Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! We went to Fort Worth to watch the Cross Fit Games, and used the gym everyday whilst we were there. The staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us and accommodated us at our own convenience. The atmosphere and ethos they have at the gym is exceptional! I will definitely be back when I’m in Fort Worth next.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in at EnduraLAB for a drop in session whilst visiting Fort Worth for the Cross Fit Games and was highly impressed at the facility and team! The gym itself was so fresh and clean and had so much space whilst having all the equipment you needed and the team there were so kind and friendly! We loved popping in for a CrossFit class and will 100% be returning when we are back in Fort Worth. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Fantastic coaching! I did a couch to 10k program with them. I ended up running several, and one half marathon. I felt encouraged by the staff and the people I was training with. I really hadn't run since leaving the military, so it's been several decades ago. There were times I felt like quitting, but I always received that gentle push to press on. You are never too old, too fat, or too out of shape, the coaches at the Lab will customize a program for you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience dropping in during the CrossFit games! One of the nicest gyms I have been to. The staff were all extremely friendly and the programming was fun and challenging. We will definitely drop in again next time we are in Ft. Worth!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for open gym the day after the Games. Great place! They literally have everything you can think of in terms of equipment. Everything looked pretty new too. Perfect temperature inside the gym too, not too hot and neither cold. Extremely clean too, I care a lot about how clean my gym is and this one is just as clean, very impressed. Very friendly staff too. I wish I had seen this place before but if the Games are here again next year, I’ll definitely be back!

The coach gave a great class, thorough warm up and the vibe of the staff and members was incredibly warm and inviting. I’ve been doing CrossFit for over ten years and this was one of my favorite drop ins. Would definitely recommend Enduralab!

Fantastic experience: Super happy with my experience here; the entire team is focused on recovery and sustainability of the athlete. The coaches have great cueing for movements, and are encouraging and helpful in modifications. I appreciate their attention to form and safe functional movements, and pushing me out of my comfort zone.

Fantastic experience: Becca is a great coach, she keeps it real and will tell you if your movements are lacking in form or depth. With that, she gives great cues to help better your form and leave the gym a better athlete.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for the week and had a great time! Everyone was immediately welcoming and friendly to me and a few even stopped to help me change out weights for a heavier deadlift workout. I was so impressed with the team and the community and felt like a regular instead of a visitor. Hope to see you guys again soon! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined EnduraLAB after having been in a slump. I needed a breath of fresh air and that is exactly what this community has provided me. Big emphasis on community as the support system, to include patrons and coaches, are motivated and genuinely happy to be here. Additionally the prescribed strength and conditioning workouts really push you past what you (think you are) capable of and enhances your perspective knowing that you exceeded your max effort. This has been such a pleasurable experience and I am proud to be a member.

Fantastic experience: Enduralab. The Lab. Great trainers and even better teammates. I’ve been able to push myself in challenges I’ve never imaged. Like the Night of the Living Deadlift where I PR’d. I completed the 12/24 hour challenge. Now I’m training for a ruck marathon. I love the attention they put in the workouts. They’ve developed monthly programming to get the best of each athlete. They customize workouts to fit your goals so theres’s something for everyone. The recovery!!! They have everything you need from massage, Normatec, cold plunge and sauna.

Fantastic experience: Enduralab is not just a gym. It’s a community of people who support and encourage each other, and push you to do things outside your comfort zone. Walking in, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I just kept showing up consistently, and it’s crazy to see how much progress I have made so far! I cannot stress enough how great the coaches are! They have pushed and encouraged me to do things even I didn’t realize I could do… and they don’t stop there. I am so thankful to have found my gym community in Fort Worth!!

Fantastic experience: Coach Isis has been my personal trainer for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A year ago I was dealing with constant back pain, struggling to keep up with my active job, and just feeling overall down on myself. Isis has helped me overcome these problems and become a great friend along the way! The workouts are always different, challenging, and fun!(coming from someone who did not like working out). The gym is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for a gym with good energy and good people don’t hesitate to join!

The best part though, and the thing that will always keep you coming back on the days when you are not feeling it, is by far the community. After interviewing several trainers, I am beyond lucky to have found Isis! She pushes me, makes me stronger and helps me stay consistent. She's there to be your accountability partner without being overly pushy. Currently also working with Enduralab to improve my half marathon run time and I am already seeing results. Fantastic experience: EnduraLAB is unlike any other gym I’ve been too. Owners are very helpful and friendly as well as the other coaches on staff. They are always watching out for you to make sure your lifting correctly while being incredibly encouraging. I’ve hit multiple PR’s and tried workouts I never thought I could do. Any one on the fence needs to come and check it out!

Fantastic experience: I started off at EnduraLAB thinking of a new challenge. Something I’ve never experienced. Everyday I went for at least a month before I took a day off. The process changed me and made me a believer. Still till this day I feel like I get personal training by experienced coaches that format the week for me. I love the feeling that I’ve done a total body workout in an hour and feel amazing. I’ve seen changes and the best ones come from the challenges like Murph’s and Hell Weeks and 100000 Row! Fantastic experience: Was traveling through Fort Worth and took advantage of their drop in option. Sent an email the evening before to confirm I’d be dropping in for the 6a, and Enduralab reached out via both email and text to help me get set up, registered and paid. Showed up around 5:55~ the next morning and everyone was so kind and welcoming! Plus, it was a great workout. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them, and if I lived in FW this would for sure be my gym!

