Negative experience: dental office did not notify me that my dentist retired after telling me to sit tight and wait for a prior auth, put me in the position to have to go through intake as a new patient again afterward. gave me the runaround about the same unnecessary prior auth for so long that i didnt get to use any of my dental coverage for 2023. edit: further, they called me harassing me about this review.

Fantastic experience: This place with the OB/GYN deserves a 5 star. I cannot express how happy I feel taking my wife there for her treatment. From day 1 they have been really nice to us and so helpful as we just moved in to Buffalo. We were really scared at first on whether we can see some good doctors but here we are with a great team. PA Megan is really nice and awesome. My wife felt very comfortable and also rest of the staff were as friendly.

Negative experience: Dental dept at River Way is completely incompetent, from check In girls right down to quality of work. I was here on the 19 for filling repair that is botched. My tongue keeps getting to the tooth because It feels like someone glued sand paper to my tooth

There is no long wait upon arrival Dr. Hong and Joanne are the most kind and caring professionals I’ve encountered. Making sure I was comfortable as a patient meant so much to me along with assisting in providing education within the treatment plan to not only treat but also prevent future cavities . They both take the time to listen to the patient, and each time they always came up with a positive solution. I cannot express how truly grateful I am for these two women. Negative experience: Let me tell you how messed up this facility is! From losing the dental templates to not acknowledging the appointments to not calling us to cancel an appointment knowing their provider is not coming! Alll it’s a whole bundle of messed up! My dad’s denture started last year in may and each appointment they make up an excuse or cancel or what ever! And believe it or not it still hasnt been completed! Their staff is so rude and arrogant and not acknowledging thats their fault ! Very disappointing!

Negative experience: Changed to this practice for OBGYN services and I’m kind of wishing I didn’t. The Northwest location seems a bit unorganized. I was seen there for my latest OBGYN appt for pregnancy, my appointment was initially cancelled and rescheduled for a week later. I show up 10 minutes early to my appointment, and am not put in a room to be seen until 10:45. I didn’t see a provider then until 11am & not one person there acknowledged or apologized that my appointment was extremely late. I will say however that once I was actually seen, the provider was nice, but some acknowledgement that they are very behind (which then affected my own work schedule and child care) would have been nice. I just cannot tolerate an extremely late appointment while I made arrangements with work to be gone a little over an hour, and I was gone for close to 2.5 hrs. The office did however call back a woman who was there for a sonogram before me, even though she showed up late for the appt. As I was checking out then, the woman checking me out answered not one, but two personal phone calls on their air pod. They will also call you several times in a row, and then leave vague messages. When you call them back within 10 minutes, apparently the office is then closed and says they close at 6pm, but you were called at 7:15pm. They’ll send surveys but then will also tell you that you already took the survey, even though you didn’t.
Negative experience: Safe to say i never ever called and waited an hour without getting hung up on. They will schedule you for 3 and see you at 5 too. Bad service always and always. Reply to your comment; Then provide me with my medical records. I came there for 6 years and you are refusing to do what you are legally mandated to do. After all the bad and unprofessional treatment i received such as gaslighting and all the other bad things. The least you can do is provide my records and stop acting like you don’t have them.

Fantastic experience: I gotta say I see all these reviews I have been going here for years my kids go here we go here for all For my self I was gonna switch to somewhere else for adult medicine cause i didn't like any of the doctors but I found dr.ogle listen when I tell you this Dr is the best Dr I have ever had I mean she is amazing she cares about the patients I always tell her I feel she is not here just for the money but for the patients she sees peds and adults she is so amazing I had to switch my mom to see her cause alot of doctors she seen just want to put her on meds and that is Absolutely not the case with doctor ogle thank you for caring about the patients if she leaves I'm leaving with her lol I give it a 5 star only because of her

Negative experience: We have had several appointments that the provider didn't show up to. The first we were told that we were scheduled with the wrong type of doctor. My girlfriend needed a mental health appointment and was scheduled with a gynecologist. Then she had an phone appointment which the provider didn't call in to, and on our final appointment, we were told the doctor called out sick at the exact time of the appointment (Which doesn't sound like any doctors I know. While I have no proof, I expect it was another scheduling mix up). After three failed attempts to see a provider, we just gave up. It doesn't matter how good the service is when they don't actually have staff show up to their appointments. The first time we figured it was a normal mistake, but three times in a row is a pattern.

