Negative experience: Dr.Khan was very easy to talk to and helpful in some areas. However, most of the procedures needed are expensive and its difficult to communicate with him over the phone. I found it difficult to set appointments also or speak with his assistant. The phone often went to voicemail which made things very frustrating.Lastly, I tried setting an appointment in order to speak about my ongoing issue with him and could not get anyone to answer the phone and, subsequently, after a few weeks I found another doctor. During this time, I received an email request stating that Dr. Khan needed labs taken! Over a month later!

Negative experience: Received an email asking for feedback saying “If you were satisfied with your time at our office, we kindly request you consider leaving us a review online.” I think it’s important to include all experiences as the next sentence in the email stated, “feedback is invaluable for improving our services and informing others about the care we provide.” I definitely see opportunity for improvement of services and care provided. With that, I will say I had one video visit with the provider and never heard back regarding next steps or follow up. Never got any communication about orders for labs, workup, etc. When paying $220 out of pocket, it’s disheartening to be treated that way.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kahn has really transformed my life and the life of my family! He helps to get at the core cause of issues and is such an incredible resource for us. I was having some major health issues and my GP dismissed the problem and continued to run the same basic tests over again without any resolution. Within 3 months of seeing Dr Kahn, undergoing functional testing, and making major lifestyle changes, I was completely well (after a year of chronic illness). I will never see a traditional GP again, Dr Kahn is our family's doctor of choice!

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, that's not an option. The customer service here is terrible. I tried scheduling an appointment through their portal twice, and both times I was told there was no appointment booked. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that my requests were only inquiries and that since the 5:15 PM slot I chose wasn't available, the appointment was dismissed. The frustrating part is that no one bothered to contact me to let me know the time wasn't available. This was especially frustrating because I was trying to schedule a follow-up appointment after a visit to the emergency room.

Fantastic experience: Dr Khan is very educated and in tune with the human body. After coming with stomach issues, Dr Khan ordered some tests and told me what I most likely had and not to worry about anything more severe. I didn't start his protocol and was still anxious so he got me in for a colonoscopy. After my procedure the Dr confirmed I had exactly what Dr Khan had suggested and I have now started his protocol for my gut and feel better then ever! Highly recommend, thank you Dr Khan!

Negative experience: Experience with Dr. Khan was great although it doesn't appear the office help is very good. I've asked for my medical records to be sent over, even going in the office to fill forms out requesting my medical records. I called last week to see if they were obtained only to find out the request was never sent. I will find an office who knows how to do their job. Replying; I've literally gone in there 2 times and yes the second time was AGAIN to get my medical records. I filled out forms for the second time but the receptionist ( Kim) gave me a new referral paper. Even after the the first time asking for my medical records! You cannot lie about me being there as I was seen on cameras. Look at the cameras on March 8th for the SECOND TIME I requested my medical records, KIM! Did my paperwork magically disappear??

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khan has been so great with my husband and I. When we got sick, he made sure to get us the appointment right away, even though he was busy AND we were both new patients. Anyone that is familiar with doctor appointments as new patients knows how hard it is to get a timely appointment at first. He even gave us his personal number to text him if we needed any help. He is a class act! Professional AND personable. I highly recommend Dr. Khans office. It's so refreshing to be treated by a doctor that actually listens to our concerns and takes them seriously. 10/10 highly recommend

Negative experience: If you don't want to read my whole paragraph here is the moral of the story: If Dr. Khan does not specialize in your condition/disease, find someone else. As a future practitioner, if someone came to me with a condition that I don't specialize in, I would refer them to someone else. It is unethical that he took me on as a patient. Honestly if he does specialize in your condition, find someone else because a good practitioner will be able to answer your questions through email at no extra charge. Also just notice that in the bad review responses, they come back with snarky responses. A good practitioner will also accept their faults instead of clapping back at bad reviews. I had a simple question for him, but he made me get on a call, told me information I already knew because I was just emailing him to confirm, and then I was charged $100. I was very hopeful with Dr. Khan. But, I was quite literally robbed by him. I went to him because he had good reviews and was lower in price than some holistic practitioners. I went to him for the first time and he explained to me that he could help me and he had helped one other person with the same condition as me. Red flag number one. He had me do some testing, which is expensive, only to find out that the test he ordered was not necessary or used by any other practitioner for my condition by researching it on my own, talking to 3 practitioners that specialize in my medical condition via their free discovery calls, and listening to multiple podcasts. These podcasts are all from other certified functional practitioners with years of education and practice. If he had done just a little bit of research himself, he would've figured that out.

