Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Timothy Bateman. No expensive equipment that you don't want. Just hands on adjustments. He was brilliant and I can't recommend them high enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bateman was wonderful and polite. He was willing to take me in regardless of being late due to traffic, always had a smile, never made me anxious as most doctors do, and got me fixed up in no time. I would highly recommend him.

Negative experience: I don't recommend going here, and I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews? My husband and I were scheduled for our first appointment at the same time. When we arrived, we were notified that the Dr was working alone and also had other patience coming. We probably should have rescheduled at this notice.... The Dr left the room twice during my exam and adjustment and once during my husband's because someone else arrived. I came with a concern of a rib and without even looking at or touching my ribs I was told it was probably how I'm built and then he proceeded to tell me about his ribs and show me how his are... We never received a follow up call for our first visit or an invitation to reschedule, which we wouldn't have anyway, and 3 weeks later we've now received a bill.

Negative experience: DO NOT come here for an insurance claim. He will do minimal adjustment with little to no help at all to run up the bill as much as possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bateman listened to my issues, and he addressed them immediately. My adjustment was quick and effective. I could feel the pressure released immediately. I highly recommend his services.

Negative experience: Dr. Bateman was friendly. But the service was mediocre and no different from some other chiropractors with the exception that I was able to walk in on a weekend. Visit was 10 minutes at most and I was left confused as to what even happened. Charged $20 then insurance comes back with more which is expected but billing is a mystery for sure. Then when you have to pay the bill the assigned collector is unprofessional and rude. Took 2 days to get a call back. Edit: I just spoke with accounts receivable “Jodi” whom I made a payment with a month ago and requested a receipt be mailed out to me which I never received. So I called again at 2pm MST and asked for it to be emailed and she said it won’t get done today. What is that even suppose to mean? I had to tell her it sounded like she was giving attitude.. all I asked was for an emailed receipt. There may be a level of insurance fraud I am not expert but a 15min adjustment and new patient exam doesn’t constitute what was billed to my insurance… but I’m not dealing with it anymore got my receipts thank you NYE for taking care of me more professionally out of everyone I encountered with this organization.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bateman is wonderful, I thought my long time back pain was going to be chronic and forever and its being fixed. Makes my day easier every time I come in. He also gives really good advice about life!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bateman and his staff are the most kind and caring. I threw my back out and seriously couldn’t even walk. They took me in on a Friday eve which no chiropractor would do. After my adjustment I walked out in 60-70% less pain! After two more adjustments and therapies I am 100%. Thank you so much. I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Bateman!

Negative experience: Dr. Bateman is very unprofessional!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY DUE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MAN!!! I was in a car accident in 2019 (yes 2019 a WHILE ago) and there was some billing issues that I am STILL trying to figure out. After receiving a letter today from Caremore regarding my balance and stating they are going to take me to court if not paid IMMEDIATELY I called the phone number on the paper which was for golf course facility, as Dr. Bateman answered the phone I told him my concerns in which he was very combative and even CURSED tried twisting my words once i advised him that this call was being recorded! I recorded this phone call so if corporate would like to hear this unprofessionalism PLEASE reach out to me. I asked multiple times for billing department number and he repeatedly told me it's on my paper (which it's not) hence why I reached him. I would rather deal with collections or court then to deal with this man ever again I truly hope everyone thinking about chiropractic reconsiders where to recieve treatment as this man is a HORRIBLE human being! He threatened to call the cops on me for leaving this review. So we shall see how long it takes for the police to show up and find the TRUTH of this evil man and I will allow the cops to hear how he treated a former customer of his!

Negative experience: My son was seen by Dr Bateman He was very rushed and didn't even address his main problem, just expected him to come back again for a rush job. And that old office was very dirty, the carpet was just gross. And still had old Christmas decorations on the wall. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: CareMore offered an efficient service today. I have been having chronic lower back pain for more than a month, but I feel better today. They were able to explain each treatment’s benefit, and expected response.

Negative experience: I made an appointment the day prior to going in for my 1st time after seeing reviews and was advised they were running a promotion for $88 for the 1st session. My appt was at 5:15 and I wasn't seen until after 6. He said he had to go pick up his car. The chiropractor cracked my back by twisting me both ways and sent me on my way. This was about 4 minutes.H was very rushed and I don't feel I got the attention I needed for my issues. When it came to paying, I was advised it would be 120 something and I advised that wasn't was I was told when I made the appointment. I got questioned by the Dr for a couple minutes about who I spoke to and what time I called before he realized there was a special and then corrected it. The whole experience was subpar and I'll go elsewhere next time. The reason for the 2 stars is the receptionist was was really nice and she was cute.

Fantastic experience: After a car accident, there were times during the day at work where I was immobilized from pain for a minute or 2. After I started seeing Dr. Bateman, there have been improvements in my pain level. I am able to work and move more without as much pain.
