With the sound bowls and the controlled breathing exercises, with coresponding tonal mantras I not only feel but SEE stagnant, blocking, unnecessary energies drifting or even Pulled away. She can locate problematic stress points immediately without me telling her. Amazing! A True Master! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time today. Megan did my 90 minute massage. She was excellent! I was in so much pain the last week with a punched nerve. A few hours after leaving and can really feel the difference. My back has loosened up and the pain is greatly reduced. Thank you Megan!

Positive experience: I spent 6 weeks in Nokomis and went to this spa 5 times and had stellar service 3 of the times. My last two visits I had an issue with one of the LMTs. The co owner found out and rectified. It was nice seeing that they actually care as I don’t see that a lot anymore at most businesses. Will be back in the future.

Erin, who did my deep tissue massage, showed wonderful professionalism and was so thorough! Fantastic experience: Amazing ambience, super clean and friendly staff. Very professional massage incorporating relaxing music and warm, steamy towels to warm the body nicely before massage. If you are in the Nokomis area, this is a must stop. Easy to make appointments online and chose the precise service you want. I can’t really recommend one particular massage therapist over another, they are all excellent! I would say chose several days and use different ones.

Fantastic experience: I have had many massages in my life time at many different places and I gotta say this place deserves all the merit. The ambiance was comforting and the staff was very professional and sincere about what they do and provide. I worked with Lana and she knew exactly what she was doing I told her my situation with my shoulder and she not only relieved the pain but lifted all the stress I had in the surrounding area as well. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lucho is such a POSITIVE, educated and patient person. I hired him to work with my elderly parent who was having health difficulties with weight loss and exercise. Holistic options, education on nutrition and physical therapy all in one location. Loads of success and super understanding. Food diary, suggestions and more were provided. The entire staff is super friendly too! My parent always felt better after each session. Phone conferences to me about updates were always very professional and encouraging. Prices are very fair when compared to other locations. COVID safety measures implemented and yes, they do wear their masks! We are blessed to have found Beach Life Wellness! 5 stars!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Beach Life Wellness since my Freshman year in highschool and am now heading off to college. As a tennis player I was looking for a trainer who could help develop my body specifically for my sport and that’s exactly what Lucho has helped me achieve these past few years. I saw my tennis game elevate along with my overall conditioning and am excited to say that choosing to stick with the family here was the right choice. I am now headed to play Division 1 tennis and can confidently say that they have prepared me for the workload, and that whoever is looking for a workout will get one here that best benefits them! Aside from that, I’ll be sure to come back and visit because of the bonds and memories I’ve made here.
