Fantastic experience: Woburn Sonobello employs the most wonderful staff! They Are always respectful and pleasant!
Negative experience: Worse experience I ever have!! I went to the Woburn location yesterday for a consultation. My appointment was at 10:30. I waited for 50minutes and other patients the got there after me were called. When I asked at the front desk, I was told to wait because the consultant was busy. I told her I would wait 10 more minutes then, I would leave. She replied ok, so after waiting for an hour I left. I figured if I get treated with such of disrespect at first, I can only imagine what would be after they get my money. I was not a walk in I have an appointment….

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Woburn are always kind and helpful. I have recommended Sono Bello to my friends.
Positive experience: I had tummy tuck and few other areas done and I’m not happy with the tummy tuck. My stomach is not flat and I have few lumpy areas. It’s too late for the revision. I’ve lost a lot of weight since my tummy tuck and my tummy isn’t getting smaller.
Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in until you have the procedure you are treated with kindness and caring. 4 weeks in and I'm happy with how things are going.
Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about my experience. In a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past , it’s not true here!! From the second I stepped through the door , there was nothing but smiles and the feeling of complete comfortability . When it came to my first nerve racking appointment , everyone made me feel at ease and relaxed. I never felt like a quota needed to be met, I was so scared of that. My nurse was THE BEST!! You get to form a comfortable relationship with your nurse, because you have the same one from day one!! My healing went well, actually really well! I was cautiously and slowly walking on my treadmill the next day , after having my mom pouch taken off . Best thing I’ve done for myself, EVER!! It’s about time I put myself ahead of my kids!!

Negative experience: They were aware when I made my appointment that I had an hour and a half Drive. After an hour wait to even see first assessment I actually left. No update no customer service. Definitely not giving them money for a procedure if they can even take care of their customers on the first appointment.

Fantastic experience: I know it's a little early post surgery ( 9 days ago ) but my review of the staff isn't. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and surgeons. You only get one chance at first impressions, and they didn't disappoint. I had an appointment with my PCP yesterday and asked what she thought of the work done. After a close examination she told me they did a very good job and everything will heal up just fine and added that as she put it " that's going to look great !

Positive experience: My overall experience was pretty good. The office is clean. Most of the staff was very friendly. The doctor and the nurses that saw about me they were all amazing. Very friendly made me feel comfortable. One of my downsides I would say is I would have loved to meet with the doctor before making a down payment because even though the consultation was amazing, Some of the things was told to me was not really what the doctor said. I am going on vacation Around my three months and the doctor that did my procedure said I will still be swollen, if I had met with the doctor firsthand. I would have probably waited to do my procedure. You don’t get to see the doctor until you make the down payment. I would have liked to meet with the doctor first, but I was so ready to move forward with this procedure that I did go ahead and make a payment. I am about three weeks post op, I had fat removed from my stomach and my back area. Right now, I don’t really see any results. My back area still looks the same. My stomach somewhat looks a little more sculpted, but I am very swollen. I am a small girl so I was hoping to see some type of results. I know they said it takes about three months to actually start seeing results.The procedure was not too bad a little discomfort, but overall nothing to be scared about. I think the first two days was hard and the garment taking it off and putting it on is the worst part. I was able to get out of bed by day three and start doing things around my house. I run a daycare and I didn’t have to take anytime off. I am still sore as of today. I will definitely come back and give another review after my three months postop. But overall, thank you to Doctor Broderick, the nurses and the frond end staff.
Negative experience: a dangerous clinic, they deceive you with seductive talk until you hand over the contract, even though they don't speak English well, they make us hand over a contract that says that the first installment of $2450 dollars will not be returned if you give up, and believe me!, even if you give up within 24 hours, they will not give your money back, they are dishonest and malicious, their interest is to take your money and the client is left with the loss. Be careful, they are not honest in their agreements. and even when we wanted to use a cheaper service so as not to lose, they increased the value of the budget just so they wouldn't have to give our money back. They live off the costs of honest and naive people, don't fall for it.

Fantastic experience: This is a very professional office. All providers and staff are friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with my results; for people who aren't sure what to expect, the liposuction procedure is not painful but there is discomfort and pressure during. The anesthesia (local) that is used does a great job at keeping the level of discomfort manageable. I also had the Ab-ex procedure (skin removal) and experienced no discomfort or pain at all during that. In fact I'm pretty sure I slept through it. After the procedure home care was important; I used the heavy duty med only the first night. ES Tylenol was plenty for me after that. Changing the garment is the most difficult part, but with my husband's help and wonderful care, even that was not too bad. Overall, I am so glad I did this, and love my new shape! I can do sit- ups now and have so much more confidence. At 63 years old, this has given me a new lease on my physical life!! Thank you, Sonobello!

Fantastic experience: I had my surgery for abdomen back and hips on July 18th of 2024 and it was the best decision I could have made.. great staff, great doctor that I had. They all made me feel better before going in for the surgery great communication I am going on my 6th follow up already and once I get my before middle and after pics I’ll post them up thank you all very much. Positive experience: After over 15 months I saw my surgeon. Overdue. I made extra trips for little info. He explained my expectations were unrealistic. I should have known this BEFORE surgery. Communication should have been priority. I am not unhappy with results... Just not really happy. For this price I did expect more.

