Negative experience: I did not even sign up on this service, but I guess browsing it, they automatically started an account for me. I received a box one week ago that I did not order, and was charged!! I don’t even eat the food they sent!! I called, chatted, spoke to 2 people to clearly explain to cancel this…. I do not want their food or any contact with them. That was a week ago. Today, I received another box DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

Negative experience: Be careful. They make you enter your credit card info to open an account to view all the meal options and be able to filter allergy preferences. As soon as I made the account and saw that I couldn't use them as they clearly state they use a facility with peanuts/dairy, I declined the first auto order and cancelled account. Four days later, my credit card was charged. After speaking with a rep via the # provided ((888) 573-5727), he said I should have cancelled my first order before cancelling account otherwise, they charge. I told him that I DID EXACTLY THAT. He said he could not see any of that on his end and there was nothing he could do. Now doing a CC dispute. Edit: Charge was refunded. I got an email saying there was a delay in delivery, then another email saying the box (meals I did not order) was damaged or lost in transit. They refunded my CC so that's good. All in all....this was a headache and time consuming struggle on my end. Perhaps they mean well, perhaps they need more knowledgeable employees, need to update their website, etc. I'm going to bump my star up just one, as that feels fair. Still quite sketchy feeling how this went down and I hope it doesn't happen to someone else.

Negative experience: I’m a 66 yr old Army Vet and recent 6-bypass open-heart surgery patient and I chose this meal service during rehab and recovery. They spend alot on digital advertising to promote their quality, but unfortunately they have a real issue delivering on it. Several of my deliveries have been days late and I canceled today after not receiving it two days late. Their menu is limited and has actually become more so each week and doesn’t offer the diet or repeat order favorite options of other services like CookUnity. I’ve had weekly orders arrive missing meals or with expired meals. I’ve had orders arrive days late four times. And although I try to choose a fish protein based diet, there are weeks where there are no fish options… that’s just crazy. And the portions, especially their veggie sides are so small that you would literally send them back if a plate was delivered to you this way in a restaurant. For any persons on a heart/diabetes based diet, you can’t get a healthy calorie based meal. Their communication and notifications are terrible. I wasn’t notified that my delivery wouldn’t be arriving until 8 PM at night after I had already missed that day meals. In the notification, they informed me that it would not be delivered until the following day and then it still did not arrive. No email or text notification so now I’ve gone two days without meals. On the third day, I canceled my service. And they didn’t offer any customer resolution or discount on future orders? If you’re a senior depending on these meals or a person suffering health challenges depending on these meals, this is not a good company for you.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it. I got a stomach virus and I couldn't stop puking. It's horrible. It tastes good but it's not worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Please read, as I do NOT leave reviews that are less than 5 star. Even if the experience is not good. I joined Factor not knowing that it was a subscription service, and that it takes 10 days to receive your food. I then cancelled the same day, I still received a charge to my CC, 5 days after subscription cancellation. I called to ask what happened. Apparently, subscription and order cancellation are 2 different things (even tho I never placed an order). I asked for a refund. I asked to make sure that no food would be delivered. The delivery date was still 5 days away. 5 days more, no refund. I called again and the agent said that a refund was not processed and that they would do the processing now. After 1 more day, the food still arrived. Keep in mind that I never put in an order. 36 meals delivered - 26 of them being Chicken, and I’m not a Pollotarian. Chicken Thighs & Wild Rice is something that I would never order. I received 8 of them.

Negative experience: Never received my first box on stated day, but did receive an e-mail telling me that my box was damaged, and I was refunded my promo amt of ~$11. I was charged ~$84 on the day of the email for my “2nd shipment” even thought it wasn’t to be shipped out a week later. I called customer service asking if they could just send me the first order again, and if I like the meals I would continue with 2nd shipment and subscription. I was told no, bc my first shipment was shipped out, that my second order was already being processed. So I’m basically out close to $100 for 6 meals that I may not like. I ended up getting transferred to a supervisor who, after much back forth, refunded me ~$83. I REALLY wanted to like this company, but now I see why their reviews are so bad. TERRIBLE customer service.

Negative experience: Literally THE WORST meal delivery. First box was supposed to come Monday, they sent an email saying it was late with 0 accommodation. Tuesday at 6pm it still hasn't showed up. Call customer service and wait 15 min for someone to answer only to hang up on me without assisting me at all. Have had meal deliver for years, hungryroot, hello fresh, home chef, all top notch and amazing customer service. Factor is a disgrace, don't waste your time or money.

