Fantastic experience: Dr Ford is a miracle worker. Received prenatal chiropractic care throughout my entire pregnancy, and I can’t thank Dr Ford enough for keeping my body healthy and aligned. These alignments and treatment plan resulted in me experiencing no back pain, minimal to no pelvic pain, kept baby in an optimal position throughout entire pregnancy and resulted in me delivering my first baby naturally. Five hour Labor and delivery!! I can’t thank Dr. Ford enough for her knowledge and care throughout my journey. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Ford and her staff when after years of having terrible neck and shoulder pain that made it uncomfortable for me to work as well as doing normal routine tasks, sometimes the pain would affect my arms all the way to my hands falling asleep. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule. My treatment plan was established and I am able to continue my normal routine again and will continue to have regular adjustments that help my mind and body, and feel like part of a family. Negative experience: This place is a joke. Horrible customer service and no respect for patients time. Waited 30 minutes after having an appointment set me two weeks prior. Nothing like waiting while people are coming in and treated right away except for you.

Negative experience: Was the best until they were not. Do not go. I loved this practice and Dr. Ford, went for years. I did walk in appointments for the two years I went, no issue. I was never told to make an appointment and it says walk ins welcome on the door. I had an infant and a two year old so walk in was best for me and my schedule. One day Dr. Prosser made me wait over an hour to be seen, when I finally went back and asked why she made me wait so long her response was, “you were a walk in so you had to wait. Just like when you fly stand by everyone boards first then if there’s room you get to go”. I understand that, but this time I literally sat there with no one else and a patient would walk in and go before me. It was unkind and took me way off guard. Never experienced that here. So the next week my son got hurt and needed to be seen so I called to make an appt and they didn’t have one for over a week. It really makes me sad because up until that point we had no issues. I found an amazing chiropractor/nutritionist/holist Dr that is the BEST one I have EVER been to. Dr. David Majercin in SRQ. People fly from all over the world to see him. I would recommend him. However, I’m sure they are still a good practice, and this may be a one off. It’s just sad because they were great until they weren't.

Fantastic experience: My case is unusual, neck adjustments need the most gentle of care and hip adjustments need tender care. My Canadian Chiropractor spoke directly with Dr Ford and they will speak again to arrive at the perfect program for my future visits. So far only one visit and my pain level has decreased . Front desk was professional , accommodating, and pleasant . Dr Ford took time to explain and listened to my concerns . She will speak with my prior Chiropractor to make sure she is basically following the adjustments that worked for me in Canada . I look forward to my next visit . Who says that about going to any Dr Appt ? If you are not happy with your current Dr , give Dr Fords office a try.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always so kind. I felt welcome from the 1st day I walked into the door. The staff and the doctors are the best. I probably have been a patient for over a year now. Recently I decided to have a massage. I’ve had massages before but this was a medical massage and it loosened up my stiffness in my problem areas. Hallelujah!

A few years ago I was in an auto accident and I started having numbness in my hands from my neck being injured in the auto accident, I needed immediate help, it was on a Saturday morning and I called "Adjust Your Life Chiropractic" because they were open. They staff was very helpful and got me right in. Dr Ford, is amazing and has really helped me the past few years. I Love everyone at the office. Fantastic experience: Dr Palmieri is phenomenal, he is patient, kind, and answers all my questions. I had chronic pain and couldn’t go more than half of a day without sufffering in pain. After being adjusted and getting heat/stim treatments now I can go two weeks without pain. I wasn’t able to go down stairs without being in incredible pain and feeling like I was going to fall, now I take the stairs twice a day at work. Adjust Your Life has flexible hours for my work schedule and several locations. It is SO nice to feel better and function better. My husband and step son benefit from adjustments there too.

Fantastic experience: This is a very well run office. They are organized and timely. The doctors are very friendly and skilled chiropractors. I’ve been able to reduce a lot of tightness and pain and become more active as a result of the treatments. They coordinate with insurance efficiently, don’t push to over treat and have a very affordable maintenance plan if insurance no longer covers. Very glad I found them.

Negative experience: This Lady messed up my Wife’s neck. She came with the shoulder issue, after the adjustment of the shoulder, chiropractor adjusted her neck, even though it was never a concern, and my wife started to have severe headaches and neck pain. Chiropractor requested multiple visits after, but it was just getting worse. Informed the office about the issue and never heard back from them after. We stopped coming to this place. Found a much better Chiropractor who fixed her shoulder and neck in 1 visit a year later.

