blood pressure medications to almost zero. My doctor is very pleased with me. The counselors here are very helpful, and quick to offer support, and so is Dr. St. Germaine. I am currently in the fourth and final phase of the program, and doing very well maintaining my new weight. My only problem is I now have to shop for a whole new wardrobe...but most would agree, that's not a bad problem at all.

As a teenager struggling with many years of weight loss due to obesity, I've tried many diet programs but they were never consistent and I always gained my weight back. Fantastic experience: I have been with the program now for 32 days. In that time, I've lost 25 lbs. After hearing the ads on the radio by someone I know, I would hear Grace talk to a gentleman named Willie. We all hear things that raise our curiosity about the program or service discussed. One day, in the ongoing progress reports with Willie, he stated that he had gone from a 3X in a shirt to an XL. THAT was my slap in the head! I thought, "I wear a 3X and I need to look into this." So I called and made the appointment for the Sand Lake/Dr. Phillips office. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met by a young lady, Brooke, who talked me through what the program was about, did the initial assessment that told them just what was going on inside my body and how bad off I really was. But you know what, they don't judge. They knew I was there for help and support and they provide it in the grandest fashion. They set me up on a program specifically designed for me. The weekly weigh ins rock because they look at my progress, help me recognize any trouble areas I might have and they make adjustments to get me back on track. The program rocks. The encouragement rocks. I still have a long way to go, but I know having them in my corner makes all the difference in the world. Too often people try to do this on their own because they read a book or saw something on tv, but then it's up to them. No support system so it's basically "good luck to you." BFO is there for me without hesitation. Brooke and the entire staff provide support for all their clients. Regardless of who your coach is, they all rally around the clients. Fantastic experience: This review is from my wife Helga Flavin: In October 2016 while driving I heard the advertisement for "BURN FAT ORLANDO" on radio station WDBO. I was very impressed by the comments of people who had lost weight using this office procedure. So I told my husband Jefferson I would like to try this health plan. I will try this procedure since i tried many other products and procedures which did not worked. Upon returning to our home, my husband called the Waterford Office and requested an apointment which was scheduled for november 4, 2016. Fisrst Impression: The welcome was very hospitable by Nancy and two other staff members. The procedures were totally explained by Nancy and I was scheduled for the target weight I wanted to achieve. Fantastic experience: I came into the Sanford office only knowing what I learned on the radio about the burn fat program. Immediately I was impressed about how welcoming everyone was and how they handle my questions with confidence. Before I started the program I was having bad knee and ankle pain. I never experienced this before and I knew it was because of the sudden weight gain. After the first week I saw a 10 pound loss and I dropped a pants size.
