Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr. Jimenez for two months now and she is the real deal. I came in very worried about the tingling, numbing, body aches, and fatigue I was feeling without any answers from my general doctor. Fantastic experience: I originally started coming to see Dr. Jimenez for my 11-year-old son who was having difficulty sleeping, behavior issues as well as poor diet. There has been such a difference in my son’s overall health, and it was noticeable. I used to ignore my own issues because I was so overwhelmed with my children. I was diagnosed with HS in January 2024 which is an Extremely painful skin condition And was living on steroids and providing injections to myself. All this did was weaken my immune system And didn’t even mask the problem. In August 2024, thankfully I put myself in Dr. J’s hands. I am 39 years old and my entire internal body was shutting down. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my first consultation with Dr. Jimenez. I am the kind of person who likes to do her research as I’ve been failed by medical professionals a lot. I spent the last few years in so much pain. I’m actually pretty young but my body was much older. I really got over feeling so bad and decided I needed to commit to healing my body, my mind and my habits. But I didn’t know where to start or understand my body enough to honestly help myself the way it needed it. I also wanted to learn my body so I knew how to listen to it when it tries speaking to me. This is why I seeked holistic health support. Upon arrival, I am naturally very anxious and was nervous for the first visit. I shared this with Dr. Jimenez and she was patient with me and honest. She made sure I knew this would not be an overnight process (which I wasn’t expecting haha but, I learned that many people come expecting that. Guys if you want things done the natural way, the RIGHT way, you have to give it the time, nurture and environment to do so. Just an FYI lol). Anyway, When I saw my BMI I started to feel some inner shame and bad about myself but I guess she could tell and she whispered “we are not here to judge. Only get better”. I really appreciated her saying this because it gave me the mental reminder that I was not there to present my “best self” but to actually just get better. Plus now I know where I’m starting, excited to see where I end up. I really feel like I will heal FOR REAL. FOR GOOD. Even be in better shape as I get older. I even shared this with her and told her that I wanted to learn to build a sustainable lifestyle that supports my body and health. This woman is really about seeing you be better. While she was examining me and checking for weaknesses in my body, I started to tear up on the table. A sudden wave of hope came over me. I haven’t felt that in a LOOONG time. I love that she is a Christian who believes in God. I feel like God brought her into my life. Her office is very Zen and you can tell she does not tolerate drama. Which you want that from your practitioner. Someone who will protect the peace so healing can actually take place. (VERY IMPORTANT GUYS) I am personally so ready to be guided and supported. So ready to Heal my body so I can be back to who I used to be before limiting myself so much based on what my body & energy levels can handle. Dr. Jimenez does not play. She takes her work and your transformation seriously. I saw this and knew she was what I was looking for. Someone who was just as invested in my healing process as I am. Not someone who I feel I have to force them to take me seriously or care about me. Also, I learned sooo much and noticed changes from 1 visit. I will be a changed and better woman at the end of this. Fantastic experience: After doctors wanted to do surgery and fuse my back for all the pain I endure, I was recommended to see Dr. Jimenez. I have an enormous amount of pain but I can tell you now the pain has reduced to soreness and my body is feeling so much better. I am enjoying no pain for the first time in years. Fantastic experience: The Doctor has worked a miracle. I couldn't raise my hand above my head. It hurt to stand, sit and lay in bed. I really thought I'd be in a wheelchair or worse paralyzed. But today I'm walking and playing tag with my 3 year old niece. I'm amazed. Today I discovered I could genuflect I got down on one knee and back up in seconds without holding on to anything. Fantastic experience: When I tell you Dr. J has been sent by God, I mean it because she has changed my life. I began my journey at the beginning of July, came into the office with a lengthy list of mystery symptoms that were progressively getting worse and no one could understand what was causing them. I had seen a handful of doctors and each time I left their office, I felt more hopeless. I remember my first visit at Within Health— I said, Please God I hope she listens to me. Dr. J is a tough, God-fearing woman and she will hold you accountable. You have to be serious and 100% committed to your healing journey otherwise, you are wasting her time and your own. The beginning was definitely overwhelming— had to swap out all my detergents, toothpaste, skincare products, cleaning products AND learn how to eat all over again. Her and Jackie keep you in check and make sure you are being consistent and staying on the right track. I have learned so much from both of them, and I will be using these tools for the rest of my life. When I tell you every week we knocked down 1-2 symptoms…. I could not believe