Negative experience: I didn’t think chiropractor offices were still forcing patients to pay a long term contract. If it works, then let people pay as they go. Very nice staff and quality work from one visit but very shady practice. Really disappointed because I needed help.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wall and his team are a great collaborative! The process was quick to get initial visit, adjustments and exercises for the office and at home. I'm 35 female, active, SAHP and teacher. Being able to get adjusted regularly and within flexible time frames through the week, Gateway makes it simple and easy for me to keep up with a health regime. I came in after not being able to bend down at all without pain (Due to prolonged misalignment? Working out without proper stretching? Both? Not sure). I received care in 2018 yielded in 2020, and recently revisited for assurance of care and was helped astutely. Came in, got x-rays done with up-to-date equipment and was soon able to put me on a plan for alignment. So glad to be able to receive care from the professionals!

So I contacted the office and found out that not only I could be treated but also everyone in the household. I brought my family in to be x-rayed. We setup treatment plans for everyone. During one of my visit, Dr. Wall had some information on Metal and/or Mercury in your system. His referral to a Dental Specialist, Dr Villija-Thomas, saved my life. Not only did I have Amalgam fillings, one had turn into liquid under the cap and had went into my blood stream. I was very I'll. It has taken years to begin feeling better. Reduced levels of Mercury is still showing up in my last Spinal Tap, but is not at the toxic levels of years ago. I'm back home at Gateway to get everything back to where it needs to be and will continue with visits to maintain my livelihood.

Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem. One of the most caring and personable chiropractic offices around. Dr. Wall goes above and beyond in treating his patients. Not only does he individualize each patient's care but also providers in-office wellness classes/videos/seminars and healthcare supplements. The staff is amazing as well. Twelve years ago I stumbled onto his practice and thought I would give him a try. I was in excruciating pain due to pinched nerves in my neck and back and fearful surgery was my only option. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Wall for 5 years. I have lost 100 pounds following his advice. I am off all my diabetes medicine and can walk again without issues. Because of Covid, I have not been in a year to the office. I was welcomed back with open arms from everyone and not made to feel bad about it at all. I had gotten Covid in October. I believe eating right, losing the weight, getting adjusted and following his advice was the reason I did not have any trouble dealing with Covid. So glad to be back.