Positive experience: I was happy with the food, all the options Factor offers, and the comfort in knowing the delivery is going to be on the day they said it would be. All that along with the fact that the packaging is always delivered without damages or issues. Great for a quick healthy meal.

Negative experience: It's definitely a scam. The meals are more than $15 each for sub-par quality microwave meals. If they don't have the ingredients for a specific meal, they don't include it, but only give you a $5 credit after you pay more than $15 for something you didn't get. The meals all need to be salted and spiced to make them edible. The convenience is not worth it. They don't have people that work in customer service, just AI generated responses.

Negative experience: I began my subscription in 2021. Customer service has certainly taken a downturn since then. There is no communication. Orders are shipped and dropped on the porch. And smart-mouthed customer service makes statements such as, "If you don't want the meals just give them away." No for the $214 I was charged I don't want to give them away. I want meals to be sent that I can eat. Subscription canceled.

Positive experience: You can not really choose what meal you want. They make you feel like you have some choice, and you choose a plan like keto. For this reason, we canceled. 50% of the meals have something I have to eat around, like mushrooms onions or something. The quality is great and steaks are great for delivery. No prep is nice.

Negative experience: Missing meals, soggy pasta, stinky salmon, horrible customer service, they make it nearly impossible to cancel and will charge you after you try to cancel! Stay away! I’ve wasted hours trying to fix the mess they caused me.

Negative experience: Not worth the money. Not reliable at all. Customer service not helpful. They promised me credit for missing meals that were supposed to be replaced on the next box without charge. Not only That did not happen. I was missing 3 meals on the next box. The reason/ excuse I got is that they were out of products!!! How unprofessional!
Negative experience: I am writing in regards to the last few orders have been messed up. I tried calling and well the call center you have chosen you can barely understand the person and got no ware. Then I tried the chat and they supposedly gave me a credit for not getting the Thanksgiving turkey dinners I ordered. We ended up not getting those and instead received 6 of some other meal. The next order we were shorted one meal and it showed up a day late. Then my last order was for 8 and we got 6. I signed my father up and on his first box he was supposed to get free i thought but ended up paying and only got 4 of the 6 meals. I would like any money that is owed to me returned to my card asap and I will be cancelling my account. I do not have time to track down my food and whats owed to me since you cant get it right. Positive experience: Apparently, not clicking on an email means "please send me food"? If you notice the charge on your credit card and call support, even if you call then immediately, they will tell you that it's "too late to do anything."
Negative experience: I'm very unhappy at the fact that a charge to My debit card was made from this place tonight at 11:22pm was attempted, but declined because I'm not in that state so My card company denied the charges because they sent Me a message to verify the charges and I denied it. So the charges were cancelled!!! Aren't the procedures for using a credit/debit card, is that the card holder has to produce valid identification...yes or no!!!? Knock it off criminals, and do transactions the right way or suffer the consequences, DIG IT!!!?
Negative experience: Their customer service / customer satisfaction is trash. Skipped a week of deliveries but they charged me for the order and when I called to fix it, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I specifically stated in my profile what foods I can and cannot eat, this order contains food that I can’t consume. So not only did they charge me ~$200 on an order I didn’t want, they also are sending food I cannot eat. Every subscription service I’ve had sends you automated notifications a few days before they charge to avoid these issues. Membership canceled.
Negative experience: My meals were supposed to arrive today. Their website still says today, but upon finding and following the tracking link, it said they'll be delivered tomorrow. ZERO NOTICE from Factor (I checked my junk/spam, as well as my Factor account), and all they offer is a $10 credit. Wow. Meanwhile I'm out the hour of time I've wasted figuring out THEIR problem, plus the meals I was counting on having to get me through today. Boo. ☹️
Negative experience: Horrible customer service! They have absolutely no options for you to change or cancel the scheduled delivery date. In an emergency situation the box of the food should come and sit behind your door because they can’t do anything even though you called 5 days before the delivery date! It has to be 7 days before! And like life is all planned! And there is no way something comes up ! Well me and my husband cancelled our plan! Good luck to your business! Cus you will have customers with the same issues!