it. My swollen inflamed tonsils, that would have probably been removed by a surgeon practically disappeared entirely. The sensation of having red ants crawling all over my skin went away COMPLETELY. My migraines have decreased, I no longer have vertigo, my acne is clearing up. I suffered with bloating tremendously, to the point that I could not even eat vegetables and that is no longer the case. The most significant thing that has happened is feeling my thyroid physically shrink in size and being able to cut down my medication (been on 100mcg for 20 years). As you can see, is it possible to heal your body and if you are looking for help and need guidance, Dr. J is the person for you. Not only is she beyond knowledgeable in her field, but she is also very spiritual. Her aura is nurturing and motherly— it is so close to God that you will feel his presence through her. Fantastic experience: It may sound cheesy, but Dr. J is truly one of a kind! My family and I are so happy to have her as a part of our health team! What I love most about Dr. J is that she’s really good about giving the honest truth when it comes to finding the root cause of any issues that arise. For example, a couple of family members and I got into a car accident about a year ago. Prior to seeing Dr. J, we were not aware of the damage that was done to our bodies from the impact. After my first adjustment, I felt like a new person. I felt lighter on my feet and even a little taller (lol). I later learned that my spine was not properly aligned and all of the tension from the impact of the crash was just sitting in my body. It’s one of those things that you just have to experience for yourself to truly realize the importance of the chiropractic services. I’ve been to other chiropractors before, but I’ve never felt like that afterwards. Dr. J has that magic touch! Another example, my 3 month old suffered a bit of shoulder dystocia during his birth and also experienced constipation (pooping once a week). After the evaluation, Dr. J educated me on what I needed to do to help my little one, and now he poops at least once a day! Since I’m breastfeeding, I had to change some of my habits in order to ensure the baby gets everything he needs as well. My 2-year-old has been seeing Dr. J since she was 9 months and continues to see her on a monthly basis. Since she began seeing Dr. J, she barely gets sick and is ALWAYS full of energy. As a parent, that means everything to me. I’m looking forward to continuing my family’s services with Dr. J and her team.

Fantastic experience: I played football through the collegiate level and suffered a multitude of injuries including general build up of wear and tear on the body. My aunt recommended I try Dr. J and her services for spinal adjustments/chiropractic work. Initially, I felt amazing as a result of leveraging Dr. J for years. I felt so good that I took time away from her services thinking I was now “perfect” or “cured”. After about 6/7 months away from her program, I began to suffer from similar ailments that prompted me to start using her services. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jimenez is wonderful. Her demeanor and aura makes you feel at ease within my contuining experience. She is thorough with exams and passionate about the success of her patients. I have never had a doctor that I felt was my biggest cheerleader and genuinely proud of my results as much as I felt for myself. I started my personalized treatment just a week ago and I already see so much improvement in all of my initial complaints. Amongst many results, I am loving my high energy and restful sleep. Fantastic experience: August 2021 I had an anaphylactic reaction to the Pfizer vaccine followed by the left half of my body(the side I got the shot on) being numb for about 4 months. January 2023 I started experiencing Chronic fatigue, February consistent lightheadedness, March consistent shortness of breath. April 2023 I ended up having to go on medical leave from my full time NICU nurse job. With no answers, November 2023 they diagnosed me with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome associated with long haul covid. Fast forward to January 13,2024 the entire left half of my body(head to toe) went numb. Several ER visits throughout the month generated no answers. February 2024 I ended up in the ER again with chest pain and less than a week later hospitalized for a few days due to Hypoxia (oxygen dropping) All testing and blood work continued to come back negative. Absolutely no answers as to why my oxygen was dropping and why half my body was numb. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and just felt like my body was failing me. I knew it was time to start doing something different cause I was tired of living this way. I became a patient of Dr. Jimenez late March 2024 and it has been the best decision I could've made for myself! We started out with my intake where we went through my entire medical history and Dr Jimenez listened to all my concerns. She is one of very few of my doctors that have made me feel heard. From there she formulated a personalized plan for me. I have been doing nutrition response therapy and receiving chiropractic care from her and let me tell you it is like night and day! I am basically new person lol. I am experiencing way less fatigue, I have been more energized, little to no lightheadedness and shortness of breathe, the numbness feeling I was experiencing is literally basically almost gone! I'm only experiencing