Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Pisani is the best chiropractor in town ***PERIOD***!!!!! I’m a first responder for Dorchester County and I had sustained an injury to my back. The injury put me on light duty for a couple of weeks, but Dr. Michael Pisani got my back feeling 100% better. I was able to get off of light duty and go back to work after a few sessions. I always had this phobia for chiropractors, but Dr. Michael Pisani took his time and gained my trust. I can truly tell you, I feeling 100% better than when I walked in. Just go, get a session in. What do you got to lose other than your pain.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dr Mike for 6 months. When I started my neck hurt most days and I would end up cracking it myself for a semblance of relief. But it was not long term relief. After coming for 3 months I no longer had any neck pain and my range is motion increased significantly. I didn't even realize I had range of motion issues with my neck. I was in a car accident when I was a kid and have always had a fever spot on my shoulder blade, turns out it was a rib slightly out of place. After several adjustments it finally stayed in place and the tenderness has decreased significantly. I had seen a chiropractor prior to Dr Mike that ended up retiring and this was never addressed, I just thought it would be something I'd have to live with. Nope! Highly recommend Dr Mike. He's incredibly thorough and strives to get you back in great health.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several chiropractor's over the years. Dr Mike has really addressed the whole body. I was really surprised to see how straight my neck and spine were. I should have believed the Navy when they told me I have a military spine. Also the x-ray of the tissue on the right side of my neck really shows the damage from the motorcycle crash from 2005 at Jennings GP.

Fantastic experience: I made a 14 hr car ride with my older daughter to go wedding dress shopping with my younger daughter. I will say the drive was not good for my right knee. By the time I arrived to SC I was in a lot of pain. Could hardly walk. Dr. Mike came in on his day off to help me. Took X-rays and found my problem. Gave me some adjustments and I can’t remember the last time my knee felt this good.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated for lower back problems by Dr. Michael Pisani for over 2 years now, and I continue to keep going because I always feel better when I walk out. I look forward to my adjustments and Dr. Mike is extremely good at "setting me straight" :) Due to excessive wear and tear through over-working of my back in my youth, I have mild osteoarthritis which unfortunately I'll have for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: I started going to a line life about a month ago. Dr Mike and his receptionist Laura are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and easy to get along with. Dr Mike and Laura walked me through the whole chiropractic procedure since this is the first time I am trying chiropractic care. I was very impressed with how much detail was given and how much they truly seemed concerned about my well-being and my improvement. It is a soothing atmosphere and I enjoy going. Fantastic experience: To start, I didn't know anyone who had Chiropractic work done and to say I was skeptical was an understatement. I had back issues for a while before I looked into it, hard to get out of bed or to bend over and tie shoes, or even just driving for extended periods of time were super uncomfortable and left me in pain. I have been getting adjustments since the beginning of June 2021. I must say that I'm truly confident in what this can do. The first week I had (3) appointments and after that first week alone I had noticed a difference. After 3 weeks I didn't have to use my lumbar support pillow while I drove around. After the first month I could tie my shows without pain. I had my follow up after 2 months and every aspect of issues of I had on my first visit had very much improved. Dr. Pisani has been wonderful and scheduling my appointments if I have to change things around to accommodate my schedule has been unusually pleasant lol. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am in week 3 of my treatment plan with Dr. Mike and so far I am very satisfied with his service & care. His staff is excellent (friendly, organized), and they run everything very efficiently. Usually you don’t ever have to wait very long, if at all, for your scheduled appointment time. They are definitely keeping everything sanitary and safe in light of the pandemic (masks, temp checks) which I love because another place in town wasn’t doing that. As far as the chiropractic care goes, Dr. Mike can’t be beat! He sets up a care plan specific to your needs based on xrays & he thoroughly explains everything so you understand what’s going to happen during the adjustments - every time! He always encourages questions and does an excellent job explaining/answering so that you aren’t left wondering what’s going on or what the end goal is. He is also very professional but at the same time is down to earth and funny, making each visit something to look forward to. Also another thing I love about this practice is the fact that they let you to do their massage chair prior to your adjustment, so that your muscles are relaxed, which again is not the case for the previous place I was visiting! It really seems like they want each and every patient to feel satisfied before, during, and after each visit and it’s more like a family-feeling you get when you’re in the practice. It doesn’t feel like they are rushing you to leave so they can see the next person. This place is truly one of a kind!

Fantastic experience: I began seeing Dr. Mike about 1 1/2 yrs ago shortly after giving birth. I had chronic back pain and migraines but never really seeked consistent treatment until then. Dr. Mike quickly put me on a treatment plan to get me pain free. Always personable and knows my case inside/out without having to get a refresher every visit. I recently just gave birth again and seeing Dr. Mike throughout this pregnancy made a world of a difference during and after! Fantastic experience: Started coming here after I saw the Facebook ad and had hurt my lower back. They diagnosed my issues and set up a plan to get me back to working condition. This group has been the key to my recovery and I can’t recommend them enough. My plan started with visits three times and week, and now I’m down to twice a week. Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Mike two weeks ago..after I having chronic tongue spasms for over two years in addition to on and off anxiety for no reason. Come to find out my neck is totally out of alignment and the issue I was suffering from is a pinched nerve. All of the other doctors have done test after test any never found anything other than recommending unnecessary medication and therapy. In two weeks my tongue has stopped twitching and a bonus he immediately solved my problem with planter fasciitis. I highly recommend Dr. Mike - the team is super nice and very thorough. Fantastic experience: I was in pretty severe pain in the hip. Walking, standing, stairs and even laying down in certain positions. I remembered when my mom took me to a chiropractor when I fell out of a truck. I visit then fixed me. So I found out that SS would cover the cost of a number of visits (many more than I thought). Fantastic experience: Sometimes we go through life ignorant, completely ignoring factors that ultimately generate unnecessary costly medical bills. At AlignLife they give you the facts. Nothing sugar-coated or filled with frills; it’s the real deal. It begins with a soft introduction into what chiropractic work is and looks like. From there Dr. Michael uses an on-site radiology room for X-rays. Once complete the next few sessions/appointments are outlined. Today was my first aligned! I was educated further prior to and during! This was an eye opening experience for me! If you think you need it; you probably do! Allow them to truly “align” your life!

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with pain in my back and neck for a little over two years now. My neck pain was so bad that it interfered with everyday activities. After a month of treatment I feel so much better. He was excellent with my 2 year old(who also likes to try and play with everything he shouldn't). Their massage therapy is also a great service.
