I then became a patient here after seeing how much they helped her and how professional they are. They helped me so much with my knee,back and neck pain .They both take their time and discuss how you’re feeling and what’s going on. They do not rush you . The office staff is always helpful. Fantastic experience: City of Bridges Chiropractic is more than just an ordinary chiropractic office where you walk in get adjusted and leave. The whole staff cares about you and the doctors take interest in the entire person not just the one ailment you are coming in for. Since I have been coming to the practice, 07/2022, they have been able to help with my back pain, my GI issues (that I have struggled with for over 15 years), and my anxiety. I am currently pregnant with twins and they are extremely supportive and helpful with controlling symptoms. From the warm welcome to the comforting goodbye each visit, I always leave in a better mood.

Negative experience: I would not go there! I paid them for services as requested.They then billed my insurance after the fact. Said my insurance wouldn't cover my care and later billed for the same care that I assumed i paid for out of pocket. Underhanded practices. Wanted to sell me a program to correct my issues. I did not go for it . Now I am getting money taken out of my HSA account to pay .more for services rendered

Fantastic experience: My wife pulled her back out on a Friday evening. She couldn't stand up straight and could barely make her way around the house. We have 2 young kids under the age of 10...so you can imagine the added stress this creates. Most chiropractor offices are closed for the weekend AND it's a holiday weekend, which means most offices will also be closed on Monday. I decided to call City of Bridges Chiropractor in hopes they would take an emergency case, even though we've never been there before (i.e. not a current patient). The receptionist (Megan) was super friendly and understanding of our situation. BUT.. turns out they were closing in 20 mins. I explained that we are 15mins away. I still need to get my wife from the 2nd floor to the car and get our 4yr old & 8yr old dressed and also in the car. Unfortunately there's just no way I could make it Megan (receptionist) puts me on hold.. after a min she come back and tells me they will wait and to head over. Wow! Rly? We get there ASAP and they just couldn't have been more friendlier. They take my wife back pretty quickly.. Meanwhile, Megan offers the kids some crayons and paper. After a while, Dr. Alex takes me back to train me on some stretches to do over the weekend with my wife. Afterwards, on the way home, my wife tells me how thorough Dr. Alex was in his approach. She also expressed that he was professional and friendly. Anyways, at the end of the day, we are thankful for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for someone that was not even one of their patients. So... A BIG.. Thank You!!

Fantastic experience: This is my second chiropractor I’ve seen in Pittsburgh. By far the best, and friendliest staff I have ever been around. They always greet their customers by name and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for.

Fantastic experience: This place is an amazing chiropractic health center. Both of the doctors, Dr. Alex Pattison and Dr. Alex Swauger are excellent doctors. They take great care and are compassionate to their clients. The atmosphere is positive and both the staff and the clients are happy to be there. Megan the front desk manager is awesome as well. She is a real asset to everything that is going on in the day-to-day operations. When you enter the health center you can tell that the staff is happy to be there and they are doing the job that God had planned for them. I have had back and hip pain for a long time but was scared to go to a chiropractor. Finally, when I felt like I was getting really bad I decided to go to the chiropractor. I was evaluated and x-rays were taken so I could really see what was going on with my spine. After seeing the x-rays I was convinced that I needed to get well now. Dr. Alex explained everything to me and put me on a comprehensive plan to get better. After my first adjustment, I felt so much better and after six weeks I’m amazed at how I feel. I still have work to do but I know I can reach all of my health goals moving forward with help from this awesome chiropractic health center. If you are in back or hip pain do not delay. The first step is to get evaluated then you can decide. My highest recommendation. :-)

Fantastic experience: I felt immediate results in the pain disappearing! Here’s the backstory. I have a treatment plan for a foot neuropathy issue, and did 15 sessions. Then I had to leave town for 4 weeks. During that time, the last week I noticed a pain in my right side between rib and hip, and it shot down the front of my thigh for a few days before subsiding to the side again. Upon my return to the chiropractor, Dr Alex adjusted me, and then when I told him about the pain, he said that adjustment would make it disappear. I was amazed when I went home and noticed no more nagging pain. I am impressed! I actually felt immediate results!

Fantastic experience: I was told by my doctor the injury that I got from the accident was getting worse. It was affecting my ability to walk. Pain would increase and my legs would give out. They were talking surgery. I said I needed to see Dr. Alex. Well you need to see the neurologist then our chiropractor. Long story short, they sent me to Dr. Alex. This method is extremely effective. I recommend him and his practice highly.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr Alex and his team. I began going to Dr Alex 4 years ago due to chronic neck pain. I believe in holistic medicine and liked the local Maximized Living radio programs. As a nurse, I appreciated Dr Alex"s clinical knowledge and appreciate his educational programs. I was surprised to learn about the level of subluxation in my neck as well as the general changes in my spine. At the time I began seeing Dr Alex, I was menopausal as well. Within 2 months, all of my symptoms disappeared. Within 9 months there was significant shift in my subluxation for the better. Dr Alex is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is incredibly compassionate and understanding. He is willing to see me if I'm having trouble outside of my scheduled visits. His associates are very talented and relieved my frozen shoulder. Dr Alex and his family walk their talk which confirms his authenticity and credibility. I'm grateful for how much he helped me as well as how much I learned. When one knows better, one does better Much Appreciation!