The Nutrition Lab has been great for motivating me to make small and realistic changes to my eating habits resulting in real results. Isis is so supportive and constantly changing things to keep the program fresh and engaging. The staff is the most educated and professional I have ever worked with in any gym environment. The only odd thing is why anyone would workout anywhere else in FW!

Fantastic experience: Love my gym! The equipment is as high quality as the coaches and community. You'll feel at home immediately. They offer a ton of services geared towards your needs in particular, but the group classes are the greatest part of all. They also have running and ruck groups, and do a ton of athletic events throughout the year to keep you on your toes. Haven't regretted for a second joining here.

I’ve been an active person my whole life, and had many coaches and gym experiences, but none like what this place has to offer. The owners, Lee and Isis, are two of the most knowledgeable, caring and dedicated people I’ve ever met. They employ incredibly credentialed and dedicated people and they assure that each athlete gets appropriate attention to proper form over weight load, and that people are always lifting/working out in the best possible structure to assure long lasting results. The community that this gym has is also incredibly kind, respectful and welcoming. I can’t wait to see what comes in the many months ahead. Let’s go!

Fantastic experience: If your looking for something more other then to lose weight this is a great fit for you. The trainers at Enduralab Not only ensure you get a good work out but they take the time to personally teach you proper formation and techniques to help improve your workouts. They work out times are very flexible which is great for someone like me who works full time, and I still have time to make it to gym! They offer great programs like nutrition lab where you have a personal meeting with a coach who provides very educational information and aids in helping to break bad eating habits and learn what works best for you. The Gym is not over crowded so there’s always a place for you. And most of all you get to meet new people and build relationships. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Such a great fitness community. I’m glad I made the decision to join. (:

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. This was my first experience and I really bonded with the coaches and the other athletes here. I made fantastic progress and my Coach Roman always pushed me to be a better version of myself. I highly recommend this gym, even if you are nervous or have never been a lifelong athlete.

Fantastic experience: Joining Enduralab was the best decision I’ve made. The atmosphere in their class setting makes it so much fun to workout. My wife and I joined together and even though we’re different levels of fitness it doesn’t effect our progress because your allowed to work at your own pace. You have the competition but also on the other hand the support to push yourself to go harder for those reps. The coaches are the coolest around and do not let you feel left out, they will be right there with you making sure your form and technique are good. With all the programs they offer and adventures you can be apart of there’s something for everyone. I was able to train for and be apart of my first Rucking marathon and it was a super fun time doing it with a bunch of gym friends. All in all I love it at my gym and am excited to be apart of the Enduralab family.

Fantastic experience: The Nutritional Lab experience at EnduraLAB was wonderful. Fantastic experience: “Relationship before business” - I was invited (with a guest pass) to participate in a group workout. The setting was small and intimate (6 of us) and Coach Roman, from our first interaction, treated me as a member of the family. He was welcoming; warm; well knowledgeable and attentive to all of our needs. The workouts were self-driven and self-paced; and he served as the quintessential teacher/guide. The next day, Coach Isis took the time to contact me, and her interaction was also warm and inviting. She was relatable and such a joy. Their passion for helping others reach their goals is evident and is exactly what I need. I walked in as a guest, and left with a new family.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous at first to hand my programming over to someone else, but now I am so happy that I did. I've been training with Roman and have so much more explosion and endurance during my skills training. Also this is the cleanest gym on the planet.

This place isn't some circus box gym - they've got a facility where you can focus and get in a good workout. There are also Nutrition programs that help you think more holistically about your wellness goals. They've also got some of the best COVID protocols I've seen and I feel 100% safe coming in. Fantastic experience: There’s no better gym anywhere. Calling it a gym does it no justice. It’s a fitness and nutrition community that supports you and pushes you to reach your goals... and when you fly past your goals, they completely change your mindset on what you can accomplish. I’m 46, and I hadn’t run since high school when I started here a year & a half ago. In the last year I did an Everest-based climbing event, a half-marathon, and a full marathon (with a weighted pack). I’m in the best shape of my life. The staff is brilliant, informed, amazing, caring, and hilarious. They make feeling great a way of life. Tell them what you want to conquer and they’ll get you there. I’ve never looked forward to workouts more.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to enduraLAB since 2016 and have loved every minute! I was so scared to touch a barbell at first, but when I finally did I was immediately hooked. The coaches made sure I was using correct form and helped me build so much strength safely. All the members and coaches are so supportive and I love coming to the gym everyday just to see everyone! Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic community of fun people all committed to a healthy lifestyle. The coaches are the best I have worked with and make sure the safety of each athlete is top of mind. The workouts have a great variety and a fun mix of weights and cardio. I have seen much improvement in the 2 years since I have been at the LAB for sure. I want to also give a shoutout to ISIS who coaches the Nutrition LAB. She has a great program full of encouragement, lifestyle changes you can actually implement and stick with, and lots of great recipes to help you see real results.

