Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Brian Rector late in my first trimester and have been going for 5 months now (about to be 8 months pregnant). I struggled to choose a chiro because my best friend in the state I lived in before was a chiro that specialized in working with pregnant women so I’m aware of how beneficial it can be during pregnancy and how hard it is to find a good one especially one experienced with adjusting pregnant women. He had been a God send! I cannot imagine where I would be pain wise without this. I started bi-weekly and adjusted to weekly after feeling the difference the week after being adjusted. He is friendly, kind, non-salesy, and just wonderful all the way around at what he does. His whole staff is wonderful as well. My husband goes to chiropractic weekly but Thursday is his day off and they are closed Thursdays, otherwise he’d be going to Dr Rector as well. If you are on the fence, I can’t recommend him enough! It’s also a huge bonus that they take insurance.

I love this office and everyone that works there. My back and hips pain is almost non existent as long as I take care of my self by doing the things that have been suggested to me.

Negative experience: I’m new to the area and have insurance through my job. Two weeks ago, I reached out to 3 differing chiropractic centers. I spoke to the secretary and like every other place I have contacted, always first ask if this insurance is accepted. They told me yes but they would double check on the day of and contact my insurance directly in office. Today was my appointment. I arrived early. The secretary asked me for my license and insurance card which I hesitantly gave her non-Cheeto fingers while she licked her fingers and told me they didn’t take that insurance and the cost for the visit would be $178.00. I didn’t get to see the chiropractor so this is not against them. But I was disgusted by the lack of communication in regards to insurance when they could have told me clearly over the phone that it wasn’t accepted but mostly because I have never encountered a person quite literally handle an insurance and license while eating, let alone eating a finger food like Cheetos and licking your fingers to boot while speaking to a client. I mean, I get that we all like Cheetos, but seeing Cheeto fingers from an employee handling paper work at a Chiro office is downright disturbing.

Fantastic experience: I’m glad that in the middle of my week I have you guys to adjust me. It’s really not a treat any more, but a need. Everyone at the office has good synergy, good timing, and courteous manners. I meant to tell you something very positive after yesterday/ my first treatment with the Mobility Specialist!!!! Negative experience: I was a patient at this office a while back old staff was amazing and since they got new staff now who are very rude on the phone I called to schedule an appointment and tori was treating me like I was bothering her and when I asked if dr.rector was still there because it’s been a while she just continuously repeated “other doctors are here” and refused to answer my questions so I just hung up and went somewhere else..this place went down hill I don’t recommend!

Fantastic experience: I know most reviews should be about the doctors but this one is about one of their staff member denise.. my mom always talks about how caring and helpful denise is with her. My mom doesn’t speak any English and she hates going to doctors appointments by herself but this practice is one place she doesn’t mind going alone because of Denise so thank you for making my mom feel comfortable and cared for!

I went in with a lot of shoulder and back pain and they immediately helped me out. After a few sessions, I felt as if they pain was never there. I continue to go for realignments just to help my body feel better as a whole. I am definitely going to continue going here! One quick tip: it does get a bit busy so book your appointments in advance.

BUT a gift to me I found this outstanding Chiropractor through a referral of a friend. I’ve had quite a few major injuries over the years the last one being ran over by a van. It is crucial to my everyday quality of living to have a chiropractor that takes the time to create a plan that provides that. I now go in for maintenance 2x’s a month to keep my body performing in optimal condition. I’m a walking testimony for chiropractic care and finding that right fit for you in your care. They have excellent customer service and the wine is amazing! Jk… I have worked with Dr. Rector and Dr. Abby and they both have helped me during all the physical fire training and demands of my job. I truly believe I would not have gotten through my probation without them! I can FEEL the difference in my body. I prefer to see them at least 1x a week if I can get in there. They also offer some of the best massage services that you can get with your adjustment - BONUS for me! Can’t forget to mention the smiling front desk crew - they definitely keep that place in order~ THANK YOU for such a great place for self care. You guys really do shine!
