Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this office I love that they take a holistic approach they really look for the root cause of what the issue may. Adrian was very good with explaining what Subluxation was and how this could affect my spine, but also my overall health!

Negative experience: These people are a perfect example of why REAL doctors warn people to stay away from chiropractors because they are quacks. They "believe" their adjustments and supplements can get a type 1 diabetic off of insulin but that's total nonsense. Stop hiding behind the crazy Christian crap. If you are making claims that go against all known medical facts you should be held accountable.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Erb over 12 years ago with a diagnosis of chronic kidney infections that I had from childhood until I was in my late 30’s. I was told I had scar tissue on my kidneys and I was put on antibiotics for 20+ years. My body couldn't take the antibiotics any longer so my doctor wanted me to see an infectious disease doctor to get chemo therapy to wipe out my immune system and start it over!!! I could not do that and had heard of the Erb clinic and thought I would try it! I didn’t know if I believed in Chiropratic to heal my kidneys but I would have tried anything but chemo!! I started going to see Dr Erb. I kept having infections for months but called him when I needed to get instructions on what to do and gradually they stopped. I did everything he told me to do! Nutritionally and adjustments weekly. I can’t say how great is to share this story! ! I have MRI’s and CT scans and doctors don’t see scar tissue on my kidneys and I haven’t had one in over 20 years now!!! I am a believer and will always be! Fantastic experience: I have had numbness and tingling in my feet after 5 minutes of sitting on the ground/floor along with severe pressure in my back and neck for almost 30 years. I went to Dr Erb 4 weeks ago and have been in treatment for 3 weeks. This past weekend I sat in my flowerbed for hours pulling weeds, putting down mulch and planted all new flowers without one single second of tingling or numbness! Fantastic experience: I have been doing Softwave on my knees. I have a meniscus missing from a surgery that went wrong 10 years ago. I have lived with bone on bone arthritis pain since that time. This has caused me to over compensate on my other knee. The pain was so intense that I couldn’t sleep at night and I was told that I would need a double knee replacement. After 4 treatments I went on a vacation and walked the beach everyday. I am finally sleeping though the night. The care at Erb is life changing!

Fantastic experience: I had very frequent migraines that I knew were coming from something going on in my neck. I was referred here by a friend of mine in February, it is now mid May and I've had very few migraines since I began treatment. The staff is great, very nice and transparent about what to expect financially. They have multiple options on payment process which is nice. I was also struggling with fertility issues but assumed it was just my age. The office told me it was definitely possible for me to conceive now that my spine was better aligned and bloodflow to organs was normalizing. I didn't take them too seriously until I had a positive pregnancy test 2 months after starting my treatment. They also have adjustments for expecting women which I had no clue they even offered. I highly recommend to those suffering from any type of ailments or those who just want to feel better overall. Investing in your health is never a waste.

Fantastic experience: Patient for 3 months now and the overall experience and results have exceeded my expectations. Your treatment is specific to you and unlike the sterotypical chiropractic experience. The different areas of pain and discomfort I experienced are completely gone or almost gone. Other positive results I've experienced are improved posture, off all my allergy meds, ear no longer feels clogged, lower blood pressure, weight loss, and increased strength/energy. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Erb Family Wellness, Dr. David, his lovely wife Kimberly, and their staff. 3 days before I was scheduled for epidural injections for my herniated discs, I was kind of tricked into visiting Erb Family Wellness by a friend. I went being very reluctantly but after the first adjustment, I had "a tiny bit" of relief, and this was after being in 24/7 pain for about 8 months. I remember being impressed with his first words to me. "God has made our bodies in a wondrous way, and if everything is in alignment, we have no problem." Within 2 1/2 months of consistent adjustments, changing up my eating a bit, and home exercise, I was pain free. It honestly amazed me. I had visited chiropractors for years off and on for migraines and low back pain, but never got relief. Erb Family Wellness is the total package and I'm thankful I got tricked into going.

