Positive experience: Never seems to be someone in the front when I go, but I really like their açaí bowls and close proximity to my office. Good amount of food in the bowl for the price and ingredients always feel fresh. Only wish they had an online ordering option for the smoothie bowls so I could just pick up before work

Negative experience: Today my wife and I had an unpleasant experience dining in at your 3773 Richmond Ave. #1B, Houston, TX 77046 location. After our couples massage we googled wellness juice in the area and Juicewell was a top suggestion. So we were excited to come but when we walked in we were not acknowledged or greeted, being our first time, we didn’t know the process. We basically figured it out as best as possible. The two young ladies in the front, Gwen and Nicole, were wrapped up in what appeared to be a very deep conversation, made eye contact with us and did not stop their convo to ask if we needed any assistance. 1st red flag. We filled out the form and ordered an açaí bowl anyway, again we were trying to replenish our systems. Before purchasing Nicole did inform us they were out of coconut meat and asked if we wanted to substitute for the coconut flakes. We agreed to the substitution. We asked for a strawberry and mango blend, with peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, extra granola, and honey is what i remembered (ticket with the name Joy) along with other items (which were fine to my knowledge) We decided to sit outside. Gwen brought the açaí bowl to my wife, I began to notice as she was eating it there weren’t any strawberries, no strawberry and mango blend, no peanut butter and I took it back in to have it made correctly. It was as if Chelsea knew she had not properly made our açaí bowl as she greeted me with a “something wrong” as soon as I had walked back in. As I began to ask for a remake she took the bowl out of my hand and she started to gaslight me as if it was my fault she didn’t do her job. She put the strawberries and peanut on my bowl but I wanted a brand new açaí bowl ordered the way I paid for. Due to her energy I just decided to get a top and take my bowl to go. I really didn’t care for their attitudes and you never know who your customers are. With that being said I do not believe this is the way the creator/owner of this establishment wants his first time customers to feel! I hope no one else has to experience this lack of hospitality.

Negative experience: I use to have an amazing experience until today. I love the atmosphere of where this location is and it’s always clean, a little humid on the inside, but overall nice. I came into the store where there was no one in the front and I had to yell for someone to come from the pack “and the young lady said she thought I was here with a co worker and no co worker was around; however, there was a guy that came in after we and seemingly was serviced before me”. I did not like this at all. I also heard her mumble under her breath when she was telling the other young lady what I wanted in my smoothie. I could have acted a way; however, I picked the high road. Please work on customer service and if possible have someone in the front to greet your customers at all times.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in today for the very first time as I was craving a nice cold smoothie on this hot day. I ordered the Strawberry Sentiment and it was very good. The customer service was great. I’ll be back in for sure.

Positive experience: On my recent visit I added peanut butter to my smoothie bowl but it seems like y’all changed the brand. It was a huge thick glob like Jif, not enjoyable at all. I hope this was a one off because this will make me stop coming especially for the price point I expect every ingredient to be of good quality.

Negative experience: Made the mistake of going here today - won’t happen again. Customer service was poor and didn’t stay long enough to even order. It was my first time there and no one behind the counter welcomed me in or offered to help.

Negative experience: Don't go here for the lattes. Other stuff is probably good but the lattes were cold and tasted like water. This location is Not It.

Fantastic experience: Love it here

Positive experience: Nice atmosphere and good bowls, however, this location significantly gives less smoothie in smoothie bowls compared to the Memorial location. While I love Juice Wells pitaya bowls, I will not be visiting this location again because it feels like a major rip off for a bowl being less than halfway full and spending $12+ on it.

Positive experience: Super delicious bowls. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 because of the wait time. Always wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes for bowls and it seems like there’s always the same number of employees working no matter the day of the week / time of day.

Negative experience: I have been going to juice well at all 4 locations since I moved to Houston 4 years ago and have always had great service until today. Luis has some of the most horrible customer service along with the Asian new hire. I will never return here or any of their locations.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I always come here and have never been treated like today. How come I always order the same thing over and over, and today they messed up my order and blamed me? Unacceptable and rude 'manager'.

