Fantastic experience: I visited My Fit Foods today for the first time, and it was a great experience—way better than I expected. Nick was very helpful and explained everything, including how the service works. Long story short, the customer service was phenomenal, and the meals were even better. I will definitely be back within 24 to 48 hours.

Positive experience: If y’all try to walk me to my car one more time… This place is run like a car dealership. I’d honestly go so much more often if I didn’t have to psych myself up to fend off an impersonal and forced assault of “friendliness” by getting interrogated about how my weekend was *every* time I go inside. How do I opt out?

Fantastic experience: I teach at a fitness studio nearby so I pop in and out of here at times when I need a tasty and healthy meal. I’ve always had a great experience with the employees who are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Today in particular, I was floored by the kindness and compassion of one of the employees who helped me (whose name I didn’t catch). We were going over high protein options for me and I grabbed a meal and a snack and in conversation mentioned that I was going to stay the night in the hospital with my sister. After asking if my sister needed anything, he bagged up my items and insisted that it was on the house, even despite my protests. Such a kind gesture at such a vulnerable time really means the world to me and it’s a reflection of not just his compassion, but the culture at myfitfoods. You all will be seeing me more often in the future. Thank you for adding brightness to my day

Fantastic experience: Picked up some meals today while I am in Houston for a work trip… already ate one and it was great! The team working here was very helpful and friendly and I got a big discount for my first order which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling who still wants to stay on track with their goals! Just give them a call and let them know what you want, and they will pack it up and have it ready for you to pick up.

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing here all due to a customer that I talked to while visiting this location and mainly the Assistant General Manager Leo Ovalle-Ledoux. Leo saw that I was hesitate about the foods here and he approached me and ask that was I happy with what the customer shared with me and I said yes. I told him I bought from My fit foods years ago when the food was in the containers and the food looked more appealing. Leo let me know that My Fit foods changed how they packaged food so meals could last longer in the vacuum sealed packaging and he shared more information at this point I am becoming interested in trying the meals so I did. I tried the shredded bbq beef, Teriyaki chicken and salmon dinners all three were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of Healthy meal preps for the week. Fantastic experience: My new favorite place to visit when I am unable to cook and need a quick meal. I feel a lot better purchasing this opposed to getting fast food. I recommend taking advantage of the free body scan, as it allows you to get a better understanding of what your body needs based on your personal goals. The meals are very feeling and tasty. Although I do wish the meals came with more vegetables, I enjoy them. The staff are really friendly and helpful !!

They make you feel right at home, they will warm up my lunch or breakfast for me, and ask about my day. Take advantage of their InBody scan to help you understand what you should be consuming. It’s also a great way to see your progress. everyone at this location is very friendly and so motivating.

Fantastic experience: Amazing food and service! Eating healthy on a consistent basis has NEVER been easier. It’s the perfect addition to your weekly meal planning routine.

Negative experience: This place has potential, but consistently is out of popular products and has poor inventory management. It’s very frustrating when they advertise having quick, healthy meals available and then are consistently out when you stop by to capitalize on what they offer. They also don’t take the time to carefully weigh certain meals which throws off serious fitness peoples macros. I weighed the turkey fit pasta for instance and it was 100g over the serving size, which is around 150 calories over what you think you are eating. This is what I think separates some of the more expensive meal prep places with MyFitFoods, the others meticulously weigh and always have inventory while cheaper places like MyFitFoods do not. Disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: For anyone who is like me and not really sure about businesses like my fit foods, this is your sign to get up and go! I 100% recommend this location, and also Leo at the front desk. One thing that I was missing from my healthy lifestyle was the correct measurements for food and education on how I should be feeding my body. When I left this location, I left fully educated with how in a breakdown on what I should be putting in my body, around what times, and educated on things, such as when I burn the most, and how much body fat is in my body etc. not to mention, the whole atmosphere was very welcoming, and they treat you like a family. You don’t feel dumb when you don’t know stuff, and you can ask all the questions you want! I will definitely be adding this into my 2024 routine.

Fantastic experience: Joe and the team at the Houston Heights location are AMAZING! They remember you when you walk in and know what you are looking for... Every experience has been a pleasant one and I am grateful, I feel respected and heard when it comes to my dietary wants and needs.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, the food is not what it used to be, in my humble opinion, taste wise. I got the ground turkey and salmon lunches to try. Those were my go-to in the past. I'm not sure if it's because of the vacuum seal now, but the flavor just isn't there. Back in the day, I used to be an avid customer at the Meyerland location, getting meals every Monday for the week. Give them a try as you may feel differently. The customer service is top-notch, though. Thus, the 3 stars.

The only thing I would like to see is for the them to offer some sort of beverages, maybe water or other healthy or nutritious beverages, especially for the people like me that order for delivery.