Negative experience: I had suspended my meals and I was billed anyway. When I contacted customer service they said I missed the cut off and my pre selected meals were ordered. As I was making my case to them they hung up on me. Poor customer service. I’ve ordered almost 200 meals from them but I will not recommend on the issue of customer service. Do Not Recommend!!!
Negative experience: This company is the worst company out there. I warn everybody this company will send you product and expect for you to pay when you did not order it it happened to us and they still sent product after a year and a half when we did order product from them Just to get money they keep that company in business. They are very ruthless. I will not do business with them. We tore a card up. We had to get a new credit card because they were sending stuff that we didn’t want. We never ordered it. This company is very dishonest. I hope everybody that reads this will make a wise choice on ordering food from them. They are very sneaky and dishonest. Try to cancel the order before we get it was almost impossible they wouldn’t do it. Also we called our credit card company and it’s a fraud what they did they charge us three different times first the dollar then $9.99 and then 4842. They’re very sneaky. Be careful check your bills. Again, this company is going broke their out throwing orders on past people that did business so they can sneak orders in and get paid. Be careful check your bank statements. This company is a bunch of fraud people working there.
Negative experience: Sponsoring youtubers that laugh and make fun of people with autism. If you support the planet, and/or people with autism, please look to spend your money elsewhere. I called support to try to get them to look into this and they told me that they could submit a support ticket but they "don't deal with anything like that there." Negative experience: The customers service is terrible. Lately our meals were late or not what we have ordered. We were charged multiple times even our meals didn't reach our home and to get reimbursement almost impossible. It is really disappointing to see business which downgrading so fast! Good luck fixing the issues!
Negative experience: The worst meal delivery service. I properly cancelled my order before the Wednesday cutoff but their system didn’t make the change. I called 7 hours later after I discovered THEIR error to cancel the delivery. Even though it’s still a full week before the delivery date, they would NOT cancel. Net result is I’m out of pocket $85 and the food will rot at my door for 3 weeks before I can return to trash it. I’m immediately canceling my account!!
Negative experience: Stealing money and blaming the customers is an interesting business practice. Their policies are not clear and when you call to speak with someone regarding their overcharge, you’re basically told “this is your fault and you should have read the fine print.” Never in my life have I dealt with such a shady business. Now I see why the reviews are so low. Also, when you mention their low reviews, customer service tells you “you should have looked into those before hand.” Charged $99 for food I cancelled and there’s no way to get it back. Unacceptable.
Fantastic experience: Have to say so far, it's fantastic, one had the butter chicken and the vegan mushroom marsala, and both were delicious. I wanted low-calorie, tasty food, and options for cooking, whether microwave or oven, which is excellent. The only downside I've seen so far is the plastic is flimsy after being microwaved. At less than $10 a meal, this is a bargain and time saver

Negative experience: BEWARE!!! If you subscribe to be allowed to see the meals available and you have a food allergy then cancel your subscription within the same hour, you will STILL be charged! Customer service has told me I am only getting $53.16 back from the fraudulent $106 charge saying the cutoff has already passed although the charge didn’t show until this morning. I wasn’t even aware there would be a charge because I CANCELLED WITHIN AN HOUR! I’m sure this works for several people, but this situation is unacceptable. How many people have you done this to that haven’t fought back?!
Fantastic experience: This company has changed my life for the better!! I started keto for the first time and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks with the help of these keto meals. Not just the making the keto diet easier to maintain, with calorie counts and exact measurements of what I need to lose weight... Factor gave me the ability not to have to think about the age old question "what's for dinner?" which immediately removed a ton of stress from my life! Added benefit - the meals are actually SO delicious that I'm tempted not to cook for a very long time!! My husband also says these are the perfect meal for him to bring to work - they heat up so quickly, are extremely satisfying for hunger (you don't even notice you're not eating carbs!) and he doesn't have to worry about lugging back dirty tupperware back home. Overall, 10 stars for this company and their extremely delicious & healthy meals!!
Negative experience: While the food was very good and easy the delivery service was unacceptable. On my first ever purchase last week one of my 10 meals were missing and I had to be credited. This week my food was delivered to the wrong house and I was told by customer service, "Sorry, we cant contact the driver who delivered it so we will have to credit you again". $150 a week is not worth this level of poor customer service and deliveries.

Negative experience: I bought it once to see how it would be and they keep charging me fees on my credit card for things I didn’t order, I’m being charged every week $110, I tried to contact them to make the cancellation and they said they couldn’t do anything! Positive experience: I’ve had a change of heart after having another meal the food taste great very healthy. The only thing I have a problem with it could you give them five stars is the management in the ordering process they automatically charge you if you just open the email, I think that’s a sept it the food taste good. The food looks good but they make it affordable sometimes but they charge way too much on your credit card and you don’t even agree to that that’s only thing I don’t like foods. Good quality is very nice.

