Fantastic experience: I brought my nine month old daughter in to see Dr. Dean today! I had a horrible experience at the last place I went to where they made me feel like a bad mother for wanting to space out my daughter’s vaccines. Meeting with Dr. Dean, today was amazing. She made me feel like my opinion was important! I can’t wait to continue coming to this practice!

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my newborn here! Dr. Hannah Henderson is the best out there. She’s answered all of our questions which is a lot being first time parents. She’s gentle with my little guy every time. Lactation nurses are very helpful when I needed their assistance at the beginning. Front staff are always pleasant. Highly recommend this pediatrics! Added bonus is having Bridgecity coffee right next door. Our tradition to grab a coffee right after an appointment.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr. Hannah Anderson for 6 years and we won’t go to anyone else. We moved away from the area and drive to see her because she’s so gentle, caring, it’s clear she’s meant to work with kids. My son has stranger danger- not with her. They aren’t pushy with anything and make sure to answer all your questions and ensure you don’t feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: I was very well attended to, I was seen before the scheduled time, the nurse and the doctor were super attentive and answered all my questions

Negative experience: They did not want to treat me because my insurance is Medicaid or maybe because my baby is of Hispanic parents. What a lack of professionalism they have with a baby. They should put in their description that they only accept white people.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chandler is fantastic, along with the team of nurses! They are not pushy like most doctors we’ve been to. They are very understanding and seem to genuinely care about their patients. My kids absolutely love them! It’s rare when your child asks when they can go back to the doctor. Plus they have bubbles they blow at the end of each visit which is a huge plus!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the medical staff! They are caring, actually listen to their patients and don't throw antibiotics at everything. I'm very happy with the care they give my babies!!! The facility is beautiful and very clean!

Negative experience: I take it their phones aren’t operational since the automated system always hangs up on us.

Fantastic experience: Office fit my child in very quickly. We were new patients and I was able to complete new patient paperwork online. Was contacted quickly and got an appointment without having to wait weeks for an opening. Upon arrival, we were called back quickly. The staff is friendly, and doctor didn’t leave us waiting. Nurses and doctor were great with my less-than-pleased-to-be-there child, and the nurse was able to do a finger prick quickly and painlessly, which was amazing. Playground in the waiting area was an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Heffington at the Reidville Road location was wonderful. He was very thorough and reassuring to us. He took time to talk through any questions and concerns we had.

Fantastic experience: The facility is nice. It has a mini park inside of the office. The staff and doctors were even nicer. This is our 3rd practice for our children in Spartanburg. I believe we can say we have found one we will stick with.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and accommodating front desk staff. Nurses are kind and fit to work pediatrics. Dr. J. Sierakowski is fantastic. He’s a pro, he is not pushy, he is kind, empathetic and respectful. Perfect for my son.

Fantastic experience: We saw Hannah today for my 3day old newborns 1st appointment. She was absolutely the sweetest! The office is so nice and clean and all of the staff were so nice and courteous to us! I 10/10 recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a pediatric care!

Fantastic experience: Best pediatrician I have been to. Staff is great with kids, the doctor was very kind and made our little one giggle. Was very clean and smelled clean. There is even an indoor playground. So glad we found such a great place to take our children!

Negative experience: Brought my 4 year old son there and the doctor checked what was wrong with him and left for a while. While we were waiting my son had to use the restroom and while I brought him to the restroom I saw one of the women behind the counter searching up the medicine for my son. Later that same women gave us prescribed medicine for my son. When he started using them he had red spots all over his body and had a big fever. I recommend closing Parkside Pediatrics so that more kids can't get hurt. Any Mom can find medicine on google

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience!!! Beyond impressed. I am a first time mom with no prior experience with babies, between Nicole the lactation nurse and Hannah I am so grateful I found them. I had a lot of questions and lack of knowledge on somethings and they were more than willing to help us. They took their time and I didn’t feel rushed. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and information they had for us. I will be recommending them to anyone I can.

Fantastic experience: Our family LOVES Parkside Pediatrics! Hannah Henderson is our main pediatrician, but even when we have seen others, they have all been great! Hannah does such a great job of listening, helping you feel heard, knowing when something is serious, but easing your nerves when it’s not! I know that she would recommend the same thing for my kids as she would do for her own! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here almost 3 years. We started with my first and now have my second here. I love the nurses, NP's, and doctors. The staff is so friendly and they meet needs from baby to breastfeeding.

