Fantastic experience: Hi I am 65 years old and had a liposuction and skin removal procedure done on 9/24/2024 and I just want to tell a little bit about my experience throughout the beginning to end I don’t remember the surgery procedure at all After the surgery I didn’t have any problems at all I was sore and I was bruised a lot but that’s all and that was normal due to the liposuction and surgery I was so scared because of my age I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do this For a while I prayed about it and I needed to do it for my health to be able to not have this heavy hanging belly that stayed irritated sore and raw from the hanging and sweating from my skin not being able to get air and breath I am so blessed to have had an easy experience with this surgery and what helped the most was the consultation with Ms Amelia it was awesome she explained everything to me my husband and my daughter the doctor Ms Rhodes did an excellent job on me My incision was good a new belly button and liposuction I am definitely very pleased with the outcome With my first checkup after the surgery Ms Mary got on me about not wearing my compression garment she stated that it would be very beneficial to me and help with the healing process to wear it all the time, I didn’t like wearing it but she was right The nurses they were so kind and caring and helped me to take care of myself after the surgery and explained everything I needed to do I was called by Dr Rhodes the day after the surgery and she checked on how I was doing and wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns I just can’t say enough about the care I received and the recovery outcome I experienced because of such wonderful caring people and what a great transformation I received Do not be scared or afraid you are in GREAT caring hands! Fantastic experience: My entire experience from the time I walked in until the time I left was beyond what I could imagine before getting in there. I am still in shock to immediately learn for the first time in decades, the true cause of my problem; Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation). They were unable to help me, but had the integrity to quickly say so, and refer me to someone who could. I recommend anyone considering the services of Sonobello to at least book and attend a complimentary consultation with them.

Fantastic experience: The Great Experience: Loved the vibe from one of the best consultants of SonoBello, Amelia! Where do I start, she greeted me with her warmth personality. I knew I was getting the surgery. She answered every question that I could possibly ask. Then there's was decisions to be made, i.e financially. Could you believe that my consultant Amelia prayed with me?! I knew then I was getting the surgery. Financially everything was approved and cleared for me to have the procedure. Next was the day of pre-opts, OMG and that's when I met the best Techs ever, Krishelle and Hanna! They assured me that I have made the best decision of my life. Walking in the room was Dr. Humenansky and she marked up my whole abdominal area, lol! Surgery Day! I was a nervous wreck but the entire staff comfort me until I was no longer scared. I called Jamia so many times for advice you would swear we were best friends since childhood! PostOpt appointment is where I met Mrs. Mary, my surgery mom! I so love her! She's been keeping me in line and making sure I an following the proper procedure in my healing process. Can't forget about Mrs. Meko! Fantastic experience: Ok so first I scheduled an appointment for Friday 10/11/2024…so I got a call saying I needed to reschedule & of course I got discouraged because I was already feeling some type of way about even scheduling an appointment. So I rescheduled & my appointment was set for the day I had to go back to work not to mention had a long & fulfilling day. Got off drove home showered & headed to Columbia. Once there passed the building because I knew I couldn’t go down a one way street so again I get discouraged & just wanted to head to Krispy Kreme lol but for real so instead I turned around & finally got in the right direction. Ok so I’m like 2 minutes late walk in gave my name to one of the most pleasant persons I’ve seen at a doctor office I think his name is Jay! So sweet & very inviting! So I filled out all my paperwork & waited, no problem the office is clean, the atmosphere is amazing & the music playing was very relaxing. Then I hear Yolanda…saving the best for last & when I looked around there was Amelia!! When I tell you she made it so easy for me to have a great experience & learn about what could be done to help me, I’ll go back just to have conversation & lunch with her. There’s no doubt that she’s great at what she does & she’s going to give it to you straight with as much assistance as she can. I certainly enjoyed my experience there & am looking forward to working towards my goals so I can get my Sono Bello Stay In Love With Me experience!! I was well cared for and well prepared with very detailed postoperative procedures to follow. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with results and the entire staff. Fantastic experience: I honestly felt extremely comfortable during my consultation at Sono Bello in Columbia. My Patient Care Consultant was Alysha Loveria, and she was AWESOME and pretty too : ) . She made me feel totally comfortable and listened to my questions and concerns. She also pointed out another procedure that I need due to a previous surgery I had to have dealing with cancer. She was very knowledgeable and pointed out what I need to do first and gave me the information needed. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well. I had no doubt that this was what I needed to do and my husband knew exactly how to take care of me before and after my surgery. Dr. Rhodes performed my surgery and did an amazing job.Charday was my amazing nurse during surgery. Mary was one of my post op nurses... absolutely amazing!!! And can't leave out the front desk Lady's Jamia and Jessica are very nice, accommodating and helpful. I just can't say enough about this group!!

