Negative experience: No, what the actual fudge was that! HORRIBLE! Please save yourself $100. I recently moved to town and decided to try out this massage place based on its high reviews. Honestly, it was the worst decision I could have made. I went in for a deep tissue massage, and it felt more like light oil rubbing on my back. When I asked for stronger pressure, the masseuse used her elbow directly on my spine, which was incredibly painful. I i formed her of the pain and she continued to work directly on bone instead of around it. To make it worse, she then poked my face cheeks with a single finger—such an weird, awkward, and just plain bizarre experience. After that, she flipped me over, and I had to deal with her cigarette breath directly on my face the entire time. As if that wasn't enough, the constant noise from speeding trucks and cars on the highway right in front of the facility ruined any chance of relaxation. It was awful, and I’ll definitely NEVER be coming back nor recommending this place to any friends or family members. I really don't understand how this place has such high ratings—it's laughable at this point. I honestly felt like I was being pranked. I have had great massages in other locations never anything as weird as this. I've never had someone elbow my spine and poke my face and call it a massage. They need to train their workers because I’m convinced they’re just hiring anyone no experience required. If I could rate less than one star I would give a negative 5 star.

Fantastic experience: It was a great massage. I left feeling 100x better in my lower back and shoulders. It was a plus with the tools he used. My hands needed the attention too, and he worked out the tension in them. I high recommend and will be back soon. Very professional atmosphere as well.

Fantastic experience: What a great office. This is my second time going there and was an amazing experience. It started off with making a seamless appointment. Avilina; the front desk receptionist, is prompt, nice, and welcoming. Montez and Tyler are really good at what they do. They can read the room very quickly and allowed me to relax while listening to a podcast. The office is very clean. It is the little things that make the difference. There are extra hairbands for us ladies that have long hair and need to put it up for the massage. The bathrooms and lobby are clean. I will be coming back and recommending to others!

Fantastic experience: Tyler is an absolute lifesaver for anyone who needs relief from muscle issues, especially athletes, lifters, or anyone with a sedentary lifestyle. As a medical student who spends long hours sitting and studying, I was dealing with constant back pain, tight hips, and overall stiffness. Tyler completely turned that around. Ive been dealing with long term back dysfunction due to my 15 years of playing football and I have been to countless chiropractors and massage therapists, Tylers understanding of the human body and his ability to give me lasting relief is unmatched. Since seeing Tyler, my posture has improved, my pain has lessened, and I feel so much more mobile, even after long study sessions. For athletes, he’s a game-changer in helping with recovery and performance. I cannot recommend Tyler enough.

Fantastic experience: I went for a massage I thought it was going to be a head-to-foot experience but he focused on my lower back which was where I had a strong pain and it was really a relief Tyler has good technique and it's very professional definitely relieves the pain.. the place is fine I would have loved the smell of some oil but they are expensive and I feel that that should be part of the experience but taking that away.. it was good for the pain it was worth it

Fantastic experience: I booked a last minute appointment after waking up unable to move my head too much from sleeping wrong. The staff here is always warm and inviting and got me in with the most amazing therapist ever! Tyler knows his stuff and it shows in his work. He addressed my problem areas, his technique is perfection! He was able to relax and relieve most of the pain and regained the ability to move again in just an hour. Tyler also talked me through possible ways to further help with some things I could do to not be too sore today. He was such a big help. No stiffness, no soreness and today I feel amazing! Hands down the best place if you're in need of a great massage. Tyler is phenomenal! Tell him your issues and let him work.

Negative experience: The Good: The pressure of the message was good (exception finger nails), your attention to the whole body was good (exception lower back). The bed was comfortable and warm. The Bad: Trim your finger nails Montez. I have scratches on my neck and head from your finger nails. Start vaping while at work. Your cigarette breath is not pleasant. Please get a sound deadening panel for the front message room. The sound of traffic is not relaxing. I told you my lower back was in need of attention however you did not message it much, if any. Use oil or a different lotion because I've met brick layers with softer hands and the smell of the lotion is off- putting.

Fantastic experience: Went for a 60 minute couples massage. I had Natasha and he had Montez. These ladies are magicians. Did a phenomenal job. We're both very happy, looking forward to coming back again soon.

