I even overheard the receptionist, Celeste, assist in ordering an Uber for an elderly gentlemen. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for Physical Therapy with Dr. Zach, and chiropractic with Dr. Johnny for several weeks because of my car accident and I feel like it's made all the difference. They are happy to give you a detailed explanation of exercises and stretches for what works best for your aches and pains. They listen to what hurts that day and works on remedies and gives you recommendations and knowledgeable insight on causes and learn more about you as a person. Loving this location vs. the super busy Buckhead location. Not gonna lie our first visit took a second to find but it's hidden on that address on the bottom floor on the street side. Plenty of parking and the receptionist Rachel is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I went to the chiropractor once about 20 years ago and it was so traumatizing, I swore I would never go again. I hate the sound of pops and my palms sweat at the mere thought of neck adjustments. In the last year or so, I started having neck and lower back pain. My husband and I got into an RV accident and my back pain became so severe that I would wake up from the pain throughout the night. I reluctantly went to the chiropractor. Dr. Colton straightened me out and completely relieved my neck and back pain. He is such a kind person with a gentle way. He's incredibly sensitive to his patient's needs and is clearly wise well beyond his years. He never ceases to amaze me at every visit with how skilled he is at adjustments. He gave me alternative options for neck adjustments that I am able to do. I never imagined I could go from terrified to actually looking forward to my chiropractic visits. I walk in with pain and walk out feeling like a million bucks. Thank you Dr. Colton!!! Also Rachel at the front desk is amazing, thorough, and wonderful to patients. She is certainly an asset to the team.

Negative experience: While I initially wrote a glowing review, my most recent experience was < ✨️. Dr. Colton Jarvie had done wonders for me but when I returned after a several month break due to unrelated health issues, I basically wasn't treated. At the start of my adjustment I said that I was in a lot of pain, Dr. Jarvie jumped back & said he couldn't continue treatment without an Xray so as not to cause any harm. This should not have been a big deal as they have an Xray machine on site & we'd done exactly that previously in regards to the very same issue, hip pain. But he would not do the Xray & instead referred me to a specific primary care MD saying they would have to do an Xray anyway (except I'd be in pain for 2 months.) And I already have a primary care MD who had in the previous situation suggested that Dr. Jarvie do the Xray & as he well knew & I well knew, it normally takes about 2 months to get an appointment as a new referral to a primary care doctor exactly what I found with the referral he'd given me. This would have meant going thru the holidays (several months) barely walking & in pain. The message I got was that he didn't want to continue treating me. I assumed that I had offended him. So I moved on to another excellent Chiropractor who got me in within the week, gave me an Xray & seeing no grave concern proceded with treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a chiropractor in my life but wanted to find one this year to help with some chronic neck, back and joint pain. I loved that on my first visit they spent so much time with me asking a ton of questions, testing alignment and really getting to know my medical history and needs. Dr. Johnny started working with me on a weekly basis and didn’t just make adjustments but also gave me physical therapy exercises to target muscle areas that needed support. I felt better immediately after the first visit and have consistently seen results over the weeks since starting. The office is nice and the office staff (Rachel!) is so kind, organized and friendly. Fantastic experience: Recommended to me by a coworker, I called inquiring about the Physical Therapy services, and from the first phone call I felt I was in good hands! The Inman Park location in close to me, and I starting seeing Zachary Hollis for PT. Every part of the therapy was tailored to me and my preferences, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn about the mechanics and anatomy of the areas we were working on. We planned stretches and exercises to build stability and flexibility that fit right into my workouts, worked towards functional exercises and form improvements, and even a dry-needling session with electrotherapy. After 5 sessions my lower back was feeling much better, and I felt far more comfortable maintaining that area, especially when lifting heavy in the gym. I'll definitely be going back for any PT or Chiropractic needs, and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a one-stop-shop to get the care they need!

As an Olympic weightlifter, I had been dealing with pretty severe chronic knee pain for over a year and despite anything I tried it still lingered. I decided to make a very drastic career change and join the fire service. With only 3 months to prepare for the physical demands of the job and no previous running experience and bum knee, I knew I needed some help and guidance. Working with Johnny, I didn’t just gain confidence in my knee. I also have made incredible physical strides in my performances. Shaved my 2 mile time to 14 min while still able to match my heavy lifting numbers and not to mention full range of motion on my squats. He also provided guidance with nutrition and resources on advantageous timing for ingestion to ensure it never effected my performance. Johnny was so flexible and adaptable to any of my needs or life situations that came up and really became a voice of reason that will continue to help me navigate situations that arise in the future. I could continue to go on and on about Dr. J as a healthcare provider and what he has done for me. Fantastic experience: Physical therapy yielded excellent results. I hurt my knee in a sports accident, and was unable to walk or bend it very far without pain. The team that gave me an x-ray recommended PT before getting an MRI if my knee didn't respond. It took only 4 weeks with Dr. Zach for me to make a full recovery. I can take stairs two at a time now, and I have hope that I will be able to try sports in the future.

Negative experience: I previously left a 5 star review. Am updating to 1 star in hopes I get my x-ray results back. I paid $80 for an x-ray of my back because I had back pain. I never got those results from my doctor, Johnny. I have text messages and emails where I asked for the results. I was being nice to Johnny when I left a 5 star review because he said the office was having a competition for 5 star reviews. Fast forward a year later and I can clearly see that I have scoliosis. I would love an x ray immediately and some tips to reverse this terrible case of scoliosis that I have and can only assume was developing when I visited Johnny. I have texts with pictures of an obviously s shaped spine :/. It’s just really important that your highly qualified people follow up and do their due diligence when it comes to people’s health and stop making reviews a sport.

Fantastic experience: I love visiting Dr. Taylor and Johnny! They are the best Chiropractor and Rehab Specialist I have been to. I have even through so many other Chiropractic Clinics and Orthopedic Specialists, but this place is the real deal! Dr. Taylor is very thorough in his analysis to find out what is wrong with my lumbar issues. His approach actually works well with the issues I have and Johnny's approach to rehab exercises make alot of sense as they are very functional and focus more on movement versus weight. Overall this Chiropractic Clinic is one of the best and most thorough I've been to and I'm very happy with the results and care I'm receiving.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at a Chiropractor and it was hands down the best experience I could’ve had. The facility is apparently brand new with an upcoming grand opening. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and calm environment. Dr. Johnny is awesome, I highly recommend him. He’s personable, self-aware, and attentive. He also is very transparent and provided a thorough orientation to the entire exam and intervention process. He also frequently, explicitly asked for consent to proceed whenever he needed to get physically close to me or touch. I appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. He also pretty funny so that’s a bonus!