Negative experience: This company is awful. I ordered food and always get a text notification that the food was delivered because I live in a condo. This week I didn’t get the text notification and had to throw out all the food. I called the company just expecting to get a refund for this week and they told me there is nothing they can do.
Negative experience: Okay, so we order factor I would give it a 4 star but there are a lot of execution failures that you the consumer need to be aware of. Let us get to it! Pros: • Food is sealed REALLY WELL! • Food looks good • Each dish cooks within 2-3 minutes in a 1000-WATT microwave • You must like Cheese, Cream, Dairy, and Pork Cons • You must like Cheese, Cream, Dairy, and Pork • The website does not let you pick your meals (could have been a glitch) • KETO meals are covered in butter, cream, cheese, and or oil. • THERE IS NO TASTE, but it smells great. First, the Keto plan is saturated in butter and vegetable oil. This is a basic fail because even with salt and added seasoning the oils pull or separate any seasoning from the food removing the taste. The good news is that microwaving oil and butter basically fries the food to the temperature of the sun. So have confidence that you cooked any bad bacteria to oblivion. Next, the type of food. This may be a glitch on the website. Factor sells Pandora's boxes of meals – in other words: life is like factor meals; you never know what you’re going to get. The factor does not let you know what type of food you’re getting, because my wife and I were unable to pick out the food. This resulted in Factor sending us a “smothered Pork dish” (that immediately went into the trash). If you’re lactose intolerant or have any food allergies here is a warning: everything is covered in oil, cheese, and cream; oil, cheese, and butter; or oil, cheese, cream, and butter. I understand the Keto philosophy, but it would be better if the butter, cheese, cream, and oils were placed on the side like condiments so customers can customize their Pandora's box of meals. This would also help if the food needed seasoning, which it does, and allow the customer to enjoy all the meals. Finally, let us end with some good notes. The food is shipped to your door at a refrigerated temperature and is ready to eat with a 2–3-minute nuke in the microwave. The food smells great and it is sealed with the confidence that no child will ever open it with their bare hands. The price is upper average in comparison to most services. Finally, the food itself is thoroughly cooked. If they don’t change anything be prepared to pull out your salt, pepper, and spices. Otherwise, enjoy!
Negative experience: Once I signed up for the account, there was a bug on the website which locked in the first delivery box and I had no way to make any changes. I called the customer service and explained that I would be out of town when they delivered the box. They responded “you should have called 1 day earlier”. Despite there were still 6 days until the delivery, Factor_ refused to make any change or refund. They still intended to deliver the food while I was away after knowing the food was going to be wasted. This is like asking customers to pay for their website bugs. The way how they treated their food and customer was really disappointing.
Positive experience: Shredded beef pimento cheese Mac. Beef was rather tasteless and half of the minimal serving was a disgusting collection of connective tissue, vessels and fat!
Fantastic experience: Very good . Tastes good also . I don’t know why people are complaining about the taste when in fact it is very good. I don’t have any kids in my house and it’s just me and my husband. It’s so much better than fixing a meal and leaving the leftovers in the refrigerator only to go bad. Just throw one of these in the microwave.
Negative experience: I typically use Freshly but decided to give Factor a try. After 3 orders from Factor, I'm canceling and will stick with Freshly going forward. My first order from Factor was horrible - the two small ice packs were completely melted and leaked sticky gel all over the items in the box. Couldn't trust the food was still edible since the ice was completely melted. I reported all of this and the second order was better. I received my third order yesterday and the two small ice packs were melted, the meals were warm to the touch and had to be thrown out. It doesn't matter if the food is good when you have to throw it out. Factor scrimps on packaging and ice packs. Freshly uses more, larger ice packs.