Fantastic experience: My job offers $20 a day allowance on Grubhub for lunch. I am always looking for some healthier options to try out and eventually was recommended My Fit Foods by a friend at work. I decided to give them a try and opted for the low-carb steak chimichurri as my first order. When the food arrived cold and pre-sealed I was a little taken aback. I thought I would be receiving a cooked meal but I probably just didn't read carefully before ordering. I reheated it as per the instructions. It took about two minutes to heat up. When I tried it I was very surprised at the quality of the steak and chimichurri sauce. The meal was very tasty and left me feeling full and satisfied with only 320 calories and 39 grams of protein. I really enjoyed my meal from My Fit Foods. For what it is, the taste and quality is excellent. They just may be my new go-to for quick macro friendly lunch options at work!

Fantastic experience: Hannah makes my experience in the store 1000x better. I am disabled and she is so considerate and kind, she offers to help me carry the food, she asks me how Im doing how my Christmas was. This kindness makes a BIG difference in the everyday life. As a businessowner myself I would be thrilled if I had someone like Hannah working for me. I urge anyone who is in charge of this store promote Hannah and /or give her a raise she is truly an amazing human being and she deserves acknowledgment and appreciation. I was overwhelmed with options and she explained everything, made us both feel amazingly welcome, and a true joy to work with. We just started eating the food and it is great and look forward to more and more meals with them.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say this has been by far the best meal prep store my husband and I have been, great portion and the price is perfect for our budget, the taste on the meals are amazing nothing needs to be added. They have quite of good variety to pick which is something we look for. Definitely recommended a few of my coworkers and family.

Negative experience: North Shepherd location has soooo much better service. Just stopped in now and can’t say this location remotely compares.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service by Patrick. I had a greater experience than what I was expecting. Great prices and a wide variety of healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks. They also give you guidance on the macros that you need according to your current physical health and goals.

Fantastic experience: What's easier than selecting your meals and having them delivered to you? MyFitFoods makes it so easy for us to follow a healthy diet. We do a fresh salad (unfortunately I have to make those) and then one of the Entrees. Everything has been delicious. The whole experience of ordering online, their delivery and our freezing (or refrigerating )the items has been a time saver (after many years, I am tired of grocery shopping). We are trying breakfast items on this order ...I'm sure they will be just as delicious as the entrees.

Fantastic experience: I took my 16 year old son to My Fit Foods today and introduced him to some of the meals I had been providing him. For the past couple of days, he asked me, are we just going to eat healthy meals everyday? I told him no, but I’ll give you more information later. Well today was the day. I don’t think my son was really feeling MFF because I had not given him any backstory on the company or the products/ services they provided. I just wanted him to try the meals. My son has no serious fitness objectives, he just loves working out, and seeing his gains, understandable for a 16 year old, until he met Mitch! Man, Mitch blew his mind! Mitch educated him, evaluated him, and supplied him. Now my son is SOOOO excited to be affiliated with My Fit Foods, he talked about Mitch and his new fitness goals all the way home. Thank you Mitch

Fantastic experience: Dareen helped me with finding meals that fit my nutrition goal, walked me through my body composition, and gave me some awesome advice. No selling at all, just helpful advice! The food is great too, highly recommend for a healthy meal on the go.

Positive experience: I like to start off by saying I do like this company's service and concept of healthy eating on the go. However, the food is too spicy for people with heartburn or digestive issues. Almost all of the meals have some black and white pepper not to mention whatever spicy sauce that comes on top that is very irritating for someone with this condition. I wish they would make more meals that were heartburn friendly.

Negative experience: I hate to have to write this review. I weighed 169 at the start of the meals. $770 dollars later, and about a month in I'm 173.5. I am on a strict 1,400 calorie diet. I've only eaten their food. Sadly, I will not be returning. If you're looking for weight loss, this isn't the place for you.

Fantastic experience: A+ customer service. Had a hiccup with my delivery (not their fault at all) and they worked with me to get it corrected in no time! Would absolutely recommend them. And the meals are delicious .

Fantastic experience: I met one of the associates at an event and decided to try them out. The foods are definitely convenient, but wouldn't be at the top of MY list because I enjoy cooking and preparing my own foods. However, I highly recommend MyFit Foods for the health conscious person short on time. I also recommend the body scan as well. Body scan gives you your weight, body fat percentage, BMR, etc--all things I needed to help me meet my goals.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried several different meals from here and 110% love them all . I found myself foodprepping am not enjoying what I made myself at home and then wasting money and going out to grab quick unhealthy fast food on lunch breaks. These keep me full they are fabulous! I do too recommend the Salmon !!! Absolutely my favorite

Positive experience: My husband brought me 2 meals, The breakfast tacos, & the Boujee Mac. He thought I would like them because they are both made with ground turkey. The breakfast tacos were pretty good. A little spicy but good. Now the Boujee Mac had little to no cheese in it. Just meat & pasta. (The picture I shared show what it looked like after I mixed it) This was the one I was really looking forward to trying. Whatever seasoning (which was ok) that was used for the ground turkey in the breakfast tacos tasted to be the same seasoning on the meat for the mac & cheese. I feel like my husband wasted $10 on the Boujee Mac. I was not impressed with the food at all. I'll probably won't try anything else.
