But now I realize that it’s worth the drive. Not only are his adjustments top level but his attention and care… Not to mention the care of the whole office… Is superb. Fantastic experience: I have been totally impressed by Dr. Daniel and his staff! After suffering from neck pain and stiffness for 18 months and trying multiple chiropractors, massage therapists, and even acupuncture, I searched online for "best chiropractor in Austin" and found Family Health Chiropractic. I scheduled a consultation and right away could tell that they were not going to take a one-treatment-fits-all approach. They did a full exam on my first visit, including posture screen tests, weight distribution measurement, Tanita Body Composition Testing and X-rays. Then Dr. Daniel came in and explained the results and went over the X-rays with me. It was immediately clear why I had been experiencing neck pain, and he suggested a correction plan. They bill directly to my insurance so I only have a small co-pay. For 4 weeks I am going in 3x/week, and then they will reassess to determine how to move forward. I like that they use a combination of exercises and adjustments. Appointments are always quick, as the office is efficiently run and managed. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Daniel. I am feeling better already!

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely adored going to Family Health so far. They have been attentive, informative, and understanding of appointment reschedules. There is a refreshing attention paid to some light physical therapy which is a far cry from the mediocre chiros I’ve seen in the past who seem to think that simply cracking my back twice a week and sending me on my way will solve my problem. Chiropractic care may not solve every problem but it is definitely worth seeing if Family Health can make a real difference in your quality of life. Highly recommended! Note: Dr. Daniel uses a mixture of drop table, tapping, and manual manipulation. If you are nervous about any of these techniques, talk to Dr. Daniel or the office staff and I’m sure they can either explain the benefits or alter the care to make you feel more comfortable.

I have never had a bad experience and he has helped me become more functional considering my collegiate/professional sports injuries. My son has been going to Family Health Chiropractic since he was 18 months old (chronic ear infections using antibiotics very often) and my daughter since she was 4 days old (eczema). They have had 1 sick visit between the two of them since then and today are 16 and 11 years old. What Dr. D. and FHC have done for my family has been life changing to say the least. Most recently my son was having extreme lower back pain after football practice. It took some work and time but he is stronger and all the pain is gone. We are healthier and happier because of them!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. D is the best Chiropractor I’ve ever been treated by—after 15 years of recurring back injuries, I’ve seen quite a few. I was referred to Dr. D 2 years ago by another chiropractor because of his specialization. I went though a very painful 6 months of treatment recurving my spine after suffering several herniated disks. Everyone at Family Health Chiropractic was great. Even after completing my treatment, I’m still willing to drive an hour each way for an adjustment. All of FHC’s five star reviews are legit- they really are that good.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Daniel after a year of visiting doctor after doctor for health issues I was experiencing. I decided to step away from conventional medicine and find a functional medicine doctor and I’m so glad I did. Being treated by Dr. Daniel has been the best experience I’ve had with medical care/holistic treatment and chiropractic care. It’s hopeful to find a doctor who shows genuine care and problem solves to help provide relief to his patients. He listened to my concerns, ordered extensive blood work, and thoroughly explained the results and how I can approach a treatment plan. And his approach to chiropractor care is gentle and effective and alleviated carpal tunnel symptoms from a neck injury. Not only is he the best at what he does but he’s a kind person. I drive an hour both ways in Austin traffic to be seeing by him so that goes to show how great he and his staff are.

He was able to adjust my back effectively, I’m about as flexible as a rhino, and the two previous chiropractors weren’t able to align my spine. He also gave me a ton of simple exercises to do to make my spine curve properly. The staff is easy to talk to and very helpful and they feel like family after only a couple visits. Would definitely recommend.

The office staff has not changed in the years I’ve been there, everyone is helpful and nice. It’s a very easy going atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

In addition to providing competent treatments, he goes out of his way to let you know he is available should you have questions or concerns. His practice incorporates helpful exercises you can do both at his office and at home that enhance and maximize his work with you. Fantastic experience: I had been having discomfort in my lower back. I was talking with an athlete at brodie park crossfit about my pain and it just so happened to be Dr. D. I was like dang this dude is genuinely a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He told me to make an appointment and he would get me xrays and and adjustment. He takes insurance and my insurance covered most of it I just have to pay the copays. I knew that it wouldn't cure me but i feel a 100 times better just knowing that its fixable and learning more about my pain in general. I would recommend Dr. D to anyone mainly because he knows what he's talking about and is an athlete also.

They start out with education, x-rays, and a couple tests to determine the current state of your health & your bones. After the stretches, the adjustment, standing on a funny vibrating platform for 3 minutes, and an excellent cup of tea, i left feeling like i had a whole new body. Doctor's offices typically have a sterile air about them, but FHC definitely does not; as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles, sometimes a hug, and they are on a first name basis with all of their patients. Family Health Chiropractic really is a chiropractic practice for the entire family--If you've got children, Dr. D. has treated infants and I see children in the office almost every time I come in for my adjustment, so everyone is welcome! The best part about Family Health Chiropractic is that, in addition to providing great spinal care, they give you the education to continue improving your spinal (and, ultimately, your overall health). For a first timer, like myself, the group teaches you largely not only what they will be doing but why this practice is important. I have NEVER been one to even think about someone adjusting my body (I just don't like the way the popping noises sound nor did I ever trust anyone to touch or handle my body like that!) I was having some chronic back pain and decided to get some help for it though. That is when Dr. Daniel came into my life! After meeting with him, I knew that I could trust him and that he sincerely cared about my well being. He made me feel comfortable and I was at ease for EVERY one of my appointments with him.