Fantastic experience: I used to come here for dental care when I was a small child I always had a great experience there. Now seeing how much it has grown as an adult is amazing. Never received primary care services from them but from what I hear from others they provide good care. I used the Quest lab on site here and was in and out within 10mins

Negative experience: Good luck getting someone to answer the phone at this office. I've been on hold for an hour and STILL WAITING! Everytime I call this place I'm on hold for at least a half hour. With no option to call you back. I've been trying to get a NURSE on the phone for a very serious matter all day and cant get anyone to answer my call, I sit on hold. It's ridiculous! The worst its ever been. I might find a new Dr rather then dealing with this place, sad cause I've always came here for every need and hate to transfer my records but it's clear this isn't getting better

Negative experience: Appointment was confirmed with Dr.Ferguson as we always see her for our baby’s medical needs coz she’s phenomenal. However, it was in fact a Nurse practitioner, Meghan Mahoney, who saw our baby. Alright, fine. We swallowed our disappointment. She prescribed the mediation for the stipulation. The baby was complaining yesterday again that her stomach hurts. We called the pharmacy and found out that the prescription was not sent yet. Then, today early morning, I called the clinic again about the prescription and the receptionist said that it was not sent yet and told me that she would remind her (Meghan). It’s 12:31 pm right now and the pharmacy confirmed that they have not received it yet. What a careless nurse practitioner! What a horrible clinic! They shouldn’t be in the healthy industry at all. Careers in the health industry is a very noble job coz it cares the patients’ health and well-being. It seems like it’s not the case at this clinic. We are planning to change our primary care clinic. Couldn’t be more disappointed wit their so-called care.

Negative experience: The wait is always long. You can never reach anyone via phone. We couldn't get through recently, so I took my child to a WellNow instead. Not ideal. Then we did a virtual appointment recently only to be told, they couldn't properly evaluate my child unless they saw them. Obviously. Not to mention we gave them an alternative number for them to call, only for them to continually call the number on file. Not the number given, not the number that checked them in. So we make an appointment only to have them cancel on us. They called to inform us that they're not able to see us, and then only give 1 option for a reschedule. We can't make that date and they say how they will note that in our chart, as if it's our fault we can't make that time. Very aggravating when I have a sick child that I'm trying to get seen by a doctor. We will be switching pediatricians.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend after sharing concerns about my OBGYN. I thought the process of switching OBs mid pregnancy would be difficult so I delayed, but after another issue came up I decided to bite the bullet and switched at 35 weeks. I am so relieved that I did! The receptionist who scheduled my appt was so friendly and reassuring when I voiced that I was nervous at switching so late in my pregnancy. She was able to get me an appt the same day with Dr. Gutierrez. The receptionist at the 155 Lawn location was also very friendly and personable as well as the Medical Assistant who started my visit! Dr. Gutierrez was amazing. She spent a good amount of time with me and listened to everything I had to say. She did not dismiss any of my concerns, as I had felt I had been at my previous OB. She took the time to explain things and made sure I understood. She also included my in the discussion of my plan of care of going forward. She was well informed of my medical and pregnancy history despite only having an hour or 2 to prepare. She made me feel at ease, and heard & I was reassured that switching so late in pregnancy was not a big deal at all. I wish I had done it sooner, this experience was awesome! I’m so glad they will be delivering my baby. 10/10 recommend

Positive experience: I went to the Northwest location today for the first time, and it was a good experience. There was a bit of a wait, but nothing too unreasonable. In total I’d say the appointment took an hour or so. Both providers I saw were very attentive: first the PA went over my health history, asking questions and clarifying, then the NP asked for more details before recommending some follow-up work. I felt like both of them really listened to and validated my concerns, especially the NP, and gave me options for care. Overall, I’d say this is a good place to go for healthcare.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 9:30 am the waiting room cleared out TWICE wasn't called to room until 11:43 am I missed another appointment because of this it's always 20 appointments at same time but even if you arrive early it's still don't matter. Absolutely awful

Negative experience: I have been calling for a pediatric consultation for 3 days and no one answers. My kids are sick; I have taken them to the emergency room twice and I am still calling for a follow-up 3-5 days according to the emergency room with pediatrics and no one answers. My children's doctor is excellent, but the secretarial staff is terrible.