Positive experience: Baking inside as AC not working. You can’t get your bowl with pure açaí as it need to be blended with other fruits. Not a great experience.

Negative experience: Came in today at 2:32pm, ordered a to go smoothie bowl for $22 (included a nice tip). They ignored the order and made the orders for 3 separate customers that came in after me then when I finally asked about the status of my bowl they acted like they didn't know about the order at all. Sucks because I was a regular here, not coming back. I just walked out

Negative experience: I came in on 6/3 around 4:03pm. In the middle of making my daughter’s smoothie, server stopped and came out to rub an incoming customers dog. She did not wash her hands and immediately started back making the smoothie. I asked if she could wash her hands & make a new one. She called another worker from the back and asked her to make it. Other worker was visibly upset that she had to come from the back. Never coming back again . I love animals but i still believe in being sanitary when in kitchen areas.

Positive experience: The customizable açaí better bowl should be part of any healthy diet! Not only is it rich in nutrients and minerals but it’s soooooo yummy!!! Definitely get the honey drizzle! Also make your mark with the wall of sticky notes!

Fantastic experience: Wanted to nourish my body so I came here. Since it was my first time the staff helped with some suggestions. She was friendly and I opt for the acqai bowl. It was a good size bowl that definitely fill me up. It was delicious.

Fantastic experience: Decided to visit Juice Well and so happy I did. The Morning Glory meal replacement smoothie is delicious. I also was given a sample of the Blueberry Bliss and was so yummy. Will definitely be back. The ladies were super friendly and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: Definitely the best açaí bowls in town and I’ve been going here for years. I would love to continue to support but the horrible treatment i received from one of the “managers” just won’t allow me to. She is rude and never speaks when you come in and if she does it’s very dry like she’s being forced to do so. She is never even presentable for work. I have never had an issue here until dealing with her directly. She’s the only African American girl there and refused to give her name. The lack of professionalism she displayed was truly disgusting and I really hope that this isn’t a reflection of how you guys want your customers experiences to be in your business.

I have been here quite a few times and customer service was just trash and some people looked unkept and their hair is all out over what they are preparing and they couldnt really say much about menu items except, “oh thats a really good one.” But there’s a new girl there, brown skinned with glasses, Im almost certain her name is Kris, she really knows what she is talking about, from what certain ingredients are used for to whats good for hangovers or if you simply just wanna go by taste. Great recommendations. I do applaud her for keeping her hair covered even when she doesnt have a hat or hairnet on, I am always seeing her wash her hands and wipe down counters and tables, and when she makes product its always consistent. One thing though, I asked for a juice that they didnt have ready and didn’t appreciate the look she gave me but I understood it was really busy, but in her way of apologizing she offered samples of everything she made while I waited for her to service other guests, and did it all with a smile.

Fantastic experience: The service at this business is amazing! They deliver 6 juices every 2 days for me and always with a smile. The juices are amazing! They have been nothing but kind since I called and asked for suggestions on which type of juice is best for me. I love that their business moto is based on building one on one relationships with their clients. I am willing to pay extra for that aspect, but they are very reasonably priced. GREAT JUICES & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Positive experience: The juices are fresh but their customer service is non existent. Paid $180 for a juice cleanse and they had no idea that I had ordered, paid, and nothing was ready when I arrived and they seemed very inconvenienced that they had to prepare my order… never again.

Negative experience: Person taking payments kept touching his mask and clothes and refused to wash hands then he grabed some gloves and allowed the gloves to touch his clothing a few times while he was putting on his gloves... He was asked two more times to change gloves and wash hands, but refused and would not give me a refund after I asked for my money back...

Fantastic experience: The best bowls and juice in town! So many ingredients to choose from and make it your own. I accidentally chose the to go option, but I was super happy when they gave me a to go cup instead of a bowl. The cup was perfectly layer to make sure you had all ingredients with each bite. The space is small but very colorful & good vibes.

