Fantastic experience: If you are serious about losing weight, this is where you need to be! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the nurse practioners are knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you on your weight loss journey. Even though I thought I knew a lot about how to eat healthy, their customized plans take the guesswork out of what to eat and what to expect. The best part is that they offer natural supplements as well as different medications so you have choices as to how to proceed. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I like the fact that it’s a physician supported Weight Loss system. Focused mainly on very little carbs and low-fat content. It’s a perfect lifestyle choice for me. The Tanita Body Composition Analyzer is very informative week to week. I’d like to compare my week to week results. It allows me to know where I might’ve gone wrong with an off plan choice.

Steady pace wins the race and I am thankful for the all the support I receive from staff. MONICA the receptionist is such a sweet heart she always greets me with a smile when I walk in. She make sure I get my weekly appointment reminders, and receive my weekly follow-ups. I absolutely love this dynamic team. The motivation to keep going is everything. Fantastic experience: This is a relatively easy program to follow and I need the accountability of weekly check-ins. The only negative is the taste of some of the Medi products but I'm learning what to look for with grocery products to make it easier on me and the counselors are very helpful with those type of questions and don't push Medi products on me.

Fantastic experience: This has been a life changing experience! I’ve been coming to Medi in Winter Park for 13 weeks and I’ve lost 37.4 lbs! Everyone is so friendly and supportive, which makes a huge difference when you’re feeling very vulnerable on your weight loss journey. I’m in a few Medi groups on Facebook and many people complain about their center and say the people aren’t friendly or helpful. But Winter Park is the total opposite! Yes, I’m doing the work and sticking to the plan, but without the support and guidance from my center, I would not have been this successful. There are no “magic” pills to get skinny, you gotta learn better habits, but if you’re craving something, they will figure out options that make it work for the plan!
