Positive experience: The actual service was very good with the 2 doctors they had in-house. However, walked in and was told to write my name and take a seat. My name was called an hour and a half later. That was too long having a customer sitting there to register. Other than that, I would recommend their service.

Negative experience: This place is a joke the medical assistant in the back has a very nasty attitude. We have been sitting in the back while other fill out paper work in the front and one by one they are coming in and being seen before us this place has no structure I’ve worked in urgent care before and this isn’t how you treat the patients. It is a Saturday and the place is packed my son as well as I are very sick. We won’t be coming back here what I will say is the young lady in the front with the long black hair is very respectful and professional, but the medical assistant in the back has a very nasty attitude and needs further training.

Negative experience: Not the best urgent care in general. If you’re sick and get a nose swab test, their lab only tests for the flu, RSV, and COVID-19. Keep in mind, there are literally so many more viruses besides these that can make you sick (rhinoviruses, adenoviruses, and other coronaviruses (OC43, HKU1, NL63, etc.)). So if you have any of these and you get a nose swab, your results are most likely going to be negative because they don’t test for any of these. Other urgent care centers I have been to test for everything with one nose swab, so the test results are much more accurate. With cold/flu season upon us, I don’t really understand why this urgent care doesn’t test for everything when there are so many different variations of viruses that can make you sick.

Negative experience: Am calling my doctor just to ask one question and they giving me a hard time ,the person I spoke to said he not in office Wednesday he there Sunday now I call and she said I can't speak to him I just one question she hold on then I heard the phone go to voicemail ,if I can't talk to my doctor without going to the office I don't need that doctor time for a change.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been coming here for about 2 years but today was one of my most comfortable experiences. dr jannet is very down to earth and made me feel more than comfortable, also highly informative. i almost felt like i was speaking with my mother with how caring she is. meagan (m.a) checked me in quickly and answered any questions i had about my new insurance plan without making me feel like a bother while akeem (m.a) took my vitals and gave me clear concise instructions on how to handle my urine sample amongst the other requirements. i was so pleased that i asked to give them a review right then and there at the end of my visit. i hope to to be greeted and seen by them on my next one

Negative experience: My experience at this health facility was beyond disappointing and unprofessional. When I tried to have my x-rays and MRIs transferred to their system, it was met with incompetence and a complete lack of concern. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, the staff went as far as threatening to call the police simply because they couldn't handle constructive criticism. It's appalling that the supposed healthcare professionals resorted to such extreme measures rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings. The behavior of the two main desk girls, especially one who had the audacity to eat mouthfuls of food while engaging with patients, is a clear reflection of the disregard for basic hygiene and patient care. This negligent attitude not only raised my blood pressure to unhealthy levels but also left me feeling disrespected and marginalized. Their rude and hostile responses further emphasized their lack of professionalism and empathy. I demand better from a healthcare facility that claims to prioritize patient well-being. It is unacceptable to be mistreated and threatened when voicing valid concerns about the quality of service provided. My health and well-being should be the primary focus, not misguided attempts to silence criticism. I urge this facility to reevaluate its priorities and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of care and respect that patients deserve. Rude people with tons of inhumane treatment and unprofessional medical practices run run run for your lives people in this neighborhood. We deserve much better run walk past do not go in that place. You might as well be going into a morgue.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was very warm and welcoming and took me in right away. The medical assistant was great, he was very professional and kept me informed of what was going to happen next. I met with the intern who was also super sweet and has a great bedside manner. I did not see the doctor who was on duty but would have appreciated if she/he took the time to pop in and give the formal diagnosis or instruction bit otherwise this is a very clean, fast, and professional location.

Negative experience: I went this place this morning a worker's comp case for the first time ever and the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude I was given a number to take there and was told this is my reference number so I showed it to her and she said that's not the number she wanted mind you that was the only number given to me she got up went to the back for a while before she came back out I called someone else from worker's comp who was working they sent the the information about 3 times and she said she didn't get it so I decided to take my business somewhere else and true is I didn't get that problem I had with her anyway I would never recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: This is one of the most reckless, careless and unprofessional urgent cares in the country! Walked in at 9:30, they close at 10 turned us away with hand signs from the door. So I called on the phone and poor excuse for a front desk clerk refused to give her name and put the doctor on the phone. Doctor told us to return, we drive all the way back. Only to be reminded they close at 10 and they could NOT do anything. No rapid Covid test or flu test available! The front desk vultures were laughing and giving attitude, my freaking son is standing there sick as a dog! Avoid at all cost, you’ve been warned! Went to city MD on Ralph diagnosed and prescription sent in 30 mins. So disgusted by this place!

Negative experience: I visited this location late evening on 1/3/24. The female at the front desk was extremely rude. She looked at me like I was wrong for being there. I must say I was very sick with severe covid symptoms (all that it comes with) this women quickly handed back my insurance card and said we don't take that insurance. Not gonna lie I was too sick to even say a word more than ok. I then called my bf because I needed a ride back home. The female said to me are u gonna stay and pay out of pocket orrrrrr. As I said I was way too sick. I just walked out and stood in the cold for about 3 minutes which felt like 20 minutes until my ride was there to pick me up. Note that female U too will be sick on day and you would appreciate compassion and care and if it ent you it will be someone u love and care for and u will expect them to get that. Why choose the health care field when you are not caring or compassionate? Remember that's your job, it pays your bills have a better attitude. It's too early I the year for that! I hope your employer cares enough to research who you are and realize that you are a horrible representation. FYI I'm never coming back and I will let everyone I know to not go here.

Negative experience: I went to the office to get a tb test on Saturday was told to come back at 9am today. Got here at 9am and nobody showed up until 10am . I was told they didn’t open until 10am because of the holiday, which makes know sense to me because I called the other office and was told they were supposed to be open. I’m here and I ask the receptionist when a doctor was coming in she just looked nonchalantly and said; probably like 10:30am . How do you have a business and don’t open on time or know when a doctor is coming?? This establishment is ghetto. Never again

Negative experience: Tried to charge me for services which never happened before. After finally giving me my TB test they told me come back and they will fill it out when the results come. I come back and they try to charge me again just to get the paper filled out. Waste of my time this used to be my go to urgent care. I will no longer return
