Fantastic experience: Great place!!!!!!!!! All the staff was wonderful!!! I haven't been able to smell or taste for over 25yrs. I went for my first visit and have gotten some taste and smell back. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Prince and Health Wellness for almost 3 years and I highly recommend them! I came in with severe scoliosis and I have less inflammation in my back now after doing all of the adjustment plans. Negative experience: I have never been to this business. Here’s my personal experience, when interacting with them on the phone. I initially called on the weekend, to set up an appointment. They did not tell me that a deposit was required, until they called me back on Monday. When I called them back, they either did not answer the phone, left me on hold, or hung up. They did advise me about having phone issues. This business appears to be disorganized. They may provide quality care, but I’ll take my chances somewhere else!
Hi Troy. We apologize we are closed on the weekend as most all professional clinics are but we do have a call service that responds to incoming calls from New Patients. Our call service does not collect payment. We do collect $35.00 for all incoming New Patient appointments as we have patients that come from all around the world to see us and we have that deposit to confirm your New Patient appointment which is applied to your first appointment. There is nothing hidden hence why we call and collect it upfront in advance. This way we honor your time and honor our Doctors time. We do apologize for the phone system. This is out of our control. We did notify our phone provider and they worked diligently with us to correct the issue. We are sorry these things happen with technology and utilities now days at times. We do provide top class optimal service. If you had came in you would have experienced that. Once you are an established patient you do get full access directly to the Doctors cell # for emergency or if a difficult situation arises as well as Jake Prince direct number who is our CEO. Fantastic experience: Today was my first time seeing a Chiropractor and I was very impressed with the entire staff at Prince Health and Wellness! They were very friendly and thorough and professional. They treat much more than just muscle/skeletal issues, they are a complete health and wellness clinic. My issue wasn’t solved completely on the first visit but they did make an improvement and Dr. Prince told me that sometimes it takes a few visits to get a full recovery so I will be back and I highly recommend them for anyone having health issues.

Fantastic experience: From the Second we walked in the door everyone was so Friendly, Kind and Helpful. Registration was quick and easy, we were offered water while we waited ( which was a short wait) Dr. Ashley was just as wonderful as her staff, she was extremely knowledgeable in her work, she answered every question we had, you can tell how much Dr Ashley cares about her patients because her compassion shows. Fantastic experience: You know we were was asked have we ever been to a chiropractor before and I answered yes, however I have never been to a chiropractor compared to Dr. Ashley Prince. After mine and my husband's experience with Dr. Prince we are convinced we are in the right hands finally. Our treatment will continue next Thursday but we are sure that she will be able to fix all the problems we have with regard to our Chiropractic needs.

Negative experience: Not impressed. Booked an appointment for 730a. Received confirmation. Showed up early. They did not open until 830. Answering service needs an upgrade. Going somewhere else and will not be back.
Hi Sheldon. We apologize for the confusion. In the history of our clinic we have never opened at 7:30am. We are not sure how this happened we are still looking into. We had you scheduled at 9:30am but sounds like our system sent you a notification for 7:30am. Our third party who handles and hosts the scheduling app suggested you have your time set on a different time zone. We apologize for any inconvenience. Fantastic experience: WOW. I’m blown away by this visit! I came from Idaho to get the treatment to get my smell back, and I was able to smell all three things they had me try. All the staff were super kind and always pointed back to Jesus, which is not something you always get to see. I felt super loved. They were concerned about me spiritually, not just physically. Fantastic experience: Update: July 14, 2023 My full sense of smell and taste is fully back and on the road to regaining proper health for my back by continuing to see the staff at Prince Health and Wellness. I have not been able to smell or taste correctly since January 2021 due to covid, after Dr. Ashley adjusted my Atlas, I could faintly smell the fragrance to the office. She gave me a few smell tests and I could smell the differences and tell what they were. On my way home I was able to recognize smells I haven't been able to even smell or correctly identify. I haven't been able to taste coffee or chocolate but now I am able to enjoy these wonderful tastes again. God has blessed this practice and this lovely couple. It's not in their glory that they can do this but through God's power in their lives. A wonderful chiropractic office, staff and I'll definitely be returning to continue to make progress in my healing. Thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing.

Fantastic experience: my 12 year old daughter was 10 when she ended up losing her smell and her taste from covid in September 2021 and after 1 session she was able to smell a little bit. However she still cannot taste anything though.

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t sure about going to see them but I had been suffering from back pain for so many years. I decided to go and check it out. Wow, after a few visits and some minor exercises my back has gotten better. If you suffer from lower back pain and your doctor or X-ray say there is no issue. Go see them. Trust me.