it just in my fingertips of the left hand which is amazing!! My neurologist had put me on Gabapentin 3x a day and nortriptaline back in February of this year. Now I am completely off the nortritaline and am only taking less then 25% of Gabapentin one time a day. My neurologist during my followup visit in May was very impressed at my progress from the way I was the beginning of the year until now. Lastly I have also been given clearance by both my neurologist and pulmonaligist to return to working full time as a NICU nurse again come September! Fantastic experience: In January I made a promise to myself that I will help heal my body whichever way that was . I was exhausted all the time , no energy , body was in constant pain , then I came across Within Natural Health by all the amazing google reviews, then decided to finally do what’s best and make an appointment. I met with Dr. Jimenez and she was nothing but lovely , patient , understanding and knowledgeable. I then proceeded to start my treatment . Fantastic experience: Within natural health has been a godsend in my life I have a seven-year-old son, whose have a lot of issues with breathing sleep apnea sick can’t breathe asleep or awake to a point where is out of school constantly I have a medical background myself and I decided to try within natural health the first night of treatment. I slept with my son and he was able to sleep quiet. He wasn’t getting up tossing and turning or anything he slept so good he was able to breathe without no congestion I’ve been struggling with this issues with him. I took him to a lot of specialist doctors he was scheduled to do surgery at seven years old because they said that his airways were too small but the surgery is very much a 50-50 chance He was on antibiotics that never worked for him whether it’s summer winter he’s just always sick but anyways by the third treatment with Dr Ester Jemenez, my Son is breathing so well the congestion has cleared up. His mood has changed is more open. He’s reading much better in class because he’s not congested anymore the teachers were complaining he’s not able to read because he was so congested. Last night he finish his first chapter book. Fantastic experience: For more than 2 1/5 years, I was having trouble sleeping and sitting for long periods of time. My feet and legs would always cramp up and I'd have to walk around all day and night in order to get some kind of relief. It was uncomfortable for me to drive as well because my left hand and arm would fall asleep. Forget having to take long trips anywhere because I would have to get out of the car and walk around when my feet would cramp up. Over the years, I have seen multiple doctors and they would only prescribe muscle relaxers to help me sleep. Recently, I decided to visit Dr. J’s Within Natural Health. One week before I went to see Dr. J for treatment, my left hand would go to sleep and I had a tingling sensation in my fingers and hands. I was not able to lie down or sit for a long period of time either. Within the first week of my treatment, I noticed a major improvement in my health. I sleep much better (and for longer periods of time) at night and my hand and arm feel much better. I am very satisfied with my progress so far with Dr. J's Within Natural Health. I hope one day that my insurance can help cover some of the cost, but I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. J and her staff.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Jimenez to help my son with his health. I had gone to different medical professionals to help him with his allergies. He had suffered with allergies for two years but this year was far worse. After a month of medication, pumps, and natural remedies nothing was helping him heal. Fantastic experience: I reached out to natural within regarding my complaints about 7 or 8 weeks ago after going to two different doctors who couldn’t address my complaints. I had tests done, was given different medications that did nothing for my symptoms, or made them worse. I was told, oh you’re fine. Nothing is wrong with you. It will go away. My symptoms were going on for about two months prior to being referred by someone (which I’m extremely grateful for!)... those symptoms being an intense discomfort in my abdomen with cramping/bloating/distended feeling, diarrhea. These issues I was having greatly affected my personal life, my mental/emotional health. I was losing motivation to cook, workout, having trouble sleeping, and it was starting to affect my work performance. After my initial visit at within, I was told I was a good candidate for their nutrition response program which I am just about halfway done with. Doctor J and Jackie the nutritionist have been working together to fix my complaints which I can honestly say have been helping so much. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. J at Within Natural Health has allowed me to make a life changing decision to continue to see a chiropractor; even when I leave NY. Dr. J is the best and is very knowledgeable of the body’s functions (particularly the spine ) and how it functions stood out to me. I like to ask a lot of questions during every visit, and she takes time to explain everything and the important roles they play in order for our bodies to function properly. I learned that just from one slight fall, your body can get out of alignment. What amazes me is that she knows when I have maybe picked something up the wrong way or cross my legs or…………… and I laugh every time.