Positive experience: I really liked Dr. Dutton! I didn’t lose any weight which was disappointing. I guess I just got a more defined look but I had hoped for more. The procedure was not pain free as I felt the whole procedure. I would have rather been sedated. Recovery wasn’t exceptionally bad but it was a journey. It’s been 10 months and I’ve only felt like I was back to normal for the past 3. So I guess recovery is around 6 months. Definitely don’t have this done in the spring or summer if you wear swimsuits. You won’t be ready! Also very pricey.

Fantastic experience: Wow, its taken a minute, but I have had the best experience, starting with Amelia, and ending to date with Lashawnda, these people know exactly what they are doing, they are all, honest, and super friendly, they made my experience superior. Fantastic experience: My consultant was extremely engaging and although I will not be going through any procedures at SonoBello, it was all due to her. She explained that I would not be happy with my results as my problem was due to over stretched abdomen muscles and the best cure to solve my issues was a tummy tuck. She explained the whys and hows of my condition and recommended another doctor to help me with the procedure. I cannot express my gratitude to her for her honesty and follow-up information. She clearly and succinctly explained what SonoBello could do and what the couldn’t do for my condition. Amelia, my consultant, in one 20 minute meeting, erased years of shame and guilt, with her honest and professional feedback, along with her personal endorsement for a doctor I could trust with my tummy tuck procedure. Fantastic experience: Incredible staff. Knowledgeable, relatable, organized. There isn’t a single complaint I have towards this company. The results were incredible and all of my expectations were met. From day one the Consultant and I met, I felt like all of my worries for the operation flew out the window. Financing is incredibly affordable and every building area is clean.

Negative experience: Don’t bother going here if you weigh over 240lbs. If you have a BMI over 42 you can’t do anything. You can’t even get a consultation. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: This has been an amazing experience so far. I am coming up on my 10 year alive-aversary. I am a burn survivor with 75% of my body covered in skin grafts. Everyone at Sono Bello is encouraging and has helped me let go of previous negative experiences with another doctor, where I was left feeling judged with no other options. The people I’ve encountered at Sono Bello have given me hope of being comfortable in my body/skin again. I’m surprised that Sono Bello is not full of burn survivors. Negative experience: Long Post Alert...Buyer Beware!!!!! I had a proceedure at the Columbia office in March 2023. I followed the post op protocol given by the Doctor and even went further and scheduled regular lymphatic massages with a licensed therapist. During the recovery process I lost weight and was commended by the nurse that checked me. Sounds good right? Well it was until it wasn't. I did not receive the results that I anticipated. It was noted and documented that the right side of my abdomen was noticeably higher than the left and the right back area still had rolls. Now according to their customer satisfaction policy, clearly stated in the contract, the proceedure was eligible for correction. INSTEAD when I met with the surgeon (different one from the one who actually performed my proceedure) he and the customer advocate, Ms. Burgess suggested that I pay over $5000 to have a different proceedure that would correct the problem. When I told them that I just wanted the problem corrected...no other proceedure, I started getting the run around. Since September I was told on several occasions that my info had been "sent to corporate and they would get back to me" and Ms. Burgess has stopped returning calls. Whenever I ask to speak with a manager I am placed on eternal hold and I still haven't spoke to one. I think the game is they're waiting me out until after the three month grace period for corrections. Which would be in December. For the amount of money I paid, I should have just went to a private office (which would have been more cost effective) and had my proceedure done. Ladies I advise you to think twice before going this route.

