Fantastic experience: Dr. Josh is a miracle worker! I had been having lower back pain for months due to an injury. He was able to quickly identify the cause of my issue (sacroiliac joint) and after just the first session my pain dramatically improved. And now after 3 sessions it's a shadow of what it was before I went in. Beyond providing excellent care and treatment, Dr. Josh is really thorough in explaining his treatment and diagnose process. I felt truly informed every step of the way. His goal is to provide relief as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful to have found him. Extra bonus for taking my health insurance (UHC)!

Negative experience: I had a great massage here in the past when I had injuries from sports. Now that I'm having some back pain I'm trying to find a massage therapist. The lady who answered the phone when I tried to get a cost estimate was rude and became frustrated with me when I was asking questions. I don't recommend for the lack of good customer service.

Negative experience: So this place is just upstairs from the Santa Fe Youth Symphony offices and I swung by to pick up my kids from violin lessons... I was trying to wrangle them into the car when the therapist on site (not either of the owners on the website, so unsure of her name, but she was working at 4:00 on a Tuesday) had no patience for my kids making normal kid noise outside of her building and wasted no time informing me angrily that "This is not a playground." Santa Fe is absolutely packed to the gills with grumpy people, but this situation really took the cake for me. My family and I do everything we can to be respectful but kids are kids. She could have handled it with kindness and patience and instead she came at us with a snippy aggressive attitude that seems totally unbefitting for a healing professional. I can't speak to her skills but I can promise I will never actually use her services because that interaction left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I recommend against trusting your holistic well-being to anyone who doesn't know how to ask nicely for a quieter setting in which to conduct her treatments. And obviously I recommend that the owners take note of this situation and make sure that they're working with people that can actually walk the talk when it comes to their brand.

Negative experience: The front desk woman is unprofessional. I called to reschedule my new patient appointment and was told very rudely "we lose revenue when Dr Josh puts an hour aside for you". Yes, I understand that, But the way I was told was not nice. Not even this time, but even when I called to make this appointment. I was also not reminded with a text message as she said I was.

Fantastic experience: i met Dr josh back in 7/9/2022 he helped me when i couldn't find a chiropractor ,especially being new to the state of NM i was injured in a bad rear end accident. i was in a lot of pain he was able to put me back in alignment within the 1st visit. i had a lot of issues from this accident he was able to modify his schedule so i could see him after work he never rushed me even though i was his last patient. we talked about baseball and football hes a great Dr. he listened and took his time to explain everything. his staff is great. Diane worked with my insurance company so i wouldn't have any issues. thank you again Dr. josh and staff

While having chronic neck pain for a number of years Josh was able to rid me of most if not all the issues I was going through in less time than I could have imagined.
