Negative experience: Awful experience. I was awake and not loopy for my procedure. I voiced my concerns about feeling every stick and movement, my nurse missed my iv serval times and they don’t even offer iv pain medications. I am a registered nurse in an er and we do an array of procedures in Ed and make sure our patients are as comfortable as they can be. Pain is considered a vital sign. I was 10/10 pain the entire time with tachycardia and rapid breathing due to pain and nothing was given to manage that. I asked for more pain meds post procedure and was told no . I left in tears and dressed myself and walked my self . I did not even need a driver. I would not recommend this place or procedure . I will be canceling my skin removal and additional services. I recently had laser on my face and was given more meds to be comfortable. After spending over $13,000 this was not worth the experience you endure. Ladies take your hard earned money and go to a place that can offer real pain management. My doctor left the building before I could get dressed and out the door totally unacceptable . As a health care provider our job is to manage our patients comfortably and at least see them before you run out the office. Additionally I am one day post op paid for upper abdomen area and it was not done only my lower abdomen. Called the center no one in office so after all I endured they didn’t even do an area I paid for !

The staff was efficient and courteous, making the overall experience pleasant and stress-free. I was especially impressed by Ravan, who having gone through a similar procedure shared her experience with me and helped reassure me that all would be ok. Also a shout out to my post op visit nurse, Marissa, who took the time to explain what to expect in the next few weeks. Everyone at the center should be commended.

Fantastic experience: I went to SonoBello on Monday, June 17 for a consultation. I was greeted by patient care consultant, Claudette DiNatale. I met with her for about an hour. I found Claudette to be very warm and welcoming when she greeted me. This was a great first impression. While speaking with her, I never felt rushed. I could ask all the questions I wanted, and I found her to be very sincere and knowledgeable. The reason I wanted to attend the consultation was because I was unfamiliar with the Procedure used by this company. Claudette explained the procedure of determining how many liters of fat is taken from anyone individual and what is the exact process and timing of the procedure. She explained the pain levels and ask what expectation I had about this procedure. Her explanation of how pricing is determined was excellent and very easy to understand. I really appreciate the time the knowledge and the warm and welcoming atmosphere she exudes. I’m in the process of making the decision if this type of procedure would be right for me, but it was definitely a pleasant experience working with her! This is what Customer Service should be and at Sonobello with Claudette it definitely was!

Negative experience: Sono Bello deserves zero stars. My services were horrible. No one should go to them. Soon Bello needs to be shutdown. PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE SONO BELLO, you will waist your money.

Negative experience: I have had so much trouble trying to get an issue rectified with Sono Bello in the Westchester office. I have also been reaching out to the corporate office. They were responsive in the beginning and now I am not getting any callbacks. I am very dissatisfied with my procedure and the scarring that I haveon four parts of my body. I would recommend if you were seriously looking into these procedures that you fully educate yourself on what the outcomes would be. I was very excited to work with Sono Bello on my transformation, now I am sorry that I did my procedures. I was told that if I did my stomach area, I would achieve flat and tight results, that is definitely not the case. Now the surgeon is telling me that I would never be able to achieve a flat tight result! She is stating that it is due to visceral fat. I was never told that this could even be a possibility. While I do understand some of that, I never had such a large visceral fat deposit before the surgery. I also have a lot of Discomfort of my abdominal area at the end of the day, if I wear clothing that may be a little more restrictive, Like jeans, dress pants, etc... I never had this prior to my Surgery . I am also very dissatisfied with the scaring on my body. I have four areas in which the scars have not healed. They are embarrassing and very unsightly. My surgery was almost a year ago and they have still not healed Also,as an FYI, don’t trust reviews. They make you take them down in order to get your revision or an other help from them

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my SonoBello experience at this location! I had 9 areas done. I had the Abex done and I couldn’t be happier. I am not even fully healed and I feel confident and bikini ready. I have had a long weight loss journey. After losing 140 pounds, I wanted to feel absolutely confident when looking in the mirror so I made my last “stop” on my journey at SonoBello in Harrison, NY. I am SO HAPPY that I went in for that consult! Best decision of my life! Now, keep in mind you don’t have to lose a ton of weight or have the perfect BMI to be a candidate for SonoBello. If I’m not mistaken, patients with a BMI up to 42 in some cases can get procedures done so don’t automatically think you can’t get anything done! Schedule a consult! The team here is amazing. I believe that good service and hard work should not go unrecognized so I am taking the time to write this review for that reason and for prospective patients. Narika ( I hope I’m spelling your name correctly) is so kind and courteous. Every time I go in, she treats me with like one of the girls. She is easy to talk to and has a warm personality. The RNs. Cathy and Maryssa are amazing! They are so helpful and knowledgeable! I feel so comfortable around them and can ask them any questions. They are literally my cheerleaders! I do not remember everyone’s name, but they are all FANTASTIC. As for my surgeon, Dr. Husaini, she is a legend. I mean, I am at a loss of words. She has amazing bedside manner. She has a kind heart. She is fantastic at what she does. She is honest, empathetic and has a heart of gold. I felt so comfortable with her. As I said, I am not even fully healed, but my body looks amazing. I will update this review with photos at a later date to reflect before and after photos. Dr. Husaini is a miracle worker in my eyes. If you’re considering SonoBello, go to the office in Harrison, NY even if it’s out of your way. You won’t regret it. I promise you! Tell them Connie Levy sent you!

