Fantastic experience: After battling tennis elbow for two years, and having tried physical therapy, cortisone, acupuncture, and a very expensive AMA certified medical device that robotically "scrapes the arm tendon" (all to no avail), I came across an article about tennis elbow and chiropractic care. I was desperate for relief, and I got it with Dr. Amy at inBalance! The pain was relieved after the first session! My case warranted twice a week sessions for several weeks, followed by once a week and now once every two-three weeks. Over the course of this protocol the pain has largely remained at bay and I can fully participate in the sports activities that I love. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Amy and inBalance and would highly recommend that anyone with elbow tendonitis call this office before they try cortisone and certainly before surgery. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Fantastic experience: I woke up with a sore neck that got increasingly worse over a week. A week turned to two and then three. I had a contact pain that would not go away. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Chin and InBalance Chiropractic and Wellness. I was never a fan of chiropractic medicine. This changed after one visit with Dr. Chin. From the front desk staff to each provider, they genuinely care about their patients and get to know them. I see Dr. Jackie regularly and have seen her as an active athlete for routine adjustments to help improve performance and then for 2 pregnancies. She is wonderful and does gentle adjustments that don't leave you feeling sore. I trust her so much that when I had my daughter in December 2022, she needed adjustments after a lip and tongue tie and she was the only provider I wanted her to see. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this chiropractor office. Give them a call and they will answer all of your questions. I see Dr. Ryan Chin. He does muscle testing at each visit to see where you need some help. He will check your spine for misalignments and adjust where needed.....I was told that he works with muscles and he could assess me to see if he cod help me. I had severe bicep tendonitis my very first visit. The right side of my body was frozen from the top of my neck down to my waist. I was so scared. I had no feeling and could not move that part of my body. Dr. Ryan took one look at me standing in the waiting room, and he said, " Oh my, what happened to you?? " We talked about my situation and he examined me. I had so much inflammation in the right side, everything was frozen solid. So he worked on my inflammation and loosened that whole side if my body. I left there with a sigh of relief. For where I had no feeling, was now sore instead of frozen and in pain. I spent the entire weekend doing exactly what Dr. Ryan had told me to do. Rest, ice pack across shoulders, neck and right arm......20 minutes off, 20 minutes on. I also did light exercises to get the muscles stronger and keep them from getting frozen again. It worked!! It took some time to be able to lift my arm straight up again, but it eventually was in working order again. Thank you Dr. Ryan for encouraging me to be patient and not to give up. I am truly blessed to have found you. I still go to see him as needed or suggested by him. I know when my body needs help and that's when I make an appointment again. I highly recommend "In Balance Chiropractic".

Fantastic experience: I've been going to InBalance Chiropractic for about 2 years. I've seen Dr. Debs and Dr. Chin - both of whom radiated expertise and politeness during my treatments. My main goal was treating low back pain, but I also wanted to gain advice regarding daily habits for working at home. As long as I make sure to keep a reasonable visit schedule, my low back pain stays at a very manageable level, if there at all. Highly recommend Dr. Chin for most body types, and Dr. Debs for hypermobile types, based on feedback from others that go here. Also I much appreciate that all the office staff wore masks and overall handled COVID-19 well.

Fantastic experience: I began having some upper back pain from repetitive movements from work and decided I should see if a chiropractor would help. I’ve been to 2 other practices prior to this one, but this is by far the best. They over explain everything they do prior to making adjustments. The staff is very friendly. The office itself is very clean. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Arena is incredible. I had back pain so bad even the intake was painful, and about a month later of seeing him most days I have limited pain that goes away when I use ice packs. Dr. Arena works with me to ensure the best quality care and gives me at-home exercises for in between appointments.

I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years, but Dr. Chin used unique adjustment techniques and I can honestly say I left my first appointment feeling better than I ever have before.

Fantastic experience: Just started seeing Dr Chin at In Balance for shoulder and elbow pain. Wish I started treatment weeks ago. Pain has started to decrease. Dr Chin communicates extremely well and explains the plan thoroughly but also has a great sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: I have herniated discs in my lower back that I've been dealing with for over 6 years now. Dr. Jackie Debs is awesome! Chris Evans is a PTA that works at this office that does active release, trigger point, and Graston. They are a really great tandem that have been making me feel better for the last 9 months. I've personally seen faster recovery seeing them than just PT alone. Highly recommend them!!