Negative experience: This company owes me $300.00. Every time I deactivate my account, the system automatically re-activates it. There is a glitch. I have been waiting for a manager to get to me for over 30 days, and no manager has contacted me. The next step is going directly to the Better Business Bureau.
Negative experience: Signed up in 2020. They were good in the beginning. Trainwreck after they sold to Hello Fresh shortly after. Clearly didn't care after they made their money. Go on Trust Pilot all the recent reviews are horrible and say the same thing. CEO Mike is a coward. Gave them numerous chances to follow up they dont care, i cancelled
Positive experience: Meals are excellent, BUT their referral service doesn't work at all! I did not get my referral credit when my friend started her service, even when she used my referral code in front of me! Shame! That was my last referral!
Negative experience: You're paying a premium for this service. When you look at most of the ads running for Factor, They show you that nice sliced steak and veggies. For the couple months I've had the service, never once was that meal offered. The delivery service is spotty. Twice, they showed up a day late. Some meals are great, and some meals are skimpy on the meat. I received my food today, and only half the order showed up. The offered me a credit for the food a didnt receive for my next order. They would not send the missing order to me.
Negative experience: Horrible! I visited the website to browse and inquire about the company. I put in the info required to move along the process . It wouldn't even let me look at the food without putting in credit card info. So I put it in to browse. I decided I didn't like it and exited out. The next day I got charged $60 and sent food. I called and complained and they were very hesitant to send me refund. I had to argue with the customer service guy on the phone. I felt robbed. Website is unclear and tricked me.
Negative experience: Do not sign up for a subscription through them just to view their meals! They will charge you for anything you place in your cart (without confirming a purchase) even if you cancel the same day you started. They trick you into signing up to view meal options and then when you request a refund for the fraudulent charges they claim they can't help you. Never received anything for what they charged me either!
Negative experience: I used this meal service for 11 weeks until I finally decided to cancel it. Out of 11 weeks my order was wrong 4 of the weeks. Thats more than a 36% error rate! Talk about bad company quality control. I was either given wrong meals or missing meals completely. I was compensated with account credits or refunds when I contacted them about the mess ups, but honestly when your meal planning or have specific dietary needs, you just want your order to be right and the compensation doesn't really make up for it. These mistakes were happening way too often. As for the taste, the food was good to great. I would order 12 meals a week between my husband and I and maybe 1 meal a week was just... ahhh blah. But it wasn't a quality issue, more personal taste. I'd say, give it a try, until you at least get tired of the over abundance of mistakes.
Positive experience: Pretty good meals with reasonable serving sizes, but that's where it ends. So far have ordered factor for 3 weeks consisting of 8 meals per week and twice I did not receive every meal I ordered. They are good about crediting your account for the meals that you did not receive, but it just shows how low their quality assurance is, pretty unhappy.
Fantastic experience: Ordered for the first time, had a few minor issues with meals being given to me that I didn't order as well as a few that I didn't receive. However I messaged the company and spoke with a gentlemen named Anthony with the Customer Experience team, extremely fast response and fixed all the issues I had by crediting me with the mistakes for my next order!!! Negative experience: Bought a groupon for one week of 8 meals delivered. I redeemed my code on Factors website and selected the 8 meals I wanted for delivery Jan4th. My order arrived today Jan4th with only 4 meals and none of the 4 meals were what I had selected to be delivered. Customer service over the phone said my order had been changed ? I deactivated my plan and told the phone rep I didnt need or want a future credit. Get it right or dont do it at all.

Negative experience: I do not normally write these kinds of reviews but I don’t want others to go through what I have… I chose Factor_ because they offer quick Keto friendly meals that fit perfectly in my very busy life. Unfortunately my experience has been plagued with failed deliveries and poor food packing. 90% of the time the food was delivered a day or two after it was supposed to be. The last two weeks, the food hasn’t shown up until 5 days later and the food was not at a safe temperature to be consumed. Additionally the food has shown up with the ice bags slashed and the contents all over the food containers. Sadly Factor_ is simply not reliable. The food has been excellent, but reliability not so much and that is why I had to cancel services. It’s way too expensive to pay for only a 10% reliability on food delivery expectations that they themselves set. When actually reaching out for assistance from Factor_ they knew the food wasn’t going to show up but didn’t even attempt to notify its customers so they could make the appropriate modifications in their schedules to find another solution in a timely manner. That action, the lack of communication, clearly indicates they simply do not care for their customers.

Negative experience: Delivery was over 3 hours past the delivery window. The driver came to my door at 12:51am and rang the doorbell!!! Needless to say, I was already asleep, so I didn’t get my food off the porch until 5:40am! Food was completely damaged. With so many food delivery services out there, they should improve the Southern California hub so that drivers aren’t picking up food at 8:42pm and driving it over 3 hours to deliver late and in the middle of the night.