Fantastic experience: We love Parkside! We have used Parkside since my oldest was born and we’ve always had a positive experience with them. The staff is always kind and helpful. One time we were an hour late because I had the appointment time written down incorrectly but they worked us in when we got there. Dr. Heffington at the Reidville Rd location is great. He really takes his time, asks great questions, and you can tell he has each kid’s best interest at heart. Everyone from the lactation consultants, to the doctors, nurses and front desk staff are very friendly and great with kids. I recommend Parkside to all my friends with kids!

Fantastic experience: My daughter requested to go to this pediatrician’s office after driving by several times. She absolutely made the right call. They accepted our insurance and we got an appointment right away. We went in and it was like her intuition was spot ON. A playground is housed at both locations, but the Reidville location has one inside! We are always greeted by the nicest staff, including both the toddler and pediatrician doctors and support. The trims for pediatrics support nursing mothers, including lactation specialists. Our questions are always met with respectful, clear responses and I commend the staff for their upmost capacity to make children and parents feel welcome and cared for! I feel lucky to have my family here.

Fantastic experience: We love Parkside pediatrics! We always have the best experience. The whole staff is kind and friendly. Especially,Dr Nutz she is attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She never rushes through my appointment and answers every single question I have. As a first time mom bringing my newborn here has made me feel so cared for and know I’m in good hands. They always are fast and responses when I call in after hours with my questions. I highly recommend Parkside in Spartanburg!

Fantastic experience: Parkside overall is amazing, but this location we frequent more often than the others and have ALWAYS had a great experience! Little wait time, great at getting us in for last minute sick visits, they go above and beyond to ensure my child is thoroughly checked out and are always helpful in the advice they give on milestones along with wellness advice. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the providers, everyone has always been so kind and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nutz was so kind and considerate to take the time to answer all of our questions and care for our son. This has been the third time we have met with her and she has been this consistent each time we have seen her and even provided advice on how to assist with the transition with our toddler who is welcoming home her little brother.

Fantastic experience: Love Parkside Pediatrics. The wait times have never been long, and anytime I have called for a kid's sick visit they have gotten me in within 24 hours. I do not feel rushed or pressured during appointments, and all nurses and doctors have been delightful.

Fantastic experience: Parkside is fantastic. We have seen many people there over the last two years and can't say enough! A couple of my kids had to be referred to specialists for different reasons and every time they take time to fully explain why they are being referred and a lot of thought goes into choosing just the right specialist. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Everyone truly cares and is very nice. The office is amazing - love the play slides, bubble machine and office is exceptionally clean. The doctor went over and above and cleaned out my son’s ears to see if there was an infection. Very knowledgeable and explains the situation thoroughly. Will return in a few weeks for a checkup.

Fantastic experience: Started going to Parkside family medicine last week and loved it so much that I switched my daughter to their pediatrician as well. And they did not disappoint when I took her there today! We have tried 4 pediatric facilities and she has never loved one as much as Parkside. She didn’t even want to leave today! And didn’t cry at all during her visit which is very unlike her. They had bubbles and a playground and the doctor was so very patient and kind with her! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: Really nice place and I didn’t have to wait long to be taken back to the room. They also let me stay after the appointment to feed and change my son.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Parkside Pediatrics! Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to the provider, make you feel so comfortable and at ease which sounds crazy considering it’s a doctor’s office. Chandler, our NP, takes his time to do his examines while addressing any concerns we have making us feel much better as first time parents. I truly can’t stop bragging about this office to our family and friends!

Negative experience: Horrible experience with miscommunications regarding billing and insurance, which resulted in cancellation of my son’s appointments during high flu/covid season and bills sent to collections without my knowledge. The doctors are good but the practice as a whole made us feel unsafe. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: We were very impressed with the staff and facility! I think we finally found a doctor's office that listens to our concerns and didn't just blow it off. Everybody was extremely friendly and caring! We have been looking for a pediatrician for our kids since 2019 and haven't had very good luck, until today! It was a very welcomed experience. Even talked to my wife and we are looking at switching our Primary care to the Parkside medical across the lobby from the pediatrician office.

Fantastic experience: We have top notch care and the best experience every time we visit Parkside at Reidville Road. Dr. Hannah is the absolute best and I'm so glad we made the switch to Parkside Pediatrics.