Fantastic experience: We bring our whole family here. The staff is incredible! The doctors are magical I swear! Luckily I had scheduled an appointment prior to a vacation for the return. We got stuck in the last row on the plane and hit some major turbulence. My back locked up and I was in excruciating pain overnight. Thankfully, I had the appointment already scheduled. Dr Walters listened to my concerns and explanation regarding the plane. His adjustment immediately improved my movement and pain. The stim treatment after just further improved my range of motion and pain. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Absolute Angels. Any doctor, any location. I was a first time patient and they literally fixed me on the first visit. I went in crying in pain, limping in agony, walking with a cane and unable to stand for long periods and the next day I was sore but able to walk again and able get up from a seated position. Highly recommend. The staff truly cared for what I was going thru and got me in the same day as a new patient. I’m getting teary just thinking of how kind they were. They also didn’t try to sell me anything like a bunch of appointments and I was actually adjusted by hand and not with a massage gun. He did use the massager but that was secondary. I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

Negative experience: Love my doctor but this practice is another story. I supplied them with an xray CD. It couldn't be viewed at the time of my visit. I was told it would be returned at my next visit but at my next visit I forgot to ask for it. Today I had another appointment and no one returned my xray again as I was told they would. After i left the office I called and asked for them to mail it. After a few minutes on hold I was told they don't have it because they destroyed it. How dare them. I have been lied to and overcharged. I will file a grievance with my insurance company about their billing. This practice can't be trusted. I really like my doctor but i refuse to be lied to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ford is amazing for babies!!! I brought in my 7 month old concerned that he wasn’t motivated to crawl yet, thought maybe his hips were tight. She asked about his feeding, which has been an issue since birth and I thought was unrelated but turns out it’s all connected to an issue with his neck/jaw. She adjusted him as well as stretched his neck. No joke, that night he nursed for longer then he ever had, which made him and I both very happy, and he’s been getting up on his knees and rocking this week! He’ll be crawling any day now! Please don’t hesitate to take in your babies! I wish I had sooner! Thank you Dr Ford and your sweet staff!

Fantastic experience: Started at the office for my daughter she was crying in pain, I called and they got us in same day with a female doctor (my daughter's preference)! She was so very informative about what she wanted to do for my daughter and her treatment plan. (We've been to other chiropractors and they walked in pushed on her and said ok have a good day✌. Never knowing what they were doing just said "come back in X amount of days" that was it) Dr. Ford was a life saver for my daughter. We got my husband in with Dr. Walters, in one adjustment he was feeling better!! They have very long hours to accommodate his busy work schedule, our family has found chiropractic care and we are never going back to neck & back pain!!! Negative experience: These quacks do adjustments on children and babies, before they even have solid bones. I saw Dr Ford a number of times, she made my back pain worse, and only worked off an x-ray. No improvement in my symptoms. I later got an MRI and found out I have a bulging disc and never should have seen a chiropractor. Insurance companies shouldn't cover visits to a pseudoscientific practice. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have even considered chiropractic care.

Negative experience: Had scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Jennifer Ford for shoulder pain. Earliest appointment date was in 7 days. Needed to fill out email forms online before visiting the office.. Then more....a barrage of additional forms to be filled out at the office. Appt: 3:15 p.m. waited in exam room. Still NOT seen after 55 minutes. Very unprofessional. Explanation: an unforseen emergency. Visit. Either the office is overbooking or the doctor is not allowing into her schedule a block of time for unforeseen circumstances. Regardless, will not return or recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Have gone there for about 2 years with good service. Now they are saying that medicare will no longer cover visit. I don't know why they were going through medicare when primary insurance said they cover it. Not only did they not attempt to file a claim with my primary, they did NOT contact me when medicare said they were not covering anymore after checking with the claims person. Time to go somewhere else. I guess they don't need me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: About a year ago, I woke up and couldn’t stand up straight. I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. That same morning I called Adjust Your Life chiropractic in Lakewood Ranch and they were able to get me in within the hour. Dr. Walters did a full exam on me and told me he thinks that I had some sort of disc issue. We scheduled an x-ray so that I could get an MRI after. The next morning I couldn’t get out of bed and I had to have EMTs come help me. I couldn’t move and when I did I was screaming in pain. That day I went to an orthopedic specialist, in which he looked at me for a few minutes and told me that I didn’t have a disc issue and to do five weeks of PT and come back to him. I was so frustrated because that same morning I couldn’t get out of bed and he’s telling me that I didn’t have a disc issue. I went back to Dr. Walters and told him that I know my body and I know that there’s something wrong with it. Without hesitation he wrote me a prescription for an MRI in which I got the same day. Dr. Walters was right, I had two bulging discs with degeneration in my last two vertebrae. He knew right away what was wrong with me. I trust Dr. Walters and his staff completely and I tell everyone about this practice. They’re so kind and they really do care about every single one of their patients. You won’t regret coming here.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t go for chiropractic today however I have gone to see Dr Prosser for chiropractic adjustments several months ago and she is very good. Today I went for a therapeutic massage and that really helped my back snd he worked on my shoulder. If you are looking for a chiropractor or a massage therapist I would recommend them.

Negative experience: Doctors were okay and front desk staff were pleasant. Medical assistant could use more training. You could tell when she was having a bad day because she appeared frazzled, unpleasant and rough with hands on treatment. Unusually had to wait over 20 minutes past scheduled appt time before being called back even on days when there was nobody else in waiting room when I arrived for afternoon appt. Other days the waiting room was quite busy with no place to sit.

Fantastic experience: First time I came in I was in extreme pain and could barely walk. They prescribed me to come in three times a week for a month and then once a month. 6 months later, I feel like a new person. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Ford has even adjusted my toddlers. My 2 year old had issues w balance. She could fall over just by starting, after her adjustment she was so much better. She barely falls over now. Thank u so much!!!