Fantastic experience: Best meal delivery service out there! We have tried alot and Factor is by far the best. It comes fresh, never frozen, and is prepped at a location only 40min from our home. We have froze the meals before and they still taste amazing. The flavors are awesome. The portions are perfectly measured out but they offer extra side dishes to purchase if you want. We have been using Factor for almost a month. True game changer! Warming them up in the oven is the way to do it and transferring onto a plate or bowl. You would think a chef prepared the meal for you. We love to cook but sometimes it's nice to take a break from all the prep work and dishes it takes just to make a healthy yet flavorful creative dish for only two people. Factor makes it easy, no mess!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try right away when I heard about Factor_ as “fresh and non frozen”. Got my first order today. I’m really really impressed. Delivery on time, well packed, tasty food, great flavor and I love the pressed juice pack, for me healthy drink like these really hard to drink but they made them really tasty and fressshhh, feel so healthy drinking them!!! As a person who love to try different food and with culinary background I highly recommend Factor 75 for everyone. It’s worth the money! Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription because of personal. But totally plan to get back soon!!!! After tried the meals I had to say this to my family “if I ever had a chance to work with Factor_ I would love to join the team. Negative experience: For 9 weeks my factor meals have showed up late and rotten. The company refuses to fix the situation. EDIT : Factor, your response is not true. I have not been reached out to other than people at the company responding to me reaching out to them. They all give the same answer "we're looking into" weeks go by and nothing happens and no one reaches back out. When you resolve the problem I will update my review saying so. Until then, I just changed my delivery address to a friend's house who lives 40 minutes away in hopes that that will finally work. That's pretty unacceptable. UPDATE 09/03/21 they still have not resolved the issue and the team lead continues to not care and not take accountability.
Fantastic experience: As a mom I am constantly busy with cleaning, being a taxi driver, playing with my toddler, etc.. It’s so hard some days to remember to eat while running around and getting everything else done. Anyone else? Factor Meals has made my life so much easier and I’m SOOO impressed with how good this tastes!! I just pop their meals in the microwave for 2.5 min and it’s done which can fit into anyone’s busy schedule. Not only that but it’s the perfect tasteful, healthy, balanced meal. At only 580 calories this plate has so much flavor! It's the spicy turkey poblano bowl and it tastes amazing! They have many different options that are perfect for Keto, gluten free, dairy free, paleo diets, and so many more options! They have breakfasts, dinners and lunches. My 2.5 year old son even loved this one and he’s the pickiest eater EVER! I rarely ever try microwavable/ pre-packaged meals but its hard when you don’t have time to cook so I tried this out and now I’m hooked!! Highly Recommended! SOOO Yummy!

Positive experience: The last two meals I had ( a shrimp meal and a "tostada") were really bad..The other six were just OK, only one in my opinion could be considered good in taste. Maybe these meals are healthy (although their calories range could go from 350 to almost 600 per meal) but the problem is the taste, Considering the price, I would not recommend them.
Fantastic experience: I'm kinda picky and difficult to please. However I've been extremely satisfied with all aspects of my Factor_ experience. I am single, cooking for one living in NYC, so for me the price is very reasonable. I could see where it could get expensive for more than one living in less expensive cities, but in New York, I can't cook at home or eat out for any less. I am using Factor_ for a keto diet and Factor_ has made this easy. I've been doing this for a month. All the meals are good, though some are great. The raspberry cheesecake add on is AMAZING! All the salmon dishes have been very good. I have no idea how microwaved fish could be this good. I've had no problems with the meals arriving on time, packed well and still cold. I am sure I'll wanna take a break at some point but Factor_ makes it very easy to pause or adjust quantity. I highly recommend you try it, especially if you are trying to do Paleo it Keto.

Fantastic experience: Greatest meal delivery service I've ever had! Consistently tasty food, and their customer service is stellar. I had one meal I just didn't personally like much and they quickly reached out to me. I've referred several friends who are now trying it as well. Yes, it's a bit pricey but consider what you're getting. Everything warms up in about 2.5 minutes and no fuss. I truly hope the quality stays strong, and they keep adding new menu items. I'm seeing them in a lot of places now and as they grow it will be key to keep focused on quality and service. Give it a try, trust me you won't be disappointed... and if for some reason you are, they will help you! Just reach out.

Fantastic experience: I do not usually leave reviews (which is silly because I rely very much on other's reviews before I purchase something), but really felt that this was one I should review if anything just to help keep them in business because I don't want them to go anywhere! Not that my review would be the determining factor on that! Lol In a nutshell...I LOVE THESE MEALS!! I have tried a couple other home delivery meal options (to cook from scratch) and just never liked the food enough to spend the money on a subscription. Plus I thought having the food delivered right to the door and having everything you need to prepare the meal right there would make it easy. It still was time consuming though having to prep and cook the meals though. Some people have that time, I do not. I also did not like how those other meal subscriptions didn't truly include everything (ex: needed to provide fresh fruit, etc...). So when I saw that Factor_ was all inclusive, fully cooked and ready to roll...I just thought why not. Didn't have too high of hopes to be honest. I was concerned about the meals being heated up in the microwave and being chewy. Not sure how they got that right, because everything I have eaten has been fork cut tender (chicken, pork, etc... Haven't tried any beef yet). Got my first box of meals and tried my 1st meal and thought "Wow! That is really good!" But that was just one meal...maybe a fluke?? Then I tried meal after meal and they were all really good. We are on our 3rd week (my entire family) and we all really like the meals! I have only had one meal that was good but I was not a huge fan of only because I felt that it needed something else to go with it. But that's the only one so far. We are doing 12 meals a week right now. Well worth the money!!