Negative experience: Awesome medical staff, horrible administrative staff. This has to be the worst run medical facility that I've ever dealt with. I've often been made to feel like a poor person without options. I don't think that I could walk through their door again even one more time. They should just tear it down and start again.

Negative experience: Absolutely shot here. For starters I made a walk in appointment for my fiancee because two in house pregnancy tests came back positive. So when I walked in for the first appointment I asked about a sonogram, which they said they would do that day, well they left us waiting for two hours to only call us back into the actual doctors room only to inform us that she was pregnant. information we knew. So I showed visible frustration from having our time absolutely wasted. So finding out that we couldn't get a sonogram done that day I wanted to set up an appointment to do that and was barely receiving an answer as to when and how because I had no more interest in being there longer than I already was. Because of this they made me wait in the waiting room and an appointment was made that we couldn't make due to work so we had to call and reschedule for today at 12:30. After we got there and waited they would only let her in the doctor's office. I'm extremely displeased with the way that they handled our first visit and if I could I would rate this place 0 stars. Needless to say because of their mix up and absolute rudeness of the nurses I'll take my family here again.

Negative experience: First visit had nothing to do with staff but an elderly gentleman was passing out community news papers in the office. He tried to hand me one and I just smiled and shook my head no. As he walked away said "Probably couldn't read English anyway". I said "I speak English just fine, I just don't want your newspaper!" He was shocked but didn't apologize. Second visit I needed bloodwork for my child and asked a receptionist for the doctor's signature page bc I only had the order (1 page out of 2). She called someone and asked if I could have a copy of vaccinations for my child instead. Never received the doctor signature page so no blood work for my child. I'm using another doctor office and I'm glad I switched.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit with the Health center in Hamburg. The office was clean, the staff was friendly and my Dr, Melinda, was absolutely wonderful. I have terrible anxiety with any health related providers and I felt extremely comforted by the staff and all my questions were answered. I am incredibly pleased that I decided on this office and they most certainly didn’t add to my anxiety.

Negative experience: My last 3 visits details and information were inaccurate and or missing. I waited on hold for someone to take my call just today, checked in with her while I had her on hold as I was obtaining a fax number and as I was clicking over she hung up after telling me she was more than happy to wait. This was after she or someone in the background was rudely giggling and laughing about something and she was still laughing as she asked for my date of birth. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As soon as they don't understand what you're asking them they also cut you off in the middle of your sentence. I work in the medical field as well, I understand we are all very busy but that is a completely unprofessional way to treat someone.

Negative experience: I'd give zero stars if I could. Literally the worst healthcare service I've ever received. Staff are rude, providers are unreliable, always late, and will contradict specialists if the specialist said something they don't like. I've been rescheduled four times for a PHONE appointment, but the place is quick to call for that copay if their website doesn't work. I'll be spending my week off from school hunting a better healthcare provider. Year later update: I never found the time to find a new provider, but I thought I'd finally made some headway. I had a conversation about having a surgery later in the year, when I would be able to, and was told someone would call to discuss dates with me. Instead, four appointments were scheduled without my input because they "worked" for the doctor. But I can't do the surgery until the fall. I've been trying to cancel FOUR appointments that I cannot make for THREE WEEKS. Their portal doesn't work, but neither does talking to anyone. It's like a sick joke.

