Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you Joe, I signed up for the neuropathy program and I’m very satisfied with my results only three months in. When I started my right leg was at 33% loss and now is 11% loss. My left leg was at 43% and is now 24%. I look forward to see we’re I’m at when the 15 month program ends.

Fantastic experience: I was one of those silly people who thought a chiropractor broke every bone in your body and would hurt me. I was always scared.. but after giving birth to two children, my back pain got to the point where I would cry everyday in pain… so I found that Paun always had great reviews and decided to give them a try…and I am so glad that I did! I started seeing Dr Sarah and now see Dr Joe and they are both kind, professional and I can tell they always genuinely care about my concerns. From the moment you walk in, Allison is always so friendly and welcoming…and while you wait, Theresa and Michael are always great in making you feel comfortable. They are both kind, professional and although we only see each other once a month, our conversations always pick up like we just saw each other yesterday. Over the years, Dr Joe has not only taken 99.9% of my back pain away (the last 0.1% is minor maintenance) but I’ve raved about them enough that my husband, mother in law and brother in law now go to Dr Joe for their needs. I don’t have the best health insurance but this office offers affordable solutions to help with that which I LOVE. My first visit was an exam of course. He was very thorough and asked tons of questions to fully understand how long the pain had been an issue. He is so good that he literally touched areas of my back and knew without me saying a word which areas were a little tender and which were excruciating which really made me feel comfortable because he was spot on! Negative experience: I couldn't get past the new patient sign up stage. Called 3 times and gave my information just to find out if my insurance would cover services. The first two times I was told I would receive a call back either same day or within 24hours but had not been contacted. I called the last time, was told to hold a second (nothing for 5 minutes) and woman on phone had me on speaker but never returned to the phone. As I heard someone in the background moving around but never responded when I said "hello" a few times. I'm not sure what the issue is, but this is very unprofessional service for patients trying to get in and receive help. Would not recommend. Don't waste your time.

I had severe back pain (constant spasm, pain down the leg, etc. ) and he was able to get me back to feeling normal in a short amount of time! Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been to many doctors for years to figure out what was wrong with my hips and no one could give me an answer... I went to Paun Family Chiropractic and within the first appointment they knew what was causing my pain. We talk about treatment plans and they worked with my schedule which was very nice. I went for massage therapy and adjustments for about a month and had a reevaluation and went down to once every 2 weeks. I used to have hip pain that almost brought me to tears almost everyday, now I haven’t had hip pain in about a month. Prices are very good compared to others i’ve looked at and I’m very happy I picked this facility!! They treat you like family and I wish I knew more about chiropractic care when my pain first started 5 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to Dr. Joe for chiropractic treatments for consistent pain in my upper back. I seen him frequently for weeks. As the treatment progressed the visits became less frequent. The pain subsided and was much more tolerable. He and his staff taught me exercises and stretches to do at home and he advised me to follow up monthly for chiropractic visit to keep everything aligned. At this time I wasn’t experiencing pain so I stopped stretching and did not follow up with the chiropractic appointments. A few months later the pain returned I went back to Dr. Joe and the process was repeated. The difference being this time I follow up monthly with chiropractic visits and continue to stretch. As a result i have been virtually pain-free for years. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe to anybody who is in need of a chiropractor. Tony

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic office with an incredible group of people. You truly do feel like a part of the family. I had severe upper cross back syndrome from sitting at my desk and doing online school for several months because of the pandemic. They treated me much faster than I thought! Within the first couple of weeks, my neck was feeling better, my shoulders weren't as tight, and I felt myself subconsciously correcting my posture throughout the day. I HIGHLY recommend them. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the care I received from every single one of their staff members. She's always in a great mood and willing to help me find appointment times that work best for my busy schedule. Just after a couple weeks my mid back pain was almost completely gone. Fantastic experience: I wanted to leave a review to show my gratitude for Dr. Paun and his team. Before coming to him I was feeling pain in my lower back almost daily for at least a year and finally decided to get checked out. After just 5 weeks of treatment and therapy my pain is basically gone! Any days that I do feel something (which is rare now) I just do the stretches and exercises that Dr. Paun and his team instructed to do and I am good for the rest of the day.