Negative experience: I tried this service for 10 weeks at 12 meals a week and at first the meals were appropriately packed and relatively good tasting, especially my first order. I was disappointed the Keto meals barely ever change week to week, just 1 or two meals swap out. I switched to 6 meals a week the last two weeks and the experience was so terrible I decided to cancel. First 6 meal week my package came a day earlier than I expected but somehow was warm. 2 meals were cracked at the bottom with food sticking out, and everything was slathered in whatever gooey stuff that is in the freezer bags. I wasn't angry at first, since I figured this must just be an accident/one time thing. 2nd week of the 6 week meals I just received today, meals were also warm (none cracked though), but again covered in the freezer bag goo. This service is way too expensive to be not only small portions, but same meals week to week, and arrive disgusting. Also their website didn't have a user friendly way to bring up customer service issues.

Their customer service is superb! Again I thank you and I will be continuing to use your service. I place an order 9/5/2020. I was scheduled to received my 1st meal today, 9/14/2020. It’s 8PM CT and I haven’t received any food nor have I received any communication saying otherwise.

Our order arrived today, as stated and planned and had everything in it we expected! Brownie Bites...omg yes, you must get them. Chocolate Brownie Shake...yes again, get them!! We had two of the meals tonight and great portion and super fresh. Very happy with the quality! I cannot give them higher than 4 stars yet as this is a “subscription” type of situation and we need to see if the consistency holds up as well as the delivery. But they are local and they do care about their customers. Give them a try! **Review update: I received an unexpected follow up call from Factor who apologized appropriately for our order issue and actually explained what happened. Because of this additional contact, we are giving them another chance and I have upped stars from one to three. Order expected next week, standby for final review** Full disclosure, I removed most of my original review. Long and short of the original review: Our first order never arrived when stated, with no notice of delay. Order delivered next day, but was entirely wrong order. Contacted customer service and unfortunately first contact was less than helpful and uninterested in our situation. As you can see from above, someone else was more willing to rectify the situation.

Fantastic experience: Food was so much better than Freshly that I opted from 6 meals in the trial to having a full 12 meals. No regrets; it makes my life so much easier too with the pandemic going on. Despite loving the food, here are the areas of improvement I see: 1. Please stop promoting me for the shrimp add on every week. It doesn’t change week to week, and for the last time, no I don’t want it. Now it’s just complete annoyance. If I said I didn’t want it the first time, why would I want it a second or third time? 2. App could use work. It’s kind of buggy 3. Packaging is not as well packed as Freshly’s. I open mine up within an hour of delivery and there’s water everywhere, and it’s not enough ice packs for 12 meals (only 2 ice packs whereas Freshly has 4 ice packs for 6 meals) 4. Please start putting the names of the meals on the front of the cover sleeve. I hate having to turn it upside down for each meal every time to see which meal I’m eating Updates to 5 stars for good customer service attention and response.
Fantastic experience: I received my second order from Factor 75 and as the first order, the meals arrived fresh and appropriately packaged. I have tried several of the different meals and pleasantly surprised how delicious each meal has been. I will continue to order meals and recommend to family and friends. Hats off to the chef!
Negative experience: I cancelled my subscription over a month ago, however they have continued charging my account and send me meals. The subscription page on my account has showed cancelled for over a month as well. Also, there is no way to delete payment method to stop the charges.
Fantastic experience: Great tasting food, good customer service.
Positive experience: Over all I would say my husband and I like these. However, getting a little disappointed with most of the low carb options being repeated week after week. Also, so much of the food that is low carb or keto is also spicy, which really limits us to what we can pick from. If you are sensitive to spicy food and also trying to eat fewer carbs, this is probably not the right meal service for you.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I tried another company (that had keto meals) first and the meals were not good at all. I was hesitant to try Factor because we ended up throwing all the meals away from the other company. We were both very pleasantly surprised. So far, everything we have tried has been very good and I just placed my next order. We are trying to eat healthier and lose weight. We own a business and its hard to eat healthy at work. We found ourselves eating a lot of fast food. Thanks for giving us a tasty, very convenient, healthy option.
Fantastic experience: This stuff is SOOO good! My only complaint is that I don't like green vegetables so I end up picking out kale and bok choy pieces out of different dishes but the rest of the meal makes up for it! I don't know what kind of crack they put in the smoked Gouda cauliflower grits but I would like them to be in every single meal. The salmon is delicious, shrimp, egg dishes... things you wouldn't think would be good reheated somehow are. They are doing black magic at factor75! I recommend it to everyone I talk to about food. My coworkers are always envious of all the new delicious smelling food I show up w/!
Positive experience: High quality and tasty meals. Prompt, accurate and on time delivery. They would get 5 stars but breakfast meals are limited and repetitive. It would be nice if they would let you sub some of their protein packs for a meal.
Positive experience: Not satisfied with this company at all , I didn’t liked the food , ate only 3 from 6 ordered meals . Ordered juice pack as well and they were very delicious. Fun fact : as a first time costumer I wasn’t aware that this is a subscription plan , I thought that I can order food from them just like that , the next week on Thursday I saw that charges had been made from my credit card , a transaction that I wasn’t aware of . So I hate them for doing that , they picked food for me and send it . Don't want the food , don't feel good about my card being used without my authorization . So The only thing I must say they have good juice pack , but I will not use the company again . Hi It's me a week later , I talked with their representative , money were returned to my card, it was an easy conversation . Im not mad at all , so Im leaving another star for a nice customer service .

