Negative experience: I’ve been calling for two hours to find out where my prescription is no one has yet to pick up the phone or called me back I’m literally on the phone while typing this review. They had to give me two treatments in their office and for them not to send my medication to the pharmacy after being home for two hours and no response is unprofessional if I have to go to the hospital because of their negligence of my aftercare I’m definitely filing suit

Fantastic experience: What I liked best is the attention to detail that I get. Each staff member make sure your needs are met , asking if I have any concerns or questions. Dr. Dollison is amazing. He break it down on my level of comprehension and the reassurance I got that I am on the road to recovery was reassuringly and comforting. I so prefer going to Urgent Care than my regular GP. Negative experience: Are those positive reviews real??? Worst & unprofessional service ever! I subscribed to premium plan $150 per month, got misdiagnosed twice! Prescribed wrong medication twice! Had to go to the ER. On the phone with the customer service I stayed for over 20min for the unprofessional agent just to know when is my next do date! And for the cherry on top i got charged extra $359 for cancelling this unprofessional service,in total i wasted over $500. Stay away! S

Negative experience: PLEASE BECAREFUL AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ON YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE COMING HERE. I came to do a Covid test and see a doctor today and receptionist tried to tell me my co pay will be 150 all together with my deductible. But I know that a high deductible just means I have to pay a copay Standard ($25-$45). I’ve obviously used my insurance to see a variety of doctors and specialists and not one had tried to add my deductible to a copay amount. He claims it’s because of it being an urgent care. I went to another urgent care down the road and paid my standard $35 copay. I will never be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I took my oldest daughter here because her asthma was acting up our experience was lovely The provider Kim Panik was amazing and sweet she answered all of my daughters questions and helped out so much she’s a sweetheart. Negative experience: After being prescribed antibiotics, the doctor failed to give me medical advice after I asked what I should or shouldn’t be doing while on the prescription. Now my PH is thrown off from a yeast infection & they’re trying to charge me for another visit even though this was a result of poor professionals (and I came in only a week prior). Also the office is outdated….

Negative experience: Horrible office. Horrible nurses and other personnel. Nasty attitudes and bad at taking blood. They also force you to download an app in order to get test results or talk to the Dr. Whatever happened to TALKING OVER THE PHONE?! The people on call couldn't even explain the test results!!!

Negative experience: I was just there with concerns of a minor concussion and had one of the most unprofessional and offensive experiences with a healthcare provider I've ever had in my life. Instead of taking me to a room to be examined, the care provider came out into the waiting room and assessed me in front of the receptionist and in full view of the windows to the street. Neither of them took down any of my information. They didn't even ask for my name. When I explained what had happened—that I had slammed my head against a metal security door due to an accident yesterday—the care provider hit her head against the door and said "see I can hit my head and I'm just fine" and then laughed at me. She dismissed all of my symptoms and called it resolved without any inspection of the bump on my head. On my way out I saw them laughing at me and joking about my injury. This was a humiliating and outrageous experience that does not line up with my previous experiences with this clinic. These people should be ashamed to call themselves healthcare professionals, as I experienced neither care nor professionalism. I will not be returning to or recommending this clinic any more.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with rude, dismissive, and outright racist treatment at the nearby City MD I decided to give this place a shot. Now I don’t go anywhere else. The nurses are sweet and treat you like family and service is always near-immediate. I tell everyone I know in the area to go here. I’ve had quick and quality service every time which is extremely rare for urgent care in the city. Usually I would have gotten that one guy who has to ruin it for everyone at least once. But after multiple visits I’m convinced there’s no such person here. Just superlative care all around.