Negative experience: This was my second consultation with this company at this particular location First one I was giving a price and never went back due to financial reasons This time I was certain I wanted change So I had my second consultation with Brittany At the Woburn location When it was over she simply said I would need two days to think about it and call back for my deposit to lock the price because it was decent and I could make payments arrangements After 1 week I’m still contacting the company and still no one will help all I get is Brittany is with patients or not available So I decided to call corporate today because the information given to me on paper does not say noon refundable If this is how your company makes money it’s distasteful and disgraceful and I will be taking this location to court the lack of communication and being disrespectful on the phone when I call is not appropriate If anyone is interested please keep away from this and see a real surgeon I don’t trust them at all at this point.

Negative experience: I've been attempting to schedule my procedure for over a year, but it seems that once the payment is made, the level of attention and service decreases significantly. The staff always promises to call back, but I rarely hear from them unless I make the effort to follow up. The overall customer service is extremely unsatisfactory, and it feels as though money is the only priority. I am now facing an attempt to deduct $2095 from my funds.

Positive experience: After taking the deposit of $2,490. my wife went and received news from her doctor she could not go forward with the procedure. They did return the money to our account. Make sure you get cleared from your PC doctor before giving the deposit. Cooperate was very helpful. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The nurses and staff are so kind and make you feel at ease.
Negative experience: I had surgery 6 days ago. Experience that day was excellent. Called yesterday to speak with a nurse concerning post op concerns. Called today and they said they left me a message. No message left! They said they would call me today at end of the day, no call again. I am very disappointed! I am a nurse. Fantastic experience: Kelsie greeted me on my very first visit in Warwick for my consultation. She informed me there would be a wait and apologized. I agreed to stay and after waiting for a while she offered me a coffee gift card and apologized again. When I had my pre-op appt she was there in Woburn to greet me again. She is very pleasant and makes sure she can help and answer everyone’s questions. She is very friendly! I was happy to see a familiar face, she’s great at her job. Anna was my nurse at the pre-op appt she was great and answered all my questions. Very pleasant and I was hoping she would be in the room for my surgery. But she informed me I’d have Sarah that day. Anna did come in when Dr Walek was done to say hi and check on me as she told me she would during my prep-op. That made me smile. She didn’t just say it the day before she made an effort to come in and check on me. Sarah was another great employee. She helped me before, during and after surgery and made sure to talk to me to help keep me calm. She made me laugh and that helped with my nerves. We talked about places we’ve traveled or are about to travel to. I was blessed with an awesome group of ladies and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Walek also made me feel comfortable as we chatted a bit about our fur babies. The staff is awesome! All the lovely ladies that helped me made me feel comfortable around them like we’ve known each other for years. Surgery can be scary but they were all great and made the process easy and less scary!

Positive experience: **Update** the location saw my review, and reached out to issue a refund. It would have been nice not to get to that point, but they made good. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I had a consultation at the Woburn/Boston office. The sales women, Amy, who is not a medical professional asked me to take off my shirt to see the work I wanted done. After explaining it to her, she told me that they could absolutely do the work and took my $2000+ deposit. However when I met with the doctor, an actual medical professional, a few weeks later, he told me that I want NOT a candidate for the procedure and I could get a refund. After several weeks of them avoiding my calls asking for the refund I just spoke to the manager who told me that the deposit was non refundable. When I explained what the doctor had told me they said it was just their policy. DO NOT give these people a dime!

Negative experience: never interested in putting you garbage in my body but I don’t know why you guys send me emails every single day. Edit: I’m still getting the emails constantly and they try to hide it from my spam folders by using characters to spell out the name. Horrible business practices.

Negative experience: I have been seen by an esterician at this location for a few Venus trestments . Today, I sat in thre wait room for 15 minutes, after the time of the session. She pushed her hands through her hair , turned her back to me and proceed to walk to the room, as if though her reaponse "I had to fit someone in." She stayed longe wnough to argue with me. Her name is Alexis. I have observed her talk to the receptionist is a disgruntled manner.often time she has a flat affect and lack customer service skills. I was comped a couple sessions. Today's interaction was not good.

Negative experience: The procedure I wanted was very expensive. Abex plus lipo for front and back costed $20k+ but I got a "discount" bc I was a returning customer which brought it down to $14k+...still very expensive. And the consultant told me come April 1 of this year the prices will increase. The consultant seemed upset bc I didn't want to book with them. Like not sorry lady..I'm not paying that no thank you. No wonder their ratings are below a 4.

Negative experience: So extremely displeased with this business. 12pm appointment that they ask you show up 15 mins early. Wait time is over an hour. They schedule everyone to come in at once as a marketing tactic. Absolutely would not recommend if you have a tight schedule or plan to have respect of your time.