Fantastic experience: These meals are ahhhmazing! We are on our 3 or 4th week and every meal we have we are constantly impressed. They taste too good to be true, we have only disliked maybe 2 out of 30 ish meals. Their mashed cauliflower is the best I have ever tasted, the pancakes all though not keto but still healthy are tooo die for. Like restaurant quality. My favorites are alll of the pork dishes, the queso dishes... feels like your cheating with healthy and better cheesy Mexican food. Some of the chicken can be bland but better than I make at home as chicken breast is already super boring to begin with. I loved their chicken and mushroom though! Id love to see the cauliflower and pancakes as their own meals that you can purchase in addition to the subscription. They also nail comfort food so it would be so cool if they did some experimenting with a healthy mac and cheese, or paleo chicken pot pie, and some desserts. All in all they are killlling it. I have tried a bunch of meal subscriptions and this is our fave. We had some issues with shipping but It wasn't their fault and was also during peak holiday. Ever since then it has been a smooth process. It is also super affordable. We will be using them for a very loooong time to come and I also recommend them to all our friends and customers. The meals are firre.
Fantastic experience: Food lasts all week and tastes great! This is a great meal delivery service for gluten free families. The food is always high quality and easy to reheat. I like that there are usually very few ingredients and they’re always listed.
Negative experience: Recently Factor_ ran a promotion where they let me send a gift of 4 free meals. I thought that was nice and sent the gift to my mother. When she picked her free meals, they asked for her credit card information. She isn't the most internet savvy, but it still said the meals were free so she entered the details. She was automatically signed up for 4 additional meals to be delivered reoccurring each week. They had already placed the next order on her card and she had to call Factor_ to dispute the issue and get the charge removed and the subscription cancelled. Not only does this duplicitous business practice of offering a free gift and signing people up make Factor_ look bad, it reflected poorly on me, the gifter. I apologized profusely to my mother for causing her trouble. I thought I was simply giving her a nice gift with no string attached, but Factor_ felt taking advantage of people was more profitable. I've since cancelled my subscription. Be wary of any promotions they offer; especially anything "free" Edit: Factor_'s PR department doing damage control reached out to me and tried to justify their practice by stating: "Please note that when you complete a Gift a Box order, the new customer does agree to our company's terms of service. " I guess this is supposed to excuse them from forcing you to sign up for their service to receive your "free" gift. Why does a free gift have to come with strings attached?
Fantastic experience: I’ve wanted a six-pack my entire life. At 39 years old I’ve finally got one. Seriously, I owe 80% of that to factor 75. I recommend it to anyone that wants a similar result and wants great fresh food. P.S. I wrote this on my own admission they never asked me to review them. I’m just greatful.
Negative experience: Of the 2 meals they were both diguting!!!! I couldn’t even finish them. The chicken was tough (probobly a low quality ) Will Never use again! I am a chef and foodie so I know what I’m talking about .
Negative experience: Awful experience. Delivery was damaged, leaking, late, and warm to the touch. 4 of the 12 meals were missing! Had a hard time with Joie (chat customer service) and took multiple attempts with customer service to get refunds. Check out the pictures of slop. Avoid this one at all costs. :-(