Fantastic experience: So impressed! It takes a lot for me to respect a practitioner, and Dr. Kahn checks all of the boxes for me. He is very articulate and clearly has a strong grasp on the latest research across multiple fields. It was rare that I had a question (and I had a lot of questions) that he couldn't answer in detail with supporting evidence. Also, he was patient and sympathetic. I met with Dr. Kahn starting in February 2024 after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Sjogren’s. I wanted to try to address the root of my inflammation and auto-immune issues prior to taking medication. He ordered a thorough food allergy panel and a gut health panel, and then suggested that I take supplements and eliminate my food allergens strictly for about a month. This was TOUGH, especially since I was traveling during that time. Thankfully, these changes made a major difference in my health. The inflammatory markers in my blood decreased from abnormal or “in the red” to acceptable / “in the green.” I felt more energy and less depression. Unfortunately, my severe case of RA was still noticeable with visible, lingering inflammation in my joints, so I decided to take some mild medication while continuing my holistic health journey with other suggestions from Dr. Kahn like CBD, yoga, breathing practices, etc.. What’s more, my son (2yo) has had bad eczema since he was a baby. His pediatrician said it is most likely not allergen related and he advised us to use topical steroids. After seeing the change in my health due to my diet change, I consulted Dr. Kahn on my son’s eczema. He suggested investigating food allergens. Sure enough, we discovered that my son’s eczema flares up with eggs and dairy. As long as he avoids those, his eczema nearly disappears! I am convinced that the diet and gut health change was transformative for me and my son, and I will definitely meet with Dr. Kahn again in the future if anything comes up. He’s fantastic!

Even though I have a handicap placard, I have to park all the way to the back of the parking lot because that’s all that was left, in 110° heat. And Yes, my normally low blood pressure was high when taken. Would’ve called the building administrative department, but could not find a number.

Negative experience: I think Dr. khan is knowledgeable and I liked him as a person, however, I had two visits with him, we ran multiple labs and the “protocol” he placed me on did not help at all. He said he didn’t understand why I had so much inflammation in my body (shown on very expensive labs) and we didn’t really get to address that. So I am still experiencing symptoms of chronic fatigue, bloating and distension, hormonal imbalance, brain fog, memory loss, and weight gain. I ended up finding a holistic health coach online who ran two additional labs he didn’t offer and the coach has helped me way more than I feel this practice has done.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the results of Dr. Khan’s treatment plan for my general health and well-being. I also love his “bedside manners”. He is very easy to discuss issues with and is a wealth of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr.Kahn has been nothing but wonderful. I’ve recently had some upper abdominal gastro pain. I’ve gone to urgent care and visited a gastroenterologist as well. They diagnosed me with GERD sand chronic gastritis. During this time I decided to see Dr. Kahn. We did additional test that my gastro doctor didn’t even attempt to do. We found out I had E. Coli as well as a leaky gut. Dr. Kahn has given me the best recommendations on supplements as well as what I should and shouldn’t eat. Following the recommendations I’ve notice such a huge difference already. My inflammation and bloating have gone down as well the pain I was experiencing. This is still only the beginning so I’m super excited to see what the next 40 days bring. Highly recommend and the additional lab work/test are worth it.

Negative experience: Without telling me, the consult fee went up - first I knew was when I saw my credit card statement. Paid $220 for a 30 minute session to review my results and have a plan forward and some of the test results were missing. Finally received them today (6 weeks later) and there is key information in there that is pertinent to my treatment and it was missed out! Will find somewhere that has better communication. The doctor is nice but I am not looking for a nice conversation. I want to feel better.

Negative experience: Do your research before visiting. I went in for my acne (I am in my 30s) and he ordered all of these test, he did not tell me what it was or how much it would be, a year later, I am still paying for these test today. He was asking about my dating life and some very uncomfortable questions during our first consultation. When the results came in for the test he was not able to get my any answers other than take more probiotics. I am still struggling with the major acne today. I do not recommend this doctor.
