Fantastic experience: I had herniated discs at L4 and L5 and have tried physical therapy and spinal injections for the past year without success. I went to Goshorn Chiropractic for weekly shockwave therapy as a last resort before considering surgery. I diligently did all recommended exercises with six weeks of shockwave and what a difference!! I can't say enough positive things. I am so much better, able to walk distances and stand in line at the grocery store again. I'm very thankful and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's been a few years since I've been in to see Dr Goshorn, after retirement the lack of sitting most of the day has probably made my back happy. The last few months I've had lots of shoulder pain that was getting worse, which I mostly noticed when playing volleyball and sleeping on my left side. I thought my next step would be to see an orthopedic specialist, but I decided to try out chiropractic first. Dr Goshorn was unavailable, so I saw Dr Romano instead. He spent a lot of time on my shoulder, and while some of it was not real pleasant I was amazed that the majority of my shoulder pain was gone right away, which I especially noticed when playing volleyball and pickleball later in the day. A day later things seem great still, not perfect, but I'll be returning again in a few days.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goshorn is amazing. I started shockwave therapy after 2 failed cortisone shots for my knee. After the first visit, I was able to walk up the stairs with minimal pain. After 4 visits, I was able to walk on the beach for an hour everyday while on vacation. This therapy has been a lifesaver for me!

Fantastic experience: I was suffering a great deal from what was determined later to be a back sprain. Goshorn was very accommodating by giving me an appointment the very same day. The Doctor was very efficient and to advise me of some things I could do at home that would loosen up my back and has me coming back the next work day to continue my recovery.

The equipment is state of the art, the counter people are not only personable but ridiculously knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Hill has been instrumental In me getting back on my feet (litterly) and getting movement and pain relief to my back, neck, arms and shoulders. There has not been one single issue for me with this team and their doctors. For reference I have been going to Goshorn for the past 9 months and have likely visited there practice well over 20 times. The accupuncture department is also stand out for their skill and personality. I normally would not leave a review for standard service but I Truly can't say enough about this wellness center. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting acupuncture and I was anxious. From the moment I entered the treatment room I realized I was in the right place, with a caring practitioner, and a soothing atmosphere. Receiving acupuncture itself was not painful at all, and in fact, after the needles were inserted, and I had time alone in the room, I managed to practice a 20 minute meditation. I left my appointment feeling encouraged that I would finally be able to achieve relief from my pain. I will be continuing my treatment there and look forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: I contacted this office after a motor vehicle accident seeking chiropractic services. The woman I spoke to asked how soon I needed to be seen and of course I said ASAP as I was in a lot of pain. She took my information and said the office manager would contact me the next day. I called near the end of the next day and was told they had my info but the person who contacts no-fault insurance for authorization wasn’t in today, they’d call me ASAP next day to schedule. Never called me back. I wasted several days in pain awaiting their call too before I found a different provider. Not recommended as they don’t seem interested in onboarding new patients (or their administration is a mess). Either way.

I had terrible lower back pain and was scared this would make it worse. The doctor didn't do anything I wasn't comfortable with and talked me through the whole process. When the practice that was helping me no longer accepted my health care plan, I stopped receiving care for quite a while and when my lower back pain got worse, I knew that I needed to find another practice closer to where I live. Through reading so many positive reviews of Goshorn Chiropractic, I made an appointment and was seen by Dr. Pierce who gave me a thorough exam. I began treatment and I am very happy so far with the results. Dr. Pierce is very knowledgeable, professional and also very caring. Fantastic experience: There has been three different instances that I needed some "emergency" chiropractic work done as I had hurt myself pretty good. One I was folded over and couldn't stand up straight, another I had pulled my neck pretty good and today I had pinched a spot in the middle of my spine. Each of these times, they fit me in that day super last minute and got the issue taken care of. That first instance I wasn't even a patient with them and they still prioritized getting me in and taken care of. Very professional and kind. Each chiro I've seen has been wonderful and so have the people at the desk. 11/10 recommended.

Fantastic experience: My experience was excellent, from entry to exit, on the first day Dr Pierce helped me a lot because I have been having a lot of pain in my shoulder and right hip, when I left the Clinic I was able to move my shoulder back without screaming, today I woke up I put my feet on the floor and walked normally without so much hip pain, no one can imagine how many times I complained about pain to my doctor, how many tests I did, anti inflammatory drugs, pain medicine, etc... I've already taken it because I can't stop working , I highly recommend this Clinic and I am also looking forward to the second appointment, only those who feel pain knows the value of such a treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been working on some issues for a while. The nature of my job and the lack of actual employee resources has taken a toll on my body. Today, I can say my quality of life is significantly better than when I started receiving treatment at this practice a couple of years ago. Hands down, the best chiropractic office in the Rochester (Webster) NY area! Not only do they help with my back and neck pain, they address me as a whole person. Dr. Hill has prescribed exercises that have improved my quality of life, my mobility, and reduced my risk of further injury. He has given me advice on exercise equipment, how to set up my workspace, and recommended sources for good nutrition, and lifestyle changes that have dramatically improved my overall health. The goal of the doctors in this practice are geared toward improving their patient’s quality of life to the extent that the patient can reduce how much intervention they actually need. Shouldn’t all medicine work this way?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goshorn and Dr. Hill both have fixed mine and my husbands backs and necks and were so great. Dr. Goshorn also has been helping my medically complexed child weekly for about the past two years. I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his staff. They are all so friendly and it's the only appointment that my son loves going to! Dr. Goshorn was able to stop my son from puking (all day, everyday) and was able to get him to sit unassisted at the age of two! He's now almost four and on his way to walking, all thanks to Dr. Goshorn!

You always leave with exercises if you need them and appointment made if you need to continue . Sometimes, days, weeks or months as your body heals . Stress can hurt your body as much as an injury. I would highly recommend him as a one time or on going chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: With just one sesión with Dr. Pierce my pain and discomfort level from my lower back muscle/nerve inflammation has gone from about level 5 on a scale of ten to about level 3. I no longer need over the counter ibuprofen pills, about 600 mg per day down to zero the day of the treatment. Two days after the first session of "adjustment" I was able to clean the house including vacuuming and mopping floors today. I feel fine. Looking forward to two more sessions next week.