Positive experience: First let me start by saying the staff at this location are kind and attentive. However, I can't wait until December for my revision appointment. I look in the mirror everyday thinking I should've went out of the country to get the results I wanted. In March I got my full abdominal, waist, and bra roll. Let's start here under the recommendations of the consultant I got my bra roll. Getting my bra roll lipo was a waste of money. My money would've been better spent getting my lower back liposuction. The roll on my lower back seems more obvious now that my waist was lipo. The surgeon obviously spent a lot of time getting rid of my fupa, but now my upper abs looks uneven compared to the rest of my stomach. I'm an athletic person and know what my stomach looks like when it's toned and flat. I gained weight and love my curves. I wanted a snatched waistline to enhance them. If you want fat reduction go here. But you're not going to get a snatched waistline. I feel like my money could've been better spent somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: First I want to stay I was to totally freaking out over a week about all the negative reviews I read about how painful the procedure would be, Kelly the consultant from the Hackensack office was so responsive and empathic, she answered alll of my questions even on the weekends. Well procedure was done yesterday! The staff at the Westchester office was also great. Friendly, kind and delivered exceptional customer service. Shoutout to Alice, Kathy, Rika, the front desk ladies and the office manager who helped manage a stressful and big problem before my surgery. And Samoan my nurse was pleasant and helpful. Lastly, I want to thank Dr Berger who was absolute incredible. I was terrified of the pain I would experience. Dr Berger answered all my questions and assureed me that as long as I allowed myself to relax from the concoction of pills they gave me I would feel little to no pain during the numbing process and surgery. Well as promised he delivered. The numbing process was slightly painful (my tolerance is low!. But ultimately the process for me was painless. In fact they said I fell asleep during the procedure and was snoring lol. Look if you are looking to get this procedure don't be afraid like I was and book with DR Berger. Thank you Dr Berger and Team!

Positive experience: The staff at the clinic is good and the nurses are great. The sales people should be clear and transparent. I did my stomach and inner thighs. I don't regret getting rid of my mom pouch but don't think anything else was worth it. This is not a miracle procedure. You still have to maintain a very healthy and active lifestyle and have A LOT of post procedure maintaince such as lots of wearing a body suit, scar taping, massages on areas, etc. I do not see the value in doing the inner thighs. A lot of money and it is not a super speedy recovery. If you think you won't be in pain after inner thighs and getting rid of mom pouch you are mistaken. I still have ugly scares too.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with results. Never were told about internal scarring of the tissues. It’s basically a butcher shop, they kept telling me “ it takes time to see results” I waited months and months and didn’t see the results. I went to another Plastic surgeon to discuss a tummy tuck and he said “if you didn’t do the laser liposuction that caused internal scarring of the tissues, a tummy tuck would be possible but now it’s almost impossible and very risky “ Very very upset and disappointed. I can’t believe places like this get licenses.

Negative experience: If I could give a lower rating I would. This place pays ZERO attention to you and if I were you I would find someone else. The truth is they never respond to messages and what happened in my particular case was prior to my surgery they scheduled it for the wrong day. Multiple messages went unanswered and then they offered to reschedule weeks later. Do NOT trust the five star reviews at this place they are most likely bots and paid advertising. They then held onto my money for the refund for months and I was given run around answers. People were “sick today” every time I was suppose to get an answer for my refund. Or they had to “call corporate” This place is a rip off find another doctor if you want something done!

Fantastic experience: The Westchester Office is exceptional! The nurses, the consultants, the surgeons…all are through and through WONDERFUL. I had reservations during the process but not anymore! Sono Bello is the PLACE TO GO FOR BEAUTY and WESTCHESTER, NY is where it BEGINS!

Fantastic experience: The experience was great from beginning to end. From consultation to the day of surgery and after. On my pre-op visit to meet with the surgeon I left feeling confident I was in good hands and in the right place ( I had a consultation with another plastic surgeon in a different clinic/company and the experience was not the best) . That same day of my pre-op by the time I got home my prescription were waiting for me at my local pharmacy, they also scheduled my follow-up appointment. I was set for surgery day. I had surgery Nov 16. Nurse Cathy was great, my surgeon DR. Al-Husaini what a great lady, her Assistant Sylvia was great as well. They were all very caring and kind. They all made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous and afraid I was going to feel the pain since I was going to be awake. My procedure was done with local anesthesia, I didn't feel a thing, in fact I slept through the whole thing. If I have any advice is to ask them to play music that calms you down, that really help me relax and to fall asleep. it's been a few days since my surgery, and I feel great! I'm not even drinking pain medicine. I'm walking, eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom with no problem. My incisions look great, no issues at all. The Team at Sono Bello has follow-up with me a few times to make sure everything is ok. I have my follow-up appointment next week. I can't wait. Thank you, Sono Bello, for making this process so easy and stress free. Highly recommend.