Kept is relaxed and provided information on what I came in for and gave me information on additional portions after we looked at my body together. The appointment was about me and what I was comfortable with doing. As for my surgery team, nurse Hannah & Camille were magnificent!!! Service is a big deal to me and these ladies took absolute care of me. From pre-op to completion of surgery. Then we have the famous Dr. Dutton!! I was told about him before meeting him and this man was great with my body. Thoroughly going over all that he would be doing for me and during the procedure talking to me as he worked his magic. Myself and Camille were harmonizing with the awesome musical playlist!! The Sono Bella staff made me feel like I was the only patient they had and that I was indeed their priority. I can’t wait to see my final results because immediately after the procedure I already could see changes ☺️. Great team, great service, and beautiful facility!!!

Positive experience: My consultation was today. It was bit of a wait but I work at a high demand speciality office so I understood. Amelia was AMAZING, informative, helpful & nice to my daughter & I. Unfortunately I wasn't a candidate but Amelia was honest with me & pointed me in the direction that was best for me to get the results I want. If you're interested definitely book that appointment ASAP.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sono Bello for a consultation at the beginning of September (2023). I was extremely nervous and not expecting much. I met with Amelia (my consultant)and within minutes I was at ease. Amelia was extremely knowledgeable and completely answered all of my questions. She could sympathize with me on my why I was considering surgery. I did not feel embarrassed or misunderstood. By the end of the consultation I felt as though I had spent time with an “old friend “ and was no longer nervous or embarrassed. By the following week I had my pre op and my procedure. Fantastic experience: When I went to Sono Bello to discuss the procedure I wanted, I was met with the most professional staff! From the initial contact, before I even set up an appointment, I talked with Amelia via text and she answered all of my questions. When I came in for first consultation, I was immediately put at ease about the procedure and set a surgery date. When I met with the Dr Hermiz, the first question I was asked was “what are my expectations of this surgery?” When I told him what I was hoping for, he examined me and informed me the procedure I needed could not be done by Sono Bello. I am saying all of this not because I was disappointed, but because the professionalism and level of honesty this group provided was exceptional! They could have performed surgery and I would have been so disappointed but they were open and honest and provided a full refund. I next met with Mrs.Yolanda for my pre opp appointment she was there the rest of the way, a really comforting relatable woman with a great bedside manner.The day of surgery Dr. Dutton and Mrs. Bre took care of me. Dr. Dutton has a very calm assertive nature that is so reassuring I just knew I was in good hands with him. And his assistant Mrs. Bre was supper sweet and calming as well they both we extremely patient with me and I truly feel like they went above and beyond for me like I was more than what was on the paper and they did what was good for me and that says a lot. My nurses also helped my husband through the process and after care process. I can't say enough about Sono Bello I will recommend to any one who will listen. I am so grateful I got my procedure done, and encourage anyone interested to give them a try you won't be disappononted I know I wasn't!

Fantastic experience: Coming here was the best thing I could have done….their customer service is above and beyond kymberly and raven at the front desk are the nicest and caring people and greets you with a smile every visit…I did my consultation with Amelia and she did amazing at explaining everything and making sure I was getting everything I was looking for. My procedure was fast and they made sure I was comfortable thank you everyone for everything.

My experience with my pre-op nurse Yalonda was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions as if she were the one getting prepared for surgery. After Post surgery she continued to check on my status in which she truly made me feel Sono Bello was very concerned about my healing process. Negative experience: Over price and over rated. Haven’t seen the results has of yet from December 14 procedure. Haven’t received my garment I suppose to wear. Hopefully you would have better results.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this location to anyone. They decieve you about your money you have placed as a deposit and how you can't get all of it back even if your doctor advised you may need to postpone your procedure. I was told I could only get 1,000.00 back of my 3,000.00 deposit I put down although my doctor postponed it for later. This employee yelled at me and told I was told that and I was NEVER told this information. She proceeded to be ugly with me over the phone and rude. What a nightmare! How dare you treat a potential client like this just because they ask for their full deposit back. Be ware! This location is not upfront nor ttuthful about their business practices. Hurt and saddened by this experience!