Negative experience: Had a free consultation. Yesterday, was told they couldn’t treat me and I would have to have plastic surgery. They could treat my abdominal extra weight, but not anything else. Then I see the ad on TV that says they can treat excess fat I guess a free consultation is just what you get they weren’t getting any money from me so there you go I felt very defeated and truthfully, because I’m a little older, maybe not so important

Negative experience: A really bad experience.I had my surgery back on April, I had upper ab , lower ab, waist and the skin removal. And since than I have been seeing them for check ups . And I kept asking if the results were going to show up any time soon, they kept telling me that I was swollen because I didn’t feel any difference, it looks like the doctor only remove my skin! I still were the same size I was wearing and they measured me before. At my 6 month post op, I asked if I can have more fat to me remove since they give a 12 month guaranty if the results are not as expected, I was told by the doctor to lose 5 pound come back to see if she can help me ! And I paid 15, 000 for this ! It is not what they advertised. This was at the Woburn location.

Negative experience: Long wait times. My appointment was at 11.30am and I arrived 15 min early as instructed! They finally called my name at 12.45 pm! Not sure why they make an appointment at a certain time if they cannot honor it !

Negative experience: Worst customer service!!! After the procedure was done to my wife and I tried to contact them for days and there was not answer. She was suppose to be seen in a week after the procedure and they made a mistake and my wife was seen two weeks after it was done. If you want to have the feeling that you are in a factory and that the only care about getting paid this is the perfect place to go. I may have to take my wife to another Dr to address some issues.

Negative experience: This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They made me wait over 90mins to be seen every time I went to an appt. They also charge me for something I didn't get done and refused to give me a refund. Its been over 3 months and still no refund. Also the work they did wasn't great at all. Very disappointing !!

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I've had in a decade. Sat in lobby for 1 hr. 40 minutes past appointment, waiting. Better Business Bureau plaque in the lobby from 3 years ago. Had $5000 in my pocket. More on my HSA card. Britanny could hardly be bothered. I am the one who had to ask the questions while she continually looked at her rose gold watch! Aren't you supposed to have a process? We were told how lucky we are that Brittany would steer us to surgeon who also does skin removal, which is NOT affiliated with actual Sono Bello. Wife walked out embarrassed when we wanted to think about it, but instead were told that I HAD to sign a piece of paper that was about to ask 5 lenders for $25,000 credit limit. Only thighs were important to us. $8000 ($4500 for two fees beyond original quoted price) plus another likely $10,000 for skin removal. Offered/pushed/ and insulted because I refused $25,000 credit card application limit. I have original print outs. Then mocked! Fantastic experience: Well let me start by saying Thank You. Staff, Jenna, and my sweet Nurse's threw post op, pre op and most important Dr Delia. I have had the best experience I could ask for. My results are amazing everything I ever hoped for I had the Abex. Let me just say that I lost 50 lbs few years ago. I was not looking to have a tummy tuck. I new I wanted local medicine. With as little down time. But either way everyone experience will be different. I wanted extra belly fat and skin removed. The rating were awful. That made me cancel 30 times in my head but I said what could be worse than what my tummy looks like now so I just went for it and I am so grateful I did. Negative experience: Spent all morning closing credit lines that I DID NOT OPEN. When I asked who opened them, they said Sono Bello Boston. It made no sense that I am just receiving these credit lines, since I had gone a month and a half ago for a CONSULTATION. The woman Jenny, Jenna or Jennifer, whatever her name was, told me she was going to do a credit check, she NEVER mentioned she was going to open credit lines. Mind you, these credit lines had inactivity fees, and they affected my credit score. The people I talked to from these TWO different credit companies, told me it was sono bello, and that I had applied for them. NO, I NEVER APPLIED FOR ANYTHING. How dare they use my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and my INFO to open credit lines WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

Negative experience: I contacted customer service at least 3 times over the past couple of weeks because I needed someone from the Boston office to contact me prior to a consultation. Customer service sent them a few messages on my behalf. This makes me skeptical about scheduling a consultation. If I am not able to get a response from the office now, what will happen when I have post op questions? Disappointed.

Negative experience: This place is horrible, I wanted to talk for consultation and right after we talked they want me to put a down payment to lock in my date. I was hesistant but I gave my $500 deposit. It says in the contract that you can still get the deposit for 24hrs. So I called them back 2 hrs and told them I want my money back because I will think about this matter with my husband. They don't want to give it back to me and told me I still have a yr to think of it. This was Nov of 2021 even up to now they never contacted me. The name of the person is Jennifer. I've been reaching out to her and she never called me back. My paper in the docusign I cant even retrieve because they removed it. I will file a consumer complaint in Mass attorney general. I want my money back!!!! This people are scammers!!!

Negative experience: We feel like we just throw away almost 8 thousand in the trash . The result was very disappointing . I regret because I didn’t do enough search before I go to this place unfortunately after we did the operation we found a lot better places with the results and a way more cheaper . Negative experience: They have texted me over and over they do make u feel some kind of way when u can't spend 1200 for 2 visits that's all I need no body was hearing it I left crying . Why charge 1200 for 2 visits They make u wanna jump off the biggest mountain. I just wish there was help for people that have fat that really can't work off .