Tyler is hands down the best massage I’ve had since moving here. I used to receive a massage once a week in Charleston and Tyler’s techniques were similar. He’s knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system, applies appropriate pressure, identifies problem areas, and I left feeling much better. My true test for a massage is to wait until next day - which is today- and I feel fantastic. Book him!

Positive experience: *Update. The owner reached out to me regarding my review. We were able to resolve the gift card issue and I was refunded the transaction fees. The feedback was used in a positive manner. Although what happened cannot be changed, I am happily willing to give the place another shot. Truly enjoyed my service from Jessica. She deserves 5 stars. Far as the establishment, Jessica would be the only reason I will return. The receptionist is unprofessional and the fact that they charge to use a gift card purchased from them is insane. I asked to speak with the owner about it (because I thought he/she may be unaware) but was told that I could not. I would hate for a business to go downhill over things within their control. If for any reason the massage therapist left, I'm 100% sure I would follow them.

Fantastic experience: Best massage I have received from Tyler! His knowledge was exceptional and he made me feel very comfortable during my massage. His professionalism and attention to detail were top notch; I haven’t had a better massage or massage therapist. I typically get massages once a month but hadn’t found a place here until seeing Tyler this month. After two sessions, I can work out pain free and have all my mobility back. Will definitely be seeing him on a regular basis.

Negative experience: This place is a rip off they charge your card if they have it on file even if you don’t get the serviced they will reschedule you and charge you again please never go here and give your card information they took 110.00 dollars and I got no service because we overslept they could have charged a cancellation fee or reschedule you an appointment since they took my dam money

Fantastic experience: I had a massage today with Tyler it was the best massage I have ever gotten, hands down. I get regular massages at a place in Greenville, but I was dying for relief and booked here on a whim since they had an opening, and I will be booking all future massages here! I walked out feeling so much better than I did before. Tyler was very kind and very friendly which was a huge bonus! He used techniques I hadn’t experienced for stretching which provided a ton of relief. The building was quiet and super relaxing. I will absolutely be booking a follow up with him very soon!

Negative experience: My wife and I received a gift certificate for Xmas for a couple's massage. We work opposite shifts and tried to get an appointment. After much trying we finally got one but when we showed up they had given our spot to someone else. We asked to just refund the money but they refused. We asked to speak to the owner and haven't heard from them. We tried again to schedule and still nothing. Bottom line is they have been paid for services not rendered with no resolution

Negative experience: I would not recommend getting a massage from this business. My therapist started 15 min late and ended right on time. These are not cheap massages either. Paying 85 dollars before tip and end up only get 45 min? Absolutely ridiculous, the massage therapist herself was nice but a majority of the time the therapist would pause to talk. I don’t mind communication but when a massage is this expensive I would expect to get decent value from it.

Negative experience: This is my 3rd and last visit. The first visit was great. We were worked in on short notice and the massage/experience was great. We booked a 2nd massage and it was for Valentine’s Day. We booked the special and added hot stones. We arrived and were told the person writing the information did not specify that it was the special and did not write hot stones. The experience was not as good. They were not prepared to give what was scheduled and could not add it. We left with a certificate to add hot stones to our next visit. Today we arrive the scheduler has not scheduled the hot stones. They could not add it. My husband had paid 160 for a couple massage and we had the hot stones certificate. The ambience was poor. Lights not on No music and beds not heated. The lady said I will reimburse 50 dollars After our 45 minute massage that started at least 5 after 11 and stopped at 10 til 12. We were told the massage was 120 No cash could be reimbursed. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. NO COMMUNICATION

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience here and it was great! I hadn’t had a massage in several months due to covid and I’ve been dealing with a lot is stress and had lots of tension in my shoulders. Jaimie did a great job focusing on the tension and pain I’ve had in my shoulders, neck and back. Will definitely go back and the staff was very nice.

Positive experience: Great massages, knowledgeable, and professional. Only "complaint" is they are not very flexible on re-scheduling a pre paid massage. Scheduled a massage for my GF's birthday and we had an emergency with our 17 year old dog. We had to take him to the ER and they refused to reschedule. Later found out that managment said it was not a legitimate reason to try to reschedule. Maybe she is a cat person. Just make sure not to pre-pay and you will have a good experience.