Their prices are the best by far, they don't try to nickel and dime you for each little section of your body and understand it's a whole area that needs to be worked on. Fantastic experience: I never thought that I would go through with surgery, my experience with Sonobello has been stellar. From the consultation to post-op, I have been supported by the staff, nurses, and my doctor. They answer questions without gimmicks, that made a world of a difference for me. I am 2 weeks post op, still feel sore in some places and numb, tingly, and itchy in others. I am seeing results (still bloated). I am trying my best to drink my water.

Fantastic experience: I have to say everyone in the Westchester location is extremely professional and pleasant. I had my procedure (TriSculpt E/X) and I continually go in for Venus treatments. I didn't know what to expect when I got my first treatment boy was I surprised. It is a bit bothersome (it's been 6 weeks since my procedure) but left me feeling great hours later. I purchased a package of Venus treatments and I am glad I did. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants treat yourself to something special like this.

It changed my life when I had the surgery at Sonobello; the procedure is very quick. Now the process of recovering activities is also very fast. You can return to your normal life in a few days. Fantastic experience: Look no further than Dr. BERGER at Harrison, NY branch he is very kind and knows exactly what he is doing. My treatment was yesterday but I tell you I already feel positive that my results will be amazing. He even followed up with a phone call same day. Sue & Maria, the nurses are very sweet and kind. Negative experience: My consultant was Rachel Hinman (RH) in Harrison, NY office. Seemed nice at first, BUT! If you don't sign up (=pay) for whatever procedure you want at the 1st consultation, forget about it!!!! And pricing What you get from "online reps" like each area starting $1395 - forget it! RH haven't even heard about it (as she said). My "starting point" per area was $1945. But OK, maybe I am too BIG at 168 lbs so extra applies. I wanted to think and did not agree to anything "right there and then", sent a follow up e-mail with questions, got a reply from RH that it's better to "talk on the phone". Big RED flag when people don't like to put anything in writing. RH didn't call me when agreed multiple times, when she finally did I was driving. I asked if I can call back in a few minutes, but RH said she will call back "later". That was like two+ weeks ago. Still waiting for this "call back" hahaha!!! Never again!!!!

Fantastic experience: On April 1,2021 I took a step in the right direction to further my journey in making my health better. My procedure was done by Dr Al-Husaini and still today almost 2 weeks later I'm crying for good reasons.. I had 6 areas worked on as well as some skin removal and the recovery is a little painful at first but gets better and better everyday. The results are AMAZING!.. I actually have a real shape now! Not to mention I am in between a large and an extra large and before I was wearing a 1x-2x.. in the real world ladies and gents everyday it gets better!.. yes do this!.. The nurses are awsome and sweet,especially Kathy and the girls in the office are wonderful also! Do this,you will cry for good reasons too!

Dr. Berger himself is extraordinarily gifted in his craft, I had the TriSculpt EX done along with TriSculpt on the inner thighs and knees. The entire procedure was 100% painless and incredibly comfortable to my surprise. I have not a single negative thing to say about the Sono Bello team, the service or the experience. I would encourage anyone interested in body contouring to allow the Sono Bello team to carry you through this beautiful and ever so personal journey. With that being said, CHEERS to body goals in 2021, rocking that Swarovski crystal bikini while sipping mimosas on the beach in Bora Bora all Thanks to Sono Bello!

Fantastic experience: They are friendly, understanding, attentive to my needs and concerns! From the time you enter the office you get a nice warm welcome until you exit the door. I give them ( DR. Al-Husaini, Ayo, Susan, Ta'Tiyana, Jazmin) and everyone who worked with me on both my procedures 5 STAR!

Negative experience: Had lipo done here in Jan 2016 with Dr Husaini and suffered scared tissue which I have not been able to get rid of til this day even with her doing a so called revision 6 months later. I do NOT under no circumstances recommend this place. Not enough experience.

Fantastic experience: I am 4 days post op. I had inner/outer thighs, upper arms, upper/lower abs and waist done. The total experience was positive. The staff was kind. My nurse Rachel was gentle and Dr. Al-Husaini was wonderful. She is honest and doesn't let you think everything will be perfect post surgery but answers all your questions. Dr Al-Husaini even called at 10pm that night to be sure I was ok, moving around and taking my meds. The procedure was very tolerable as I was in a "twilight" for the whole time. After getting home I had burning in my abdominal area when I stood for the first 6 hours. Since then, it is just soreness when getting up and down - again tolerable. I'm hoping to see nice results in the months to come.

Fantastic experience: I have only had positive and professional experiences with the Westchester Sono Bello staff. From scheduling to follow up - the staff is lovely and responsive. Also a huge fan of the Venus, post surgery results are amazing! It makes all the difference in the healing process.

Fantastic experience: Jasmine went over and above to accommodate my out of state circumstances!! She took into consideration my privacy requests, concerns and financial situation. She made me feel like I was the most important person to her and she was going to do whatever she needed to do to make my experience extremely pleasurable and memorable. Which she did!!!