Negative experience: These physicians need further education on tongue and lip ties or better yet they should refer out to the proper providers like ENT, SLP trained in ties, or a myofunctional therapist. Ties can not be assessed by vision they are assessed by function, something providers aren’t trained to do. Ties can cause several issues such as bed wetting, speech, posture imbalances, picky eating, sleep apnea. It’s something to get trained and educated on. Years of issues have been misdiagnosed bc of missed ties.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Got app fast and was seen. New to this place and its so great and the whole staff was beyond caring and nice. They had a quiet room for newborns and a play ground area. The pediatrician was very great.

Fantastic experience: We are new patients to this practice. So far, I had only been for well visits for my infant. Today I called trying to schedule appointments for my three sick kids, and the person on the phone was super nice and got us scheduled right away. At our old office, I would have felt like I was an inconvenience and likely wouldn’t have gotten sick appointments until the following day. Not only were we scheduled efficiently, but we were seen efficiently. I don’t believe we even waited 5 minutes in the waiting room, and the doctor came in to see us very quickly after our nurse finished her questions Dr. Sierakowski was great with all three of my kids and showed them compassion and kindness. He was helpful to me while I handled three kids in an examination room and he answered all my questions to help put my mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: Caring and courteous, all staff from reception to completion. They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable in your care and all questions are answered. Dr Christopher Davis is patient and listens to all concerns before making any suggestions. You can call the office and someone will return your call that day, or you can use the app. either way works.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? This place has my back, front and all around. I think I call every week for some type of parenting question or advice. Those "on call" nurses, are committed and always steer me in the right direction. I call at 2am, 7am, 1pm, 11pm and I always get a call back. I've seen a few doctors here and they are straight to the point and answer all my concerns & questions. I trust these professionals at Parkside because they take care of my family. Thank you, Parkside Pediatrics!!

Negative experience: My son was sick last week and couldn’t get an appointment for three days! Again, he’s sick and no appointments available! Seems like they are only good for well visits.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our experience here. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor were friendly and helpful. The doctor actually took time to explain our options for our situation and put my kid at ease. His recommendation worked just as he said it would, and my daughter now loves going to the doctor! Bonus points for a fun little playground in the lobby as a reward for after the visit!

Fantastic experience: My Daughters Jalayla and Lauryn are patients at Parkside. I switched them to this practice this year because they care for the child as a whole not just a symptom. The staff is always supportive of my children and super nice. I want my children to be taken care of and guided with everything in mind and I think that I have found a great place to accomplish that.

Fantastic experience: My grandkids always feel comfortable and enjoy their visits. Everyone is very nice.

Negative experience: I will not ever go back to this practice. For one it is hard to schedule an appointment without it having to be so far out and secondly they discharged my daughter from the practice because we had to reschedule an appointment. They kept giving me the run around telling me I had to speak with the billing department when the billing department had nothing to do with discharging my daughter. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: Pros: Friendly staff, clean facility and appointments are easy to make. Visits are not rushed, and we had a great experience with the breastfeeding center. Cons: At my baby boy's 4-week appointment, The nurse practitioner did not wash his hands before or after the exam. He did put on gloves, but examined my son's face immediately after examining his private area. My baby began crying, and NP attempted to pacify him by inserting a gloved finger into his mouth. At no point did NP switch out his gloves. My wife and I realized this occurred while walking out of the office. We reported these hygiene concerns to Parkside's after visit survey and are in process of choosing a new provider. Also, there isn’t currently a pediatrician working out of this office. Parents of newborns should use caution in choosing this location.

Fantastic experience: Great pediatrics doctor! Best I've ever been to. The are kind, actually care, don't let you second guess, good with testing even if you want it or think something might be wrong! Best doctor I've been with is Henderson, Atkins and eggy( eggy no longer there) but best doctors I love my kids to see!

Fantastic experience: Always takes care of my son. Answers all of my questions and explain things thoroughly so I can understand. And of course my son LOVES the bubbles. We love it here.

Negative experience: We have been using Parkside Pediatrics for aboutvtwo years, this clinic - by far - is the worst clinic, no follow ups, no referrals done, wrong profile captured at the check from a receptionist who seemed genuinely forced doing her job.. we had to follow up many times to get the referral done (took about two weeks).. very disappointed and not using this branch again.

Fantastic experience: We love Parkside so much! The staff are always so nice and welcoming. The facility has a large indoor playground to make your little one enjoy going to the doctor. The waiting room and exam rooms are always so clean. Would recommend this Doctors office to everyone!!!