Fantastic experience: The soft wave has saved me from needing surgery. I have a small tear in a tendon in my elbow. I have tried several things, such as physical therapy and acupuncture, but none have given me the relief that soft wave has. I was about to have surgery, but tried the soft wave. After the first session, I noticed a significant improvement in my elbow. Most mornings when I would wake up, my elbow would hurt and be very stiff. The morning after my first session with the soft wave, I woke up and was halfway through my morning routine before I realized my elbow was not hurting and was not stiff. Fantastic experience: I had ongoing health problems for years that I had not been resolved from traditional Dr's. I was introduced to Dr. David Erb and Dr Kimberly Erb and their Max Living chiropractic office in the fall of 2021. I was looking for physical help along with a nutritional health coach, so I could make the correct changes in my nutrition and supplements to regain my energy and to resolve my chronic fatigue, female issues, allergies, sciatica and other issues. I learned, through x-rays, that I had significant subluxation in my neck, and in the other major areas in my spine. They created a specific protocol for my spinal rehab and my at-home rehab, along with a nutritional/supplement plan. My sciatica was bad, but within a month, I was off all pain medication and topical pain relief products. That was just the tip of the iceberg in reversing my health issues. Through metabolic testing, and thermography, we discovered exactly what my genetic abnormalities were, my digestive problems, my adrenal and thyroid issues, menopause and many other things. It was so detailed, and explained why I felt the way I did. The last 20 months have restored my health. I've lost 30 lbs, regained a healthy digestive system, learned to eat to heal and I'm pain free and no longer suffer from allergies, and am off all medications. I've not been sick in over a year, which is a huge victory, after suffering from chronic sinus infections, which lead to bronchitis and pneumonia, for decades. It is a journey to vibrant health, not a instant sprint, and you have to definitely do your part, but Erb Family Wellness has a fantastic team, in association with Max Living, to support you and encourage you. I love the monthly and quarterly education workshops, with the latest information, that educate us and bring together a community of people who are on their own health journey. Fantastic experience: At ERB Family Wellness they focus on getting to the causes of your pain and sickness, rather than covering up the symptoms with medicines and pain relievers. Before coming here, I was in a constant state of pain, including (but not limited to) tingling and numbness in my hands and grinding sharp pains in my hips and down my legs. I was barely able to make it through each work day, much less enjoy time with my kids and husband because all I could do was crash in the corner of the couch when I came home. Doctors had recommended pain relievers and anti-inflammatory medicines, but never really addressed how to actually BE better in the long run without the pills. After just a few weeks of treatment and guidance at the ERB Wellness center, my spine is in better alignment, the curve in my neck has greatly improved (hence the ability to use my hands again!), I am stronger and more flexible, the pain in my back and hips is virtually gone, I am able to comfortably work, shop, do house chores and yard work, I can go on long walks with my husband again and get out in the world and have fun. I'm not finished but I'm feeling more and more like myself again every week.

Positive experience: The staff is always courteous and helpful, even when extremely busy. They will find an answer for all your questions and issues. Dr. David's hugs are the best! I have had much improvement in my pinching knees and shin splints after months of doing the recommended daily exercises. According to X-rays, I've also had improvement in my neck. Sometimes the healing process takes more time and effort than you anticipate. We are now diligently working on the colitis issue and I have faith that Dr. Kim's and Paige's recommendations will cure this condition soon. I plan to continue as a patient of this clinic for a few more months until it becomes cost-prohibitive. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has time, patience, perseverance and $$$ to devote to chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of low back pain and a headaches almost everyday. I was sharing with a friend who recommended going to Erb Wellness Center. My first appt, they took xrays and at the next visit talked me through my xrays. I had subluxation in the neck on down my spine, also have scoliosis in the low back. They have been adjusting my back and neck so now I have a lot more movement with my neck and spine. As for the pain it has decreased considerably and as for the headaches, I rarely have them. Not only do I feel so much better, it is one of my HAPPY places. All the Doctors and staff are ABSOLUTELY the best, they love hugs which is readily given on both sides. If you need chiropractor adjustments and need a smile that comes with hugs this is the place if your not a hugger, not a problem, they will greet you with big smiles and lots of care.

Fantastic experience: I used to have migraines on my left side. Oneday, I saw a friend of mine that I had not seen for a long time. She looked so good and full if energy. She told me that Dr. David saved her life. I told her about my issue and she recommended me to see Dr. David. From my xray, my need curved to left due to the way I sleep. After 2 weeks of treatments, my migraines completely gone. Not only that, after I delivered 2 daughters, every time I jumped, I could not hold my bladder. 3 months after my treatment, I can now jump and I no longer have bladder issue. I am so grateful for Dr. David and the entire team at the office.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place, they say first appointment is $75 but that’s just for X-rays if you want the results you will have to come again and pay another $75 you won’t get adjusted until you pay another $75 for that third time. They say they are Christians. But they don’t know God. At the end they will come out with $5,000 bill The receptionist is super sweet Carmen, and the older lady. But the rest of the ladies don’t know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to ERB for almost two months now. We met Dr. David and shared her health journey/concerns and the struggles she faces with frequent hospital stays. Because of it, she has severe anxiety of being touched which made chiropractors difficult to come to. Dr. David was confident that with time and commitment to her adjustment plan, he said we would see her cured and have no need for medication. At the beginning it was a struggle, but the front office staff (Paige and Carmen) and her doctor, Dr. Shannon, do everything to make her comfortable and follow her lead. From toys, consistent time and adjustment room, to playing with some of the tools, our daughter slowly developed trust and comfort. In regard to her health, when we started we had 5 weeks without a hospital visit (the longest she’s ever gone since April) before she had a seizure. It happened in the parking lot of the facility and when my husband called the front office to let them know what was happening - both Paige and Dr. Shannon came to ensure Lila and I were safe and cared for until we left with the ambulance. Her recovery after that seizure was the best it’s even been. Here we are 3 weeks later and on track to be the longest time between seizures. This week, our daughter allowed her doctor to touch and adjust her atlas without crying hysterically (which for us is an incredible leap in the right direction). While we still have a LONG way to go, we see small progress that are a BIG deal to us. We’re so grateful to the staff at ERB in Coppell and look forward to watching her progress and hopefully, one day, have no need for medications!

