Fantastic experience: Mayci was very helpful with my first visit and gave me advice on weight loss.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Beach Medical and the staff are amazing!!! Not only does Beach medical offer things to help you lose weight but they also help you along your journey by giving you the info you may want or need to keep off the weight. I went in at 11:45 a.m. and my time with (sp) Macy who is also the owner, lasted over an hour and a half. I can't remember the last time I walked into any type of clinic and wasn't just a number. She made me feel welcomed, explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. She also has a new piece of equipment designed for the relief of nerve pain!! Thank you for that amazing service!! I am still not having a ton of pain in my arms and hands. they also offer botox treatments, hormone therapy etc.. go see Beach Medical wellness and just see for yourself...I will be a permanent client!! UPDATE ON THE AXON MACHINE: it's been 2 months since Macy treated my arm with the machine of wonder (lol) I've had no pain and no swelling!!! I was a die hard lions mane mushroom powder user for years, everyday. I have not had to take it in 2 months!! Thank you so much for this Macy... you are a God send.

Negative experience: I brought some b12 shots on Groupon for Beech Medical and was told by some white female with curly brunette hair that they no longer except groupons. She had a really nasty attitude about it which was very unprofessional. And she was also talking down on Bee Healthy Medical Weight Loss located in Evans Ga. Saying they don’t care about people’s health but she was only saying that cause that’s their competitor. That was also very unprofessional in my opinion. I definitely will not be returning to this location ever again. I did some digging and found out CENTER FOR MODERN AGING that’s located in Evans Ga have wey better deals than Beech Medical. Their phenomenon pills are cheaper and they have great Groupon deals on their B12 Skinny shots.

Negative experience: I've always had a positive experience here, however my last experience may lead me to never go back. I visited, and was at my actual goal weight after a bout of covid and a 3 day stomach virus, which I explained. I saw a new provider I hadn't seen before, (not sure of her name) and she basically belittled me. I was there for my monthly check-in, was at goal weight (a first), and she basically told me there was no reason for me to be there, there was nothing further she could do for me. She told me she wouldn't prescribe any RX's, which I never asked for, with a "get lost" attitude. I got my B-12 shot and left. I prepaid for several months, and I'm questioning asking for some sort of refund. This place was amazing before this experience, everyone was always helpful. This one bad apple ruined it for me. I'm a provider myself, and would be ashamed to speak to a patient the way she did to me.

Positive experience: EDIT TO ADD: THEY MADE IT RIGHT. Thank you. Abby was super nice and very informative. The NP talked fast but did answer my questions. BUT the girl that attempted to take my blood because the ONE thing that I really wanted was my hormone tests - she barely got one vial. I asked her not to do it unless she could find a vein because I'm a hard stick sometimes. She did it in one arm, lost the vein....moved the needle around in my other arm and couldn't find a vein (OUCH) and then the NP attempted it in between my knuckles (double OUCH). I had bad bruises for a solid week. Never got enough blood for the tests, the NP said "oh we won't charge you for that". I go up front where the 90 day plan that I picked clearly says that it INCLUDES the hormone testing and she charges me in full. I say "the NP says I wouldn't be charged for the hormone testing" she just looks at me all cheery and says it will still be full price. HOW? When it includes that test? I expected a tiny discount because they couldn't give me what that package included. I paid it thinking maybe I would try it again when I came back. BUT I didn't want to start the appetite suppressant until I got my basic panel back, just to make sure everything was A-ok. I work in the medical field and didn't want to jump blindly into just taking some pills. I have called twice in the last two weeks to get those results and I have either been put on hold for so long or have been told the NP would call me back. Nothing. Now I'm out alot of money and didn't get anything that I paid for yet.

I love all the options that are available and tailored towards each individual. It is also pretty convenient that they have walk-in appoints available, with my schedule.

Negative experience: My visit went very well, and the front desk is great as well. They put me on a medication that is not suppressing my appetite. I called last week to let them know, and I was told the Nurse Practitioner would call me back. She never called me. So I called this week, and left a message. She finally called me back, and was like you’re going to have to pay for another visit in order for us to change your meds. I already paid $125 for my last visit and $70 for my RX. Everyone knows economically we are in hard times. I will never go back to this place again!!!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the AWESOME ladies here I have lost a total of 16 pounds in the last two months! From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone here is so helpful! Two months ago I called to speak with someone about the program, I spoke with Abi and she assured me that I was in good hands without feeling pressured she gave me a rundown of everything and I was convinced that this is what I needed! I came in for an initial visit that same day and the place smelled great and I was greeted with smiling faces. I got to meet Abi and she went over the program in detail and she was just as great as she was in person as she was over the phone. I spoke with Stephany about my concerns and some personal issues, she helped me map out a plan and I am sticking to it. I’ve been coming in weekly to get injections since. During my injection and weight visits Tasia never fails at congratulating me on my weight loss and confirming that the medicine is still working good for me without side effects. My overall experience here has been nothing short of wonderful and I would recommend their services to anyone!
