Negative experience: Not impressed. Went in for an eval and initial visit/adjustment - was told one price and paid that price with my HSA at the time of service. Went in for my second visit without any issue paid the 55$ adjustment fee - but received a bill weeks later that stated my initial eval actually cost more than what they charged me and that I owe more money. I called and asked about this charge that had not been previously brought up when I was in for my visit following the eval - the front desk was completely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. I told her that they had lost my business and she replied “okay” and hung up on me. Honestly, completely lost respect for this business and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: We love Boots Chiropractic. Dr Bill is our fave! We always leave feeling by better. Each visit we learn a bit about health and wellness while laughing at one of his "dad jokes". I love that I don't have to climb on a table as the tables all are electronic and I go from standing to laying. This is helpful when you're in pain. I like that they use the gun vs manual contorting and manipulations. The office staff is all great and friendly. They do offer a discounted visit program if your insurance isn't great with Chiropractic coverage.

Negative experience: Might be a good choice if you need a gentle gradual alternative chiropractic adjustments over a long period. I was having rib issues and needed a pretty simple adjustment I’ve received many times over the years. For $200 (discounted* from $240 cash price by signing up for some $50 plan) I was given an SAT type health questionnaire, a few clicks up the spine with the bone gun, a series of carnival-esque strength tests that showed “improvement” (and conveniently relied on the subjective pressure and angle applied by the tester) and in place of the normal “do you feel better” or “has this helped” all I was offered was how I’m going to need more than 12 visits a month. In summary, I think this practice is a great monument to the placebo effect and is a well orchestrated family hustle.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Jim for a few years. He is very friendly and professional. He knows all the places I need adjustment on. I saw 4 other Chiropractors before going to see Jim. All of them were back crackers. Not as good for me as I have 3 bad discs. Jim uses the method that helps me and doesn't hurt my back when he is finished. I actually feel MUCH better after my visit with Jim. I am a golfer and if it wasn't for Jim, I don't think I would be able to go golfing much. Thanks Jim, you're the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a lot of pain from my Sacroiliac Joint while currently pregnant. I had been seeing a physical therapist for over a month with no relief from the pain and barely being able to walk. I started seeing DR. Bill and within my first two adjustments I started to feel relief from all the pain and being able to walk and bend with little to no pain at all. I’ve been very pleased with his front desk staff and his availability for appointment. DR. Bill had been wonderful to work with. Fantastic experience: I self diagnosed myself with sciatica...which turned out to be correct. It was intermittently debilitating. Researching online the possible treatment from medical doctors seemed to be drugs for pain relief, surgery in extreme cases, or some forms of stretching exercises. I tried the stretching for a couple of months...no results. A friend referred Dr. Jim Boots. There were immediate results after the first visit. After a month or so...completely gone. He also helped me with an old shoulder injury. I'm 63 and haven't felt this good in years...pain free. His pricing is quite reasonable. HIGHLY recommended!

Negative experience: They advertise as an Activator Method chiropractor but don't practice it. So if you are looking to see a chiropractor who uses the Activator Method, don't go there.

Fantastic experience: I am a semi-retired dentist who has been twisting, turning and bending over a dental chair for 44+ years and have developed some chronic musculoskeletal issues. I recently had an acute lower back issue and decided to seek chiropractic care at the recommendation of a friend. Dr Bill Boots saw me promptly and did an extremely thorough exam, explained all that was going on with me and began to treat my acute situation. He also addressed some of my long standing issues. We discussed exercises, palliative care and nutrition. The whole idea was to make it possible for my body to do all it can to heal itself. It took a few visits to get my acute pain resolved and a few more to really help some of my longer standing issues. After some years of resisting chiropractic care I am sorry I didn't take advantage of it sooner. Thanks so much Dr. Bill!