Negative experience: I've been to a lot of Maxliving facilities throughout the country and I must say this has been the MOST expensive. I'm being charged $800 for 8 visits, which is essentially $100 per visit verses the $30-50 that I'm use to paying everywhere else. I didn't receive anymore care here then I did at the other locations that charge less and because of that I can't help but to feel I've been ripped off. I'm not happy with my overall experience, amongst other things that aren't worth mentioning, so I give it 2 stars. On a positive note, Dr David is great! I love his upbeat personality, energy and positive attitude. He seems to genuinely care about people's health (even though I'm conflicted with my statement by these prices). Every place I've been has something different to offer. He has informational videos that he and his wife do to improve health and I think they are great! I love the passion they share as a couple for Christ and health. Most of the staff are great, a couple of them could use a little work but ultimately they are lovely people.

Fantastic experience: This is a true healing center. 2020 was a challenge to say the least, there was the pandemic and then I had two strokes and a heart blockage. By the time my family took me to Dr. Erb I needed a walker, had no balance, was dragging my right leg and continued to have fairly constant chest pain. Dr. Erb and his staff, all the doctors all the specialists were so compassionate, so caring. They developed a program of treatment for me. They do not just pop bones and twist your neck. They do a comprehensive examination with x-rays and physical exams. Today I am walking without the walker or cane, I am driving again, no chest pain, my cardiologist says my heart is "good to go", Best of all, I have hope to live a normal, healthy life. Health does not just happen, it has to be earned, and then protected. Dr. Erb shows you how to earn it and helps you protect it.. I give them five stars because that is all the review allows.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Erb having had 4 surgeries for retina tear. The pressure was down to a 7. After 4 treatments the pressure was an 11 and continuing to go getting adjustments the eye is clearing. Only the work of God using Dr Erb’s anointing. The staff is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: For the last four years, I have received excellent care from Dr. Erb and Erb Family Chiropractic. There's no comparison with the way my body (neck, back, sinus problems, etc) feels now compared to then. Everyone in the office has contributed to the overall excellent care I feel when I'm there.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed in Dr. David and his staff. We have a family of 5 and had our consultations which went well. We were given a care plan for our family that would cost $9,130 for 12 weeks of care. Dr. David seems to be a caring, family man who knows what he's doing and although I'd like to continue to take my family to Erb, the cost is outrageous. We tried to discuss this with Dr. David and genuinely share that we don't have that kind of money. Well, you can also do a payment plan. As a Christian family, we carry as little debt as possible "the borrower is slave to the lender." I figured we would just go as needed for adjustments even though they're more expensive, but we can afford periodic care. I was informed TODAY that they only allow 4 individual adjustments; after that, you're required to have a care plan. So they force you into paying thousands of dollars to get a care plan or provide no care. For a practice that claims to be concerned about the patient, their well-being, and are Christian, I couldn't be more disappointed. It genuinely hurts my heart for the children I know NEED this care and can no longer get it.

Fantastic experience: Erb Family Wellness is fantastic! I started seeing Dr. David at Erb Family Wellness's chiropractic treatment center in Coppell in January of 2020 (His wife, Dr. Kimberly, is a chiropractor in their Southlake center). At that time, I used a walker for transportation and couldn't stand by myself. It had been that way for four years, since my fourth stroke. Dr. David began adjusting me three times a week. He and his Team took my physical condition and mental wellbeing very seriously from the start. Within 3-4 months, I was leaving my walker at home. Within 6 months, I could stand on my own (it wasn't graceful, but I was upright and felt like my "normal" self). Since then, things have only gotten better. Erb Family Wellness goes far beyond chiropractic services, however. They also provide incredibly powerful, motivational presentations on many health-related matters like nutrition, for example. Rather than say, "Don't eat this. It's bad for you," Drs. Erb explain WHY it's bad for you. Even better, they suggest alternatives to the foods in question that have similar flavors and textures but improved nutritional benefits. It's not a lecture, but rather a heartfelt, "We want you to be the best you can be, and we know you want that for yourself, too" approach. It's wonderful. The entire Team is friendly, supportive, available, and always ready to help in any way they can. And Drs. Erb are loved by their patients because we all have seen so many incredible benefits since starting our chiropractic programs with them. The only thing I look forward to more, on a weekly basis, than my Monday morning adjustment at Erb Family Wellness is my Saturday evening church service. Together, God and Dr. David are turning me into the best person I can be, and I am so grateful to have them both in my life.

Negative experience: Avoid these quacks like the plaque! The woman is claiming on YouTube that she helped cure a child of type 1 Diabetes. That is impossible and a flat out lie. Ask any REAL doctor or call the American Diabetes Association. This is the kind of thing that gives chiropractors a bad name to begin with. She is selling anti-reality BS! Report her to the government authorities ASAP.
