Fantastic experience: Skin Tight Med Spa in Acton is an amazing business and spa. I am elated at the results I am experiencing. More importantly Barbara my technician is a very special and highly skilled lady. We have become fast friends. I look forward to seeing her for all of my future appointments.

Negative experience: Don’t spend your money here. I went for my cellulite and they suggested me the Emsculpt. I did 7 sessions and I spend 4,000$ doing 30 minutes and see NO results. They don’t say nothing to you that you look better or it’s not working because they already took the money and this is the plan that you decided, but basically this is what they told you and of course you will say yes because you don’t know nothing. after they tell you "oh this machine can help you also so you can spend thousands. Really in Boston everything is so expensive and don’t deserve your money. Also promote the place with influencers so Bostonians can see and go.

Negative experience: Do NOT try to do any procedure here that requires blood draws - they used me as a pin cushion. I went to have PRP injections and there is a set cost for a certain volume of PRP. While they were not able get the target volume due to inexperience in blood draws, they insisted on charging me the original price. I met with the manager to voice my dissatisfaction and she was completely defensive and refused to hear me out. Will not go back.

Overall it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Ty for making this a very pleasant experience. I will be back and I highly recommend Estraya at Skin Tight.

Negative experience: Bought a Groupon for this place and when I called to make an appointment, they told me they are not accepting Groupons. So now I have to spend my time contacting Groupon and waiting for the resolution to get my fairly large amount of money back. Do not recommend. Editing to add: It's been three weeks since I submitted my refund request to Groupon and they state that they are still waiting to hear back from this merchant so I can get my refund. Again, do not recommend.

Negative experience: The staff is great . However I spent $$$$ of dollars on Morphues8 and PRP . I never even got red with my treatment or matter of fact saw any difference in my skin . Please don’t spend your money on these procedures … waste of money .

I had to write a review because not only are my results exactly what I expected. I know the esthetician played a major role on me having a successful experience. She educated me throughout the whole process, followed all protocol, and made sure I left the spa feeling at ease with my post care instructions. 10/10 recommend booking with her. Negative experience: The first time I got microneedling here, it was with Tess. She did such an amazing job that I barely had any redness or pain. I had my second session of microneedling, and it was the most painful experience of my life. It was with a different girl, and she blamed the numbing cream not working, but looking at my face, it’s because she lacks experience. She was incredibly heavy handed with the pen and I kept wondering why she was pushing so hard on my face compared to the first time. Now, my face is bruised, red, and it feels like it’s on fire. I’ve never had sensitive skin issues, and I’ve never been more miserable in my life than I am now. This girl basically botched the whole procedure. And before this place tries to defend her, I called my dermatologist this morning and showed them the after. They said my face should not look the way it does and is a result of a poorly trained employee. So y’all need to fire or retrain whoever that girl is before she damages someone else’s face. Because if I scar from this, it’s more money I have to spend to fix the mistake of this establishment’s carelessness. And I sure as hell won’t be spending it here.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for cool sculpting consultation at 2:30pm today. Got a confirmation call earlier and reached there at 2:25pm and I patiently waited there for almost 50minutes and even asked three times to them. "how much more wait time? how long? and they kept avoiding me. Really ??? @skin Tight medspa. Do all you clients wait for 50 minutes or you just do it because you hired racist people who don't want to attend asian people.( 4 people went inside who came after me(all were American). Also help a person who wants to book an appointment for different location. What about the one who is sitting right-next to you and can give a business for 5000$ or even more. I also went inside as everyone left from the main table, everyone was in different rooms giggling and I end up leaving a note saying "Do you really think it is appropriate to wait 50minutes when you have an appointment?

Negative experience: I bought a couple of laser hair removal packages and am just very dissatisfied with the results as well as the service. I have a lot of hair and it was always a battle to try to get them to increase the laser’s strength. I did get lucky with a couple of the girls who did try to finagle the machine in a higher setting so that I would get a better result, but the last few I did not. My result was subpar and I missed an appointment because my son was sick and so I thought I could simply reschedule the missed appointment but I ended up losing the session (that I’m still paying for) altogether. Didn’t think that was fair and would not buy a package there again, unfortunately.

Negative experience: I drove over 40 minutes for my appointment for facial laser hair removal. I was stuck in traffic which is beyond my control. The laser hair treatment only takes about 2 minutes to do. I was 5 minutes late and they didn’t take me in. I had to drive 40 minutes back home without anything done.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing full-body laser for a year plus. My last appointment had to be rescheduled, and I was stressed as it was difficult finding availability with my crazy schedule. Barbara, the manager, went above and stayed after hours to do my session. She was kind, compassionate, and cares about her customers and the quality of services. Thank you so much! I will likely be a long-term customer as I explore other beauty treatments.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Tess for medical facials since 2017. Tess is the only aesthetician I will work with. I constantly get compliments on my “glow” and youthful skin and all of that is because of the care and time Tess provides each and every visit. She is a true professional and expert in skincare. Not only is she the only person I trust with my skin, but she has also become a dear friend. Tess is truly the best. I’ve referred many of my friends and family to Tess (including my husband), and they all continually go back.

Fantastic experience: This place is clean and tidy. The service was good. The faces of those working there change a lot. I think this has everything to do with why those working the desk stare at you when you walk in, instead of greeting you with a welcoming smile or "hi, come on in!" It's almost as though they are afraid of what you're going to say. But once you state your business, they seem to relax, seem more friendly. The women who I interacted with inside the treatment room were nice. This behavior isn't unique to this spa. I find many spas tend to make me feel like I'm an outsider stepping in to a bar who only serves regulars. I encourage you to get over that and just have your service here though. As I said, they are clean and have good deals.

Fantastic experience: I went for the Emsculpt Neo at skin tight med spa in Acton. I am so happy with the results as I lost inches to my waist and feel that my abs are tighter and flatter.When I started I was about 160 lbs and after my treatment I was down to 147 lbs. The place is nice and everyone that worked that were very accommodating and professional. The place is very clean and has a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend skin tight med spa. I will definitely be a repeat client.

Fantastic experience: This place is great for lasering! They are super conscious of pain tolerance and helpful about the rights and wrongs of post treatment. I asked about getting my sideburns lasered and they were the only place honest about my hair being too light for it to work. I drive a good 25-30 minutes to get lasered here. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been to one other MedSpa for laser hair removal before, but the difference between the two is quite remarkable. The staff here are friendly, non-judgemental, and always accommodating. They always emphasize comfort and ask how I’m doing, make changes if necessary, and are lovely to talk to. I travel from Boston (that’s how much I love this location!) and a few times I’ve gotten stuck in traffic. Although I called ahead and let them know and showed up with no expectations of them seeing me since I was late, they always manage to squeeze me in anyways. The space itself is always very clean and tidy, the prices are competitive, and the staff are always kind and professional. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been doing treatments for laser hair removal for the past year here and the results are amazing, the staff is very nice and understanding and will make sure you feel comfortable. I had one of my sessions with Elena and she was by far the most understanding, sweet, and easy to talk to person. She was extremely thorough with my session. I also had Botox for the first time on my forehead today with Allison and she was answering all of my questions and making sure that I was okay throughout the process. By far the best experience!