Positive experience: I am a health care professional with a 4 year degree and I am also a patient. I have had several PMDs that despite my vast professional medical and psych experiences of over 26 years, still insist on talking down to me even after calling them on it. Not here, with a few exceptions, like when I don’t see my primary and in the stead a provider who doesn’t know me. Otherwise, very professional, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring Pimary Care Facility. They can get me in quick when needed and waiting room time is minimal to reasonable. I know these people can make more money elsewhere but they choose to work in a previously underserved community. Kudos!!! Keep you the great work!!! Good Job!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a Pt.there for over 30 yrs. I was always well cared for. The staff is friendly and very comforting. This health care center is very busy most of the time, so wait times are a little longer, but not bad. They also have a Pediatric clinic as well, which I highly approve of.also has a dental clinic.

Positive experience: The doctors are great but you wait 10+ minutes to get through to someone every single time you call and when you show up on time for appointments you still wait at least 30 minutes before you see your doctor. I’ve had 5 minute appointments with my doctor take an hour and a half more than once. (With an empty waiting room) it was like this pre-Covid so I don’t think that’s an excuse.

Negative experience: Deadly, a lot of waiting in the waiting room and the doctor takes too long to attend.
Negative experience: If I could give this pediatrician a zero rating I would. First off, the one pediatrician tried to in force the flu shot even though I specifically stated that if I as a parent would not receive the flu shot then why would I have my child receive the flu shot? The pediatrician still insisted on my son receiving the flu shot by setting up an appointment even though I specifically stated no. Then upon changing to a whole new pediatrician office, I called three different times too get my child's vaccination and medical records faxed over to the new pediatrician office. On all three occasions they stated that it would take 7 to 10 business days for the new pediatrician office to receive the vaccination and medical records. Here I am 3 months later, and this pediatrician office still has yet to fax over all of the required documentations. This is completely and utterly unprofessional. I highly suggest parents to look elsewhere for medical care.

Positive experience: I went for a Covid19 test on July 8th. It took a while to get the results, and when I complained, a staff administrator called to allay my concerns. I appreciated the outreach, and even more the test results.
Negative experience: Very rude receptionists. Violated my HIPPA rights.

Negative experience: I have Appointment 10 o’clock I’m going to like one hour or 1 1/2 hours and when I ask what is going on He told me forget the oppointment and I don’t see safety for COVID-19

Negative experience: Made an appointment and made it on time. It still took 3 hours to see me.
Negative experience: I never get a chance to speak to the nurse for my son the secretary never gives the nurse my message.they always transferred me to the referral department instead .I’m fed up everyday calling I’m going somewhere else for my son care and treatment.

Negative experience: BEWARE! This place has no regard for your time. I had an appointment at 9am and when I show up to sign in the receptionist said your appointment has been cancelled. I am a student and I missed class for them to tell me it was canceled. So when I got into my car I received the cancelation call notice 15 mins after my appointment. Oh gee thanks that would have been helpful before I wasted my time.

Positive experience: The WiFi never works
Negative experience: Appt today was for GYN. Was told I have to do A1c test. No urine or anything collected. Mind you my appt was for my GYN annual The girl that performs the A1c didn’t put enough blood droplet in the vial so the test was in error. Keep in mind I myself am a Certified Medical Assistant with a college degree so I know how to perform the test myself The dr comes in with what she referred to as a charting helper. Asked just a few questions I answered and gave a few of my concerns. The response I got was that if my sugars were controlled I wouldn’t have the issues as much. I said how do you know they aren’t under control your tester didn’t perform the test for it properly and you have not even sent me for a urine sample to determine anything. So I had to help her remember that I did did have bladder surgery in November. Perhaps that’s why. If I would’ve known this was the result of my annual GYN I would’ve went to see my chiropractor instead. I need him more. Oh did I mention that she tells me “ No Pap Smear Today it’s every 3 years “. What was the point of me coming here ?? Totally displeased with this center and all their Doctors. Mind you my Primary is Dr Gomez. I haven’t seen her in like 5 years SMH The HIPPA Violation In this place is at an all time high I bet the carpet cleaner knows my medical issues

Positive experience: Getting a well visit appointment usually takes months but they will make accommodations to get you in faster if you're sick. The doctors rotate thru there like cattle so dont get to accustom to seeing the same one more than.once or twice