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this place but from the beginning there were several red flags. First, I sat and waited while Dr. Jimenez was in and out of the waiting room several times chatting with her receptionist and a repair man. She neither acknowledged me nor made eye contact. I felt invisible but I shrugged it off. Once inside, she didn’t introduce herself. I told her why I was there and that I’d had the same issue last year. Her voice was low and very slow. I found it kind of condescending and she was sometimes short but I continued. She recommended two more visits, Nutrition Response Testing and then another visit where she’d go over my results and care plan. Then she proceeds to tell me it often takes 2-3 years to resolve issues. I asked questions about how many sessions, how finances work. She responds with it’s all based off the test results so she can’t say. She goes into zero details at this point. I explained to her that I need more information before I make any kind of commitment and I expressed that I didn’t want to get locked into any commitment or payment plan. Again, very vague answers from her but she does say that they don’t do visit-by-visit for patients. From that, I deduced that patients are expected to commit financially. I explained to her my financial constraints at the moment and that I wasn’t comfortable with that. She then says for me to try a detox again (like I did last year) and then when I’m more sound, I can do the testing. I agreed. While she’s noting down a detox for me, I inquired again about the testing price. In my mind, I’m thinking hopefully I can come back maybe in the next 1-2 months to do the testing. She says that we already discussed the detox. and the Nutritional testing isn’t for me. At this point, I’m confused because 5 minutes ago, this was her suggestion. I’m telling her I don’t understand. She responds in her low, slow, dry voice that we agreed I’m just going to do the detox. That the testing isn’t the right fit for me. I left because I realized that when I expressed skepticism and asked questions, she became rigid, and refused to answer. Also, from our discussion, I think she realized I wasn’t a sucker to just shell out my money. Also, no one here explained how their process works really works. Moving forward, the receptionist should at least provide that information instead of reading material and a Quiz??? (Yes, they made me take a quiz lol). I’ve been to holistic doctors who see you visit by visit. A lot of people don’t have the money readily available to afford bulk payments and I find it suspicious when places like this lead with that expectation. It’s a giant red flag!

Fantastic experience: I have had autoimmune issues for a while and each time I would go for my annual checkups the doctor would tell me to wait till I actually had full blown issues as if I were a time bomb and then he would treat me .....I had found DR. Fantastic experience: The team at Within Natural Health is absolutely amazing! My desk job made my back problems worse and certainly added to a less than ideal posture. I also have a big surgical scar that never quite healed right and made core exercises a hit or miss for muscle cramps. Thanks to Dr. J and the team these issues all went away in half a year! Very noticeable changes to my spine/posture issues, and they even healed the scar tissue in my core. Allowing me to do more than planks for my core work outs. This enabled me to add other exercises like knee raises, leg lifts and L sits to my regular work out routine. The Within Nutritional Counseling course was excellent in opening my eyes on how to properly eat. I've built what I thought was a decent diet over the years. But this course saved me so much time. Fantastic experience: After months of discomfort from severe inflammation and hitting “dead ends” with several other doctors, I finally met with Dr. Jimenez. Within a week of seeing her, I finally felt some relief from the discomfort I’ve been dealing with for months. I wasn’t 100% better but I could finally say that I’m starting to. After about 3 weeks of seeing Dr. Jimenez weekly, taking my supplements and changing my diet, I was finally feeling more like myself again. Negative experience: Terrible experience. I would not recommend. I had build up courage see her for the 2 years. I did not feel respected and she insulted my eldest son for asking questions because he wanted to know what he was taking and why. She has the position that we just need to do and not inquire because she is the Doctor. There is a dismissiveness there as well. Did not feel respected as a human being and that was stressful to be there for the 2 years. But the last straw was when she did it to my child. I will not tolerate that. I would have held my nose and continued with her but when she insulted my son and would not answer his question I could not abide with that. All the other people I had told about her I also let them know you might be helped but be prepared you can also be insulted as you go through the process. I found another practitioner and she is respectful and she does not have me changing supplements every visit and also she is way more affordable. And she RESPECTS me as a person and takes the time to ANSWER my million questions! Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Jimenez with a lengthy track record of constipation, bloating, and intense digestive issues that were seemingly incurable. The removal of my gall bladder was the source of these problems- however, after dozens of diagnoses by doctors, my digestive complications far outlasted my surgical recovery stage. Negative experience: My 84 year old mother has this to say, : I visited Dr. Jimenez after many months of feeling ill. I was hopeful that she would have an honest approach to my ongoing chronic pain and stomach issues. I informed her of all of my medical history, which was extensive, and impressed upon her that I needed very careful attention. I was hopeful that she would have the good sense to honestly tell me if she had confidence in treating me, but was quick to find out that she was more interested in preying upon my vulnerabilities and essentially charged exorbitant fees for what she called “assessment” and “treatment.” Her assessment consisted of voodoo medicine, so to speak. She is a “charlatan”, who uses phony methods for her process and claim of diagnosis. She brought in her assistant and used her assistant as a model to attempt to diagnose my ailments. What sort of quackery is this? She proceeded to hang bottles of remedies from Whole Foods, in a burlap bag around my neck, which she claims is a way of revealing the medical issues. Furthermore, she instructed me to stop all stomach medications that I had been on for many years, and to take her “remedies” instead, causing me abrupt and severe stomach pains and acute reaction. Very quickly I realized that her supposed treatments were bogus and that her methods were hurting me and causing me harm. I let her know that I was in distress as soon as I reacted negatively to her “treatments” and informed her that I was not interested in continuing with her bogus methods. As such, I requested a refund because of her improper assessment and approach, and her dishonesty regarding her skill set and lack thereof. Not only has she evaded my request, refusing to discuss the issues, but clearly she has something to hide and doesn’t want to be exposed or take responsibility for her poor judgement and lack of professionalism. She did reimburse for 40% of the total, and I requested 100% refund due to her negligence. I am a senior citizen, and have been wary of this type of scenario, because you hear about these things happening to vulnerable people all the time. This was a bait and switch scenario, well-orchestrated, and she was all too happy when I walked through her door, not because of her abilities to help me, but because of the windfall I represented for her as a vulnerable, elderly patient. I strongly encourage anyone seeking treatment from this person to steer clear. She is a money hungry business person and not a professional in the medical field.

Fantastic experience: LifeSpa has been my guide to improving upon my health for the past few years. Dr.J and team are so patient and take the time to get to know your individual needs in terms of supplements and food choices. Negative experience: I had to sign and pay for a long term treatment contract before she touched me! When "the treatment" failed after several futile visits, I asked for the balance of my deposit beck. Ms. Jimenez seemed to be more of a clever business woman than a Chiropractor . .

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I met up with Dr. Esther Jimenez...she is excellent! Through her Nutrition Response Testing I am holding myself accountable for what goes in my body and how to detect when something is wrong. And through "Emotion Code," I am finding out about hidden emotions...past and present and she is able to release them. The overall program is highly recommened for Optimal Health.

Fantastic experience: Fitting I write this review on Valentine's Day! My MD tested my blood pressure and it was 150/100. She was concern because it never was this high before and put me on blood pressure medicine. I went to Dr. E Jimenez and she can feel and told me my upper back, shoulder area, was swollen and after a few adjustments and healing my blood pressure had dropped to 130/90. Dr. J said because I was not in alignment my BP was correlated to the strain on my heart. If that is not proof that chiropractic works I don't know what else to say. Fantastic experience: I have been using dr. E for many years for adjustments for my neck. Just recently I joined her nutrition program because I want to get off my high blood pressure and cholesterol medicines. I also felt I had less energy and my sleeping was terrible. Now it’s been a few weeks into this program and I can feel the difference. My sleeping has been extended between six and eight hours a night..if I get up midway I now fall back to sleep with no tossing and turning. I feel I have more energy,because I’m not dragging by midday. I’m counting carbs and watching what I put in my mouth,which is very hard, so I’m losing weight..so far so good! Fantastic experience: When I started seeing Dr. Jimenez 9 months ago I felt truly broken. I had very low energy especially in the morning, as well as in the afternoon after lunch; I was not able to digest food properly which affected my ability to eliminate.