Fantastic experience: A healthy alternative for lunch, the portion are huge for an açaí bowl. I usually walk over here during lunch if I want a refreshing drink or açaí bowl. You can build your own açaí bowl or pitaya bowl using their menu selection. Staff is always friendly and quick. Everything here is simply good and you don't have to feel guilty eating it. One of my favorite drink is the green monkey. It fills you up and it's not watery of any sort. The inside is cute with a wall of sticky note mural. You can write your own sticky note and stick it on the wall. There's are high chairs by the bar area and windows in addition to couches. There's also plenty of seats outside of the weather is nice.

Positive experience: I developed an addiction to the pataya bowl but it's never consistent. One time the girl even gave me açaí after I specifically asked for pataya but by the time I realized it was too late, I had already left. I went back the next day and the girl was very stingy with the fruit and peanut butter toppings. I expect consistency and a generous amount of toppings, it's not cheap. Please do better!

Positive experience: I did a post mates delivery, the bowl was great however it contained almonds which I did not ask for and I asked for almond butter on the side and received it in on top. If I was in store I’m sure it would of been corrected, down side to ordering online. Overall the bowl was good

Positive experience: Based on the reviews I expected something completely different than what I received. Not staffed well, long lines, and interesting taste for an Açaí bowl. I think the large portions try to make up for the poor customer service and 20+ minutes it took to get my bowl ordered to-go. I added blueberries and strawberries to my bowl, the lady only put blueberries. When I told them I had requested strawberry (the cashier must’ve not checked it off when ordering the bowl). Instead of apologizing and diffusing the situation by adding strawberries (not a big deal), she continued to mention that strawberries were not on the order and if I wanted it she would remove half the blueberries already in the bowl. I took it and left- but beware. The taste isn’t even worth the headache. So many better açaí bowls in Houston with less wait time and attitude.

Negative experience: NASTY THEY HAVE TONS OF KNATS FOUND ONE IN MY BOWL!!!I asked the rasctist man for a refund no refund was issued just go to the store now located at most grocery stores is the açaí bowls get you one for cheap any flavor never trusting this place ever again I prefer to go to nourish juice bar

Healthy juice is the only kind of juice to drink. Juicewell is the best. This is my favorite place in Houston. The people are so nice and they are building such a nice community of healthy concsious people.

Negative experience: It was misleading for me. They confirmed the juice is made NOW but they brought immediately a small bottle which is obviously NOT made now, and that for $9 . As for the owner reply: I did request that when I ordered and then when I got the juice but that was NOT what I got. Whoever served me (two staff) obviously did not care about my request, maybe you should ask them. I left without the juice.

The inside is very fun and interactive and actually kinda... Encouraging. I felt really good and a lot more refreshed upon leaving than I did when I came. Positive experience: I love acai bowls and heard about this place from my sister. It's an AMAZING place for vegans. The create your own bowl was awesome. My order came out rather quickly, was super fresh, and delicious. The prices are ridiculous in my opinion. It sucks that it costs a fortune to eat healthy in most restaurants now a days. I only had the bowl and paid $13 for just myself. Additional toppings costed $1 per topping. I was low key upset about that. I was interested in trying a latte or smoothie, but that was a price of almost another bowl. The portions are great too. Since it is expensive, I won't be coming back as frequently as I would love to, but I will definitely be recommending friends and family here.

Fantastic experience: I've been to juice bars in places far and wide, and this is the real deal. I've tried most juice bars between Austin and Houston, have even owned and operated one, and I can vouch for this establishment's quality and authenticity. The green juices are well thought out. They have an excellent and balanced flavor, as well as all the nutritional ingredients. While the prices are in line with other juicery's, you definitely get what you're paying for here. Fresh, healthy, delicious, and consistently made juices, and acai bowls. I have not tried the smoothies yet, but have little doubt they will equally impress. After speaking with the owner, I can tell he is hands on, knowledgeable, and clearly maintains a high standard for his products. I have finally found a juice bar that I can honestly say has met my highest standards for this type of establishment. I have not said this about any other juice bar I have been to. Best of luck to the owner, and please continue doing what you're doing. Maintaining this level of quality while maintaining profits can be difficult, but I only hope that word will spread and business will boom so you can retain your business plan. Good luck!
