Fantastic experience: Love going to Scottsdale Weight Loss. Dr Ziltzer and the staff are wonderful and really care about helping me with my weight loss goals!

Fantastic experience: In 3 months, I'm AT GOAL!!! losing a total of 33 lbs!!! Whew! That didn't take long at all! You, too, can have your biggest issue in the morning being "WHAT TO WEAR TODAY"!!! I'm no longer feeling like a stranger in my closet!! I also didn't realize how unhappy I was until I became GIDDY about Shopping!! The Staff are incredibly supportive, and so friendly! I so appreciate Dr. Z's office visits and hearing about my health returning to me! I can't recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I could never reach my goal weight with other programs. Not sure if I was not ready to lose the weight then. This time I chose Scottsdale Weight Loss Center. I was a patient of Dr. Ziltzer before he started Scottsdale Weight Loss Center. He asked me if I wanted to try this. At the time, I couldn't afford this program. In December 2023, I decided to give Scottsdale Weight Loss a try. I started on December 18, 2023 and I have lost 76 pounds. I a little under my goal weight. I am still seeing Kim at the Scottsdale location. She gave me options on different plans. I chose the partial meal replacement meal plan. I felt that I could be successful with that. In addition to that, I started in February taking Zepbound once a week. I am so grateful for Scottsdale Weight Loss Center. I look and feel great. After losing around 50 pounds, I signed up at a gym and going three times a week to classes, increase my walking, and also doing some exercises at home. I also attend the Zoom classes. When I first started, I felt that I was not at that place yet, however, I always learned something at each class. I feel that I can maintain this weight for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: A life of struggle with my weight and two years ago. I met Dr Primack at SWL and it was the beginning of the change of my life. i weigh what I weighed in high school now! I lost 60+ pounds have kept it off for over a year. They provide great structure and support incredible insight and simple solutions both medical and behavorial not a one size fits all solution to a complex problem. Fantastic experience: This program will cause you to loss a lot of weight. Follow the program and reach out to your Dr if you have any questions, feel stuck or unsuccessful. They will guide you and get you back on track. You will learn how to manage your bad eating habits and deal with stressful situations that brought on the weight in the first place. This isn’t just a quick diet, but a lifestyle change. Weekly classes will dig deep and teach you healthy eating choices and teach you new habits to remain successful in your life. You will not be disappointed and if you have any problems, don’t ever give up without reaching out for help first. Sometimes we are our worst enemy and Scottsdale Weightloss Team are there to help you be successful! To date, I have lost 72lbs. I’m still working at losing more, but I know I will get to my goal! Don’t wait, make your appointment!

Fantastic experience: SWLC individualizes plan to the patienr with multiple options available. Doctors and staff are all very supportive and helpful. The plan is easy to follow and I'm an active partner with my doctor. I've had great success and I'm now at the lowest weight I've been in over 37 years.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Scottsdale Weight Loss Center to anyone who has tried EVERYTHING and failed. I had my daughter at 21 years old and saw myself fall into a postpartum depression that I cured with food and binge eating/drinking. My hormones combined with a horrible diet/low activity level made me gain almost 50 pounds over the course of the past 5 years. I had come up with many tactics to hide my body, including always wearing my hair down and keeping it extremely long so it could cascade over my arms that I was embarrassed to show. I finally had the realization that I live in the blazing hot desert and I want to feel comfortable wearing a tank top in public! That was the motivator for me in the beginning. I am writing this review because my updated picture was taken yesterday and is the first time I ever saw a picture of myself and thought "wow I look skinny!" without having to Photoshop a thing. Before seeing Dr. Ziltzer I had tried keto, boot camps, nutrition coaching, protein shakes, etc. for the past 5 years and ended up gaining back more than I had lost within 1-2 months of beginning each of these. I really WANTED to lose weight but it was so hard. My body/brain had become addicted to carbs and sugar (like many Americans/adults throughout the world) and each time I would try, I would inevitably break down and binge eat, making it impossible for me to keep any weight off. So far I am almost at my goal and have lost a little over 40 lbs. in the past 5 months (and been able to maintain progress even during holidays/birthdays/etc.) thanks to the help Dr. Ziltzer and his staff have provided. I found that pairing the program with medication is what the game changer was for me and what makes this different than the other methods I had tried over the years. The best part about the center is they are truly a one stop shop. I work full time which can make it difficult to see doctors, run around to pick up medication and food, etc. They have everything in house, including filling prescriptions and accept early morning/later afternoon appointments on certain days. My only regret is not starting sooner!

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of losing weight. Over 40% BMI. Always tired, trying to catch my breath, and had to limit any activity to 10 mins or was hurting and with my heart racing. I've lost about 50lbs since I started in September 2022 and feel so awesome! I've done things like hiking the Tonto Natural Bridge and a Mudder Run that I know I wouldn't have been able to complete if I hadn't of lost the weight. Dr Primack and staff are amazing! So glad I initiated this journey!

It was not easy. As I told both of them- I did not like them at first. Once I settled in on the program and accepted their help and guidance a true friendship was formed. Fantastic experience: I love them. The whole staff is friendly and understanding. The more important part is they take all precautions into consideration. My primary care doctors over the years have never done an EKG, ECG or anything to give the slightest attention to checking my heart probably because there are no guidelines to do so even though it's the number one killer for women in my age group. Funny and sad how the best heart care I have gotten is from my weight loss doctor. I'm trying to think of any negatives so you have a full picture and the best I can come up with is the healthy food supplements aren't cheap but they are pretty darn tasty and cheaper than fast food. I hate the soup but a friend of mine loves them. You will have to see what you like. I'd suggest one of each option until you know what your go to items will be. Hope that helps a bit.

Fantastic experience: I am a success story. I went through the program for six months and lost 44 lbs. Dr. Primack and his assistant, Martha, and the staff were incredibly supportive and professional. After battling a pandemic weight gain, I attempted every new diet program: fasting, keto, hormonal ( whatever that means), and so on...I came to the program looking for some sound essential accountability and guidance to reset my body. I am now in the best shape ever. No gimmicks! The initial complete meal replacement program worked for me. The results came fast and gave encouragement to stick with it. I was never starved. I was seen every week for weight in and vital signs and met the doctor every other week. The cost of the food, which compares with any other program, was pretty reasonable. In addition, the office is pretty efficient, so the visits were short and on time. We have a long-term plan to help keep me on track. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic experience: I lost 107 pounds with the help of Dr. Craig Primack, and SWLC. They are amazing. They take the time to interview you at the beginning to get to the root of the issue. You will have professional medical attention, and a positive level of accountability. It is science. They have written an amazing book called Chasing Diets, that you should read, I have referred at least a half a dozen people over to SWLC, and they have all gotten good results. This has literally changed my life, I am in better shape than I was 20 years ago. Total new lease on life.

He knows EVERYTHING about anything pertaining to diet and weight loss and wants to help everyone just get healthy. That is really what happens when you lose weight, you get healthier. Your blood pressure goes down, your cholesterol, etc and you feel better. Instead of trying to lose weight on your own again, forget it, make an appointment with Dr Primack, you will feel so good after just talking to him and the tools he gives you and all the support you will receive (classes) makes all the difference in the world!
