Booked a very last minute appointment courtesy of a referral and a serendipitous opening in their schedule and was able to have a nice long session with Dr Jimerson. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jimerson treated my left shoulder and has helped correct the function of the ball and socket which had been harmed by a twisting fall and previous overuse trauma. After one thorough treatment I’m now able to scratch an itch on the opposite shoulder without a shooting pain radiating down the affected arm. He advised acquiring a pull-up bar and doing multiple short hangs from the bar to gradually continue correcting my shoulder function. I felt cared for by this kind and knowledgeable professional and his clinic partner, Tiffany as well. They each have a lot to offer to improve one’s wellbeing. I should have gone sooner!!! I didn’t need to be in pain with restricted mobility this long. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jay is absolutely the best. I used to see him about 15 years ago up in Somerville. I have recently come back to see him because my orthopedic surgeon and my urologist cannot seem to figure out what is going on with the pain in my back and my legs. I started seeing him last week and he already has me walking without my Walker or my cane. I've had everything from surgery to spinal injection and even stimulators and nothing seems to fix the problem but Dr Jay keeps me standing upright and I'm so glad that I thought to look him up again. Definitely blessed to have him taken care of me. Highly recommend to anybody that is having back issues. Plus he's really just a nice and personable guy, super friendly I don't even care that his office is now an hour away from me down in West Ashley has I live up in Somerville, I'm going to West Ashley three times a week. Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Dr. Jimmerson for persistent lower back pain, when I first moved to Charleston. I had seen chiropractors for years for this pain with only temporary relief. When I told Dr. J he said, 'Oh no, I am going to fix this. You won't be coming for years.' And he did! It took a few months, but I have been pain-free for 7 years. He works on anything that is bothering me: neck pain, jaw pain, shoulder pain, a small cyst, foot pain and rotator cuff pain. My husband was also healed of back pain that had been previously unsuccessfully treated and is currently seeing him for arthritis pain in his knee. I have recommended Dr. J to a number of friends who have seen him and are really pleased with his diagnostic and healing ability. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars isn't enough to convey how I feel about Dr Jimmerson! I spent over 13 years suffering from extreme IT band pain, that left me unable to move after even a simple 1 mile hike. I gave up many of my favorite activities including hiking and felt like a failure with my running attempts. My PCP sent me to PT, but it never helped. They labelled me 'healed' but I still had pain. So I just gave up and didn't know what else I could do. After booking a trip of a lifetime in 2023, I sought out Dr Jimmerson because my runner friend said he was the 'go-to' guy for the local running community. After 1 visit, one leg never hurt again. After a few visits, I could hike pain free! Then I decided to try to run. And I did it! We continued to work together and I am beyond thrilled that I am how hiking 20 miles at a time pain free, and have signed up for my 1st half marathon just 7 months after starting to run. The best part is how my mind set has changed, I no longer think I have to suffer or avoid the things I love, I now know that I CAN DO THESE THINGS! Since I started working with him, I've hiked a mountain in Wyoming, have completed numerous 5k's, a 10k, run trails, hiked 20 miles in a day and have no intent of stopping any time soon. Fantastic experience: I came in today with a frozen shoulder where it hurt to try to shampoo my hair, and if I lifted my arm very far up, I got shooting pains. I had my first appointment with Dr. Jimerson today, and my range of motion is so that I can almost reach all the way up vertically and there is no shooting pain. Dr. Jimerson is very personable, and talked to me about what was happening with my shoulder as he worked. I have to go for a few follow up visits, but the receptionist said that it's a really good sign that I got back that much range of motion on the first visit, so it shouldn't be too many follow-ups. It's wonderful having a working arm again!! Update: Dr. Jimerson gave me a few exercises to do at home, and I just had another visit, and we both can tell how markedly better my shoulder is. It still has a ways to go, but I have a working arm again and have much less pain, and way more mobility. I can't recommend Dr. Jimerson enough. He is very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and explains what is happening with my injury and what he is doing to reverse it.

