Negative experience: Dislocated my husband's rib which caused him a $2,000 emergency room bill. They refuse to help in any way and lied and said they attempted to call us multiple times. We have our call history it shows they only called to try to schedule another appointment. Like he would ever go back there. Do not go here unless you want rude unprofessional service.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr. Jamey, and staff! Absolutely incredible experience here. I was so twisted up, I couldn’t stand up straight, sit, or lie down without severe pain. I saw the billboard and gave them a call right before a performance with a local theatre company. Being so last minute I didn’t think they’d be able to do anything same day. I was so worried about the show, I didn’t think I’d be able to go on. After the free consultation, Dr. Jamey made the decision to go ahead and get X-rays, warmed me up on the massaging table, and squeezed me in for a quick adjustment. He recognized the severity of my condition, and squeezed me in yet again the following morning for another adjustment, and to go over my X-rays. There’s absolutely no way I would have been able to go on and perform the show that I’ve worked hard on for weeks, and I didn’t have an understudy—so thank you, Dr. Jamey! You did more for me, and the production, than you realized. 100% recommend Total Health Chiropractic to anyone!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They are also very flexible with appointment scheduling and are never pressure you into scheduling more appointments if you don’t feel the need to like other chiropractors. Went in with neck problems and back problems and they came up with a plan to get me feeling better and prevent future issues. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jamey took xrays and explained well the reasons why I was having so much pain in my back. I went in the office stumbling and unable to walk properly. After the first adjustment, I had the best sleep I'd had in 2 weeks! I now go regularly. I am feeling like a human being again and less stressed. I thought I was just getting old but my back was just bent out of shape!

Fantastic experience: As a dentist, I tend to have occasional back and neck discomfort. Dr. Jamey always gets me back in top shape to feel my best and to be able best care for my patients. Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I had never been to a chiropractor and was very nervous and tense. She was very patient with me and helped me relax during my visits. After a few weeks of treatment, she referred me to another specialist that could help with another issue that I was having. She could have kept treating me and taking my money and I’m so appreciative of her honesty. The entire staff at this location is polite, helpful and so easy to work with! I highly recommend this location.

Negative experience: Bummed I saw the great reviews and "NEW PATIENTS RECEIVE FREE CONSULTATION, EXAM AND ONE SET OF X-RAYS. A $249 VALUE FOR FREE!" on the website so I thought why not fill out the info online and wait to hear back. I got a call back Monday morning to answer any questions I had and schedule an appointment. The lady who called was super nice and walked me through the entire process. Mentioned several times this visit was free to see if they can even help me so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Got through the paperwork and appointment, loved every second. Then it was time to schedule my follow up to go over my x-rays. **After they made me pay for my visit**, they wanted me to come in the next day, however, I can't always move my work around last minute. I told them this and I kinda felt pressured to move the job that pays my bills around to get my back aligned. Which, yeah, I probably should but dang. I should not feel pressured to schedule an appointment with a chiropractic office. I would like to acknowledge, I understand, there are probably fees that come out of this visit but they were not probably disclosed and I really do not mind to pay those. I'm not a fan of being told several times this is free then asking for my card multiple times then being literally pressured into scheduling an appointment.

Fantastic experience: The staff and care at Total Health Chiro on the Northshore are absolutely the best. I've been seeing them for about 3 years, and they take wonderful care of their patients. The doctors do routine care, and they are happy to discuss specific concerns that you have, and all of their patients are individuals. The techs and front desk staff are awesome too, always helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

My neck and back have given me problems for years and after just a few treatments and monthly check-ins I can lead a full active life with very little discomfort at the age of 67! The people at THC genuinely care about the people who come through the door and do whatever they can to make the entire experience a good one- from the physical adjustments to working with your financial and insurances.. they all have wonderful energy and smiles too!

Fantastic experience: Although a pretty bad car accident brought my family and I here I am glad we have met everyone that works in this office. From the front desk to the back everyone plays a consistent role ensuring each visit is phenomenal. The doctors are excellent! They are very knowledgeable and personable. The office environment is very serene and relaxed. My youngest daughter is 18 months old and is also a regular client of the office. She is not the most friendly with new faces at times however, "Dr. Jamie" as my 7 year old calls him, has exhibited the utmost patience, care, an compassion for my children (including my preteen) while they "adjust" (no pun intended) to going to someone outside of our primary care. My fiancee and I have NO complaints. They have pleased, accommodated, and welcomed our family beyond our expectations and I'd recommend them to anybody that would appreciate a full experience from entry to exit.

Thank you doctor Kathryn ! The staff are really friendly and nice! My suggestion is-go to THC first, before buying an expensive mattress.Maybe you don’t even need one;).

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic back pain since I was 10 years old. I have two herniated disks and severe hip issues. Most of my life I went the typical route - steroid shots, steroid packs, epidurals, and medications with serious side effects. During my flair ups I can't move for about 5 days and typically take narcotics. After years of taking medications and undergoing invasive, painful procedures I decided to make an appointment with a chiropractor.