Fantastic experience: Update: This summer we hit two years training with Lee! My husband and I can see and feel significant growth. Drew played 3 rounds of golf in one weekend and never had back pain while everyone else is moaning and groaning….huge evidence of his core and back strength and flexibility. And I’ve never loved my legs as much as I do now . 2020… My husband and I are both doing personal training with Lee. What we love about this setup is Lee notices where we need to strengthen and focuses there while helping us build an overall balanced body. And, if we’re having ailments like back pain or tight hip flexors he adjusts the workout to both not irritate the issue and stretch/stabilize. We just finished month 3 of 2 days a week (and doing our own workout at least once on the weekends). I’m seeing strong growth in my leg strength and shoulders. I’m typically a yogi and it’s been nice to learn more strength building exercises and see the changes. Lee knows his stuff...his mental library of useful information is astounding.

Fantastic experience: I have been an athlete my whole life and have consistently lifted weights for the last 15 years. Since making the decision to change my training style and signing on at EnduraLAB, I have dramatically improved my conditioning as well as continued to see progress in strength and muscle growth. The programming has been sound and methodical, and the coaching has been engaging and insightful. If you want intelligent and progressive training in an environment that focuses on WHY you are doing what you are doing, I recommend that you consider EnduraLAB. It is rare to find a gym that focuses on process development, meets athletes at their level of skill, and helps them improve at all levels. EnduraLAB gets it right.

Fantastic experience: In the beginning, I thought I was just joining a gym for a round of personal training to shed some weight for my wedding. 5 years later, I’m still a part of this amazing community. The Strength and Conditioning classes will test you, everyday, in every way. If the classes aren’t your thing, no problem, this place has personal training, a run club, ruck club, online dumbbell class and online body weight workouts to name a few. This place also has specialized classes, including nutrition, mobility and workshops for barbell movements. You can definitely feel the camaraderie from the moment you walk in the door. The coaches are world class as well; they know this business, they live to motivate, and they love working with the athletes. Bottom line, whether you’re new to working out, or a seasoned athlete, there is something here for everyone. If you want to be the best version of yourself, give this place a shot. Fantastic experience: I have been using Enduralab for the last 8 years. It started with endurance running for marathons. My focus then transferred into 70.3 Ironman triathlons. Lee and the crew knew exactly what to do, and how to build up my body to handle the stress on training 15hr a week. Enduralab isn't just a gym, its a science based community of goal oriented people, in every facet of athleticism (beginners and veterans). Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Enduralab for 12 years and have been working with Lee individually during that time. I am an avid golfer so besides concentrating on overall strength , endurance and injury prevention we have also been focusing on various golf exercises to improve my overall game including posture, balance and most definitely swing speed. My handicap has improved steadily over the past few years and my swing speed most recently has increased by 20 mph. Lee is not only a great trainer but very knowledgeable about the golf swing/game. I believe His TPI Certification will help many golfers.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to EnduraLAB for almost a year now and this is like no other gym! Always very clean and in order (even prior to Covid19) Coaches are helpful and very knowledge and always willing to help. During the shut down always keeping in touch, online, live workouts etc were accessible at all times and always encouraging. Love that all age groups and different level of athletes can get the most out of every workout/class. Various class times/type of workouts available for any schedule. If your looking for a new gym this is the place!

Fantastic experience: I came to endura lab 3 months ago I was a little nervous first coming in because I had no idea what to expect, I just knew I needed a change in my everyday routine. The atmosphere is great and the facilities are clean. All the coaches are so supportive, and knowledgeable. I came in not knowing a thing about working out. I’ve gained so much knowledge and have seen great results in the short period of time I have been attending.

Fantastic experience: Before working out at enduraLab I was never into the whole fitness scene, I was always afraid that I would be judged because of the weight I was using. But at enduraLab I do not have to worry about that even the slightest bit. The classes are made so that every athlete can workout at their own pace and not have to feel pressured into lifting more than what you’re body is ready for. I have yet to meet a member of the enduraLab community that hasn’t welcomed me with open arms, everybody here is so kindhearted and just overall amazing people. Enduralab is much more than just a gym, it is a family and a community and that’s what makes it stand out from other gyms. I encourage anybody who is on the fence about getting back into working out to come check out enduraLab and give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: My fitness journey started about a month ago at EnduraLab. Immediately upon arriving I felt welcomed and was then oriented with their system. It’s an incredible atmosphere and the trainers are knowledgeable. I’m already seeing results on my strength, endurance and technique directly attributed to their trainers help. (#Thanks Roman) They cater to your needs and take the time to get to know you. It’s a community that I’m glad I’m a part of. I always look forward to my next session even when it’s leg day.

Fantastic experience: Enduralab changed my life. People ask me what I do to 'tone' my arms and no one has ever asked me that in my life. I signed up for their classes and personal training sessions and couldn't have been more pleased. I was wanting to tone and lift weights without getting injured to get back in shape . Isis Hargrave and the entire Enduralab team was supportive, made me feel welcomed and coached me through the techniques. The classes are always fun, very cool setup for men and women! Would highly recommend!