Fantastic experience: WOW! AMAZING! GRATEFUL! ENCOURAGED! This is how I feel after three months of weekly sessions with Dr. J! At 67 yo…. I’ve been pretty active in yoga, weight classes, and running. Then..over a year ago, it stopped…Acute Achilles Tendinitis. First podiatrist, says, call me when you’re ready for surgery 2nd Podiatrist says, you need rest, night splints, two rounds of physical therapy, crutches, orthotics, two Cortizone shots, and finally a knee scooter! I was discouraged and depressed, with chronic pain. I WAS DONE!!!! A friend had told me about Dr. J over a year ago! I was skeptical, feeling hopeless! I made the appointment and was super nervous! It’s extremely hard to believe, much less express, how, after a week, everything changed! After every visit that first week, I walked out of that office with hope that I would be able to do the things that I loved doing. I would want to get up in the morning and get started on the day. I would want to get out for a walk because I wasn’t in chronic pain. I would look forward to having my grandchildren over because I wasn’t worried about being in pain! My husband and friends are amazed at how things have changed for the better. Im like a different person! I am so thankful for Dr. J‘s treatment expertise. I’m still a work in progress, but I now have hope and am so encouraged by my progress!! I only have one regret, and that is waiting so long to make that first appointment… But I’m sure glad I did….

Fantastic experience: Dr. J helped resolved my tennis elbow 13 years ago, and I returned to him for lumbar and neck issues in subsequent years. (Previous chiropractors worked on me for months, with very little improvement.) Dr. J is always able to get to the core problem, free stuck nerves and connective tissue to improve mobility and eliminate pain over a few sessions. Home exercises help me maintain. When I find myself in trouble again, from overexerting or repetitive strain, a couple sessions with Dr. J has me back on track. I have referred many friends and family because he’s the best!

After several months of PT, I was only seeing minor improvement. The ortho then suggested I try Dr. Jimerson - and I’m so glad he made that referral. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeremiah Jimerson did for me in 30 mins what seeing a chiropractor every week for 6 months, a steroid injection that lasted 22 months, and 5 months of PT failed to do for hip pain that was supposed to be from a labrum tear but was really SI joint dysfunction/instability.

Fantastic experience: After some negative experiences with chiropractors in the past, my husband urged me to see Dr. Jimerson as his focus is more on muscular,soft tissue & whole body restorative work. I have a bulged disc in upper neck,severe muscle tightness & extreme anxiety and chiropractic sessions in the past were painful. Post concussion techniques,muscle tightness,stiff neck and migraine issues were never addressed or managed during these visits. Doctors never explained what they were doing and it felt like a one size fits all treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Jeremiah is the best of the best in terms of chiropractic care that I’ve ever received (primarily having chiropractors in Boston, MA previously). What makes him so remarkable is he combines his chiropractic background with alternative therapies. I needed his help for upper neck and upper back tension which I’ve had regularly now from stressful work from home life. But I needed him even more when I suddenly developed plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. What I so appreciate about him is the care he puts into the full body and the tips he gives you to take home with you. I truly feel improvement in my body because of him. I’ve been seeing him for close to a year now and he is well worth a visit. You will get more from him than likely anyone else you see in Charleston. Fantastic experience: Previous to finding Dr. Jeremiah, I was completely dependant on a weekly manipulation/adjustment at a "crack and go" style office. The adjustment would only relieve the pain for a few days before it started to creep back in and get continually worse as the days went by. It wasn't a sustainable solution and it also clearly wasn't fixing the root of the issue. I searched for a chiropractor who was focused on addressing the real underlying cause, which led me to the Elite office. Within a handful of appointments I am almost completely pain free. His approach is much different than any Chiro I've been to before (which is a lot), and I completely appreciate it. Fantastic experience: Jeremiah always listens to you about what is wrong and fixes the issue. If you are an athlete he will work with you to achieve your goals. I went in to see him with calf pain before a 12 hour race - he fixed it, gave me some tips and I was able to complete it. He is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Jeremiah is a true healer and a guru on all sorts of health and wellness matters. He also is a chiropractor using a technique called active release. In addition to fixing all this old body’s aches and pains and keeping me on the tennis court three times a week, my wife and I follow many of his recommendations to increase energy, reduce pain and anxiety, and improve sleep. Fantastic experience: Dr. J is wonderful. I had been struggling with serious hip, lower back and lower belly tightness/pain. I was miserable. He is not your average chiropractor, He works the soft tissue, muscle groups,relieving inflammation, stretching your muscles to release pressure.Restoring range of motion and flexibility.He should be in a completely different category. His knowledge of how the body works, how muscles are interconnected is truly an art.Anyone struggling with the above mentioned issue’s should definitely go see Jeremiah.
